Post Malone got some new ink last week to honor his late friend, Lil Peep, and flaunted it — in all its amazing detail — as he left Poppy in WeHo. We got Post Monday night and, as soon as we offered condolences … he stopped to pay tribute.…

Harvey Weinstein: Decades of Sexual Harrassment Detailed in Scathing New York Times Piece
Since rising to fame as one of the central figures of the indie film renaissance in the early 1990s, Miramax and the Weinstein Company co-founder Harvey Weinstein has enjoyed a spot at the very top of the Hollywood food chain.
Weinstein is such a powerful figure that tales of him wielding his clout to secure everything from favorable reviews to Academy Awards are the stuff of legend within the movie industry.
Unfortunately, as is the case with so many powerful men in far too many fields, there’s a dark side to Weinstein’s ascendance that’s come to light slowly thanks to a number of brave women and their willingness to share their stories.
Weinstein’s been accused of sexual assault and harassment several times over the years, but he’s survived each scandal due largely to the tremendous amount of media influence he’s accrued over the years.
In October of 2015, actress Ashley Judd claimed she was harassed by an unnamed producer who was widely assumed to be Weinstein.
“I was sexually harassed by one of our industry’s most famous, admired-slash-reviled bosses,” Judd revealed in an interview with Variety.
“I was making Kiss the Girls at the time, and here I was, a declared feminist … It took years before I could evaluate that incident and realize that there was something incredibly wrong and illegal about it.”
As the account followed closely on the heels of a different Weinstein sexual assault scandal, many believed that Judd was hinting that she had been assaulted by the then-Miramax chief.
Now, the allegations have been confirmed in a scathing New York Times exposé that Weinstein reportedly tried to prevent from being published.
In addition to detailing the abuse against Judd, the Times has published allegations from several women who worked for Weinstein and claim they were groped, harassed, or otherwise abused during their time in his employ.
An investigation by the Times revealed several undisclosed allegations against Weinstein across a thirty-year period.
The mogul has reportedly reached out-of-court settlements with his accusers on eight separate occasions.
The Times piece includes accusations from a temporary Miramax employee who says she was forced to massage Weinstein while he was naked, an episode that left her “crying and very distraught.”
The Times also excerpted a letter written by Weinstein colleague Lauren O’Connor to several execs at TWC that addresses the issue of Weinstein’s ongoing misconduct:
“There is a toxic environment for women at this company,” O’Connor wrote.
“I am a 28 year old woman trying to make a living and a career. Harvey Weinstein is a 64 year old, world famous man and this is his company. The balance of power is me: 0, Harvey Weinstein: 10.”
In a statement issued to the Times this afternoon, Weinstein did not deny the allegations against him, saying:
“I appreciate the way I’ve behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it. Though I’m trying to do better, I know I have a long way to go.”
Sources say Weinstein will be taking an indefinite hiatus from his company.
We’ll have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available.

Dog Owner Leaves Hilariously Detailed List of Rules for Nephew
Look, we all love our pets.
Some folks out there just love their pets more than other folks out there.
Or, to be more specific, some folks out there just have more specific and rigid guidelines for their pets than other folks out there.
The aunt of Tommy Rivers is one of these people.
In a hilarious string of Twitter posts, Rivers recently explained to followers exactly what his relative asked him to do while he took care of her beloved canine, Pepper, from how much the pooch should eat each day to the type of affection he"s allowed to receive…

Dad Makes Children Sign Detailed Dog Contract
They say that a dog is Man’s Best Man.
But only under certain conditions.
Isn’t that right, rjohnstone13?
A reddit user who goes by this name has shared a photo online of a contract he made his kids sign prior to the family bringing home a new four-legged friend.
It hits on all the important points, ensuring that the responsibility for the canine does not get forgotten about by the kids within days of him joining his new pack.
For instance:
The first couple points cover poop.
The next couple deal with the animal’s size and propensity to shed.
Then there’s the matter of scratching and the topic of baths and the vital point that a “dog is a dog.” All parties must agree to this.
Seriously, dogs are awesome. But they are not people.
Here. Click on the following photo to see the dog contract in full:
rjohnstone13 then went ahead and shared an update on social media, after his initial post went viral.
Turns out, the contract is two years old.
Two weeks after contract was signed, we got a three-year-old white fluffy mutt from a shelter that weighs 15 lbs., was already house trained and doesn’t shed or drool. We named him Kershaw (veto power not exercised).
It’s been two years, and the kids (now ages 12, 13 and 15) have been pretty good about doing everything.
Kershaw eats dry dog food from Trader Joe’s, and so far hasn’t created any indoor messes that have required the use of harmful cleaning chemicals.
Everyone (including dad) adores the dog, which has been a fantastic addition to (though not member of) our family.
And, of course, here’s a photo of Kershaw.
Isn’t he a cute little guy? We mean… little kid.
We mean dog. He’s a cute little dog.

Dad Leaves VERY Detailed List of Instructions for Babysitter
Better safe than sorry, right?
This saying can be applied to numerous situations, but perhaps none more appropriate than when it comes to the well-being if your child.
Take Bryan Elliott, for example.
A software engineer and father from the Philadelphia area, he told The Huffington Post that his wife, Amy, was going through old emails recently when she came across something Bryan once wrote to a babysitter.
She was watching the couple"s son, Jack, for the first time and Bryan wanted to be certain that she was prepared for any situation.
And we mean ANY situation…

O.J. Simpson: Shocking Confession, Detailed Suicide Plan Revealed
Though the murders of Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ron Goldman took place over two decades ago, the FX miniseries The People v. O.J. Simpson has prompted a renewed interest in the case, as well as some surprising revelations from those who were closely involved.
Mike Gilbert is a friend and former agent of Simpson’s who stood by him during his infamous double murder trial.
Gilbert now claims he knows with certainty that Simpson is guilty of the murders, as he was witness to a tearful confession by the former NFL great.
“O.J. told me he did it,” Gilbert recently told Radar Online in a revealing interview.
Gilbert also revealed new details about O.J.’s planned suicide, which was teased in the first installment of the FX series:
“O.J. was going to kill himself on Nicole’s grave,” said Gilbert.
“But when he snuck out of the house with Al Cowlings and went to her grave, there were cops there guarding the grave site. So that’s when the infamous Bronco down the freeway chase happened.”
According to Gilbert, Simpson claimed that he actually attempted to end his life during the famous chase:
“He told me that while he was sitting in the car he was planning to kill himself. So he pulled the trigger on the gun but it didn’t go off,” he says, adding that Simpson didn’t respond when asked why he didn’t attempt to shoot himself a second time.
“O.J. seemed surprised by my question,” Gilbert said. “He told me I had no feelings for him.”
Simpson is currently serving a 33 year sentence on robbery and kidnapping charges unrelated to the 1994 murders of his wife and her friend.
He will be eligible for parole in October of 2017.
