Kendra Wilkinson Is in a Better Place After Filing for Divorce
Last week, Kendra Wilkinson seemed to tearfully confirm a divorce.
Since then, a look at divorce documents has shed further light on how her once-happy marriage to Hank Baskett has come to an end.
There is good news, however: Kendra is reportedly doing better than she has in a long time.
On April 6, after what has been characterized as months of “hype,” Kendra filed for divorce after nearly 9 years of marriage.
However, sources tell Us Weekly that Kendra Wilkinson is “in a much better place” now that she’s signed the documents.
That’s a euphemism that people often use after someone has died, but it may be appropriate now that her marriage has come to a tearful end.
Kendra’s BFF is Jessica Hall, as Kendra on Top viewers are likely aware. And apparently Kendra has been relying upon Jessica for emotional support during this difficult time.
“Jessica is helping Kendra move on.”
Of course, Kendra has also been going on little adventures — even hitting the slopes to snowboard away from her problems.
“Kendra feels free and wants to let loose a little bit and just have a good time!”
The source continues to explain why, as stressful as divorce can be, things are getting better for Kendra now that it’s official.
“She’s been really unhappy and felt uncomfortable in the marriage.”
Sometimes, the greatest emotional agony and turmoil comes before a major decision is made.
Once you’ve made it official, it’s a huge weight off of your shoulders and you can breathe a sigh of relief.
In this case, it looks like the “weight” that was burdening Kendra was repeated conflicts with Hank.
“They have been fighting a lot.”
That is so sad.
Just a couple of weeks into the year, Kendra revealed that 2018 has been the hardest year of her life.
So yes, she has been suffering.
In light of what we now know about how her marriage to Hank has fallen apart, this is not surprising.
In divorce papers, Kendra listed the date of separation as … January 1 of 2018.
So yes, we can understand why, just days later, she was struggling and miserable.
We should point out that just because Kendra is happier now that the divorce is in writing doesn’t mean that she and Hank are living separate lives now.
First of all, they are still linked — and will always be linked — by their two children, 8-year-old Hank IV and 6-year-old Alijah.
Second of all, as Kendra recently made clear, they’re still going to see each other for various functions.
On Monday, the two were joined by their children from the Netflix premiere of Lost in Space.
(Fans will remember Kendra’s bizarre music video from a couple of years back. The new Netflix series does not look like a hot mess, however)
Some fans, though they’re glad that she’s in a better place, worry that Kendra is experiencing the calm before the storm.
It’s not uncommon for people to feel visceral relief upon signing divorce papers, only to learn that it’s just a brief intermission of peace before the divorce turns sour.
Let us all hope, for their sakes and for the sakes of their children, that Kendra and Hank can keep things amicable even as they begin to decide things like custody arrangements and division of property.
Together or apart, parents should always put the well-being of their children first.

