Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes: Feuding on Twitter!
Though Amanda Stanton has talked abut her exes before, a recent vague tweet about an unnamed ex prompted Robby Hayes to come forward as the subject of her subtweet.
It was a mess.
Now Amanda is explaining why she shared what she did, and how she had never expected Robby to blow it out of proportion.
Amanda Stanton took to Twitter last week to share something truly bizarre that happened to her.
“I got a new debit card last month and got an email from an ex this morning.”
And it was more awkward than you’d think.
“Forwarding me an email that his Disneyland Annual Pass payment was declined & to update my card info…”
Which struck her as him asking her to continue to pay for his Disneyland pass. Absurd.
“I sure know how to pick em.”
Amanda’s cheating ex, Robby Hayes, decided to reveal that he had sent the email. He explained his actions on Twitter, writing:
“Lol is this how it happened or was I was trying to help you poor thing?”
His false sympathy after clearly feeling defensive about his email … did not go over well.
But as Amanda Stanton explains to E!, she had never meant to strike a never with him.
“It’s a shame he still harbors such harsh emotions towards me.”
They’ve been broken up for months, now. It seems that she didn’t expect him to be so touchy … or even to see her tweet.
She goes on to say that she wishes him “nothing but happiness and peace for him.”
That’s very kind of her to say.
Now that Dean Unglert is done with The Bachelor: Winter Games and has sadly broken up with Lesley Murphy (even though they were so cute together),
Deanie Babies has an aptly named show on iHeartRadio titled Help! I Suck at Dating, which was clearly inspired by his disastrous Bachelor in Paradise love triangle.
“I guess what I was so confused about is that it’s been eight months and I have obviously moved on with my life.”
That email came out of the blue.
“I haven’t talked to Robby in forever; that’s the first time I’ve heard from him.”
Understandably, she didn’t feel like keeping in touch given how thngs ended (with him being exposed as an alleged cheater).
Amanda explains what went down.
“I checked my e-mail and I saw that he forwarded me his Disneyland membership…I got a new [credit card], and so his payment was being declined.”
Awkward.
“The funny thing is he can say he thought it was going to collections, but there was an option there to update your card information.”
If your card is no longer paying for a service like that, it doesn’t usually go to collections. The service just stops. It’s a day pass to a theme park.
Amused, she decided to share it.
“I just thought it was funny he was forwarding it to me other than putting his own card information on there.”
Now she has come to regret that decision.
“I think my mistake is saying anything on Twitter. I did think it was funny and that’s why I said something.”
She says that she had not realized that he would view this as an antagonistic tweet.
“I had no idea and I was completely shocked that he reacted the way that he did. It was just a funny tweet. I wasn’t even throwing shade at him nor did I hint that it was about him.”
She had zero intentions of unveiling Robby as the culprit.
“I wasn’t going to ever tell anyone it was about him.”
He told the world himself, for some reason.
“I was actually pretty embarrassed by it, because when I tweeted it, I never expected that to happen, nor did I want attention from it.”
A lot of tweets that blow up like hers did were never intended to do so.
“So, I guess I was confused why he reacted that way, because no one would have known it was about him.”
One wonders why he decided to draw attention to himself in this manner.
“I don’t know if he just wants attention, and that’s why part of me doesn’t even want to talk about it, because I feel like I’m giving him what he wants.”
Amanda then comes in with a pretty damning but possibly spot-on assessment of Robby’s motives.
“Like, he doesn’t even care that it made him look bad! I feel like he just wants attention — whether it’s good or bad.”
There are a lot of people like that in the world.
Oh well. Lesson learned, we guess.
And this isn’t the first time that Robby has done something that Amanda didn’t expect.

