Bristol Palin to Join Cast of Teen Mom OG!
Well, she may not be an OG, but she"s definitely one of most famous former teen moms of all time.
TMZ announced moments ago that Bristol Palin is joining the cast of Teen Mom OG in time for the long-running series" upcoming season.
Needless to say, fans of the show are buzzing with anticipation.
TMOG remains a ratings powerhouse, but almost a decade into its run, producers have made no secret about the fact that they"ve been on the lookout for a way to keep things fresh.
Casting the daughter of the most bonkers vice presidential candidate in US history should certainly help them to achieve that goal.
Here"s what we know about the situation so far:
1. The Governor’s Daughter
The daughter of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, Bristol first gained national attention during her mother’s vice-presidential campaign.
2. A Reluctant Celebrity
Just 17 at the time, Bristol’s pregnancy was announced while her mother was serving as John McCain’s running mate in 2008.
3. Speaking Out
Bristol made headlines not only for her pregnancy, but for her outspoken views about birth control and abstinence that did not always align with the conservative right so aggressively courted by her mother.
4. Coincidence?
Interestingly, Bristol’s rise to fame coincided with the launch of the 16 and Pregnant/Teen Mom franchise on MTV.
5. Big Shoes to Fill
Now, Bristol will be taking the spot vacated by Farrah Abraham, who was fired by producers for either being difficult or refusing to give up her porn career. (It depends on whom you believe.)

Eva Marcille to Join Real Housewives of Atlanta Cast!
At this point, Bravo reality show casts experience about as many shake-ups as the Trump White House.
There’s the occasional stalwart Housewife who’s been with her series from the start, but few are able to strike that balance where they can to drum up enough drama to satisfy viewers, but not so much that they permanently piss off their castmates.
In other words, for every Lisa Vanderpump, there’s a Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who’s come and gone so many times even she probably couldn’t tell you if she’s currently a member of the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast.
RHOA has more of a revolving door than other shows in the franchise but the season 11 picture is beginning to develop.
There was a time when none of the original Housewives were main cast members, but NeNe Leakes and Sheree Whitfield both made their returns over the past two years.
Whitfield has been ousted once again, but next season, NeNe will be joined by Kandi Burruss, Cynthia Bailey, Porsha Williams, Kenya Moore and — drumroll please …
Newcomer Eva Marcille!
Eva is a familiar face to fans of the franchise, as she appeared as a “friend of the cast” in season 10.
Of course, that wasn’t Eva’s first foray into the world of reality television, as she initially made a name for herself as the winner on her season of America’s Next Top Model.
These days, Eva is a mother of two, but fear not — she hasn’t lost her taste for drama.
Earlier this week, Marcille pulled no punches when discussing her fraught relationship with Kenya Moore in an interview with Us Weekly.
“She was gone for most of the season,” Marcille told Us.
“And I thought mean girls died in like high school like, I didn’t realize they were knocking on 50 but hey girl live your best.”
Marcille did offer some sympathy to Moore, stating:
“I thought like she’s on this whole other space you know. I get her irritation towards certain people that she’s had history with.”
As we said earlier, Sheree Whitfield won’t be returning next season, nor will Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who — like Marcille — had part-time “friend” status last season.
So the cast will look considerably different in season 11, but we’ll sure they’ll still be serving up what fans keep coming back for:
Plenty of drama, and gossip as juicy as a Georgia peach.

Tonya Harding, Adam Rippon Join Dancing With The Stars" All-Athlete Season!

Tonya Harding will be on the new season of Dancing With The Stars.
Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson and Olympic figureskater and media darling Adam Rippon will also be joining the cast.
The finale of Dancing With The Stars was last November, and it’s about time that the world learns who’ll be starring on this next season.
Well, Us Weekly reports that Tonya Harding will be one of the “stars” who will be dancing.
Harding was infamous in the ’90s after her ex-husband … who was also her bodyguard … orchestrated a “hit” on Nancy Kerrigan, designed to injure Harding’s rival so that she could not compete.
Harding did not order it herself, and complains that she has been unfairly condemned for it. But she did admit to knowing about the attack before it happened.
It’s worth noting that Kerrigan has competed on Dancing With The Stars before, during season 24.
This will be the dance competition’s first-ever all-athletes season, so this controversial Olympian won’t be alone.
Olympian Adam Rippon made headlines earlier this year over his back-and-forth conflict with Vice President Mike Pence.
Rippon is openly gay, Pence is notorious for holding extremely anti-gay views.
Donald Trump himself has reportedly joked that Pence would prefer to see gay Americans be executed by hanging.
And Pence’s history of espousing extremely conservative views and carrying those beliefs into government speaks for itself.
Rippon, however, turns out to be a media darling, adored by American fans for his unbridled honesty and his sense of humor.
He’ll make a great addition to this upcoming season.
As one of the best figureskaters on the planet, he’ll also be one hell of a dancer.
Jamie Anderson will also be on Dancing With The Stars.
She is an extraordinarily talented snowboarder.
Anderson is one of the top slopestyle riders in the world, and demonstrated this at the Sochii Winter Olympics in 2014 and in the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in 2018.
With four gold medals, five silver medals, and two bronze medals, she’s proven that she’s devastating in the snow.
But how will that translate to dance?
We’ll just have to wait and see.
Tonya Harding reentered the spotlight recently with the Oscar-nominated film, I, Tonya.
It appears that she hopes that this film can be part of her redemption in the eyes of the public.
“The media had me convicted of doing something wrong before I had even done anything at all,” she lamented last December. “I’m always the bad person.”
Honestly, she hasn’t always done herself that many favors, as she has sometimes taken odd stances in interviews over the years.
It will be interesting to see how well she takes the inevitable jokes at her expense when she appears on Dancing With The Stars.
To be clear, ABC has yet to officially confirm that Harding, Rippon, and Anderson will be on this season.
They’ll announce the full list of “stars” on Friday, April 13th, on Good Morning America.
Considering how interesting these three names are, we have to wonder who else will be among their competition.
And, for that matter, who their dance partners will be.
