Garrett Yrigoyen: Bachelorette Suitor"s Bigoted Views EXPOSED

Fair Warning: some of the images that you"re about to see are disturbing and even sickening.

If you follow The Bachelorette Spoilers, you already know the name of Becca Kufrin"s fiance.

But right now, there are a number of men competing for her hand.

One of them is Garrett Yrigoyen, a man identified as "one to watch" weeks before this season even aired. He is a surgical technology consultant and was reportedly engaged as recently as 2015.

He"s certainly a handsome fellow, and Becca made it clear that he made an impression on her.

Unfortunately, some truly awful revelations have come out about Garrett"s social media history. To the point that Garrett made his Instagram private and then deleted it.

His actual posts are innocuous. However, screenshots have emerged of his alleged likes. Unless he was hacked, it appears that he has clicked "like" on some disturbing material that, as RealitySteve has noted, goes beyond political opinion and into the realm of indecency.

Take a look, but don"t say that we didn"t warn you.

1. Garrett Yrigoyen is a handsome, charming man

Garrett yrigoyen

But, as we said, these posts that he has allegedly “liked” on Instagram are more than just political. Some of them would be enough to get a person fired from most jobs.

2. This is about so much more than a border wall

Garrett yrigoyen problematic instagram likes 01

Is it a joke? Yes. Is it a good one? Absolutely not. This is a joke about discarding brown children like garbage. A person can hold a negative view of immigration without … this.

3. This one is of a similar flavor

Garrett yrigoyen problematic instagram likes 02

Note that about 13% of all Americans live in California, which has one of the most powerful economies in the world.

4. Are you familiar with the term "strawman argument?"

Garrett yrigoyen problematic instagram likes 03

Cherrypicking the admittedly attractive Tomato Lozenge (pictured, ironically, on the left) to pair her up against the similarly cherrypicked leftist is intellectually dishonest. Emily Ratajkowski could have fit in that panel just as easily. But that’s beside the point, because Becca Kufrin is a Hillary Supporter who supports the Women’s March.

5. Someone really painted their doors like this

Garrett yrigoyen problematic instagram likes 04

We hope that we don’t have to explain why mocking transgender people is hateful. Caitlyn was always a woman, but lived with her real identity as a shameful secret for decades.

6. Some of these are just dumb

Garrett yrigoyen problematic instagram likes 05

This one is just a mess, honestly.

The Bachelorette Spoilers: Becca Kufrin Final Two, WINNER Revealed!!

Becca Kufrin’s journey has just begun on ABC, but The Bachelorette spoilers revealing who wins the final rose have already hit the web.

Oh yes. It happens every season, but not like this …

On May 28, Becca began handing out the roses in her televised quest for love. As we all know, however, this filmed awhile ago.

In fact, if you know anything at all about the popular ABC show, then you’re aware that Bachelorette spoilers leak like a sieve.

Filming recently wrapped, and to the surprise of no one, Reality Steve (a.k.a. the Oracle of Bachelorette spoilers) is on top of things.

Not like most year, though. More on that shortly.

If this doesn’t go without saying: The content you are about to read contains The Bachelorette spoilers, so proceed at your own risk.

Steve’s previous Bachelorette spoilers revealed that she followed her predecessor’s lead in the final episode before hometowns.

With six men remaining, she embarked on three one-on-one dates and one three-on-one date, handing out roses at the end of each.

The final four who received them appear below:

1. Jason Tartick, a 29-year-old who currently lives in Seattle, but is a native of Buffalo, New York, where his date was filmed.

Thank goodness. Reality TV needs more Buffalo.

2. Blake Horstmann, a 28-year-old sales rep for Coors, he lives in Denver, and already made quite a debut by showing up on a horse.

You could say he’s horsing around, but only literally.

3. Garrett Yrigoyen, a native of Manteca, Calif., played college baseball and currently works as a surgical technology consultant.

Either Garrett or a man with his name in the same city was engaged back in 2015, so there’s that. Just some food for thought.

4. Colton Underwood, a 26-year-old NFL free agent from Aurora, Colo., is perhaps the most controversial of Kufrin’s final four.

