Kaley Cuoco Hospitalized for Shoulder Surgery on Her Honeymoon

On Saturday, June 30, Kaley Cuoco married Karl Cook! It’s wonderful news!

After the wedding comes the honeymoon. Not all marriages begin like a fairy tale.

Unfortunately, Kaley ended up spending hers in the hospital while undergoing shoulder surgery.

Kaley Cuoco shared a couple of images of her less-than-blissful honeymoon.

“When your ‘honeymoon’ is shoulder surgery,” Kaley says in the captions. “And your husband looks just as happy lol.”

He was clearly a very good sport about the whole thing. As, of course, we would hope that any spouse would.

Kaley then announces that she is “on the road to recovery.”

That is great news. The sooner that she makes a full recovery, the sooner that she can get back to enjoy her married life!

Kaley offers a shout-out to her fans.

“Thank you for all the love and support,” Kaley writes, followed by a red heart emoji.

“Knowing @mrtankcook,” she says. “I’m sure he will be posting tons of hilarious gems.”

Gems like the photo of her very grumpy face.

“Thank god,” Kaley says. “My hair color is on point”

Though we’re glad to hear that Kaley is recovering, that sounds like some truly miserable timing, right?

Kaley took to her Instagram stories to explain that the surgery wasn’t an emergency situation.

“For everyone asking,” Kaley explained. “Because everyone’s been so sweet and worried about me, this is a planned surgery.”

She reveals that this surgical appointment is one that “I’ve had for over a year.”

“I hurt it over a year ago,” Kaley reveals, adding that she “did not need immediate surgery” at the time.

“So,” Kaley explains. “I brilliantly planned it five days after our wedding. Right, babe?”

That is … not ideal timing.

At the same time, however, it’s certainly better than undergoing surgery prior to your wedding.

You don’t want your arm in a sling when you walk down the aisle.

Sometimes, people recovering from surgery are on medications that do not mix with alcohol. You certainly don’t want that.

And since it’s been scheduled for a year, it’s not like she got injured on their honeymoon and had to cancel perfectly laid plans.

Back in the olden days, honeymoons were high-pressure situations in which a newly married couple was at least assumed to be having sex for the first time and, for the first time, getting to know one another in a domestic setting.

Now, unless you’re part of a Duggar-like fertility cult or simply choose to wait, most couples are comfortable with each other sexually.

And, quite frankly, most have lived with each other well before tying the knot.

The honeymoon is now more of a very special vacation for couples and less of a high stakes opportunity to find out whether or not two near-strangers have made a catastrophic mistake.

In that sense, Kaley’s timing is actually pretty great.

Sure, she’s recovering from surgery — but now she has her husband to look after her. That is so sweet.

Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook: Married!!!

Big news for the super adorable, very lovable Kaley Cuoco!

And probably her new husband, Karl Cook, too!

Yep, if you’re decent at context clues (and read the headline before you delved into the story), you know what’s up: Kaley and Karl finally got married!

The wedding took place at a horse stable outside of San Diego yesterday, and how perfect is that?

If you keep up with Kaley, you know that she absolutely loves horses — she’s been riding them for years, and more recently she’s gotten into competing at horse shows.

Which makes sense, because Karl is a professional equestrian.

The wedding wasn’t too big, with just close friends and family attending.

There seemed to be a big influence on family, too.

Even though it sounds too precious to be true, Kaley’s sister, Briana Cuoco (best known for being a contestant on The Voice), officiated the wedding!

Let’s see, what else … the bride looked absolutely amazing, of course!

She wore a beautiful dress by designer Reem Acra, complete with the most majestic bridal cape.

Seriously, just look at how stunning she looks in the photo she was kind enough to share on Instagram!

And then, because she is extra stylish, she changed into a white lace jumpsuit by Tadashi Shoji for the reception (below).

This is Karl’s first wedding, but of course it’s Kaley’s second — we all remember the unfortunate situation with her first husband, Ryan Sweeting.

Kaley began dating Ryan back in 2013, and as she explained at one point, after their first date, he pretty much never left.

They got engaged within a few months of dating, and they got married very soon after that.

Literally no one felt good about it.

