Troubled but popular reality star Scott Disick celebrated his 33rd birthday in Las Vegas with none other than ex-partner Kourtney Kardashian.
The Lord, who has been squiring a harem of barely-legal ladies of late, instead spent the evening alongside his three-time baby mama.
Kourtney Kardashian, 37, partied at 1 Oak with Scott, along with her sister Khloe Kardashian and frequent family associate Malika Haqq.
What should we read into the fact that Kourt joined him?
Maybe a lot … maybe not so much. Either way, insiders close to her say that Kourtney’s feelings regarding Disick’s behavior have evolved.
“Kourtney’s anger towards Scott disappeared a long time ago. She realizes he’s a self-destructive addict who can’t help himself,” a friend said.
That doesn’t mean his alleged issues – rumors that Scott Disick is a sex addict who objectifies women are running rampant – don’t concern her:
“The saddest thing with Scott is that he genuinely falls for these girls and believes it’s totally normal to have several girlfriends at once.”
“He’s been hitting on everyone, including even his hookups’ friends,” the source said. “He also has this really deviant attitude toward sex.”
“He doesn’t enjoy it unless it’s kinky and extreme.”
So will Scott get help for that alleged problem?
We wouldn’t bet on that, but Kourt’s presence at his birthday bash does signal that whatever the future holds, they aren’t on bad terms.
She also recently posted a throwback pic of her straddling Scott in a bikini, which was either a really nice shoutout or diabolical torture.
Feels more symbolic in a nice way, though.
Yes, she’s posted plenty of bikini pics over the past year or so that seem tailored to torturning her ex and showing him what he’s missing.
That’s a great storyline, and no one would blame her, but she clearly has some genuine affection for the father of her children, as well.
Witnesses who saw them celebrating his 33rd agreed, saying that the former couple appeared to get along. Says a close Scott source:
“He seems like he’s in a really good place.”
Slow down. Let’s not get too ahead of ourselves … this is a guy who needs to stop drinking or else. But still, baby steps are good steps.