He’s reportedly the subject of some big drama this season, and previously dated Olympic gold medalist gymnast Aly Raisman.

We’ve also heard whispers that he tried to holler at Tia Booth, from Arie’s Bachelor season, on Instagram, so there’s also that.

Anyway …

There are some interesting characters this year for sure, both in the final four and in the episodes leading up to her hometown dates.

But down to business:

Pictures from Becca’s final rose ceremony in the Maldives were posted by TMZ, after Reality Steve himself declined to purchase them.

That’s right, someone actively shopped them and solicited the Bachelor spoilers god himself before turning to the celebrity news site.

They found the right bidder, and the photos were published; Garrett Yrigoyen and Blake Horstmann are Becca’s final two this season.

Garrett gets the final rose.

Becca Kufrin is engaged to Garrett Yrigoyen. Once again, the first impression rose winner from the premiere gets the last one, as well.

This is the fourth season in a row that the recipient of the inaugural rose (and kiss for that matter) ended up getting engaged later on.

It’s not a surprise, as this man emerged as a frontrunner from day one, and it doesn’t look like this information could possibly be incorrect.

This season, thanks to TMZ, there’s iron-clad photographic proof of the finale results, so spoilers are hardly even spoilers. Just facts.

How will ABC react to this?

Pretend it doesn’t exist? Come up with some wild, alternate theories as to how these images might not show what they appear to show?

Time will tell, but it looks like the cat is 100 percent out of the bag, and we’re not even 24 hours into the 14th season of the hit show.

Congrats?

The Bachelorette Season Premiere Recap: Let"s Do The Damn Thing!

It’s that time of year again, people!

The Bachelorette is officially back, baby (and The Bachelorette spoilers have already told us who wins, but that’s another story)!

For real, do not follow the above link if you don’t want to know how it plays out for Becca Kufrin and … ooh, that was a close one.

Almost gave it away. Wowza.

Anyway, about Monday night …

Whether you’re a Bachelorette spoilers addicted fiend or opt to remain in suspense as to who Becca picks, this much is 100% clear:

1. She’s smoking hot;

2. The guys love her;

3. It’s gonna be bonkers this season as the runner-up from this winter’s The Bachelor season is already driving the competition crazy.

If you watch The Bachelor online, you will already know that Becca has already had a shot at love on reality TV. She was romanced by Arie Luyendyk Jr. and was even engaged to him.

But Arie had a change of heart, called off their engagement and started a relationship with runner-up Lauren Burnham.

It was a horrible chain of events, but it was clear Becca rebounded quickly when she was announced as the new Bachelorette. In fact, it probably worked out better for her.

When the episode kicked off, we learned that Becca was not about to let that loser Arie ruin her time in front of the reality TV cameras.

“I’m just, like, your normal average girl,” she says. “All I did was get my heart broken on TV.”

Becca was joined by former The Bachelorette women JoJo Fletcher, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Rachel Lindsay who had a grand old chat about the highs and lows of finding love on TV.

“Please don’t edit this out: fuck him,” Rachel said of Arie when she got some screen time, before proceeding to sage the mansion.

Oh yes, Rachel is holding nothing back, and that’s why we loved her so much on her season.

“As women, we do a better a job of it,” Jojo tells the camera when she is asked whether the women are better at picking the men.

“Women are more intuitive. They know what they want,” she continued.

With the sheer amount of men emerging from the limousines at the lavish mansion, it was clear they were all trying to do their best to make a big first impression.

FYI: Lindsay, Fletcher, and Bristowe all picked the same person who won the first impression rose to win the game, so they’re kind of a big deal.

There was a fake proposal, a cardboard cutout of Arie, and even a choir. Even after all these years, the men are really bringing it with the entrances.

Our pick for the best first impression has got to be David. He emerged from the limo in a chicken suit and said the following:

“I’m not here to ruffle feathers.”

If that’s not a winning line, then we don’t know what is.

There was also one contestant who got sent home very early. The reason?

She knew him through friends back in Minnesota, and said that “honestly I don’t think he’s here for me.”

If Becca wanted to prove anything, it was that she was not messing around this time … and that’s what made the rose ceremony, so fun to watch.

