Personal Trainer Credits Sperm Smoothies For Insane Body
In a world that’s increasingly fitness- and diet-obsessed, people will try anything … but this sexy personal trainer’s method may surprise you.
Her unusual, all-natural source of protein?
Semen. With other organic ingredients.
Tracy Kiss, a 29-year-old trainer, author, model, blogger, TV personality and social influencer, swears by this unique, beneficial product.
The key to her flawless body, she says, is her daily “sperm smoothie,” which Tracy touts for a variety of health and wellness attributes.
We are not making this up. Don’t even ask.
Her physical well-being, from the inside out, all starts with drinking a sperm smoothie every damn day, and whatever it is she’s doing works.
Just look at the girl for crying out loud …
Beyond the visual evidence, Kiss is reportedly a vegan and a certified nutrition adviser, so she seems to know her stuff in this regard.
Tracy doesn’t always drink it straight up (although she’s not opposed); Kiss mixes it in with seeds, fruit and almond or coconut milk.
According to Kiss, sperm wards off illnesses like the flu, gives her tons of energy throughout her busy day and keeps her very, very happy.
“Sperm is an awesome product and we should stop being so ridiculous about it,” she says, before answering the million-dollar question:
“I’m not there while it’s being made.”
So how is it … made? By whom?
“My friend just brings it round in a container, like a little takeaway tub, and I put it on my face,” she says, begging so many more questions.
“There’s nothing seedy about it,” she adds, pun not intended presumably, and Kiss also confronts the stigma that exists head on:
“I’ve tasted my own bodily fluids.”
“In sexual terms, some people put their tongue up someone’s bum. In relationships, you put fingers in holes, you taste things.”
“You don’t see it as cringe-worthy.”
But, she says with appropriate levels of self-awareness, “when you take away the passion and say it’s scientific, people don’t like it.”
Kiss doesn’t just guzzle it down, either.
She reportedly advocates for the use of semen face masks – not like gritty, cheating, revenge porn masks, but more for the skin hydration.
With semen, you can fight conditions like rosacea, she says. What’s not to love about staying healthy and happy from organic means?
Experts say you can achieve similar benefits by using egg yolks or other products, but we don’t expect Tracy Kiss to switch over anytime soon.

, Credits Actor With Helping Write DNC Speech
For the better part of a year now, we’ve all known that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are dating.
But despite the fact that they’ve made it “Instagram official” by posting pics of one another, there’s been no real confirmation from the couple themselves.
That kinda, sorta changed last night after one of the biggest moments of Katy’s life.
As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Katy appeared at the Democratic National Convention last night.
And before bringing the crowd to its feet with a couple of her signature tunes, Katy gave a stirring speech that touched on her own past and her pride in being a part of the historic evening:
Naturally, as the most popular person on Twitter, Katy received a lot of praise on social media after she left the stage.
One follower praised the line, “It’s not where you come from, but what you grow into.”
Katy subtweeted, “Lando put that one in,” followed by a heart Emoji.
Wow. Lots to unpack in so few words.
For starters, it’s awesome that Katy rejects the more populat “Orly” nickname in afvor of the Star Wars-esque “Lando.”
More importantly, however – they’re like definitely a real couple now, right?
Nicknames, heart Emojis, collaborating on a speech for the DNC!!!
This is not the stuff of casual f–k buddies.
These two are serious, and Lando picked a great time to couple up with KP.
She’s officially winning the war against Taylor Swift, and if the prognosticators are correct, Katy will have a powerful ally in the White House come November’s inauguration.

Michelle Duggar Recalls Rock-Bottom Moment, Credits God With Helping Her Raise Kids
This may come as a shock, but the Duggars are somewhat of a religious family.
And by that we mean if you watch Jill & Jessa: Counting On online for all of about four seconds, it’s a safe bet someone will talk about God.
But the Dugz don’t just preach when the cameras are rolling.
Some of their beliefs may be controversial, but there’s no denying these folks walk the walk when it comes to their beliefs.
Well, most of them, anyway. More on that later.
Anyway, on her blog this week, Michelle shared a story of her lowest point, which apparently took place at 1 am one morning about twelve years ago when she was feeling overwhelmed with the colossal load of housework that comes with raising a veritable army of kids:
“I cried aloud, ‘Lord, I need your help, I can’t do it all! I feel so inadequate! Diapers, dishes, laundry, meals, cleanup, school lessons, baths, hugs, kisses, correction,” Michelle wrote.
“Then it was as if a still small voice said, ‘Michelle, it’s easy to praise ME when things are going good, but are you willing to praise ME now?’ Immediately the scripture that says, ‘Offer up a sacrifice of praise,’ came to mind.”
“I said, “OK Lord, I will praise you even now! It really is a sacrifice!” So through the tears I began to sing, “The joy of the Lord is my strength”. In my heart there was a release as if a burden had been lifted. I finished the laundry at 2 AM and went to bed.”]
She goes on to say that the family’s piano teacher noticed her dozing off a few days later and asked if everything was okay.
Michelle confessed that she was exhausted, at which point the teacher revealed that she loves doing laundry (?!) and would be happy to help Michelle wash her kids’ clothes.
For 12 years now, our piano teacher, whom we consider a part of our family and loving call “NaNa” has faithfully come (now twice a week) to help us with laundry! GOD sent “An angel” in answer to my cry for help.
As we stated earlier, not all of the Duggars are firmly committed to the family ideals, and it’s a bit odd that Michelle didn’t cite the Josh Duggar sex scandals as her low point, but then again, we can see not wanting to get into that in what’s supposed to be an uplifting blog entry.
Some problems can’t be fixed by even the most devoted laundry angels.

Melissa McCarthy Reveals NEW Dress Size, Credits Boring Life
Melissa McCarthy has been looking pretty freaking incredible lately, but she’s mostly kept mum about her weight loss – until now.
While she’s been constantly working in films and designing a fashion line, the actress recently revealed her new dress size.
“I am a size 14,” she said during a press conference for her new movie The Boss.
The star reportedly lost 50 pounds, but remained somewhat coy by telling Extra there was really no “trick” to her transformation.
“No trick, nothing to tell, just super boring life,” she joked. “You bring it real down, you don’t do anything fun and you go to bed at 7:30 — that’s the trick.”
We suspect she hasn’t discussed her recent slim down because she wants to focus on more important things, like the launch of her new clothing line Melissa McCarthy Seven7, which she says is “going great.”
However, please don’t refer to it as “plus size,” a term McCarthy despises.
“Every time someone says, ‘You make a plus-size line,’ I just correct them: ‘I make clothes for women,"” she told E! News.
McCarthy also finds it tiresome and sad that women are constantly being “ranked” against one another when it comes to bodies and appearance.
“We’re always being ranked and when we come together, you know, women are amazing together,” she said.
“Women are friends. Women are not really competing with each other. I think everyone wants to make it seem that way with who wore it better, whose butt is better, whose glasses are crazier. I’ve never had any of those conversations in my life.”

Regardless of what she’s wearing or what size she is, we adore Melissa all the same.
