Garrett Yrigoyen: Bachelorette Suitor"s Bigoted Views EXPOSED
Fair Warning: some of the images that you"re about to see are disturbing and even sickening.
If you follow The Bachelorette Spoilers, you already know the name of Becca Kufrin"s fiance.
But right now, there are a number of men competing for her hand.
One of them is Garrett Yrigoyen, a man identified as "one to watch" weeks before this season even aired. He is a surgical technology consultant and was reportedly engaged as recently as 2015.
He"s certainly a handsome fellow, and Becca made it clear that he made an impression on her.
Unfortunately, some truly awful revelations have come out about Garrett"s social media history. To the point that Garrett made his Instagram private and then deleted it.
His actual posts are innocuous. However, screenshots have emerged of his alleged likes. Unless he was hacked, it appears that he has clicked "like" on some disturbing material that, as RealitySteve has noted, goes beyond political opinion and into the realm of indecency.
Take a look, but don"t say that we didn"t warn you.
1. Garrett Yrigoyen is a handsome, charming man
2. This is about so much more than a border wall
3. This one is of a similar flavor
4. Are you familiar with the term "strawman argument?"
5. Someone really painted their doors like this
6. Some of these are just dumb
Jill Duggar: Will She Leave Derick Dillard Because of His Political Views?
Like all of the women in her family, Jill Duggar was taught from a young age that there’s no higher calling than being a wife and mother.
However, Jill was also taught that her number one duty is to God, and now it seems that the 27-year-old may feel that her two greatest loyalties are in direct conflict with one another.
If you follow the Duggar clan closely, then by now, you’ve likely heard that Jill’s husband, Derick Dillard, was fired from the family’s reality show, Counting On, after launching a transphobic tirade on social media.
Shortly thereafter, Jill quit the show as a gesture of solidarity, but that doesn’t mean she shares all of Derick’s controversial views.
In fact, in recent weeks, Jill has begun distancing herself from Derick’s views in a number of subtle ways.
It all started when a handful of fans called Jill out for hypocrisy on Instagram.
In response to a post about Jill’s prayers for her children, several users commented that she should pray for her husband to be less bigoted and more tolerant.
Seemingly referring to Derick’s controversial comments, Jill replied:
“I have never said those actions were ok.”
Shortly thereafter, Jill took another stand against her husband’s views, this time in more subtle fashion.
Just one day after Derick expressed his enthusiasm for a border wall between the US and Mexico, Jill made it clear that she’s no fan of President Trump’s pet project.
Jill posted several photos of her Latina goddaughter and referred to herself as a “proud madrina” (Spanish for “godmother”) in a post that many interpreted as a sign that she doesn’t share her husband’s views on immigration.
Again, it wasn’t an out-and-out rebuttal of Derick’s views, but it was still a surprising display of independence from a woman who was raised to believe wives should be subservient to their husbands at all times.
And remarkably, Jill’s mini-rebellion didn’t end there.
Last week, Jill posted the above meme on her Instagram page.
She captioned the image:
“This has so many applications to our lives! Let your voice be heard.”
On its own, the post seems to have little application to Jill’s marriage, but once again, fans noticed that the timing of the post may speak volumes.
The meme appeared on Jill’s page not long after Derick made comments about TV personality Nate Berkus that many considered homophobic.
Yes, even diehard Duggar fans were disgusted by Derick’s remarks about Berkus and his family.
So was this Jill’s way of saying that she’s standing up to the forces of evil?
If so, it’s a bit ironic that she’s choosing to make her voice heard in such low-key fashion, but fans haven’t given up hope.
Many believe Jill is planning to publicly speak out against Derick’s views.
Some even believe she’ll eventually leave her divisive husband.
That seems unlikely, given the Duggar family’s dim view of divorce, but it’s not hard to see why fans are beginning to believe that Jill is less submissive than her sisters when it comes to her marriage.