Less than two years later, they got divorced amidst rumors that he cheated on her and that he’d developed an addiction to painkillers.

Since then, Kaley has had some pretty harsh words for him, explaining in an interview earlier this year that “I honestly thought I wouldn’t get married again” because “my ex ruined that word for me.”

“I married someone the first time who completely changed,” she added. “The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met.”

“And that wasn’t my fault — that was his.”

After finalizing the divorce, she said that she gave a lot of thought to how she wanted to do relationships going forward — she said “I knew how much I had to give and how much I wanted to receive.”

“I knew I just had to be patient, I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl.”

And what a miracle that turned out to be!

With Karl, Kaley took things a lot more slowly, and he didn’t propose until last November, when they’d been together for nearly two years.

Remember that darling video of her crying after he gave her the ring?

It really does seem like she fits much better with Karl than she did with Ryan, and she said as much in a precious interview from back in March.

“He is my perfect match,” she gushed. “He lets me wake up in the morning and say, ‘I want to go and rescue rabbits.’ And he’s like, ‘All right, let’s get a coffee and let’s go.’ And that is him.”

“We are the same, our views are the same, our morals are the same, he is my perfect match.”

Kaley Cuoco Totally Torches Ex-Husband: That Guy Sucks!

In a new interview with Cosmopolitan, however, the actress hurls some big insults at the man she used to bang.

And this ain’t no theory. It’s a fact!

The 32-year old opens way up in this month’s cover story, telling the aforementioned magazine that her marriage to Ryan Sweeting failed after just 21 months because, well…

… Sweeting is a total douche monkey!

That is our term, not hers.

But it does still get to the heart of Cuoco’s point.

“I honestly thought I wouldn’t get married again. My ex ruined that word for me,” the actress tells Cosmo for its May issue, adding of her ex:

“I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn’t my fault – that was his.”

Whoa there.

Shot fired, huh?

Heck, forget a single shot being hired.

An entire machine gun round was just let off in the direction of Sweeting, from whom Cuoco filed for divorce in September of 2015.

A few months later, we learned that Cuoco basically stiffed Sweeting out of any post-marriage money, largely thanks to an ironclad prenuptial agreement — but also thanks to her being rather bitter at the time.

It has never been confirmed to our knowledge, but Sweeting almost definitely cheated on Cuoco.

Which is totally insane.

Six months after announcing her separation from Sweeting, Cuoco met professional equestrian Karl Cook.

“I knew how much I had to give and how much I wanted to receive,” Cuoco tells Cosmo. “I knew I just had to be patient, I had to go through a lot of things, but it brought me to Karl.”

Cook then proposed to the CBS stalwart in December.

Cuoco shared the exhilarating news with her fans via a tear-filled Instagram video, which you can watch below.

“Still crying!” Kaley captioned the post at the time. “Every part of this night has been perfection just like you @mrtankcook. I love you forever!”

Why does this relationship work when the previous one failed?

“Because I like to torture him and he doesn’t get mad at me,” Cuoco previously told Us Weekly, adding:

“He just lets me do it! I’m constantly trying to rib him.”

Moreover, Cook adores dogs and horses, maybe Cuoco’s two biggest passions in life.

“That’s always on my checklist,” she also told this tabloid. “‘Must love dogs’ is number one and he checked that off quite quickly and I fell hard.”

Darn. That’s all it takes, Kaley?!?

Kaley Cuoco Gets Engaged! Watch Her Say Yes!

A star of The Big Bang Theory has some very big news to share:

She’s engaged!

About a year after we first wondered whether Kaley Cuoco would get married to boyfriend Karl Cook, the beautiful actress has gone ahead and answered our question.

Well, she answered his question, to be accurate.

And that question, of course, was whether she wanted to be his bride.

In an emotional video Cook actually shared to Instagram, Cuoco breaks down in tears upon hearing the words she wanted Cook to say, barely able to even utter a response.

“We’re engaged!” Cuoco tells the camera at one point, to which Karl replies:

“You still haven’t said yes yet.”

Yes! I say yes! I say yes!” she says back.

“Who knew my prior post was oracular,” wrote Cook as a caption to the footage, adding:

“Well after nearly two years I finally got up the courage to ask her to marry me.

