Mandy Blank, Celebrity Fitness Trainer, Dead at 42
Amanda “Mandy” Blank, a famous fitness trainer who works with top notch stars and athletes across various fields, was found dead this week in her Los Angeles home.
She was 42 years old.

According to The New York Daily News, Blank was found unresponsive in the bathroom of her residence on Monday.
A source tells this newspaper that foul play is not suspected at this time and that an autopsy and toxicology screening were scheduled to determine cause of death.
TMZ, meanwhile, reports that a housekeeper for the former International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness world champion called 911 upon discovering Blank’s body.
No drugs and no alcohol were found at the scene.
Blank became the youngest competitor to ever win the IFBB World Championships in 1999.
She also placed fifth in the 1998 World Arnold Classic and was later honored by Bodybuilding and Fitness magazine as having the “Greatest Glutes of All Time,” according to her website.
“I’m absolutely shocked, for sure,” fellow fitness personality Annette Milbers told the Daily News about Blank’s passing, adding:
“We messaged last week. She always made other people feel great, and she had reached out to me because I competed. She said how proud she was.”
Milbers added she knew Blank for more than 15 years and often roomed with her at conventions and magazine signings.
They were very close.
“She was such a passionate, kind person. Her purpose was always to express love through body movement,” Milbers said.
“She was a very unpretentious person, which can be rare in our industry. She was all about connecting with people on whatever level they were on.”
Blank, who often appeared in fitness magazine and graced the covers of Oxygen and MuscleMag, was a well known and respected presence around Hollywood.
She worked with such stars as Alex Rodriguez, Mickey Rourke, Rohan Marley, Natasha Leone, Marcus Allen, Michelle Monaghan and Jordana Brewster.
In addition to her celebrity clientele, Blank trained people across Los Angeles and California, coaching them with her online and nutritional programs, trademarked as the Blank Body program.
“Without my health and fitness, I have nothing,” she once wrote on her Facebook page.

Nathan Griffith Body-Shames Trainer on Snapchat, Gets Banned From Gold"s Gym
It’s been quite a week for Jenelle Evans’ exes.
First, Courtland Rogers is getting out of jail and vowing to win her back (though she mercifully wants her former husband to steer clear).
Now, Nathan Griffith is persona non grata at Gold’s Gym after he body-shamed a trainer there with a horribly insensitive Snapchat pic.
If you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you know that the father of Evans’ second son, Kaiser, has been in the news for many negative reasons.
From on-air arguments to off-air domestic violence, to DUI, to fighting Jenelle for custody of Kai, Griffith has never been far from trouble.
He can’t even go to the gym without causing problems, apparently, as he showed by cyber-bullying someone during a recent workout.
Yes, Nathan decided to also flex his bullying muscles in addition to his biceps when he cruelly mocked a Gold’s Gym trainer on Snapchat.
Griffith posted the photo of a trainer at the gym below, and captioned the image, “When the trainer is fat than her client with no muscles.”
Total class act, this guy.
(In addition to being a jackass, Nathan is also a moron, based on that grammatically incorrect caption, but that’s neither here nor there.)
Many of Nathan’s Snapchat followers, who should probably rethink their lives for even following him, were rightfully appalled by this.
They quickly took action, and he’s paying the price.
After figuring out which specific gym Nathan was pumping iron at, Internet sleuths began bombarding the Gold’s Gym Twitter account.
Having been alerted, Gold’s was not having it.
In response to tweets from irate Teen Mom 2 fans, the gym said in a statement that Nathan Griffith is banned from the premises for bullying.
Effective immediately.
“We have a zero-tolerance policy for this behavior. This person’s membership has been terminated,” the popular gym franchise tweeted.
Nate has yet to reply to getting his gym membership revoked, but we suspect an indignant, borderline illegible response in due time.
Could he face legal charges for doing this? He might want to consult the lawyer for disgraced former Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers.
Mathers, you recall, is in hot water over a Snapchat pic she posted last fall of showed a nude woman in her gym locker room changing.
Dani, who later apologized (for getting caught), body-shamed the woman in the caption, writing “if I can’t unsee this, neither can you.”
A criminal charge, if issued, is Dissemination of Private Images, which is a misdemeanor which could carry a six-month jail sentence.
A bit extreme for a bad Snapchat joke?
Perhaps, but not necessarily if you consider that Nathan isn’t just being a dick (he is a dick, but it goes beyond that) in this situation.
Publicly humiliating another person and invading their privacy in such fashion does potentially cause the victim considerable harm.
Safe to say that Jenelle Evans is better off these days with her current fiance, David Eason, than either Griffith or Rogers …
We just hope her good relationship lasts.