Christina El Moussa FINALLY Responds to Tarek El Moussa Divorce Filing!
As we all know, the Flip or Flop marriage has officially flopped.
By which we mean that Tarek El Moussa filed for divorce from Christina El Moussa way back in February of this year.
It’s been six months — and only now has Christina El Moussa officially responded to the divorce. And to Tarek’s request for spousal support.
As you’ll recall, Christina and Tarek El Moussa separated and then filed for divorce.
We learned that the inciting incident that caused the Flip or Flop couple to split was apparently after Tarek caught Christina cheating on him.
Now, cheating can be a total dealbreaker in some relationships and a little “bump” for some others.
But apparently, for these two, it was enough to cause a huge incident that involved Tarek brandishing a gun.
Scary stuff.
Christina was so distressed by Tarek’s behavior at the time that she actually called the police out of concern.
But it was Tarek who was first to file for divorce, while it seems that Christina has been dragging her heels since before Valentine’s Day.
The folks over at People obtained court documents that show that Christina El Moussa has finally submitted her own divorce papers.
Christina’s reason cited for the split: irreconcilable differences.
That’s pretty much a catch-all for divorce papers, folks.
Christina is also requesting joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children.
(Their daughter, Taylor, is six years old. Their son, Brayden, will turn two later this month)
You remember how Tarek requested spousal support?
Christina asks the court to terminate Tarek’s request for support … and she’s asking for spousal support of her own.
Christina also asks that Tarek be responsible for all of her court costs during the divorce.
The custody thing sounds fine, and reports say that they’re already splitting time with their children pretty evenly.
The money stuff … they’re going to need to figure that out, or things could get ugly.
We’re aware that Tarek and Christina want Flip or Flop to continue for many more episodes.
So they both have a vested interest in presenting the right image and in getting an amicable divorce.
They’re not Real Housewives stars or Kardashians or whatever.
A huge ongoing fight between them, or even readily visible tension, isn’t going to attract viewers to Flip or Flop.
It would just cause the show to flop.
Some shows like Love It or List It run on snarky competition between its two costars who are definitely not married, but Flip or Flop has always had a different dynamic.
And changing a dynamic can either be a fresh, new start for a show … or a death sentence.
For the most part, though, despite the horrifying incident that got them to split in the first place, it sounds like Christina and Tarek El Moussa are getting along.
Amicable divorces are a rare thing, and we don’t know if these two are going to agree on everything without at least some struggle back and fourth in court and between their attorneys.
But it does sound like they’re two people who’ve realized that they’re not right for each other, even though they once loved each other.
So many divorces end with one or the other spouse calling the other “crazy” or “a monster.”
And you know, sometimes they’re right.
But for the sake of Taylor and Brayden, we hope that the El Moussas can reach an agreement and continue on with their lives.
Divorce, on its own, is disruptive enough to their children without it becoming a power struggle.

Jennifer Garner: Finally Filing For Divorce From Ben Affleck?
Believe it or not, it’s been 20 months since Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck separated, and in that time, the couple has estranged couple has experienced more ups and downs than Affleck’s film career.
Rumors about Ben and Jen getting back together seemed to surface every few weeks, but this wasn’t the usual baseless tabloid speculation.
The couple gave people real reason to believe that they were working to save their marriage.
We saw Ben and Jen attend marriage counseling, and go on frequent outings with their kids.
Jen even got Ben to go to church with her, and we like to imagine him slumped in a pool, vaping, with his signature Sad Affleck look on his face.
Through it all, there were reports that Garner and Affleck were doing their best to stay together for the kids, but despite their best efforts, the romantic spark had been permanently extinguished.
Now, however, it seems that at least one party is willing to acknowledge that those efforts were in vain.
According to US Weekly, Garner is planning to file for divorce as early as next week.
A source tells the magazine that Affleck has already moved out of the Brentwood home he once shared with Garner and their two children.
A second source – who sounds suspiciously like someone who’s speaking on the couple’s behalf – had this to say:
“No matter what happens, Ben and Jen are committed to raising their family as one unit and will continue to do so as it has worked for them.
“They are both committed to their family.”
The “official” tone of that statement leads us to believe the divorce is really happening this time.
Rumors about Ben and Jen breaking up circulated for several years before their actual separation.
“They were going to divorce when Sam was born, but you know how it is — baby comes and solves the issues for a bit, but it’s just a Band-Aid. It hasn’t been working for ages,” a source tells Us.
“Ben truly wanted his idea of family life and the idea of family he had growing up in Boston, so he stayed in it longer than he wanted to because of the kids and the idea of family. But he couldn’t save it.”
Insiders say the relationship had been strained for quite some time when Garner caught wind of news about Affleck’s affair with Christine Ouzounian.
Garner kicked Affleck out, but reportedly welcomed him back into the home after he promised to change.
Now, nearly two years later, it seems the actress is finally ready to call it quits on her marriage of more thana decade.

