Alexis Bellino Delivers Tearful Divorce Confession: I"m NOT Okay!
Former Real Housewife Alexis Bellino is finally getting divorced from Jim Bellino. She even shaded her ex in an Independence Day post.
But not everything is happy in divorce-land.
In a tearful confession, Alexis makes it clear to her followers that she is riding an emotional rollercoaster.
Accompanying a view of her tearful face, Alexis Bellino makes a confession to fans.
“My best friend thinks I need to document my life right now,” admits in the lengthy captions of her post.
Sometimes, keeping a record is smart. At the very least, her followes want to know how she’s doing.
Alexis continues, saying: “My life truly is a range of emotions that I have never experienced.”
When things really change, that’s when you can experience negative emotions that you haven’t really felt since adolescence.
Alexis describes her mood: “I am always exhausted, never hungry, happy one minute, sad the next, excited the next, devastated the next, numb always, and then repeat.”
“I don’t know who else has been through this,” Alexis admits.
She might find that she’s not nearly as alone as she thinks.
“But I try to be strong every minute,” Alexis says, before confessing: “And that isn’t the REAL.”
Sometimes, you put on a brave face. But that’s your face — not your heart.
“I’m broken. I’m sad,” Alexis says. “Sometimes I zone off like in this video.”
A lot of what she describes sounds like situational depression. A lot of it just sounds like having a rough time because you’re getting divorced.
Alexis writes: “I don’t think anyone can go through a divorce and not feel all of the above emotions.”
She might be surprised. There are some people who feel nothing but hate when they get divorced. Others feel nothing but relief.
“All I know is that God is with me through this,” Alexis writes. “HE is getting me through this.”
If you’re a person of faith, falling back on your religious beliefs to see you through can be a great source of comfort in times of turmoil.
By the end of her post, it appears that Alexis has grown more confident.
“I will get through this storm,” Alexis writes. “This season, this extremely painful time, and I will be stronger on the other side.”
At the very least, she is writing affirming words. That’s a good start.
“It’s so difficult going through the rain to get to the rainbow,” Alexis writes.
Obviously, she is speaking in metaphor. Literal rainbows and rain do not quite work like that.
At the end, Alexis writes: “At least my bestie knows how to make laugh when I’m about to cry…”
That’s bordering on Taylor Swift lyrics. We’re here for that.
In addition to the usual emotional difficulty of divorce, Alexis was dealing with other concerns.
For one, she was moving in to a new house. That is one of the biggest stressors in the world. (So is divorce!)
Another is that her kids were visiting her ex. Visitation can be difficult.
Also, it sounds like she’s been stressing about finances. Divorce is often necessary, but rarely fun.

The Bachelorette Recap: A Stunning Confession
Who says you can’t go home again?
Almost no one at this point, we guess.
And certainly no one who watches The Bachelorette, considering the star heading back to the towns in which her suitors grew up is one of the best/most intense/most interesting episodes each season.
We’ll start with Becca’s visit to Parker, Colorado, as she became the first woman Colton ever took to meet his parents.
Following last week’s shocking virginity announcement, Kufrin feared that Colton was too inexperienced and not ready for a committment.
Her fears weren’t exactly alleviated after his dad basically begged Becca NOT to choose his son unless she was positive he was The One.
This same parent also grilled her about her honesty regarding her engagement to Arie Luyendyk Jr., making things extra awkward and uncomfortable.
Still, Becca felt optimistic when she left Colton because he told her he was in love with her.
But then things took a surprising turn when Becca got back to Los Angeles.
With ABC apparently aware that most viewers have found this season very boring, producers asked Tia pulled Becca aside and confessed that she still had feelings for Colton.
Despite having previously told Kufrin that she and Colton scarcely went on a couple dates, Tia now claimed it made her nauseous to think of her quasi ex receiving Becca’s final rose.
With this admission to ponder, it was off to Bailey, Colorado, where Blake showed Becca around his high school and recalled how a school shooting that occurred when he was a senior changed his outlook on life.
Yikes, huh? Heady stuff.