Chris went out of his way early in the episode to say that Chase came on to the show for all of the wrong reasons.

We don’t know where Chris gets the right to speak to people he’s known for a matter of hours like that, but he did.

In any case, Becca actually agreed with Chris and sent Chase packing. If Chris was here to play a strategic game to take out all of the bigger players by planting seeds of doubt in Becca’s mind, he succeeded.

Kamil, Joe, Darius, Grant, and Christian were also given the pink slip, and that meant there were 21 people left in the competition for Becca’s heart.

As for who actually got the first impression rose, it went to Garrett, a 29-year-old who showed up at the mansion in a minivan.

Maybe he was trying to show Becca that he didn’t need a limo to make an entrance. We’re not so sure, but Becca seemed smitten with him.

What did you think of the premiere?

Did the right people go home? Is there a future for Becca and Garrett?

Meredith Phillips, Former Bachelorette Star, Says She Was Drugged and Assaulted on Season 2

Meredith Phillips, the star of ABC’s Bachelorette back in 2004, said this week on a podcast that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by a crew member on the set of this long-running ABC reality show.

It’s a damning and troubling accusation.

Per Reality Blured, Phillips made this allegation while speaking to Steve Carbone (aka Reality Steve) in response to a question about the most challenging aspect of production.

“Well, besides being always really tired and some of the producers were – how do I say this? Helpful but not helpful, in terms of trying to make me relax,” Phillips replied, somewhat mysteriously.

She then elaborated:

“Normally, I wouldn’t talk about this, but I’m going to tell you because it’s bothered me for years.

“And I know another friend of mine who was working on the show felt the same experience I did, about getting roofied and in a hot tub and kind of accosted.”

Wait… what? Roofied?

As in: someone drugged Phillips and took advantage of her?

Yes, she says.

The allegedly awful deed was done by “a masseuse that a producer hired to come into my room and to give me a massage,” says Phillips.

The ex-reality star says she assumed the pill this person gave her was an “aspirin or something to loosen up my back.” But…

“It definltey wasn’t that, that’s for sure. The last thing I remember was she got naked and she was in the tub with me, and rubbing my back and rubbing areas probably she shouldn’t have.

“And then I was put in bed. I woke up naked. Don’t remember much.”

Yikes. That’s extremely disturbing to hear.

Phillips, whose season of The Bachelorette was filmed in 2003 and aired in early 2004, said that the experience was “hard for me to talk about because I think I’ve put it somewhere else in my brain.”

She was rejected by Bob Guiney on The Bachelor Season 4, finishing as the third runner-up, prior to starring as The Bachelorette and selecting Ian McKee as her winning suitior.

The couple broke up in February of 2005.

Thinking back on this horrifying incident, Phillips said once whatever she had taken kicked in, “I literally couldn’t even move my body, so I have no idea what the pill was, at all.

“All I know is that I was told that, ‘This will make you feel better."”

ABC is yet to address this charge, but we’d expect the network to make a statement at some point.

Why didn’t she leave the series after this happened?

There was “definitely a part of me” that wanted to, she acknowledges, “but I am also the kind of person that finishes what she starts…

“It is a huge deal. I have worked through it.”

The story has come out just days before Becca Kufrin debuts as The Bachelorette on Season 14.

Chris Harrison Teases "Most Ridiculous Fight" in History on Bachelorette Premiere

DING! DING! DING!

According to Chris Harrison, it is about to be on next Monday night.

Between whom? This is the question we’re now left to ponder.

Earlier this week, the reality show host with the absolute most stopped and talked to Entertainment Tonight about the May 28 premiere of The Bachelorette.

It will kick off at 8/7c on ABC, but it sounds as if we ought to say the show will PUNCH off instead.

Just consider how Harrison teased the premiere in his chat with the aforementioned gossip and news outlet:

“Maybe the most ridiculous fight you’ve ever seen in the history of our show, which is saying a lot.

It’s just magnificent to watch.

“It’s going to be one of those [seasons where] you’re watching through your fingers because you’re embarrassed for everybody involved, but you can’t stop watching.”