Brad Pitt: IGNORING Angelina Jolie"s Divorce Filing?!
What if you could just refuse to be dumped?
It sounds like the premise for a cheesy rom-com, of the variety that might feature Kate Hudson and a pre-McConaissance McConaughey.
But Brad Pitt seems to be testing the theory in real life, as TMZ is reporting that the actor has failed to acknowledge that Angelina Jolie has filed for divorce.
Brad was supposed to legally respond to Angie’s filing by Wednesday, but has yet to do so.
Insiders say this isn’t just stubbornness on Brad’s part.
Apparently, he feels that a protracted legal battle would be psychologically damaging to the couple’s three kids.
Unfortunately for Pitt, he can’t avoid that by simply refusing to set foot in a courtroom.
Jolie wants sole physical custody, and Brad reportedly believes joint custody is the better arrangement for all involved.
Sources say he believes that contesting Angelina’s petition would draw the battle lines and set the stage for an ugly legal fight.
He’s hoping that his estranged wife will have a change lf heart on her own and decide that joint custody is the way to go.
It’s a bit of a hail Mary move – especially since Brad is being investigated for child abuse, and would likely lose a custody battle – but it’s looking like appealing to Jolie’s love for her children might be the way to go.
Angelina could have set the wheels in motion for a default judgment (that would almost certainly be decided in her favor) as soon as Brad missed his filing deadline.
Of course, there could be a strategic reason for the delay.
Insiders tell TMZ that the Department of Child and Family Services is close to concluding its investigation into the altercation between Brad and eldest son, Maddox, that took place aboard a private jet last month.
Angelina is likely aware that Brad won’t have a leg to stand on if the department finds that there is a legitimate basis for the allegations against him.
Waiting to file for a default judgment could mean a much quicker, more cut-and-dried hearing.
Of course, it’s also possible that both parties have decided to settle the matter out of court.
Sources claim Brad and Angie may be looking to settle the entire divorce privately, so as to avoid media attention.

Faith Hill: Filing For Divorce After Tim McGraw"s "Second Family" Exposed?
For the past two decades, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have reigned supreme as the first couple of mainstream country music.
As recently as last year, McGraw and Hill’s marriage appeared to be perfectly stable and harmonious.
They were often held up as an example of one of the few functional celebrity couples, and fans marveled at the fact that they’d raised equally wholesome kids despite the constant glare of the spotlight.
In August of 2015, McGraw dueted with his daughter Gracie during a concert in Nashville, thus demonstrating that he and Hill had passed on their talents to a new generation.
Shortly thereafter, however, reports of trouble in Tim and Faith’s marriage began to surface.
Back in April, several outlets even went so far as to report that McGraw and Hill were headed for divorce.
Six months later, it appears that either those reports were bogus, or the couple patched things up, because they’re still together and appear to be going strong.
Now, however, a new report has surfaced that seems that if true, is sure to result in further difficulties for Tim and Faith.
According to Radar Online, Tim has remained close with his ex-fiancee, Kristine Donahue, without Faith’s knowledge.
And when we say “close,” we mean like, “Kristine’s son considers Tim to be the central father figure in his life, Kristine uses Tim’s last name in legal documents” close.
“Tim McGraw was like a father to me when I was growing up,” Kristine’s son, Tyler Zarbo, recently told The Enquirer.
“He saw me as the son he never had, and we’ve stayed in contact. I wish he could have remained as my substitute dad, but it just wasn’t meant to be.”
Apparently, Hill recently found out about the situation when she discovered legal docs in which Kristine had used McGraw’s last name.
“Tim knew Kristine was sometimes using his last name, and he kept that from Faith,” an insider tells Radar.
“He knew full well that Faith would blow up if she knew – and that ended up being the case.”
Adding to the weirdness of the situation is the fact that Tim and Kristine were apparently friendly with Faith and her fiance back in the day.
“The couples even double-dated a couple of times,” the friend explained.
“They were all friendly with each other – and Kristine was actually using Tim’s last name on legal documents back then.”
The insider adds:
“She certainly thought Tim was going to marry her, and they’d be together forever.
“Tim and Faith started sleeping together on the road, and pretty soon both their fiancés were history.”
Apparently Tim always felt bad for leaving Kristine in the dust, and he helped bankroll a cleaning business that she started in 2008.
The business went belly up, and Faith caught wind of the situation when creditors came calling to collect on the $ 340,000 in personal debt Kristine had accumulated in Tim’s name.
There are no allegations of infidelity, but still, the situation doesn’t look good for Tim.
“Tim and Faith have faced many challenges over the years, but they’ve managed to keep going,” says the source.
“Still, they just aren’t as close as they once were, and learning Tim knew all along his ex was using his last name may be the straw that breaks the camel’s back for Faith.”
On the plus side, we could be in for a couple of great albums.
Country music and breakups got together, like, well … like Taylor Swift and breakups.