Amanda Stanton Talks Robby Hayes, Josh Murray, & Becoming the Bachelorette!
Amanda Stanton finished her latest tour of Bachelor in Paradise last fall, but fans have questions.
Has she spoken to that cheater Robby Hayes? For that matter, is she in touch with Josh Murray? Will she answer the hopes and dreams of countless fans by becoming the next leading lady of The Bachelorette?
Finally, Amanda is speaking out and, believe it or not, answering all of those questions.
Amanda Stanton won a lot of fans on the 20th season of The Bachelor, but it was Lauren Bushnell who won the heart of Ben Higgins.
You know, for a while.
Amanda then went on to Bachelor in Paradise, where she and Josh Murray became a couple. Unfortunately, their breakup was so dramatically unpleasant that police were called.
Yikes.
This last season of Bachelor on Paradise didn’t do her much good, either.
Not only did she have to defend herself against mom-shamers for appearing on the show, she didn’t exactly get a happy ending.
She became romantically entangled with Robby Hayes.
Unfortunately, he allegedly became “entangled” with someone else.
Amanda Stanton tweeted a photo of Robby’s cheating to prove it to the world.
A lot of nonsense goes on in Paradise; that’s basically the point of the show. But we should all be able to agree that Amanda deserves better.
Well, Amanda Stanton opened up to Us Weekly about the many topics that have aroused the curiosity of fans.
For starters, she is so not talking to Robby Hayes.
Josh Murray, despite the drama in their past, is another story.
“I talk to Josh here and there.”
She is, at first, cautious about talking about this. She doesn’t want to give false hope to shippers.
“I mean nothing more than a friendly conversation.”
But Amanda and Josh are on what we’d call unusually good terms for a pair of exes.
She acknowledges that things were bad when they ended things, but emphasizes that things are so much better, now.
“We had such a bad breakup, and so it’s nice to just not have that drama anymore and just be cool with each other.”
Gwen Stefani wrote a whole dang song about that. (“Cool” is, in fact, my favorite song of hers)
“Because he was around my kids and we did have a good relationship for the most part. So it’s good to be on good terms.”
In fact, she and said children (Kinsley and Charlie) apparently FaceTimed Josh Murray after her return from this past season in Paradise.
But then comes the big question. The one that matters.
Those men are in her past, but what lies in her future? Might she be The Bachelorette?
Amanda shatters the hearts of fans as she sounds very certain that she’ll no longer be looking for love on camera.
“I’m done for sure.”
Heartbreaking. But she makes it clear that this isn’t sour grapes speaking.
“I’m so grateful for the opportunity, and like overall I had such a good experience and don’t regret anything.”
Still, her air of finality remains.
“But I think I’m done.”
“I’ve had my fair share of chances.”
Does she really believe that she missed her chance to find love on screen? Or is she just sick of having her heartbreak broadcast to the world?
For the record, she spoke to Us Weekly at a speed dating event, so her brand is at least still tied to the quest for love.
But it sounds to us like Amanda was mostly just being dismissive of returning for yet another season of Bachelor in Paradise.
If she got an offer to become the Bachelorette … would she really turn that down?
We’re not so sure.

Amanda Stanton Tweets Photo of Robby Hayes" Alleged Cheating
Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes came across as the little couple that could during Bachelor in Paradise Season 4, but then the season finale rolled around and blindsided everyone.
During the live segment of the ABC show’s season finale, viewers were shocked to learn that Amanda and Robby were by no means in a relationship and were not even on talking terms.
The talk quickly turned to a picture Amanda had that allegedly proved her man was cheating.
“That’s false. [There] were pictures of me close to a girl but I was not by any means unfaithful,” Hayes alleged as he maintained that he was innocent.
“The picture did look like y’all were making out. … If you’re saying you didn’t, I believe you. You were there, not me. But it did look like it,” Amanda replied as Robby looked like he was going to burst into tears upon realizing that he would never be making Amanda avocado toast again.
But the drama was not all saved for the reunion spectacular, and Robby took to Twitter yesterday with a lengthy statement in response to being dragged on social media for his actions.
“While I won’t be one to resort to vicious social media attacks, at the finale, I felt like I was sitting next to a stranger,” he wrote in a lengthy message.
“I’ll never understand why there’s such a desperate need to present an ‘innocent persona’ and resort to allowing allegations that are blatantly untrue be said about me.”

