Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton Perform New Duet, Eye-Bang Each Other

Do you two want some privacy?

Last night on The Voice, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton rubbed our faces in their love a wee bit more by performing their romantical duet, "Go Ahead and Break My Heart."

Having grown up listening to No Doubt, it"s kind of neat to watch a ska-tastic Stefani shake it up with country music, and I think she was jazzed about it, seeing as she promoted the crap out of it via Instagram.

I can"t help but wonder if Miranda Lambert is watching this performance, gritting her teeth while thinking, "that used to be me."

After, Shelton got candid with People about the collaboration.

"I guess I"m nervous in a new kind of way," Shelton admitted.

"I"m excited because this is a song Gwen and I feel so close to for obvious reasons. It"s as brutally honest and straightforward as you can be in a love song."

An onlooker from the set described the couple"s adorable interaction.

"When they were introduced to the stage, Blake gently touched her lower back, helping her up the stairs," the insider told People, adding that the performance only required two takes.

"The moment he saw her, he couldn"t help but smile," the insider added of their first take.

Shelton and Stefani "shared plenty of sweet, intimate moments during their performance, barely breaking eye contact.

"When it came to singing, you could tell they were very much in the moment.

"Once the song finished, Blake embraced Gwen with a hug and a long kiss on the forehead."

The audience caught the first take, but viewers at home were only shown the second take, so NO KISS ON THE FOREHEAD FOR YOU.

It wasn"t necessary though, because judging from their onstage chemistry, Shelton and Stefani most likely engaged in sexy time immediately after the performance.

Shelton summed up our feelings perfectly when he described the song.

"It"s like people getting a look at something personal for the first time," he said.

Accurate.