“This is the best night of my life and I think the video shows it is the best night for kaley as well…..of she said yes!!!!!”

In September of 2015, Cuoco split from husband Ryan Sweeting after less than two years of marriage.

Based on the way she acted afterward (getting a tattoo of Sweeting’s name removed, however, it seemed as if Ryan dared to cheat on Kaley.

She later told Cosmopolitan that the divorced “[changed] the way I look at marriage, and that makes me sad.”

Thankfully, though, she has now found a man that makes her happy.

Cuoco and Cook first sparked romance rumors in March of 2016.

A month later, Cuoco shared a cozy picture of her with her boyfriend on Instagram, writing: “That’s what happy looks like.”

The two share a love of horses in particular and animals in general.

“They seem to be in a good spot right now. She is always traveling with him. It’s not as much her schedule but more so his,” an insider previously told E! New, concluding:

“She is super smitten.”

And we’re super smitten for her!

Kaley Cuoco Celebrates 1-Year Anniversary With Karl Cook

Back in March of 2016, we learned that Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook are dating via a post on Kaley’s Instagram page.

At first, the revelation was dismissed as a premature April Fools’ joke, as the pair seemed almost comically well-matched.

They’re both blonde equestrians, and their names are so similar you can’t really fault the folks who thought Karl’s was made up.

(They have the same initials, of course, and Cuoco means “cook” in Italian.)

Now, however, we realize that Kaley and Karl are the real deal …

… and apparently they didn’t keep their relationship on the down-low for very long.

Yesterday, Kaley and Karl not only celebrated Valentine’s Day, but also their first anniversary as a couple.

Kaley posted the pic below to mark the occasion:

She captioned it:

“Every day since we’ve met has been better than Valentines Day … Happy 1 year my [heart emoji].”

A nice sentiment, and a reassuring sign to Kaley’s fans, as she’s made it clear in the past that she’s one of those people who isn’t happy unless she’s in a relationship.

Shortly after getting dumped by Henry Cavill, Kaley married Ryan Sweeting after just a few months of dating.

It ended about as well as you would expect.

Kaley and Ryan got divorced in September of 2015 for reasons that still aren’t entirely clear.

They were married less than two years, and the actress made no effort to conceal the fact that she was devastated by the split.

She bounced around with a few rebound guys, and fans feared she’d once again rush into a disastrous match.

Fortunately, by the time she found Karl, enough time had elapsed, that we’re willing to believe this is a legitimate relationship that’s not the result of a blind need to be with someone.

These days, Kaley’s love life seems to be of greater interest to fans than her acting career (which we suppose makes sense, as The Big Bang Theory is currently in its 47,000th season), so naturally folks are still drumming up “cause for concern.”

The main issue seems to be that Karl is significantly younger than Kaley, but even the biggest naysayers don’t see that as something that should be a deal breaker.

Besides, if she could ignore all the red flags that surrounded Sweeting, this girl can definitely make it work with a guy so well-suited to her that the Internet initially thought he was made up.

Kaley Cuoco Gushes Over Boob Job, Nose Job: Look at Me Now!

Any time we watch The Big Bang Theory online or on television, we laugh at the actions of Kaley Cuoco.

She cracks us up on that CBS sitcom!

Similarly, any time we listen to Cuoco speak, we nod in approval of her openness and her honesty.

Once again, for example, the beautiful actress has talked candidly about her history of plastic surgery.

“Years ago I had my nose done,” Cuoco tells the magazine for its December 2016 issue.

And she doesn’t stop there, adding:

“And my boobs – best thing I ever did. Recently, I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. As much as you want to love your inner self… I’m sorry, you also want to look good.”

Cuoco has never been one to hold back her opinions, even when they get her in trouble.

Remember when Cincinnati Zoo officials were forced to shoot and kill a gorilla named Harambe after a toddler fell into his habitat and onlookers feared for the child’s safety? 

She argued that the gorilla was clearly holding the young boy’s hand and said this was “another senseless horrendous animal being killed over people not using their brains.”

As she expected, Cuoco received a lot of backlash for this point of view.

She may also receive some for her plastic surgery admission, but she doesn’t care.