Robby felt very strongly about the whole situation.
Then, someone decided to call Amanda’s parenting into question, and the feud went nuclear.
Cami-Li, a model who has appeared in a string of U.K. reality TV shows, chimed in with her thoughts on the situation and went after Amanda in a scathing tweet.
“I believe @RobbyHHayes. Never trust a woman who leaves her kids to find a man. Nope,” she shared with her 184,000 followers.
To stick the knife in further, Robby retweeted it.

Amanda has been mom-shamed for going on reality TV and leaving her kids behind in the past, so she decided it was time to share the picture that allegedly proved Robby cheated on her.
“Look what you made me do,” the 27-year-old captioned the below image.
That sure looks like Robby in a rather compromising situation with an unidentified individual. Twitter went into overdrive with emotions after the way Amanda exposed him.
She retweeted Taylor Swift GIFs that were sent her way from fans. To be fair, she did keep quiet until her kids were brought into the drama.
Considering her track record when it comes to dating people from Bachelor Nation, it’s understandable that she would want to take a new relationship slowly.
In any case, it’s probably a good thing she never went to the fantasy suite with Robby on Bachelor in Paradise because she would look very silly right about now.
Oh, and the feud is far from over. Robby has been silent since the incriminating image was released to the world, and Amanda has made it clear there’s plenty more to come.
“Sorry that just looks like she leaned over to talk over some loud noise that’s not kissing,” said one confused follower on Twitter.
“I have plenty more + videos. Plus multiple girls have came out and DM’d me with stories since…etc etc,” Amanda fired back.
All things considered, it sounds like Amanda has all the proof she needs to cut Robby out of her life for good, and we cannot blame her.

Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes: Do They Stay Together?
When Amanda Stanton dismissed the idea of her being on The Bachelorette, she said that people wouldn’t like her in the role.
Even at the time, we weren’t sure that she wasn’t just avoiding spoiling what unfolded for her on Bachelor in Paradise. If she found love in Paradise, she wouldn’t have any business being the lead on The Bachelorette.
Well, now we know a little more about how far Amanda Stanton’s relationship with Robby Hayes progresses through the season, and … we get it.
If you watch Bachelor in Paradise online, you know that all kinds of stuff went down last night.
Dates jumped from one person to another. Matt just up and left before the Rose Ceremony, leaving the girl he’d been wooing on very thin ice.
(Proverbially, as it’s all kinds of hot in Mexico)
Dean made out with both of the ladies he’s courting, leaving some viewers confused, even though there’s nothing confusing about those baby blue eyes of his.

But, also, Robby Hayes went in for a kiss and it ended up being on Amanda Stanton’s cheek.
It was … an awkward moment, to say the least.
Viewers wondered if Amanda was just trying to take things slow — as many would do if they’re after an engagement.
Or if she was just giving Robby the cold shoulder and politely sidestepping an unwanted kiss.
There was a third option that maybe fewer people considered.
Maybe Robby Hayes was just too sweaty, as apparently Josh Murray grossed out Amanda Stanton by sweating in the Mexico heat.
(Sweat is gross, don’t get us wrong, but … how do you not sweat when you’re in a tropically warm hellscape? We’ve never been and we genuinely don’t know)
Fair warning: if you read past this point, you’ll be in serious spoiler territory.
According to Reality Steve, Amanda Stanton and Robby Hayes do not get engaged at the end of this season of Bachelor in Paradise.
Reportedly, the two went their separate ways despite becoming closer during the series.
Now, Amanda and Robby have been spotted out and about together since Bachelor in Paradise stopped filming, which really sounds like engagement material.
But it’s always possible that they’re hanging out as friends.
It’s also super possible that, after everything with Josh Murray (more the police-being-called incident than the sweating), Amanda wants to take things slow and get to know people off camera.
Just about everybody you see on camera has a different persona for the public than they do in private.
You need honest communication to build a relationship.
(Though, arguably, you might need a few lies later on to hold the relationship together)
You know, not everybody finds love in Paradise.
Honestly, we don’t think that everyone even wants to.
So soon after ending things with Josh, Amanda may have just been there to further her reality career — treading water, so to speak.
(And to collect a paycheck)
We’re not accusing her of going there with dishonest intentions or anything, but it’s a possibility.
It’s also possible that she went there looking for love and didn’t find the right, perfect someone.
It’s also possible that she went there on a quest for a fiance only to realize that she needs to take more time than she has.
That’s not even an exhaustive list. We’ll just have to keep watching the rest of the season and find out.

