Last week, Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry appeared on Steve Harvey to discuss the difficulties of raising children in the public eye.
(They didn"t discuss the difficulties of making more than most single moms make in a decade for a single season of living their lives on camera, but that"s a different story.)
The most interesting part of the interview came when Leah talked about her time in rehab and her reasons for seeking help.
"People are so judgmental," Leah told Harvey.
"Honestly, I put my life out there to be a positive influence and really reach out to people. That is my only desire. There"s nothing else to gain."

"It"s so painful when people are so judgmental," Leah continued. "I just stop allowing it to affect me."
"Everybody makes mistakes" Harvey added. "What you cannot do is continue to beat yourself up over it."
We"re not sure if Harvey was still talking about Leah at that point, or if he was having a flashback to the time he crowned the wrong Miss Universe winner.
