Jenelle Evans: Best Friend & Babysitter Arrested For Heroin Possession
Jenelle Evans scored a major legal victory last week when she was found not guilty of assaulting Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend in a trial that lasted less than a week.
Now, however, it seems that the Carolina Hurricane’s celebrations may be short-lived, as her latest legal entanglement could make it that much easier for Griffith to prove that Jenelle is an unfit mother in their ongoing custody battle.
According to Radar Online, Tori Rhyne – Jenelle’s best friend and frequent babysitter to her son Kaiser – was arrested earlier this month for possession of heroin, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Rhyne was carrying more than half an ounce of pot, leading police to believe she was dealing.
If you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you’ve almost certainly seen Jenelle hanging out with Tori, who made her first appearance on the show back in season one, and has been a fixture ever since.
When Nathan called the CPS on Jenelle for allegedly kidnapping Kaiser back in November, it turned out that the boy was simply staying with Rhyne while Evans was out of town.
The agency paid a visit to Rhyne’s home and found everything to be in order”
“They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left,” a source told Radar at the time.
“CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that’s all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine.”
Now, Jenelle’s inner circle is concerned not only for Kaiser’s safety, but for Jenelle’s sobriety.
After several stints in rehab, the mother of two reportedly appeared to be drunk at the MTV Movie Awards held earlier this month.
With the revelation that her closest friend has been using and possibly dealing, you can expect Jenelle’s sobriety to be questioned at her upcoming custody hearings.
Evans has yet to speak publicly about Rhyne’s arrest.

Blac Chyna: Busted For Possession of Ecstasy, Xanax
As you may have heard, Blac Chyna was arrested at Austin International Airport over the weekend.
Early reports had the model and girlfriend of Rob Kardashian getting arrested for being drunk and disorderly at an airport bar.
Now, it seems that Blac did indeed make a scene, but that was just the beginning of her legal trouble.
TMZ is reporting that when cops searched Blac, they discovered two white pills with “glittery gold flakes” in a sunglasses case.
The pills were field tested and came back positive for MDMA, also known as Ecstasy.
Blac told police that she had taken Xanax, but it’s not known if she was in possession of the drug, or if she had a prescription.
When asked if she had been drinking, Blac reportedly responded, “Of course,” and then broke down crying.
Witnesses say the trouble started when a bartender refused to serve Blac the quantity of liquor that she was demanding.
She became “verbally aggressive,” and an onlooker called the cops.
According to the police report, Blac was “passively resistive” with the arresting officers, going limp and refusing to walk when they attempted to remove her from the scene.
She wasn’t in custody long, as Rob Kardashian drove 1,377 miles from LA to Austin to bail his new girlfriend out.
Unfortunately for Blac, it sounds like her legal troubles are just beginning.

Lamar Odom Will NOT Be Charged With Drug Possession!
The good news just keeps coming for Lamar Odom.
Last week, Odom was released from the hospital after months of treatment following a near-fatal overdose back in November.
Now, the former NBA star has one less problem to deal with, as TMZ is reporting that Odom will not face criminal charges for possession of cocaine and other controlled substances.
That may sound like a foregone conclusion, but there was a time when it really looked as though Odom might be in hot water for his activities at the Love Ranch brothel in the days leading up to his overdose.
Authorities in Nye County, Nevada stated their intention to press charges against Odom, and some expected prosecutors to try and make an example of the 36-year-old.
(As one of the few places in the country where prostitution is legal, Nye County reportedly receives more than its share of big-spending law-breakers.)
Earlier today, however, the Nye County DA’s office announced that it will not file charges.
It’s unlikely that they would’ve been able to make much of a case against Odom, but we’re sure he’s relieved that he won’t have to go to court.
The man’s got enough on his plate with the long road to recovery still ahead of him.

Courtland Rogers: Jenelle Evans" Ex Arrested For Heroin Possession
Back in Courtland Rogers married Jenelle Evans while they were both in the depths of serious drug addictions.
Needless to say, it didn’t end well, and Courtland and Jenelle got divorced after just 18 months of marriage. These days, Jenelle seems to have (mostly) cleaned up her act, but sadly, Courtland is still struggling.
According to TMZ, Courtland was arrested last night for heroin possession, failure to appear in court, and multiple probation violations.
Rogers and Evans were arrested together on a slew of charges just five months after they got married.
They parted ways about a year later.
Jenelle has her own long history of brushes with the law, but she’s managed to avoid being taken into custody for almost four months now!
Sadly, that’s an accomplishment in Jenelle’s world.
Evans was arrested in August for assaulting the girlfriend of baby daddy Nathan Griffith.
Though she was on probation at the time, it looks like Jenelle won’t have to serve any jail time for the incident.
Currently, Evans is dating David Eason, who also has a rap sheet a mile long, but sources say the that like Jenelle, the welder and dad has (for the most part) calmed down and sobered up.

Lamar Odom to Be Charged With Felony Cocaine Possession?!
Yesterday, we reported that Lamar Odom tested positive for cocaine.
It didn’t exactly come as a shock, as sources had previously claimed that Odom was using several drugs on the night that he collapsed and suffered 12 strokes before being hospitalized.
The toxicology report made tabloid headlines, however, as it meant that Odom could be prosecuted on criminal possession charges.
The Nye County, Nevada sheriff’s department had previously stated that it would pursue a criminal case against Odom if it was presented with sufficient evidence that he had been using illegal drugs on the night of his hospitalization.
Now, TMZ is reporting that the sheriff’s department is recommending that Odom be charged with felony cocaine possession, and his case has been turned over to the DA.
The results of Odom’s blood test – as well any drugs or paraphernalia found in his room – will now be taken into evidence as the district attorney decides whether or not to build a case against Odom.
Even if he’s charged and found guilty, it’s unlikely that Odom, as a first time offender, will face jail time.
Still, a lengthy court case, possibly followed by fines and probation is probably not something that Odom is looking forward to after all that he’s been through already.

Cathriona White: Married, in Possession of Drugs Under Jim Carrey"s Alias Before Suicide
Jim Carrey’s girlfriend, Cathriona White, who died of suspected suicide last month, was married to another man, according to a new report.
Also, she had drugs in her possession prescribed to a Carrey alias.
“She had a husband and they were separated,” Ed Winter of the L.A. County Medical Examiner’s office said. “He is the legal next of kin.”
According to Winter, the makeup artist had been separated from the unidentified man for five months and planned to divorce him.
Carrey and White dated on and off, last splitting up September 24.
Cathriona committed suicide, it is widely believed, just days later.
“As far as Jim was concerned, [she was separated,” a source said.
“She was going to start divorce proceedings. There is no way Jim Carrey would have taken her out to public places if he thought she was married.”
Her marriage date, husband and location have not been released.
The coroner’s office confirmed that several different prescription pill bottles were found next to White’s body shortly after her demise.
“There were four bottles found, three of them with a name on it and they weren’t hers,” the coroner’s office explained to the media.
“We confirmed with the pharmacy it was an alias for Carrey. The prescriptions were Ambien, Percocet, Propranolol and Zofran.”
“[They were all in the name of Jim’s alias] except for the Zofran,” the corner’s office added. “There was no name on the [Zofran].”
White, 30, took the pills unbeknownst to Carrey, who is not a person of interest, despite Internet anti-vaxx conspiracy theories.
“Jim didn’t even realize until a couple days later because it’s not something that he took on a regular basis,” the insider explained.
The coroner’s office also previously confirmed that a note addressed to Carrey was found by her body; its contents are unclear.
Reports that White was involved in Scientology have also surfaced, though it’s not certain how deeply Cathriona was immersed.