Lamar Odom Responds To Khloe Kardashian Divorce Filing: Time To Move On!
I like these two together, so this bums me out.
The end of Khloe and Lamar is nigh, as Lamar Odom responded to his estranged wife’s May divorce filing, according to People.
Court documents reveal that Odom agrees with Khloe Kardashian’s citing of “irreconcilable difference” as the reason for the breakdown of their marriage.
It’s also been revealed that Odom requested that a judge “deny spousal support” to Kardashian.
Back in October, Kardashian put proceedings on hold while she helped Odom recover from a near-fatal overdose that left him in the hospital for a few months.
“This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold,” a source told People at the time.
“So that’s what she is doing.”
Though fans had hoped for a reconciliation, it wasn’t meant to be. Ever since filing for a first time in December 2013, Kardashian always knew this was where their relationship was headed.
“This was always the plan. The divorce has never been officially off,” the source told the publication.
“The divorce has never been officially off. Khloé was waiting for the timing to be right.”
Kardashian went on Howard Stern back in January and admitted that their whirlwind courtship was a bit…hasty.
“All of them were like ‘you’re fucking nuts,"” Kardashian recalled of her family reaction to the news that she and Odom were marrying in September 2009 after knowing each other just a month.
“It was nine days after meeting him we were like ‘we’re going to get married,"” she said.
“It was just the most intense relationship I’ve ever had in a great way, but looking back in hindsight, would I say ‘oh, yeah probably should you have waited a little bit?’
“Sure. But also, I don’t regret doing it.”

Sharon Osbourne: Filing For Divorce From Ozzy Osbourne?!
Well, that didn’t take long.
Less than a week after the world learned that Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne had separated, several sources are reporting that Sharon has begun the process of filing for divorce from her husband of 33 years.
According to TMZ, Sharon has been meeting with divorce lawyers and is on the verge of choosing the attorney who will help her fight what could be lengthy legal battle.
Insiders report that Sharon and Ozzy’s split is already getting ugly, with the soon-to-be exes quarreling over petty details.
Shortly after Sharon found out about Ozzy’s infidelity through his emails, she reportedly kicked him out of their Beverly Hills home.
He returned two days later, and she responded by moving out herself.
The couple has tens of millions of assets to split, and insiders say they expect the divorce process to be brutal on the whole family.
But there are others who think the couple will soon magically patch things up – right around the time the publicity dies down.
Yes, Page Six is reporting that an anonymous source close to the Osbournes believes the whole divorce drama is just a big publicity stunt orchestrated by Sharon:
“Sharon is the queen of publicity stunts, there’s always deliberate drama going on, it maintains interest in them as a family,” says the insider.
“She’s a very smart woman, it would be very hard for Ozzy to carry on an affair under her nose without her knowing about it. If it is a stunt, it has got him almost as much press as when he bit that bat’s head off.”
Sounds a bit far-fetched, but we wouldn’t put it past her.
Sharon has expressed her admiration for Kris Jenner in the past, and interest in the Osbournes is currently the highest it’s been in years.
And it wouldn’t be tough to get Ozzy on board.
He’s probably only vaguely aware of what the hell’s happening.

Khloe Kardashian: FILING FOR DIVORCE from Lamar Odom?!
Khloé Kardashian is done.
She has pleaded with Lamar Odom to get help for his addictions, but he just won’t listen.
She stayed by his side throughout his time in the hospital following his near-fatal overdose after partying in a Nevada brothel.
She called off their divorce so she could make decisions for him when it looked like he might not make it.
And when he did make it, she cared for him and included him in important family gatherings.
But despite all the sacrifices his wife has made, it seems Lamar continues to destroy his body with drugs and alcohol, and Khloé wants nothing to do with it.
“She doesn’t agree with some of Lamar’s choices in the past few weeks,” a source tells People. “She plans on refiling for divorce soon. She and Lamar are just figuring out the finances first.”
“Khloé was there for Lamar when he needed her,” the source added.
“She spent months making sure he got the best care and was able to recover. Lamar was her main focus, and it was draining for her. Lamar is ready to be on his own now.”
Earlier this week, Khloé posted a lengthy Instagram message that appeared to detail her own struggles with Lamar’s demons.
“Loving people does not mean we have to carry their burdens and confusions on our back,” she wrote.
“Sadly, You can only express your opinion on a situation. You can’t want their life more than they do.”

