Katherine Jackson: Will Grandson Settle Family War?
Katherine Jackson recently alleged that her nephew, Trent Jackson was abusing her.
The 86-year-old made headlines earlier this year when court documents were revealed, claiming that Trent had put her through hell for several years.
Also, Katherine’s documents also claimed that her nephew was trying to take control of her finances and staying with her without coughing up money for any of the bills.
If all of this is true, it’s awful. How the heck could you treat someone like that?
Trent is not taking the claims lying down and has reeled in Kathleen’s grandson, TJ Jackson in to help his cause.
How so?
Apparently, Trent wants TJ to be the one to establish whether he did all of those vile things to Katherine and vowed to move on if TJ sees this as the best course of action.
The odd thing about all of this is that Trent is under the impression TJ would be on his side and say he did not do anything to Katherine.
Also, Trent apparently thinks that the other family members are trying to get him out of Katherine’s life so they can get closer to Katherine’s healthy bank balance.
It all sounds like something that would play out on a daytime soap, but this appears to be real life.
As you probably recall, Katherine was reported missing in 2012, but it emerged some of her kids had taken her to Arizona.
With Michael cutting his siblings and dad out of his will, it’s now apparent that the members of the family are trying to exhaust all opportunities to get closer to his fortune.
In the event Katherine dies, the estate would be divided between Michael’s three kids, so no one else is currently set to receive anything from the star’s fortune.

Katherine Jackson Accuses Nephew of Mental Abuse, Fears for Her Safety
Katherine Jackson is facing yet another hardship in her life.
In new court documents, the mother of Michael Jackson alleges that she has been the victim of years of mental abuse at the hands of her nephew and driver.
His name is Trent Lamar Jackson.
A relative through marriage, Trent is accused of having accessed Jackson’s bank accounts without her permission.
Other charges leveled against him in this damning legal filing include the assertion that Trent used Katherine’s credit cards (without authorization) for personal use.
And also that he subjected her to years of mental abuse that has left Jackson “in a constant state of fear and confusion.”
Very serious stuff.
Jackson, who has obtained a restraining order against Trent, describes her nephew as “an abusive con-man” who has manipulated her in order to “assume control of her finances.”
The Jackson family matriarch, who has been at the center of quite a few controversies in her life, says she attempted to fire Trent on February 3, in the presence of a police officer no less, ordering him to move out of her guest house.
But he has simply refused to leave.
He took off just as deputies and her attorney arrived on the scene.
Katherine is currently in London visiting her daughter, Janet Jackson, who had a baby at the start of the year, and these legal papers say she is “afraid to go home with Trent there.”
The documents detail how Jackson “fears he could physically harm her for terminating him.”
A judge has ordered her nephew to move out of her residence and return all keys, passwords and combinations to the property.
Trent has also been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Katherine Jackson.
The described abuse claims that “Trent has manipulated Mrs. Jackson so much, and preyed on her known kindness, that whenever the police arrive or efforts to press elder abuse charges have been undertaken, she ultimately recants or changes her mind.”
The legal team on behalf of Jackson goes on to say that she “will have moments of strength, and tell her kids that Trent is abusing her, and by the time they get Adult Protections Services to the house, he has convinced her by crying or begging not to report him, and the cycle starts all over.”
Trent has now responded to any of these allegations.
A hearing has been scheduled for March 1st.

Katherine Heigl Welcomes Baby #3!
Katherine Heigl may have a reputation as someone who is difficult to work with on set.
But she’s also gaining a reputation as one of Hollywood’s most prolific mothers.
According to People Magazine, the former Grey’s Anatomy star and husband Josh Kelley welcomed a little boy into the world back on Tuesday, December 20.
His name is Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr.
Heigl and Kelley were already parents to girl Adalaide, 4, and Naleigh, 8, when they were blessed in life for the third time.
The actress broke her pregnancy news to People in June of last year.
“The Kelley clan is thrilled to announce that we are expecting a third addition to our family,” the star told the publication at that time, adding:
“Naleigh and Adalaide could not be more excited to welcome their new sibling into the fold, and Josh and I are overflowing with joy and gratitude.”
Heigl is 38 and Kelley is 36 and the couple resides in Utah.
After leaving Grey’s Anatomy amidst some controversy (most notably slamming the show’s writers one year for not giving her Emmy-worth material), Heigl starred in a number of pretty successful films.
There was Knocked Up and 27 Dresses, for example.
She then tried a return to television last year via the NBC drama State of Affairs, but it only lasted one season.
She will next be seen in early 2017, giving the TV thing another try with CBS’ legal program Doubt.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for us filled with hope, anticipation and hormones. Well, only I’m filled with hormones, but everyone in the family gets to enjoy them,” Heigl joked to People last summer.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be able to finally share this news with our fans, and are looking forward to continuing to share the journey with you all.”
Heigl made a point over the past few months to keep fans apprised as to the state of her pregnancy, both via her Instagram account and personal home and lifestyle blog, Heavenly Days.