Then, Blake surprised Becca with a concert in the auditorium by her favorite singer, Betty Who.
The Internet was impressed:
As for Blake’s family?
They were mostly supportive of his romance with Becca, although his mom worried about him going through yet another heartbreak after a previous breakup almost made him give up on love in general.
However, Becca’s feelings for Blake only grew after meeting his relatives, as she raved about seeing him and his family in her life forever and ever.
How would frontrunner Garrett Yrigoyen compete with all this?!?
First, by introducing Becca to his family’s agriculture business in his hometown of Manteca, California.
Spending so much time outdoors caused Becca think again of how Garrett reminded her of her father; which is both sweet and sort of weird.
Becca was hestiant about meeting Garrett’s family, aware of the damage this suitor’s ex-wife had done and how protective his family would be as a result.
And they certainly were aggressive, making it clear that Garrett had been through a difficult ordeal in that relationship.
Still, Garrett felt like he had his family’s blessings to get engaged (which may very well happen, based on these The Bachelorette spoilers!) and Becca felt very positive after this visit.
Finally, it was time to jet across the country and go see Jason in Buffalo.
Becca expressed her disappointment during last week’s installment that this New York native had been guarded about how he was feeling.
How dare he not be totally open and sure after having known Becca for a few weeks and only dated her in front of television cameras?!?
Jason – who believed his relationship with Becca had surpassed those of his competitors, but didn’t want to say anything he didn’t mean – had a revelation, though.
The two spent some quality time with Jason’s family and, at the urging of his brother, Jason did at last declare his love for Kufrin.
It was about time, dude!
So… with all four men totally in love with The Bachelorette, who did she sent packing?
Who would remain to head to Pound Town next week in the Fantasy Suites?
Considering Tia’s confession earlier, and how Colton actually asked Chris Harrison whether sex in said suite was mandatory, Becca had no choice.
Citing his dad’s request as the reason why she couldn’t take him any further, Kufrin refused to take Colton’s V-Card or to take him any further on her journey.
Underwood did not get a rose.

Miranda Lambert Makes Surprising Confession: Yep, I"m a Homewrecker!
Even if you’re not a country music fan, you’re probably familiar with the name Miranda Lambert.
Of course, the reason for that likely isn’t the cross-over appeal of Lambert’s work, but rather the tabloid obsession with her love life.
It all started when Miranda and Blake Shelton got divorced and he moved on to Gwen Stefani in unsettlingly quick fashion.
Shortly thereafter, Miranda began dating Anderson East.
The couple got serious in a hurry, but that relationship ended as abruptly as it began.
These days, the songstress is involved with Evan Felker, or — as he’s more commonly known in the tabloids — “Miranda Lambert’s married boyfriend.”
Needless to say, the situation has resulted in some negative press and some lots of very awkward situations.
There was the time that Miranda was called out by Felker’s wife on social media.
And of course, there was the time Shelton shaded Lambert by suggesting on Twitter that she has a history of unsavory behavior.
And there probably would have been many more such scenarios, were it not for Miranda’s decision to get in front of the situation.
In a remarkably candid interview with HITS Daily Double, Miranda basically told fans they can go ahead and think whatever they want about her — as a lot of it is probably true.
“I am who I am. I am honest about being flawed,” she told the outlet.
“That’s all I can be, you know? I cuss. I drink. I get divorced and get my heart broken. I break hearts. I can’t do or be that anymore, or it’ll drive me crazy. [laughs] I won’t be any good anymore.”
Lambert adds that if fans want the truth about her personal life, they can get it straight from the horse’s mouth simply by listening to her music.
“I try, but it’s not up to me,” Lambert said when asked about her efforts to keep her private life private.
“With social media, it’s a whole other thing. And it’s such bull-sh—. I’m thankful for the drama of it all, because it gets sillier and sillier,” she added.
“They make up so many lies, no one can know the truth. The truth is it’s in my music if you listen close enough.”
We appreciate what Miranda is doing here, essentially doing the haters’ work for them by calling herself out.