Kim Kardashian: Filing For DIVORCE From Kanye West?!
It’s been a rough few weeks for Kanye West, and it looks like the road ahead may be even rockier for the volatile rapper.
Earlier this week, it was widely reported that Kim Kardashian had hired a divorce lawyer, and was “exploring her options” with regard to a legal separation from West.
Now, Life & Style is reporting that Kim has instructed her legal team to begin drawing up divorce papers so that she’ll be ready to take immediate action if West doesn’t change his moody ways.
“[Kim] instructed her to get everything in order so if she decides to end the marriage, she’s ready to go,” an insider tells the tabloid.
“And she told Kanye he has one final chance to change his ways or she’s going to file for divorce.”
Apparently, Kim has been growing weary of West’s unpredictable emotional outbursts for quite some time, but his most recent tantrums could be the final straw.
Sources say she’s begged Kanye to stop tweeting, but he persists in attacking other public figures and publicly embarrassing her.
The source claims Kanye has repeatedly promised to seek professional help, but has yet to follow through.
“She’s tired of cleaning up Kanye’s messes,” says the insider. “She’s begged him to stop tweeting and get help for anger issues, and he’s assured Kim he’ll work to change.”
Yikes. We’re not sure if the world is ready for the torrent of emotionally-charged tweets that will ensue if Kanye gets dumped.

Lamar Odom: Filing For Divorce From Khloe Kardashian?!
Last night marked a major milestone in Lamar Odom’s slow road to recovery, as the former NBA star made his first public appearance since nearly losing his life to an overdose in October.
Not only did Odom appear to be in good health and spirits, he was spotted getting close with Khloe Kardashian, thus prompting speculation that he and his estranged wife have reconciled.
Unfortunately, like so much of what goes on in Kardashian Land, Khloe and Lamar’s public displays of affection may have been all for show.
Radar Online is reporting that Lamar has decided to file for divorce from Khloe as a means of reclaiming his independence in the wake of his terrifying health scare.
“He has decided that he wants to be in control of his life, and that means divorcing Khloe finally,” says one insider.
“Lamar was completely unable to take care of himself after Vegas. And he welcomed Khloe’s amazing help. But he’s a lot better now, so he wants to be independent.”
The source adds that Lamar’s decision is mostly symbolic, as he and Khloe have not been romantically involved in quite some time.
“Lamar feels like he can make his own medical decisions now,” the insider says. “He has a strong team around him and he knows he is going to continue to get better.”
Lamar was released from the hospital last month and is reportedly able to live on his own with the help of full-time nurses.

Tori Spelling: Filing For Bankruptcy After Humiliating Lawsuit!
Yesterday, we reported that Tori Spelling is being sued by American Express for failure to pay her bill.
Now, this isn’t a case of Tori’s check getting lost in the mail one month.
The company alleges that Spelling owes more than $ 38,000, and hasn’t made a payment in over 8 months. According to the suit, she did write a check for $ 1,019 back in June, but it bounced.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that the outstanding AmEx bill is just the tip of the Tori’s iceberg of mounting debt, and she and husband Dean McDermott may be forced to file for bankruptcy.
“American Express provided a loan to Tori out of a line of credit she had,” says one insider.
“The loan was needed because Tori and Dean had no money coming in last summer. She was hospitalized with burns on her arms, and was in pain for months.”
The source is referring to an incident in which Tori burned herself when she fell on a grill at a Benihana restaurant.
The injuries were reportedly minor, and something tells us that the real reason Tori didn’t have any money coming in last summer is that she doesn’t have a career.
McDermott reportedly recognizes the seriousness of their financial situation, while Tori remains in denial:
“Dean wants Tori to file for bankruptcy because there are other credit card companies that are owed money too,” the insider says.
“It’s surprising that this was only the first company to file a lawsuit in an attempt to get the outstanding balance paid.”
Even so, Tori refuses to endure the humiliation of making her financial struggles a matter of public record.
“Tori refuses to even discuss the possibility of bankruptcy,” says the source.
Is she really that worried about being embarrassed? Has she seen any of her reality shows?!
