XXXTentacion: Four Suspects Indicted for Murder
It’s hard to believe that it’s been more than a month since XXXTentacion was shot dead in Miami.
Earlier this month, police found one of XXXTentacion’s killers. Though police do not yet have all of the suspects in custody, prosecutors are moving forward.
They have already issued indictments. Let’s take a look at the details.
One of the alleged shooters was Michael Boatright, who was arrested earlier this month.
Trayvon Newsome is believed by police to have been the toher trigger man. Newsome is currently wanted by police.
Two other suspects are Dedrick Williams, who is in custody, and Robert Allen, for whom police are still searching.
TMZ reports that all four suspects in XXXTentacion’s murder were indicted by a grand jury
On top of the obvious murder charge, all four men are also charged with armed robbery using a firearm.
According tot he Associated Press, Dedrick Williams was spotted on surveillance cameras and identified.
Though fearful of being labeled a snitch in prison for speaking to police, he did tell investigators that he did not know in advance that XXXTentacion would be robbed.
It was apparently Boatright and Newsome who carried out the actual robbery, or so investigators have been told.
Of course, felony murder rules mean that co-conspirators in crimes that result in murder are all indicted for murder, regardless of which individual did the killing.
XXXTentacion had been looking at motorcycles just before he was shot to death in an apparent armed robbery.
The rapper was only 20 years old, and had some very passionate young fans.
He also apparently acted as something of a mentor to younger people in the business.
14-year-old Danielle Bregoli, who launched her record-breaking music career after insulting Dr. Phil on television, felt a very close bond to XXXTentacion.
Their last conversation, just days before his death, was an argument in which she told him that she never wanted to speak with him again.
Danielle will always regret her final words to him, she says.
XXXTentacion was also infamous for an alleged beating of a gay man, and for being accused of horribly abusing his girlfriend Geneva Ayala to the point that she had to have reconstructive surgery on her face due to damage to her skull.
The shocking descriptions of what is said to have done to her during their relationship amount to torture.
Unfortunately, because of this, his ex is reviled by some of his more ardent fans.
Though his abused girlfriend just wants him to rest in peace, some fans objected to her presence at a vigil for him, and kicked her out.
Afterwards, they burned what she had left in his memory.
XXXTentacion continues to be mourned by many of his fans. Some of them are so young that this he is the first celebrity musician whom they’ve lost.
Some say that a video made shortly before the rapper’s passing predicted his own death.
In fact, some sources even say that XXXTentacion talked about wanting to die young like some of the great rappers of the ’90s.
Hopefully, the people who were in his life will get a sense of closure once his murder trial draws to a close.
For now, it is just beginning.

Paul Manafort: Former Trump Campaign Chairman Indicted By Federal Authorities
Greasy political operative and rejected Goodfellas extra Paul Manafort has turned himself in to the FBI after being indicted on a number of federal charges.
The indictments against Manafort are the first to result from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.
Manafort’s former business associate Rick Gates was also charged this morning.
Mueller obtained grand jury indictments on Friday, but until today, it was not known which members of the Trump campaign would be instructed to turn themselves over to authorities.
The indictments are set to be unsealed momentarily.
Manafort joined the Trump campaign in March of 2016.
Three months later, Manafort, Donald Trump Jr., and Jared Kushner met with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, who informed them he was holding information that he claimed would prove beneficial to the efforts to sabotage Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
In August of 2016, Manafort’s ties to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych became a source of controversy, as it was revealed that he had illegally received $ 12.7 million in off-the-books funds from the Party of Regions.
That same week, Manafort resigned from the campaign.
Details regarding the charges against Manafort and Gates are unknown at this time.
Several media outlets are reporting that they’ve reached out to both men’s attorneys for comment, but have received no response.
Whatever the case, the indictments signal the start of a new phase in Mueller’s investigation of the Trump campaign.
At the heart of the investigation is the question of whether or not Trump’s firing of former FBI director James Comey amounts to obstruction of justice.
Mueller is taking a wide-ranging approach to the matter, probing the Trump campaign’s financial dealings with Russia in order to determine if the president and his team had incentive to try and silence Comey.
In July, the FBI raided Manafort’s Alexandria, Virginia, seizing a number of financial and tax documents.
We will have further details about this developing story as more information becomes available.
UPDATE: The Manafort and Gates indictments have been unsealed. We niw know that the charges include “conspiracy against the United States, conspiracy to launder money, unregistered agent of a foreign principal, false and misleading FARA statements, false statements, and seven counts of failure to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts.”