“It’s hard enough for me to get motivated to work out when I’m not pregnant but now that I am it’s 10 times harder,” she blogged in September, explaining further:
“I’m not up for weight training, lengthy cardio workouts or any of those new and fashionable exercise classes. What I am up for is yoga!
Good thing plenty of those classes exist.
While Heigl is now a three-time mother, this actually marked her first birth.
She had adopted her two daughters.
“We were considering adoption again, fostering, or pregnancy if possible,” she said in June, adding:
“Seeing as I have never been pregnant and as my OB/GYN reminded me last year, I’m of advanced maternal age, I wasn’t sure pregnancy was even in the cards for us. Turns out it was very much in the cards!”
Hooray!

Katherine McPhee: No Regrets After Affair With Married Man
It’s always wonderful to hear that a mistress is at peace with potentially destroying a marriage.
Katherine McPhee pretty much did just that in when she hooked up with her Smash director, Michael Morris in 2013.
Morris’ wife, actress Mary McCormack decided to stay with him, though at first she planned to end the marriage.
“Mary is a strong woman,” a source told people in November 2013.
“Her dedication to her children will remain her focus and gift.”
As for McPhee, she filed for divorce from Nick Cokas in May 2014 after six years of marriage. What’s odd is that she listed the date of separation as May 2013, just months before she was photographed kissing Morris.
“I feel pretty grounded. I got married really young, and then divorced, and in the last couple of years, I felt like, Wow, this is what I should have been doing when I was 20 instead of planning a wedding,” McPhee told Ocean Magazine.
“But I don’t have any regrets.”
You sure about that?
“All of the choices I made I learned from in a really deep way,” she continued.
“I have always been fortunate to have strong influences in my life who have forced me to look at my own choices and my own failures. I think we are all on that journey to have more awareness about who we are as a person and to grow and learn.”
McPhee, who currently stars on the CBS drama, Scorpion, is treading lightly when it comes to life as a singleton these days.
“I have not been single for very much of my life. I don’t really understand how to date or how to be single,” she said. As soon as I know that I don’t really want to be in a relationship with somebody, I don’t really care to keep it going. I’m trying to date in a way that doesn’t lock me down.”
That’s cool, but just remember to look exclusively for other single people.

Katherine Webb Welcomes First Child!
Congratulations are in order for Katherine Webb and AJ McCarron.
The model and the professional football players are now proud parents of a baby boy. Hooray!
Tweeted the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback on Tuesday night, clearly very excited over the news:
“Little man is here. We have a beautiful little boy a part of our family now!! Wow is he a long one. We love you, Tripp McCarron #proudparents”
Webb and McCarron confirmed in December that she was expecting the couple’s first child.
They got married in July of 2014.
Webb became a viral sensation in most unusual fashion back 2013 after ESPN’s announcer Brent Musburger openly ogled her and gushed over her appearance during the Alabama and Notre Dame BCS National Championship Game.
McCarron was the Crimson Tide signal caller at the time.
“You quarterbacks get all the good-looking women,” said Musburger, just as cameras zoomed on Webb cheering on her then-boyfriend.
The cable network later apologized for Musburger’s comments.
Was Webb offended by the comments? Nope.
“I laughed hysterically,” Webb told TMZ soon afterward.
“I was flattered … and slightly embarrassed … but I thought it was the funniest thing ever. I never expected that.”
Oh well. That’s in the past now. And the future is going to be full of dirty diapers for Webb and McCarron! We send them our best wishes.