Kaley makes it clear that she isn’t changing how she looks for anyone but herself.

“I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else,” she says to Women’s Health. “But if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

Moreover, it’s not as if Cuoco doesn’t work very hard on her figure. She doesn’t let a knife do all the work.

“I’ve cried numerous times in yoga [to get those],” she says, laughing: “The best part is, I’m sweating so bad no one can tell.”

When not at the gym or on set, Cuoco is almost always riding horses. It’s her biggest passion in life – and it’s how she met boyfriend Karl Cook.

“Literally, we bumped arms at a horse show,” she explains. “We each said, ‘Oh, I’m sorry’ – and everything changed. I looked at him and he looked at me…”

Having previously questioned whether or not she would ever be capable of love again after a painful divorce, Cuoco now says her relationship has once again established her faith in “the sanctity of marriage.”

And not just married!

Cuoco says she would “absolutely” consider exchanging vows again at some point in the future.

Furthermore, she’s even thinking about the possibility of starting a family, explaining, “I’m meant to be a mom.”

She’d have such beautiful kids, too! We really hope this happens for her.

Kaley Cuoco Exposes Boob On Snapchat, Looks Pretty Proud Of Herself

Celebrity stylist Brad Goreski may have been hired to dress Kaley Cuoco for a shoot, but if social media is any indication, he failed his client miserably.

Goreski took a snap of himself with The Big Bang Theory star, who opened her blouse to reveal a boob.

Goreski covered Cuoco’s nipple with a heart emoji, and used an old man filter for his own face.

Cuoco looked damn proud to be showing off her breast, and rightfully so. 

In May 2014, Cuoco told Cosmopolitan that she got a boob job when she was 18, and just like Naya Rivera, Cuoco says it was money well spent.

“It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done,” she said.

“I love them. I’m superhappy. I would do it again in a heartbeat.”

Cuoco is in superb shape, which she credits to a vegan/gluten-free lifestyle.

“I’m not a vegan, nor do I have a gluten allergy, but it just feels better in my stomach,” she told Shape in September 2015.

“Everything, from the inside out, has completely changed for me.

“And now, when I look into the mirror and see the positive changes, I don’t want to go back to what I was doing.”

When she isn’t acting, Cuoco, 30, rides horses.  In fact, she spent summer hiatus from Big Bang riding and training.

“Spent the whole summer with the horses; that’s been completely life-changing,” she told Extra.

 It was through this that she met her current boyfriend, equestrian Karl Cook.

“Karl is very sweet. I couldn’t be happier,” Cuoco said.

“Life is completely amazing – everything is amazing.”

And even equestrians who date one another need their personal space.

“It’s me time,” Cuoco said of her time spent with her four horses.

“It’s important in a relationship to have moments when you do your own thing.”

However, date night is improved vastly when horses are involved, according to Cuoco.

“t’s funny, he’s either the one riding or it’s me, so we’re rarely doing it together,” Cuoco revealed to People Magazine.

“But recently we did go on a little trail ride date. It was adorable. We hadn’t really done that yet,” she said of her time spent with Cook.

“One is usually cheering for the other so that was kind of cute to go out together,” she explained, referring to their riding competitions.

Things took a turn towards fantasyland during their horse date.

“We totally held hands. It was very dorky!”

In case you were wondering, they rode off into the sunset, holding hands on each of their horses.

Cuoco called it a “storybook ending” to their date.

Kaley Cuoco: "So Happy" With Beau Karl Cook, Not Engaged...Yet

Kaley Cuoco is a hopeless romantic, if her stories about dates with boyfriend Karl Cook are any indication.

Cuoco, 30, recently spoke to People Magazine while promoting a new partnership between Visa and Uber, and things got adorable once talk turned to romance.

Cuoco and Cook are both equestrians, so a lot of what they do centers around horses.  

Their schedules don’t allow for many dream dates, but whenever they do, Cuoco and Cook try to set the scene for a fairy tale evening.

“It’s funny, he’s either the one riding or it’s me, so we’re rarely doing it together,” Cuoco told People.

“But recently we did go on a little trail ride date. It was adorable. We hadn’t really done that yet. One is usually cheering for the other so that was kind of cute to go out together.