Joy-Anna Duggar Shares Pregnancy Update, Anti-Abortion Views on Instagram
If you’re a fan of her family’s, then by now, you’ve likely heard the news that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant with her first child.
The news came as a shock to many, as Joy-Anna is just 19 years old, and it appears as though she may have gotten pregnant before her wedding to Austin Forsyth, despite her family’s strict ban on premarital sex.
But despite the controversy surrounding her pregnancy, Joy-Anna is clearly ecstatic, and she’s been sharing her joy with fans on social media:
Joy-Anna posted the above photo earlier today, along with the following caption:
“Can’t wait to meet our baby!! I got to feel it kick for the first time a few days ago!!! Soooooo amazing!!! It’s already about the size of a bell pepper and weighs around half a pound!!! #childrenareagiftfromGod #westandforlife”
Yes, as you might have guessed from those hashtags, Joy-Anna is about to get political on you.
Given that procreation and strict fundamentalist religious beliefs are the things they’re best known for, it should come as no surprise that the Duggars are staunchly anti-abortion.
In case her hashtags failed to make that clear, Joy-Anna also shared this photo of her husband holding a sign by the side of the road for some reason.
Following the Josh Duggar sex scandals, there was a brief period of time when the Duggars mostly steered clear of politics.
Perhaps it was the fear that their constant moralizing would make them seem hypocritical in the wake of the revelation that they’d knowingly harbored a sexual predator.
(And of course, they were right on that score.)
But now it looks as though the Duggars are laboring under the delusion that Josh’s crimes have faded from the public’s memory to the point that they can once again begin flaunting their supposed moral superiority.
Sources close to the family believe Joy-Anna is planning a career in politics, but she’s not the only one who’s speaking out on controversial political issues.
Just kast month, Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, attacked Jazz Jennings on Twitter, berating the transgender teen, who, like the Duggars, stars in a reality series on TLC.
Clearly, the family has been emboldened by the forgiveness of many of their more cultishly devoted fans, and it’s even been rumored that Josh Duggar will soon return to television, despite frequent promises to the contrary.
Whatever the case, it seems the Duggars are on the verge of reclaiming what they feel is lost territory.
And it’ll be interesting to see if the public allows it.

Paul Caldwell: Newest Duggar In-Law Under Fire For Controversial Views
If you watched the season premiere of Counting On last night, then you witnessed the beginning of the Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell’s courtship.
Joseph and Kendra married last month, but due to the lag in production time, vthe origin of their relationship is just now being documented on the show.
Kendra is considered by many to be a natural fit for Joe due to their similar backgrounds.
Both come from equally pious and strictly conservative backgrounds.
Both share similar views regarding relationships and child-rearing.
And both grew up with the church at the center of their lives.
That being the case, Joseph and Kendra are something of a power couple in their tiny Arkansas hometown.
Joseph’s family carries so much clout in Tontitown, that residents jokingly refer to the area as “Duggarville.”
And Kendra’s family also enjoys a place at the top of the social hierarchy, thanks to her father’s work as a local pastor.
But while Joe and Kendra may appear to be a match made in heaven (literally, in the eyes of their parents), the relationship has not been without its share of controversies.
For starters, there are reports that Kendra courted Jedediah Duggar before shifting her affections to his brother Joe for reasons that remain unclear.
On top of that, Kendra’s father, Paul Caldwell, is something of a divisive figure due to his ultra-conservative views on topics such as homosexuality.
Pastor Caldwell recently became a subject of nationwide criticism as a result of a pamphlet distributed in Tontitown by his church.
“Does God love homosexuals?” the pamphlet rhetorically asked, with Caldwell responding that it’s a “flawed question, [because] there are no such things as homosexuals.”
It’s a teaching that meshes with the Duggars’ homophobic worldview, but there’s been a considerable effort on the part of TLC and the family’s PR team to downplay that aspect of the family’s belief system.
Lately, that’s been an exceedingly difficult task.