Robby Hayes: What Happens in Paradise STAYS in Paradise!
While a couple of Bachelor in Paradise contestants have spoken out about what they did and did not witness on the set prior to production being shut down, it looks like others are keeping mum.
Robby Hayes announced that he has no comment in perhaps the most tasteless way imaginable, and he’s getting major backlash for it online.
“What happens in paradise, stays in paradise,” he tweeted, adding the hashtags “NoCommenta” and “BIP4.”
Dude … given speculation about what happened, that reads like a borderline rape joke. Not cool.
It would be a fine response if people were asking who drank the most or whether there was an orgy or about basically anything else but what sounds like a sexual assault.
But because people are very much talking about sexual assault, there is no excuse for appropriating the Vegas slogan for this.
Maybe he’s just thinking of this as a scenario of cheating — Corinne does have a real life boyfriend now, after all — and not wanting to tattle.
But nobody shuts down production because somebody stepped out on their significant other, or we wouldn’t have reality television at all.
And heck, if Robby was there, maybe from what he saw things didn’t look that serious.
But Robby should know that people are talking about consent and sexual assault, and he shouldn’t have such a lighthearted tone about it.
Especially if he isn’t going to “clear things up” or whatever.
Have some class, dude.
There’s only so much that we know so far, but allegedly Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson began hooking up in a pool after spending all day drinking.
There was reportedly a lot of touching and even some fingering, with DeMario engaging in some genital-licking.
And according to (mixed) reports, it’s been sounding like they were encouraged, possibly every step of the way, by producers.
What raises the most red flags is that, while DeMario remembers the encounter, Corinne does not.
And while sometimes that sort of thing just happens, we can’t imagine a network pulling the plug on an entire season so suddenly — and expensively — unless they worry that something truly awful has happened.
So far, no one is seriously accusing DeMario or Corinne of any wrongdoing.
And that includes Corinne not blaming DeMario — they were both super intoxicated.
It’s been sounding like, at the bare minimum, the producers and crew should have intervened and ushered them back to their respective rooms.
Honestly, even if they’d been sober, there’s so much of even a blurred sexual encounter that they could have gotten away with airing.
But when intoxication is a factor, consent is not, and any responsible bystander should have separated the two until they slept it off.
Some of the contestants, Robby included, must feel frustrated over being sent home. Some might even blame their pool-partying costars.
But there have been suggestions that the producers wanted something like this to happen, believing that the hookup would lead to higher ratings.
Corinne Olympios’ wild reputation would make her the perfect character for them to steer into thotting it up in the pool, right?
If that’s really what happened, then not only is it shameful — we’d say that getting two people drunk so that they’ll bang on camera is every bit as vile as getting them drunk so that they’ll bang you — but it backfired spectacularly.
Because it sounds like there’s basically zero chance of this season of Bachelor in Paradise happening.
As for what happened … we may not ever know the whole story, but for any investigators involved, we’re sure that the cameras caught plenty of evidence.
Honestly, we’d love to find out that this is just a minor sex scandal with no foul play and maybe just a producer who misunderstood the situation and freaked out a little.
And if that’s the case, Robby Hayes’ tweet would almost be justified.
But it would still be a tone-deaf response, given that fans have heard that the situation is worse than that.
Robby needs to get his act together and be less flippant if he wants fans to put up with him enough to continue his reality career.