Arizona Reporters Indicted for Abuse After Cocaine Found in Baby"s System
Two former TV personalities in Arizona have been indicted for child abuse after their four-month-old child was found with cocaine in its system, authorities have confirmed to multiple outlets.
According to a public information officer for the Oro Valley Police Department, Krystin Rae Lisaius and Somchai P. Lisaius – both news personalities in the Tucson area – were indicted on June 9 on three felony charges:
- Possession of a dangerous drug.
- Drug paraphernalia.
- Child abuse.
Both halves of the married couple pleaded not guilty in court on Monday; they were released on their own recognizance.
“It would be a gross, gross injustice [with] even the mention of prison time,” the Lisaius’ attorney, Michael Piccarreta, told Tucson News Now.
He added:
“I anticipate they will demonstrate that they have learned a very hard, embarrassing lesson and that this will become a footnote in their life, not a chapter.”
Authorities say they were alerted to the situation after the couple brought the baby to a local hospital because it was showing signs of distress and lethargy.
This hospital visit took place on May 15.
Krystin and Somchai allegedly refused to allow a blood test on the infant, who was then transferred to Diamond Children’s Center at the Banner University Medical Center in Tucson by ambulance.
Once there, a urine test was conducted after mother and father once again supposedly refused a blood test, police said. Toxicology results showed the presence of cocaine.
Krystin later allegedly told Oro Valley police that she ingested cocaine following a party at the couple’s home.
She allegedly admitted to breastfeeding the baby 12 hours later.
A friend of the couple’s told police that he witnessed Krystin snort cocaine in the couple’s master bedroom; and police claim Somchai has admitted to cocaine use every six weeks or so.
Somchai is an ex-reporter at Tucson News Now, while Krystin previously worked for nearby KGUN 9. She also competed in 2013 for the title of Miss Arizona USA.
A search of the couple’s home produced multiple samples of drug paraphernalia, police said.
The baby is alright and has been placed in the car of its maternal grandmother.
Piccarreta, meanwhile, argues that this was the case of Krystin simply making a mistake because she didn’t know how long it would take for cocaine to leave her system.

Mark Salling: Glee Star INDICTED on Child Porn Charges
Mark Salling, former star of the hit show Glee, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.
The 33-year-old was indicted on two counts of child porn after he was arrested and his laptop seized last December, reports TMZ.
Salling’s computer and a flash drive allegedly stored thousands of images and videos depicting child porn.
Images of a “prepubescent minor and a minor under 12” were found.
“Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed,” said U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker.
Salling could face up to 20 years in prison on the count of receiving child pornography and 20 years for possession.
At the time of the December arrest, the actor was booked in downtown Los Angeles and later released on $ 20,000 bail.
When the news first broke, friends close to him were shocked.
He had a reputation as a huge flirt, even coming off as “skeezy,” according to one Hollywood insider.
However, they didn’t expect this.
“This isn’t the guy I know at all,” a friend of Salling said at the time. “I have to believe his computer was hacked.”
Unfortunately, this was not the first sex-related offense Salling has been accused of.
In 2013, an ex-girlfriend accused Salling of sexual battery after forcing her to have sex without a condom and later pushing her to the ground.
They eventually settled out of court for $ 2.7 million.