Kim Kardashian Shills for Waist Trainer, Is Officially BACK!
Kim Kardashian is back, people.
It’s been several weeks since the reality star returned to social media, we know. She’s posted a number of photos and a couple Snapchat videos over the past month or so.
But now the ex-sex tape star has truly returned to the life she lived prior to last year’s armed robbery.
The mother of two just shared a new image on Facebook, one that centers on her ample cleavage and tiny waist.
But that’s not all!
It’s just like Kim Kardashian to show off these body parts, of course.
However, it’s even more like Kim Kardashian to shill for a product while doing so.
“I love working out in my @waistgangsociety shaper by @premadonna87 it gives me the extra boost that I need in the gym & keeps my waist snatched,” Kim wrote of the product as a caption.
She then included a discount code and a link to the official website for What a Waist.
We’ve railed against the awful example set by Kardashian and her sisters for years, as they continue to hawk a company and a product that does absolutely nothing.
Note to fans of these stars:
A waist trainer will not help you shed a single pound. Kim is simply making money off your ignorance here. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE RIDICULOUS CONTRAPTIONS.
Elsewhere, Kim seemingly responded to those who think she’s been acting poor in her ongoing series of family photos.
As previously reported, some are under the impression that Kardashian is going too far out of her way to act all normal ever since her return to social media.
It’s nice that she’s stopped posting images of her diamonds and her mansion because that simply invites trouble, as she discovered the hard way in Paris last October.
But it’s silly and a bit insulting to now pretend like she’s just a regular Jane Six Pack, unable to afford makeup or furniture.
Fortunately, Kardashian appears to finally agree.
Consider the following new photo and its affiliated message:

“NYFW here we come!!! Thank you @jetluxlife!!! #jetluxlife,” Kim wrote as a caption, once again promoting a company that almost definitely gave her a free ride as a result of this one Instagram post.
Kanye West is scheduled to to reveal new items in his fashion line on Wednesday at New York Fashion Week.
We’ve seen very little of the rapper since his hospitalization last year for a nervous breakdown and even less of Kim and Kanye together in public.
Hence the ongoing rumors of a Kimye divorce on the horizon.
Might this Fashion Week appearance give the couple a chance to shut down that talk?
Might we finally see a return of Kim and Kanye to their natural, rich, well-dressed habitat? It’s been far too long.

Personal Trainer Credits Sperm Smoothies For Insane Body
In a world that’s increasingly fitness- and diet-obsessed, people will try anything … but this sexy personal trainer’s method may surprise you.