On top of Paul Caldwell joining the Duggar ranks, Jill Duggar’s husband, Derick Dillard, recently sparked outrage as a result of his comments about fellow TLC star Jazz Jennings.
Seemingly unprovoked, Derickn attacked Jazz – who is a transgender teen – on Twitter, arguing that “transgender is a myth” and informing her that she stars in a reality show that “features a non-reality.”
All of this comes at a time when the Duggars can scarcely afford another scandal.
Many former fans wrote the family off in the wake of the Josh Duggar sex scandals, and many more are now outraged by the family’s views on the LGBTQ community.
Over the past year, ratings for the family’s reality show have declined steadily, and TLC execs have reportedly begun to wonder if the Duggars have a future on television.
The addition of Pastor Paul seems unlikely to do many favors for the family’s battered reputation amongst moderate and left-leaning viewers.

Jessa Duggar Reaffirms Anti-Gay Views, Angers Fans
It’s been a while since we’ve had a Duggar-related homophobia controversy, but it just wouldn’t be Christmas without a member of reality TV’s largest and most obnoxious family saying or doing something that alienates a large segment of the population.
This year, it’s Jessa Duggar’s turn.
Jessa, as you may know, has already shown a real talent in terms of pissing off people who aren’t exactly like her or who dare to have differing views.
Take the time Jessa compared abortion to the holocaust, for example.
With one social media tirade, the 24-year-old managed to offend countless groups. Impressive, in a terrible way.
You can’t teach that sort of thing, and Jessa’s parents no doubt beamed with pride over their daughter’s ability to use her religious beliefs to denigrate others.
Now, Jessa is proving once again that she’s the LeBron James of cultural insensitivity, coming through in the clutch to drain a pre-holiday buzzer beater of hate.
Jessa knows that she’s at a stage in her “career” where she’s vulnerable to being canned by TLC if she’s too outspoken in her ultra-right-wing views.
After all, the Duggars have been canceled once already for being atrocious, and their new series has consistently pulled in lackluster ratings.
Plus, she probably learned a thing or two about keeping her prejudices relatively low-key after Phil Robertson got fired from Duck Dynasty for his disgusting comments about the gay community.
That brings us to Jessa’s newest Instagram video, in which she subtly passes her bigotry on to the next generation:
The above video shows Jessa watching the HGTV home improvement series Fixer Upper.
That may seem innocent enough (and who knows? Maybe it is.), but fans have read a lot into this post.
The show’s stars, Chip and Joanna Gaines, were recently criticized for their alleged anti-gay views, and many are taking Jessa’s video as her way of throwing her support behind them.
This could be a case of social media users overreacting, but it does seem strange that Jessa never posted anything about the Gaines before they were involved in their current controversy.
If it were anyone else, perhaps we’d give them the benefit of the doubt.
But when the Duggars are involved, if it looks like their expressing some old-fashioned, ass-backwards prejudice, they probably are.

Kylie Jenner Shares Anti-Vaccine Views, Flaunts Swimsuit Body
As with the rest of her family, when it comes to Kylie Jenner, you just have to take the good with the bad.
The good, in this case, is a welcome reminder that Kylie looks good in a swimsuit. The bad is that she’s apparently one of those nut jobs who doesn’t think you should vaccinate your kids.
Take a moment to enjoy the sight of Kylie’s truck mud flap-worthy profile, before we dive into the crazy stuff.
Ironically, that tiny tattoo on her thigh says “Sanity.”
Anyway, take a deep breath because we’re about to dive deep into some serious ignorance.
Yes, Kylie tweeted and quickly deleted the above meme last night.
We assume the reason it wasn’t live for very long is that someone informed Kylie it’s really dumb.
Sure, we should try to assist Third World countries with food, shelter and clean water, but preventing the spread of deadly diseases is right up there on the list of important stuff, too.
We’re not saying Kylie’s bikini selfies are the only reason to go to her social media pages, but if you’re following her for medical advice or information about global humanitarian crises, you might want to rethink some things.