“We totally held hands. It was very dorky!”

And yes, they actually rode off into the sunset, which Cuoco deemed a “storybook ending” to their date.

Rumors began to circulate recently that Cook had proposed to Cuoco after an Instagram showed The Big Bang Theory star wearing a ring on that finger.

Cuoco finalized her divorce from tennis player Ryan Sweeting back in May after marrying him in December 2013.  Us Weekly reported that Sweeting’s addiction to painkillers caused the split.

After separating from Sweeting, Cuoco dated Arrow star Paul Blackthorne, 46.  However, Cook is the first man since Sweeting that Cuoco has been open about.

“When you share something so special, some sort of connection – for us, it’s horses, but anything two people share – you have that common goal and you know that you want the same things in life, day to day, and in the future,” Cuoco told People.

“It just sets you on a better path. Having a lot in common is really important and we definitely have a lot in common. I think that that’s what makes us so strong and really happy.”

It wasn’t that long ago that we literally thought Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook’s relationship was a joke.

As it turns out, however, the equestrian-loving blondes with the bafflingly similar named (“Cuoco” means “cook” in Italian! Who spells Karl with a “K”? What is he, Marx?!) are actually in a relationship.

And in keeping with her M.O. Kaley is moving very, very fast.

Like, inadvisably fast.

Like, it’s looking like we’re in store for another Ryan Sweeting scenario.

Just a few weeks after we learned they were dating, Kaley and Karl moved in together.

Now, there’s reason to believe that these two crazy kids are engaged.

As you can see, KC appears to be sporting a massive rock on her commitment finger.

Apparently, there are people out there who still watch The Big Bang Theory, and they’ve pointed out that the ring in the photo is noticeably different from the one that Penny has been rocking ever since she married Leonard.

(Penny and Lenny is almost ridiculous a name coincidence as Kaley and Karl, but we digress.)

Anyway, Star magazine (we know, we know) reports that Kaley pressured Karl into putting a ring on it after they’d been dating for just two months.

After about 24 hours of rumors of rumors and speculation, Kaley amended the original caption on the pic to read:

“(ps everyone needs to calm down, that’s Penny’s wedding ring, not mine!)”

Hmm. Something still seems a bit off here.

Why wouldn’t she have said that in the first place instead of waiting full day for her fans to freak out?

And why would she be rocking the ring when she’s clearly not on set?

Seems like a recently divorced woman would want to ditch that thing the second she finished filming for the day.

We have two different versions of events here (one from Star, one from Kaley) and we don’t totally buy either of them.

We don’t believe Kaley pressured Karl into proposing, but we wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if she’s engaged.

Kaley married Ryan Sweeting after just a few months of dating.

To make the matter worse, she got the date of their ceremony tattooed on the back of her neck.

She later covered that up with a giant tattoo of a moth.

Yeah, smart decisions aren’t exactly her strong suit.

Hopefully she’ll take her time with this relationship.

There are only so many insects you can get tatted on your body without it being super weird.

Kaley Cuoco Apologizes for Alleged Desecreation of American Flag

Kaley Cuoco may star on The Big Bang Theory…

… but the actress got herself into a big ole heap of trouble on Monday.

The beloved star drew harsh rebuke across social media for sharing a photo of her dogs sitting on the American flag in celebration of July Fourth.

Many folks believe the flag should never even touch the ground, so you can imagine their reaction upon seeing it touch the ground AND the rear ends of two canines.

Actually, you don’t have to imagine.

Here is what one angry Twitter user wrote in response to the incident:

“Why the f–k is your dog running its a–hole on the f–king flag?!?! I get that your trying to act patriotic but this is definitely in VERY bad taste!!!”

In response to the scandal, Cuoco deleted the image and shared the following long note of apology:

“I would like to comment on a photo I posted yesterday, that has caused lots of controversy.

“First off, please know, I have the utmost respect for my country. I am a proud American in every sense of the word. I understand the American flag stands for our freedom and represents American heroes, past and present.

“Yesterday I made a mistake by posting the picture that was taken of my sweet dogs posing on an American flag. I sincerely apologize to anyone that has been offended by my previous post.