We guess the theory is that if you’re honest about who you are and you’re accepting of yourself, your critics will get tired of putting you down.
We hope it’s effective — but sadly, we suspect there’s no bottom to the well of hate that is social media.

Tyler Baltierra: Cheating Allegations Resurface Following Tearful Confession
Last night, Tyler Baltierra posted an Instagram video that it’s earned him a good deal of praise from Teen Mom OG fans.
In the clip, Tyler comes clean about struggling with mental illness and admits that he’s going through a challenging time.
Baltierra doesn’t go into much detail with regard to the nature of his difficulties, and now, some Teen Mom OG fans believe there’s good reason for that.
Ever since Catelynn Lowell checked into rehab to be treated for her own mental health issues, rumors that Tyler is cheating on his wife have been spreading like wildfire on social media.
For reasons that aren’t entirely clear, many TMOG obsessives believe that last night’s tearful message is a prelude to a cheating confession.
A source tells Radar Online that Tyler is well aware of the infidelity rumors and he’s “really upset” and “pissed” that fans are making a hard time for his family that much more difficult.
“He said ever since Cate has been in rehab, the rumors have started because he’s out doing things on his own, and people don’t seem to like that,” she source tells Radar.
“He said, ‘It’s like everyone wants me to sit on my ass depressed until she comes home. I have to work on myelf too. I have things to get done, for us."”
According to the insider, a frustrated Baltierra added:
“It’s okay for me to have a life. I can’t even go to a damn concert and say hi to people without cheating accusations. It’s stupid.”
The source continues:
“It’s been hard on him. He misses her. He’s just not used to this scrutiny.”
Catelynn checked into rehab back in November after revealing to her Twitter followers that she’d been struggling with suicidal impulses.
On January 17, she checked back into treatment and has remained there in the weeks since.
Those who know Baltierra best say that while the separation has been hard on him, he would never cheat on Catelynn.
Now if only he could convince his fans of that.

Morgan Spurlock Posts Confession to Sexual Misconduct
All of the #MeToo stories that we’ve heard so far have come from women — and men — sharing their experiences of sexual harassment and assault. Some men like Matt Lauer have been fired, others have been named, while others still hide and wonder when it’ll be there turn to be named and shamed.
Controversial documentary filmmaker Morgan Spurlock has his own story of harassment and assault, but his isn’t a #MeToo story.
Because he’s confessing that he, too, is part of the problem. And he’s speaking up because he figures that someone will name him, sooner or later.
Most of us know Morgan Spurlock as the man whose deeply dishonest “documentary” nearly ruined fast food for the rest of us.
(Super Size Me was wildly misleading, as anyone with common sense can tell you. It turns out that measuring how a single abruptly-no-longer-exercising alcoholic’s body responds to eating fast mood for every meal every day is not a responsible sample size)
Because of Spurlock, a lot of children’s Happy Meals came with apple slices (garbage) and milk (why?!) instead of french fries and soda as people freaked out after the “documentary” aired and gained national attention in 2004.
Well, Morgan Spurlock is somehow still a thing in 2017, and he posted to TwitLonger, which is also somehow still a thing in 2017. His post begins:
“As I sit around watching hero after hero, man after man, fall at the realization of their past indiscretions, I don’t sit by and wonder ‘who will be next?’ I wonder, ‘when will they come for me?"”
Off of the top of my head, I can’t think of a man named in a #MeToo story whom I’d have characterized as a “hero” even before hearing that he was a sex monster.
But Morgan Spurlock sounds like he’s coming forward to reveal that he himself is a sex monster.
Morgan Spurlock’s lengthy confession, titled “I Am Part Of the Problem,” continues:
“You see, I’ve come to understand after months of these revelations, that I am not some innocent bystander, I am also a part of the problem.”
And he explains why:
“When I was in college, a girl who I hooked up with on a one night stand accused me of rape.”
Oh.
“Not outright. There were no charges or investigations, but she wrote about the instance in a short story writing class and called me by name. A female friend who was in the class told be about it afterwards.”
