CNN"s Poppy Harlow Passes Out On Air, Recovers Like a Champ

What a trooper.

CNN anchor Poppy Harlow got a little overheated (literally) on live television and passed out.

Fortunately, the pregnant news personality is OK, and thanks everyone on Twitter for asking about her.

Harlow, 33, began slurring her words after wrapping up a story on ISIS.

"We have this new CNN/ORC poll," Harlow said slowly and softly. "Which is quite a…quite a…turnaround…"

Soon after, the broadcast went radio silent, and CNN"s Media Anchor Brian Stelter took over.

Harlow soon came back on camera to thank everyone for looking out for her.

"For all of you on Twitter, who are asking if I"m OK, thank you so much," Harlow said into the camera. "I got a little hot and I passed out for a moment."

Harlow then went to her doctor to make sure everything was in check.

"Update from the hospital," she wrote on Twitter.

"Our little girl due this spring is doing just fine. Was a scare but we are both ok. Thank you all so much!"

Harlow and husband announced they were expecting their first child together last month.

We could not be more thrilled to have a little girl on the way,” Harlow told TVNewser at the time. “We feel blessed and are excited for the adventure ahead.”