“This is no way reflects my feelings toward what the American flag represents. Living in the public eye, can be extremely difficult at times. Every mistake and every imperfection is amplified. I am not perfect.

“I am a proud American, today, tomorrow, always.”

And she also has some pretty awesome pants:

Cuoco is one of the most outspoken animal lovers and advocates in Hollywood.

She had strong words to say herself in May when a gorilla was killed at the Cincinnati Zoo after a four-year old fell into the animal’s enclosure.

In this case, we think she really did make an honest mistake and we don’t doubt the star’s love for her country. Do you?

This is someone who has won Instagram on numerous occasions, remember.

So it’s okay if she loses on the platform every note and then.

Kaley Cuoco Draws MAJOR Criticism For Photo of Dogs

If you follow her on social media, you’re probably aware that Kaley Cuoco loves dogs and can do no wrong in the eyes of her many fans.

So we were surprised to learn that this photo of her beloved pups sparked a heated controversy over the weekend.

As you can see, Kaley is one of the many celebs who celebrated the Fourth of July by posting patriotic pics.

Unfortunately, the Big Bang Theory star committed a major flag faux pas by having one of her pooches sit on the stars and stripes.

Protocol dictates that any flag that touches the ground should be burned, so needless to say, placing it on the pavement so that that your pet can have a cool place to relax is a major no-no.

Several of KC’s fans expressed their displeasure on Instagram.

Some choice comments:

“That is not a towel. I believe in the right to burn the flag in protest as long as it is in context, that’s why so many gave their lives, for freedom. But this is not that, this is simply disrespectful. That’s a flag. A symbol of what people have sacrificed.”

“Why the f–k is your dog running its a–hole on the f–king flag?!?! I get that your trying to act patriotic but this is definitely in VERY bad taste!!!”

“I thought you love your country but this ain’t love if you disrespect it’s flag by keeping it down on the ground … let me remind you that lot of blood was sacrificed just to keep the flag high … If you have lil bit of respect for it you should not only remove this picture but also apologize to the people whose feeling must have got hurt.”

“A reasonable person would say ‘my dogs look cute but having that flag there could cause a misunderstanding, I should take it down’  Do the right thing, please. You can put up lots of other pictures of your dogs looking cute.”

Like we said, people were not happy.

To be fair, Kaley stated in the caption that the photo was taken by the person who was dog-sitting for her, and she has taken the pic down following the uproar.

Just goes to show that even a star as beloved as Kaley can incur the full wrath of the Internet when she posts before she thinks.

Kaley Cuoco: Already MOVING IN With Karl Cook?!

Back in late March, a guy named Karl Cook started popping up on Kaley Cuoco’s Instagram page.

At first, we thought it was Kaley’s idea of an April Fools’ prank.

Like, “Hey, I’m dating a dude who’s basically a male version of me, right down to the blonde hair, love of horses, and damn near identical names.”

(Cuoco means “Cook” in Italian.)

It wouldn’t be the world’s most hysterical practical joke, but this is a girl whose idea of a good gag is making fans think she cut her hair shorter than usual.

She’s not exactly this generation’s greatest prank master, is what we’re saying.

Anyway, we no know that Kaley and Karl are really dating.

In fact, “dating” doesn’t really do this relationship justice.

These two are moving at such a breakneck speed that it’s like they’re involved in some sort of Duggar-style pre-marriage courtship arrangement.

Insiders tell Star magazine that they’re concerned with the foolish way that Kaley and Karl are rushing into this thing, and they were shocked to learn that Kaley has asked Karl to move in with her.

“No one can believe it,” a source tells the tabloid. “They’ve only been dating for a couple of months.” 

If you’ve followed Kaley’s love life at all, you know that this is her M.O. and she’s been burned by it in the past, most notably and she married Ryan Sweeting after just a few months of dating.

The actress wound up filing for divorce after less than two years.

“Sure, Karl’s a decent guy and nothing at all like Ryan, but this is crazy,” says Kaley’s anonymous friend. “Did she learn nothing?”

On the plus side, Karl comes from money, so he’s probably not after Kaley’s loot.

Even so, here’s hoping her second prenup is even more iron-clad than the first.