A lot of trauma survivors write about their experiences, directly or indirectly. Others might process the horrors of their lives through music or visual art.
“I was floored.”
We should note that not every rapist is the kind of over-the-top malevolent predator that you see on police procedurals or in the accusations against men like Weinstein. A lot of rapists don’t realize that they’re rapists.
“‘That’s not what happened!’ I told her. This wasn’t how I remembered it at all. In my mind, we’d been drinking all night and went back to my room.”
He continues to describe his version of events.
“We began fooling around, she pushed me off, then we laid in the bed and talked and laughed some more, and then began fooling around again. We took off our clothes. She said she didn’t want to have sex, so we laid together, and talked, and kissed, and laughed, and then we started having sex.”
Spurlock says that he stopped after she started to cry.
“We stopped having sex and I rolled beside her. I tried to comfort her. To make her feel better. I thought I was doing ok, I believed she was feeling better. She believed she was raped.”
Some people might cry during consensual intercourse, but the dead giveaway should have been the lack of consent. He admits that he remembers her saying that she didn’t want to have sex.
What he’s describing, even to his recollection, sounds like rape.
And that was not the end of Morgan Spurlock’s admissions.
“Then there was the time I settled a sexual harassment allegation at my office. This was around 8 years ago, and it wasn’t a gropy feely harassment. It was verbal, and it was just as bad.”
Women have been enduring this kind of harassment for generations. That doesn’t make it any better.
“I would call my female assistant ‘hot pants’ or ‘sex pants’ when I was yelling to her from the other side of the office. Something I thought was funny at the time, but then realized I had completely demeaned and belittled her to a place of non-existence.”
It sounds like he made her workplace experience a living hell.
“So, when she decided to quit, she came to me and said if I didn’t pay her a settlement, she would tell everyone.”
Honestly, good for her. Sometimes, in an unjust world, money is the only way to get justice.
“Being who I was, it was the last thing I wanted, so of course, I paid. I paid for peace of mind. I paid for her silence and cooperation. Most of all, I paid so I could remain who I was.”
Morgan Spurlock then admits that he also cheated on every wife and girlfriend he ever had. Every single one.
He shares his own background of sexual abuse as a child and a young teenager (which is very sad) and reveals that he has been drinking regularly since the age of 13.
You get the impression that Spurlock feels that revealing all of this makes him somehow brave or more righteous than the other sex monsters we’ve heard about in recent months.
We don’t see how.
What he describes is a story of raping a woman in college, regularly sexually harassing a woman at work, and betraying the trust of every woman who’s ever loved him.
While his story of childhood trauma (he doesn’t mention who inflicted this upon him) is absolutely tragic, the evil done to him as a child does not excuse his actions as an adult.
In fact, that he mentions this in the same post where he describes his own misdeeds reminds us of Kevin Spacey coming out as gay in an attempt to deflect attention from the accusation that, as had been rumored for many years, he’s a sexual predator.

Amber Portwood Confirms Pregnancy, Makes Surprising Confession
Amber Portwood has ended all doubt and speculation:
The veteran Teen Mom star is pregnant with her second child.
Strong talk of Portwood’s expecting state has been circulating around the Internet for days, but the MTV personality herself came out on Friday and confirmed the news.
“Thank you everyone for all the kind words. I’m very excited for my future with Andrew and our little family we are starting together! Love,” Portwood Tweeted this evening.
Indeed, Amber will be having either a boy or girl with Andrew Glennon.
She met him while filming Marriage Boot Camp and the two have been dating for only three months or so.
The brief dating history between Portwood and Glennon suggests this pregnancy was not planned, a possibility that Amber didn’t deny when speaking to Us Weekly about the bun in her oven.
“When I first found out, I was a little scared,” the 27-year old told this tabloid, adding:
“I just kind of sat down and thought about it and realized that it was a big step in my life and it was a good thing actually, and I was really happy within 30 minutes.”
Portwood is already the mother to an eight-year old daughter named Leah.
He shares custody with ex-fiance Gary Shirley.
