The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 8 Recap: Hearts Still Beating
On The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 8, the AMC show’s midseason finale found team members scrambling to find supplies for Negan.
Unfortunately, we are talking about … Negan. He calls the shots, does not mince words, and is not known for restraint, to put it mildly.
He made it clear he wanted a lot more than they could offer, so if you watch The Walking Dead online, you knew you were in for a showdown.
We picked up with Negan continuing his visit to Alexandria and trying to act like he was filling in for Rick in his absence.
He felt the need to prepare a meal for Carl and Judith.
It all seemed innocent, but with Negan, nothing is ever innocent. He always has an ulterior motive in order to get ahead of the game.
Spencer continued to try and turn the tables against Rick.
He tried to pass it off as him looking for an opportunity to take Negan down, but he just reeked of desperation and it was very obvious something was going to go horribly wrong for him.
While playing a game of pool, Spencer lifted the lid on his plan to get rid of Rick, but Negan was against the idea because Rick was the one out scavenging for supplies.
Let’s face it, there was absolutely no chance Negan was going to take Spencer up on his plan.
Negan sliced Spencer’s stomach open to see if he had guts.
It was another gruesome scene, but everyone probably already knew it was coming.
This was when Rosita felt the need to take her chance at killing Negan and she failed.
Negan wanted to know who created the bullet and Rosita maintained that she was the one who made it.
In return for the attempted murder, Negan tasked his henchman with killing off another of Rick’s group.
The unlucky victor was Olivia, who practically wailed the whole episode.
Yes, you guys, the deaths were not as big as the ones from the season premiere, but they will still affect the group in a lot of different ways.
When Rick returned from his scavenging trip, Negan revealed he would be taking Eugene as he was the one who made the bullet.
Rick went crazy, shouting the odds, but Negan revealed all of it started with Carl murdering two of his men.
Negan then left and revealed Rick did not have enough supplies for them, and he would be back for more. Yikes.
Meanwhile, Darryl made his way through the savior camp to make his getaway.
After being stealthy for the most part, he was caught by one of the saviors, but Jesus was there to help him.
They both left to return back to Hilltop.
Michonne was off on her own mission to find the savior camp.
She succeeded and returned back to Rick to let him know she knew the truth.
At the end, all of the group, minus Carol and Morgan arrived at Hilltop, ready to take down the saviors.

Ryan Reynolds Beating Blake Lively?!
Ryan Reynolds reportedly abused his wife, Blake Lively, and if the allegations are true, it sounds like we might have another epic celebrity breakup in 2016 yet.
GamenGuide reports that a source actually witnessed Reynolds abusing his wife, and that the violent argument was about their baby, who was just born on September 30th.
A source told the website that the golden couple were reportedly in a shouting match over their new child.
Things purportedly went to such a level that Lively emerged with “bruises and scratches” from the scuffle.
The couple, according to GamenGuide, didn’t respond to the fight report, but that didn’t prevent them from publishing some pretty damning rumors about Blake and Ryan’s fidelity to one another.
The site reported that both parties are cheating on the other – Reynolds with Morena Baccarin, and Lively with former fling, Leonardo DiCaprio.
We’re pretty sure we don’t believe that last part, because first, have you seen Blake Lively? Ol’ McTooth Reynolds would be a fool to go outside of his marriage for something on the side.
Also, we’re pretty sure Leonardo DiCaprio goes into anaphylactic shock anytime he meets a woman over 23 who has children, so there’s that.
For the most part, the duo keeps their private life private – so we would be exceedingly surprised if this turned out to be true.
But then, you have Brangelina’s divorce, and all theories just go to pot.
In fact, the two of them have pretty much been flawless for a long time, now.
… Except for that one time when Blake praised rumored pedophile Woody Allen.
That was pretty terrible, right?
To refresh your memory, she said, “[Allen] creates a very pleasant set where everybody’s just happy to be there and happy to be making a movie, and happy to be a part of film history.”
Happy, happy, happiness all over the place, just like Michael Jackson’s Neverland.
“For him to have that confidence in you almost gives you the confidence in yourself to just go with the flow.”
Right, Blake.
On second though, perhaps you have really, really bad judgment and can’t read people well at all.
Who even knows anything anymore?
We sure don’t.
We just hope that this seemingly-blissful relationship stays that way.
It’s pretty touch-and-go from this point on in 2016 as to which celeb couples are going to make it, versus which will be dust in the wind.

Chris Brown: I Was Suicidal After Beating Up Rihanna
Chris Brown is hoping to earn your money and your pity after he beat up Rihanna in 2009.
The controversial singer is at the center of a new documentary titled “Welcome to My Life,” offering up fans an extended sneak peek in which he talks openly about the time he punched his girlfriend many times in the face.
“I felt like a f-cking monster,” Brown says in the following trailer.
“I was thinking about suicide and everything else. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t eating. I just was getting high.”
Poor Chris Brown, right?
Rihanna, of course, wasn"t sleeping either because her face was in so much pain after Brown pummeled it to a bloody pulp in the car.
Elsewhere in the preview, which bills the documentary as an underdog/redemption story, stars such as Usher, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige and Mike Tyson praise Brown as an artist.
I went from being on top of the world, number-one songs, being kind of like America"s sweetheart to being Public Enemy number-one," Brown also says.
Yes, that"s BECAUSE YOU BEAT UP YOUR GIRLFRIEND AND HAVE EXHIBITED ENDLESS EXAMPLES OF SERIOUS ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES EVER SINCE, YOU UNGRATEUL LOSER.
Anyway.
No release date for the documentary has been announced just yet.