Now THAT’S what we call a tease.

Is it any wonder Chris Harrison is the very best at what he does?

While recent The Bachelorette spoilers have actually revealed the final four men chosen by Becca Kufrin, ABC announced the FULL list of all 28 suitors on Thursday.

We’ve posted their official portraits above and referenced their official occupations.

There are multiple football players… one sports analyst… a guy who plays the banjo… and some dude who says he’s a social media participant.

We somehow doubt the latter is involved in this fight.

“The arrivals are great because, for the guys, it’s very much out of our comfort zone to make these grand entrances,” Harrison also said of the premiere, adding:

“We make fools of ourselves, that’s what we do. And some of these guys do just that.”

Kufrin, of course, has quite the backstory when it comes to this franchise.

She was proposed to by Arie on the season finale of the latest Bachelor season — and then dumped by Arie on the After the Rose Special.

Becca responded in that moment the same way anyone in her situation would respond (Are you f-cking kidding me, she asked Arie many times), but has since handled the public break-up with maturity and grace.

“He’s a good person, I don’t think he’s a monster and purposely did this to hurt me and make me feel this way,” Kurfin told People Magazine shortly after The Bachelor season concluded, adding at the time:

“I don’t think he thought it through, but I don’t think he did it maliciously to break my heart.”

Whatever.

The guy seems like a giant douchebag in our opinion.

But Arie is the past and one of the 28 men featured above is the future.

“Let’s do the damn thing,” Kufrin excitedly says in the following Bachelorette preview, making it clear that she’s ready to move on.

And if she’s ready to move on, so we are. Let’s do the damn thing indeed!

Check out the fun teaser now:

  1. We actually know the identity of the four men who will advance to the final quartet on Season 14.

  2. All 28 men who will be competing this year are very handsome!

But this is your chance to scroll down and then all around to meet Becca"s men, choose a favorite and read a few things Harrison has to say about them:

The Bachelorette: Some Suitors Are There For The Wrong Reasons

If you follow The Bachelorette Spoilers, you know a lot about this upcoming season already. But there’s more to learn.

The entire Bachelor Nation is excited to watch Becca Kufrin seek revenge … sorry, look for love.

Now that we’re just four weeks from the new season, Chris Harrison is teasing some details. He also warns that some of Becca’s suitors are there for the wrong reasons.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Chris Harrison says that Becca Kufrin is a delight … but warns the Bachelor Nation that some of her suitors aren’t there for her.

But first, he talks about the leading lady.

“Becca’s doing great, Becca’s awesome.”

That’s great to hear.

“I can’t wait for everybody to see how much we all love her.”

And, of course, he cannot wait for the Bachelor Nation to love Becca Kufrin as they do.

Sure, fans and viewers got to know Becca on Arie’s season of The Bachelor, but it looks like she really stands out on her own season.

Harrison says that Becca has defied all expectations.

“She’s turned out to be even more than what we thought, in a Bachelorette.”

That is really great to hear. And he expects her to transcend boundaries as she draws in her audience.

“I think everybody is going to relate to her — men, women, they’re going to really relate and fall in love with her, as the guys are.”

He continues to describe her.

Becca is, he says, “grateful, sweet, honest, and open.”

She should make a stark contrast from her former fiance, then.

He says that she’s won over more than just her suitors.

“The crew loves her, the producers love her …”

A lot of reality stars play for the cameras. It sounds like Becca is just as nice behind the scenes.

“It’s been a while since we’ve had somebody like that where everybody is just excited to be with her every day because she just makes it easy.”

Is that some shade that he’s throwing at past Bachelorettes? Uncalled for … but we’re not complaining.

“When one of our Bachelor or Bachelorettes are excited and they make it easy for all of us to go to work every day and travel the world.”

Of course. You always

“It’s just fun.”

In addition to sweetness and light, Harrison also says that Becca is a “kick-ass woman.”

But he’s warning the Bachelor Nation that there will be disappointments in their future when it comes to Becca’s suitors.

“Of course there are people there for the wrong reason.”

Some may want to get famous, either to build their brand or to try to become the Bachelor.