Semen. With other organic ingredients.
Tracy Kiss, a 29-year-old trainer, author, model, blogger, TV personality and social influencer, swears by this unique, beneficial product.
The key to her flawless body, she says, is her daily “sperm smoothie,” which Tracy touts for a variety of health and wellness attributes.
We are not making this up. Don’t even ask.
Her physical well-being, from the inside out, all starts with drinking a sperm smoothie every damn day, and whatever it is she’s doing works.
Just look at the girl for crying out loud …
Beyond the visual evidence, Kiss is reportedly a vegan and a certified nutrition adviser, so she seems to know her stuff in this regard.
Tracy doesn’t always drink it straight up (although she’s not opposed); Kiss mixes it in with seeds, fruit and almond or coconut milk.
According to Kiss, sperm wards off illnesses like the flu, gives her tons of energy throughout her busy day and keeps her very, very happy.
“Sperm is an awesome product and we should stop being so ridiculous about it,” she says, before answering the million-dollar question:
“I’m not there while it’s being made.”
So how is it … made? By whom?
“My friend just brings it round in a container, like a little takeaway tub, and I put it on my face,” she says, begging so many more questions.
“There’s nothing seedy about it,” she adds, pun not intended presumably, and Kiss also confronts the stigma that exists head on:
“I’ve tasted my own bodily fluids.”
“In sexual terms, some people put their tongue up someone’s bum. In relationships, you put fingers in holes, you taste things.”
“You don’t see it as cringe-worthy.”
But, she says with appropriate levels of self-awareness, “when you take away the passion and say it’s scientific, people don’t like it.”
Kiss doesn’t just guzzle it down, either.
She reportedly advocates for the use of semen face masks – not like gritty, cheating, revenge porn masks, but more for the skin hydration.
With semen, you can fight conditions like rosacea, she says. What’s not to love about staying healthy and happy from organic means?
Experts say you can achieve similar benefits by using egg yolks or other products, but we don’t expect Tracy Kiss to switch over anytime soon.

Kardashian-Endorsed Waist Trainer Misleads Women, Women Sue
In the days of yore, women were squeezed into corsets so as to show off a teeny, tiny waistline.
The fact that its modern-day equivalent, the waist-trainer, is so popular is slightly baffling.
Kailyn Lowry, Coco Austin, Snooki, Amber Rose and the Kardashian sisters have made waist trainers a thing, showing them off via Instagram to followers as they work towards a slimmer waistline.
Waist Gang Society makes the “Reshaping Wasteshaper,” which claims to burn “fatty tissue by making you sweat, targets the back, torso, waist and abdomen areas.”
Their site even features an endorsement from Kim Kardashian:
“I’ve been Waist Training with Premadonna from the very start and i love the results i [sic] get. Keeping the inches off and bringing out the killer curves.”
Some of these nutbags even wear the trainer while working out.
Naturally, some see this advertisement and think that their prayers have been answered. That is, until they start wearing the trainer and realize it’s all a bunch of hullabaloo.
So much so that a lawsuit has been filed against Waist Gang Society, according to TMZ, in which the plaintiffs claim that advertising for the product is “misleading.”
The lawsuit quotes a doctor as stating that “Corsets do not cause you to permanently lose fat in the midsection: they cause a re-distribution of the fat and organs in the trunk.”
None of the celebrities who have promoted the waist trainer are being sued.

Kailyn Lowry Wears Waist Trainer 6 Hours a Day, Should Have Probably Kept That to Herself
As Teen Mom stars go, Kailyn Lowry is pretty sane and stable.
But sadly, it seems even otherwise level-headed humans are capable of getting caught up in the insanity of waist-training.
If you’re not familiar with waist-training, it’s an idiotic fitness trend endorsed by the Kardashians that doesn’t actually sculpt your waist into a more slender shape, but might cause damage to vital organs.
Now, Kailyn is shilling for a waist-trainer manufacturer (for an undisclosed fee, of course), and she’s either lying to her fans, or she actually buys the company’s BS claims.
“Summer body almost ready,” Lowry captioned the above photo. “Losing more inches off my waist by eating healthy & waist training w/@Colombianwaist. I wear it 4-6 hrs & it’s very comfortable.”
“I recommend it to all Moms that [are] trying to get that pre baby body back or for anyone who wants a smaller waist.”
There’s no denying that she’s is in great shape these days, but we’re guessing that has more to do with Kailyn’s extensive plastic surgery than with some torturous-looking contraption that would make Scarlett O’Hara wince.
Something tells us not many of her fans can afford that quick-fix.
Oh, well. At least she’s bringing in some extra cash and keeping herself occupied while Javi Marroquin is overseas.
