Now, it seems the model and the media mogul have pulled a fast one on the press by getting hitched in a low-key civil ceremony in London.
We guess when you’re tying the knot with an 84-year-old billionaire, you don’t want to waste any time. Makes sense to us.
It’s the fourth marriage for Murdoch, and the second for Hall, who was kind of married to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, but found out in 1999 that their Indonesian ceremony wasn’t recognized under UK law.
Murdoch divorced his third wife Wendi Deng in 2013 and probably forked over a sum equal to the GDP of a small island nation.
Yes, what the man lacks in Jagger’s swagger he makes up for in obscene wealth.
Murdoch’s net worth is currently estimated at $ 11.5 billion.
Needless to say, Hall has a knack for catching the eyes of extremely successful men.
The couple kept it casual today, with Jerry saying “I do” in a pair of leggings and a trench coat.
Sources say a formal church ceremony will be held in London tomorrow.