But he says that Becca is exactly as she seems.

“That’s the good thing about Becca, she seems like this sweet, demure woman and she is.”

And he says that as kind as she is, she’s no pushover. (Which is probably why Arie dumped her, if Bekah Martinez is to be believed)

“She’s got a backbone, she can take care of her own.”

Harrison does talk about a low point for this season — the eliminations.

He teases that some of them are “gut-wrenching.”

And he mentions that “families are involved.” Interesting.

He says:

“I will say this: I think she definitely sympathizes with Arie more than she did about two months ago.”

That is a rare struggle that every Bachelor and Bachelorette understands. And that perhaps only they understand.

“Once you get in their shoes you really start to understand.”

We can’t wait to see how this all plays out.

Becca Kufrin Seeks Revenge in First Bachelorette Promo

She who forgets the past is destined to repeat it, right?

This is a lesson Becca Kufrin appears to have taken to heart.

As reality TV fans know all too well, Becca was humiliated a few months ago by Arie Luyendyk Jr.

First, she was selected as his bride-to-be, in a proposal that actually opens the following preview for this new season of The Bachelorette.

Then, she was dumped in front of ABC cameras after Arie decided he"d rather be with Lauren Burnham instead.

Now, Arie and Lauren are engaged and planning their wedding… while Becca is planning her revenge.

Sort of.

In the promo below, Kufrin takes the giant red heart on which footage of Arie"s proposal is playing and rips it in half with a defiant head tilt.

She"s ready to move on, clearly.

She"s ready to be the person in control, choosing her own husband from a group of 25 suitors.

Based on a handful of already-leaked The Bachelorette spoilers, we actually know who the final husband contenders will be.

But we don"t ruin that surprise just yet.

In this teaser, Becca sort of dances around and poses to Kesha"s "Woman," as the words, "independent woman" flash onto the screen.

"Let"s do the damn thing," Kufrin says in what has sort of become her tagline.

She also said the following to Chris Harrison in March, about getting dissed by Arie in front of millions and then about being chosen as The Bachelorette:

"Once I got past the initial heartbreak, at the end of the day the show is about finding love. I have so much love to give, so hard yes [to being The Bachelorette] all around."

We"re rooting for Becca.

She has handled this ordeal about as well as could possibly be expected.

Check out the men from whom she has to has to find a mate…

… and then check out this preview:

Rachel Lindsay: Bachelor Fans Are Too Racist to Have Another Black Bachelorette

Rachel Lindsay was The Bachelorette‘s first black leading lady. A lot of people were troubled that it took until Season 13 for that to happen.

Now, Rachel is engaged, but she’s not optimistic about the chances of seeing another black Bachelorette in the near future.

Why? Because, well, the viewers are racist.

Speaking to Us Weekly, Rachel Lindsay shares her doubts about the next black Bachelorette lead.

“I don’t think Bachelor Nation is ready for the diversity of a lead … an African American lead.”

That is … so heartbreaking to hear.

Rachel does clarify that she thinks that there will be leads of color in the future, but she says:

“I think there’ll be an [African American] man before there’ll be another woman.”

That is, unfortunately, what happens in a culture where white (among other things) is treated as “default.”

Her fiancee, Bryan Abasolo, adds:

“I think there definitely needs to be more diversity on the show.”

That is something that a number of fans have called four.

The surplus of Laurens on the last season of The Bachelor really illustrated how homogenous the casts can be.

Bryan says: “Whether America is ready for it, that’s yet to be seen.”

Rachel interjects, saying that she has more concerns about the franchise’s fanbase than she does about overall American culture.

“It’s not America; it’s Bachelor Nation.”

Rachel explains that, even if Arie’s brutal breakup had never happened, whoever would have been the lead in Becca Kufrin’s stead would not have been black.

“I don’t think that there would have been two black Bachelorettes in a row.”

And she can point to exactly why.

“I just don’t think the nation … I mean look at the ratings from the season.”

Her season’s ratings, she says, were “significantly lower than Jojo’s.”

That is heartbreaking.

Rachel says that she didn’t see racist trolling against her on social media … which is totally believable, if she has never once checked her mentions from people she doesn’t already follow.