“After the initial shock, it was nothing but happy thoughts and just enjoying my time with my boyfriend,” Portwood added to Us, saying simply of she and Glennon:
“We’re both very happy.
After revealing the baby news on social media and in this interview, Portwood received a slew of well wishes from other Teen Mom stars.
“CONGRATS AMB! We are so happy for you & can’t wait to meet that little baby,” Tweeted Tyler Baltierra, while added:
“Congratulations babe. I love you and can’t wait to see you at Friendsgiving.”
Portwood responded to these messages by writing the following:
“Thank you hun! Love you guys always.”
She also posted the sweet photo below, further hammering home the status of her womb:
We don’t know when Amber is due.
Nor do we know if she’s having a boy or a girl.
However, if this pregnancy is anything like pregnancy by other members of the Teen Mom cast, we’ll be finding out the answers to all these questions and many more as the days, weeks and months go by.
Expect Portwood to milk this news for all it’s worth.
In the meantime, we’ll simply send her the best of wishes for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby son or daughter.

Christina El Moussa Throws Subtle Shade at Tarek, Makes Heartbreaking Confession
According to a new report, Christina El Moussa is no longer running her tongue over the body of Gary Anderson.
She and the man she dated for a few months after splitting from husband Tarek have ended their relationship.
With her tongue therefore free to do other things, Christina has decided to not bite it.
In other, less confusing terms, what we’re saying is this:
El Moussa hopped on Instagram this afternoon and hurled some shade in the direction of Tarek, her estranged ex and ongoing Flip or Flop co-star.
Both of these HGTV employees have been in the news a lot over the past few days, with Tarek and Christina actually giving duel interviews on Today and Good Morning America, respectively, on Tuesday.
In his pre-taped sit-down, delved into detail regarding the strange incident last May in which he stormed out of his house with a gun, following an argument with Christina.
He said he was never suicidal and simply wanted to protect himself against wild animals in the woods while he blew off some steam via a hike.
Tarek also admitted that it’s been a little awkward filming Flip or Flop with Christina, but that both sides agree on what’s most important these days:
“The number one goal is to co-parent our children. We have to make sure we remain friendly.”
As you can see in the above clip, Tarek didn’t say anything too controversial in his Today Show interview.
Nevertheless, Christina definitely appears to have taken a shot at her soon-to-be-ex-husband in her latest Instagram post.
It’s a photo of a very serious looking tiger, staring into camera, with the following words plastered over his face:
Be selective in your battles. Sometimes peace is better than being right.
Our translation here?
I’m right. Tarek is wrong. But I’m gonna take the high road, place my children’s well-being above all else and keep the peace. Even though, remember… I’m right!
What has Tarek said or done that prompted Christina’s shade? We can’t say for certain at the moment.
Elsewhere, Christina opened up to People Magazine for its latest issue, admitting that communication between her and Tarek fell apart to such a degree that they didn’t even drive to the Flip or Flop set together toward the end of their marriage.
She doesn’t sound bitter at this point, however.
“It is what it is and we are going through a divorce and eventually we will be dating other people,” El Moussa tells the publication, adding:
“I’m happy for him and whatever steps he takes in his life and I just hope he’s happy.”
In a newly-released excerpt from the cover story, Christina also tells a sad tale about the separation and its aftermath.
When she first moved out, Christina said she kept the reasons why pretty “vague” in talking to daughter Taylor, which worked for a little bit because the family often renovated their house and would live elsewhere temporarily.
Later, however, once the couple decided that reconciliation was not on the table, Christina says:
“Taylor asked if we could get back together. We had to explain that sometimes couples get divorced but that she and Brayden are our No. 1 priority. We’ll always be a family.”
That’s a sad thing to hear, but a few months after Tarek and Christina called it quits, it sounds as if six-year Taylor and 17-month old Brayden are doing well.
“Our kids are amazing … our kids are transitioning well,” Christina said Tuesday on Good Morning America.
“Tarek and I are friends and we have a lot of support from our family. The kids are doing great.”