Bryan admits that he “definitely saw it.”

“There was a lot of backlash in terms of race for her, and I think she handled herself with such grace and elegance and pride.”

Remember, there was even a racist guy on her season — though not for long.

“I think she represented the African American community beautifully.”

That she did.

Racial representation is not and has never been a strong suit of The Bachelor.

Are so many members of the Bachelor Nation truly so very racist that they just won’t tune in to watch a black woman find love?

We’d love to believe that there’s another culprit.

But Rachel brings up a great point. And something has to change.

For that matter, many in the Bachelor Nation have wanted diversity in other ways. A Bachelor or Bachelorette. A trans Bachelor or Bachelorette.

And let’s not forget that racial diversity isn’t limited to the African American community.

Representation is important.

The Bachelorette Spoilers: Becca Kufrin Final Four REVEALED!

Filming for Becca Kufrin’s journey slash season is still underway, but The Bachelorette spoilers reveal who makes her elusive final four.

Whose hometowns will the brunette beauty visit?

In one month’s time, Kufrin will take the reins of the popular reality franchise and begin handing our roses in her quest for love.

If you know anything about the ABC show, then you’re well aware that The Bachelorette spoilers leak like a sieve all spring. Every year.

Ever since Becca was named The Bachelorette – the night after she was eliminated from The Bachelor – speculation has run wild.

And, to the surprise of no one, Reality Steve (a.k.a. the Magic Eight Ball of The Bachelorette spoilers) has been on top of this like …

… well, like Arie on Lauren B. Yeah. Too soon. Sorry.

Anyway, as the promotional photo above says, let’s do the damn thing! As of this report, Becca has already narrowed down the competition.

Big time. Only four lucky fellas remain in the hunt.

Obviously, the content you are about to read contains Bachelorette spoilers, so proceed at your own risk, if that didn’t go without saying.

According to Steve, who previously revealed Becca Kufrin’s final six, she followed her predecessor’s lead in the episode before hometowns.

With six men left, she embarked on three one-on-one dates and one three-on-one group date, handing out roses at the end of each.

The final four who received them?!

1. Jason Tartick. A 29-year-old who currently lives in Seattle, Jason is a native of Buffalo, New York, which is where his date will be filmed.

According to Steve the soothsayer, Jason will take Becca to – where else – the Anchor Bar, home of the ORIGINAL buffalo wings.

Romantic as s–t.

Beyond that, they’ll presumably engage in such activities as turning up the thermostat, complaining about football, and eating.

Hey, there’s nothing wrong with slathering various deep-fried meats with hot sauce and cheese as a local pastime. Don’t hate.

2. Blake Horstmann. Currently living in big city Denver, the 28-year-old Blake will take the beautiful Minnesotan to his Colorado hometown.

A sales rep for Coors, he has a degree in marketing and communications, and already made quite a debut by showing up with a horse.

He’s horsing around, but only literally.

3. Garrett Yrigoyen. The town of Manteca, Calif., where his parents live, will be the site of Garrett’s hometown date with Becca.

Mr. Yrigoyen previously played baseball for the University of Nevada, and currently works as a surgical technology consultant.

Either he or a man with his name in the same city was engaged in 2015, so there’s that. Keep your eye on this guy next month.

It’s unclear if there will be outdoor activities, or whether the above image is just the obligatory Tinder profile fish pic staple.

4. Colton Underwood. Perhaps the most interesting and controversial of Becca’s final four, Underwood is a 26-year-old NFL free agent.

Originally from Aurora, Colo., his hometown date will be filmed in the Rocky Mountain State, not too far from Blake’s. Awkward.

Colton, who is reportedly the subject of some drama this season, previous dated Olympic gold medalist gymnast Aly Raisman.

There’s also talk of Underwood trying to holler at Tia Booth from Arie’s season of The Bachelor on Instagram, so there’s that.

Players …

Take a look at the rest of the guys vying for her above and see what you think. There are some interesting characters for sure.

Spoilers aside, do you think Becca picked a good final four? Will she make it to the altar? What epic twists await this season?

All we can do is stay tuned.
