Christina El Moussa Turns 35, Boyfriend Declares His Love via Skywriting!

Christina El Moussa has been enjoying her relationship with her hot AF boyfriend.

Clearly, Ant Anstead has been enjoying his time with the former Flip or Flop star, too. And he wants everyone to know it.

Monday was Christina’s birthday, and he wrote his affection for her in the sky. Literally.

Ant Anstead is Christina’s hunky 39-year-old boyfriend.

Christina’s birthday was Monday, July 9.

Anstead commissioned a skywriting message for the occassion, which reads: “I [heart] C.”

He also gave fans and followers a glimpse, making his sentiments very clear to not just the countless eyewitnesses, but to everyone on the internet.

Take a look:

Christina El Moussa Birthday Love Declaration Sky Writing Ant Anstead

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY to this absolute LEGEND!!!!” Ant writes on Instagram. “35 today!!!”

“@christinaelmoussa,” his post continues. “You make me laugh every single day!”

“You are crazy!” he writes, before quickly clarifying: “In a good way!”

Anstead writes that Christina is “an inspiration! You saved me! Oh and not too shabby for 35!!!”

Christina is famously gorgeous.

He signs his captions: “Love you, X.” The X represents a kiss.

In a separate post, Anstead told fans that he was surprising Christina for her birthday.

“It’s @christinaelmoussa birthday weekend,” he announced with glee.

“So I’ve planned a few surprises.” Anstead teased.

“Oh,” he jokingly laments. “She’s so so so nosey!!”

Hey, that’s human nature.

“#RoadTrip,” Anstead tags, announcing: “Happy birthday to the single most amazing lady (now just sit back and chill…..”

Aside from his tendency to flood every single caption with emoji after emoji, these are very sweet messages.

Anstead also celebrated Christina’s recent People cover.

“One of the most inspiring and hardest working (not to mention the damn funniest) ladies I know is the cover of this weeks @people magazine,” Anstead announced with pride.

That is so cute, you guys.

“She is a walking testament that the strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us,” Anstead continued. “But those who win battles we know nothing about!”

That sounds like he’s talking about Spider-Man or something, but it sounds like he’s just alluding to behind-the-scenes drama or perhaps to parenting struggles.

“Everyone has the right to be happy!” Anstead declares. “Everyone has the right to start again! I’m very proud of this lady.”

He then makes sure that his followers understand why one of his innumerable emojis that he uses in every single caption on Instagram is, when he’s talking about Christina, a unicorn.

“She lifts me,” Anstead writes. “She is a unicorn.”

Sky writing and the use of sky banners has been used for many purposes.

Sometimes to deliver a pointed political message. Other times, for other campaigns — there was a plane involved in the successful campaign to convince Amazon to save The Expanse.

But the most classic use of any sort of aerial message like that is romance. Anniversaries, proposals, and other happy occassions.

This time, Ant Anstead used sky writing to celebrate Christina on her birthday.

Next time, will he hire a plane to help him propose?

Bill Cosby: Judge Declares Mistrial in Sexual Assault Case

Stunning news out of Norristown, Pennsylvania today, as Judge Steven T. O’Neill has declared a mistrial in the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby.

Earlier this week, we learned that jurors in the Cosby tiral were deadlocked, but they were initially instructed to continue deliberating in an effort to reach a unanimous verdict.

Today, O’Neill declared that the jury is “deadlocked on all counts,” and prosecutors announced that they will retry the case.

“We will evaluate and review our case,” said Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele in a statement released this morning.

“We will take a hard look at everything involved, and then we will retry it,” he added. “As I said in court, our plan is to move this case forward as soon as possible.”

The charges against Cosby stem from rape allegations made by Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee who told the jury that Cosby sexually assaulted her after giving her drugs that left her unable to move.

More than 50 women have accused Cosby of some form of sexual misconduct, but in every other case, he’s been protected from prosecution by statute of limitation laws.

Attorney Gloria Allred vowed today to continue fighting for Constand and the other alleged victims:

“We can never underestimate the blinding power of celebrity,” Allred told reporters.

“But justice will come … It’s too early to celebrate, Mr. Cosby.”

But celebrating is exactly what Cosby’s attorneys did today, speaking to the press as though the case had already been decided in their client’s favor:

“Cosby’s power is back,” said Andrew Wyatt, acting as spokesperson for Cosby’s top-dollar defense team.

The surprisingly brief trial went to the jury on Monday after the defense rested its case with just six minutes of arguments.

Jurors deliberated for longer than the trial lasted, but reported to the judge on Thursday that they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict.

In a statement issued today, Judge O’Neill praised the jury for its commitment to seeing that justice is served:

“I feel bad for all of you. I really do,” O’Neill said, declaring their effort to reach a verdict “one of the most courageous and selfless acts I’ve ever seen.”

There’s no word yet on when the second Cosby trial will commence.

We will have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available.

Kylie Jenner Posts Underwear Selfie, Declares Hatred of Mankind

Kylie Jenner has amassed an Instagram following of more than 92 million due in large part to her willingness and ability to give the people what they want.

In her case, that mostly means racy Kylie Jenner selfies, but she also delivers a healthy dose of swag and a heaping helping of aspirational lifestyle porn that have helped her rise above the pack of celebrity Snapchatters.

It’s Kylie’s attitude that fans respond to as much as her bikini pics, and the 19-year-old seems well aware that her brand depends on the right mixture of both.

Kylie’s balancing of these two sides of her public persona can be seen in two of her most popular social media posts from the past week.

First, there’s the above Snapchat selfie.

It’s not hard to see why it was a hit among fans.

Kylie is in her underwear and snapping the pic herself, a formula that’s brought her great success in the past.

What seems casual was probably carefully planned, but since there’s nothing cool about wanting to be cool, Kylie occasionally reminds her followers that if given the chance, she would happy to say goodbye to her fans and haters alike.

Kylie Jenner Meme

Kylie posted the above meme (without credit, but it appears to have originated on the page of Instagram comic @TankSinatra), and it drew a number of confused reactions from fans.

Obviously, Kylie would last about ten minutes in a remote lighthouse (presumably with no wi-fi), but there’s a good chance that’s not the point.

Kylie may not be shoving her younger fans away, but instead embracing them – sending the message that she too often feels awkward or overwhelmed.

It’s a calculated risk, as such a post could obviously make Kylie come off as ungrateful, but her more thoughtful fans (read: the only ones who are likely to contemplate the meaning of this meme) it might serve as a welcome sign of relatability.

Maybe it’s just an expression of teen angst.

Or maybe it’s a shrewd way to move some more lip kits.

Of course, the third possibility is that we’re just reading way too much into Kylie’s random Instagram posts.

Ariana Grande Declares Herself Hardest Working Millennial, Gets Roasted Online

Millennials have a reputation for being lazy, entitled, and self-absorbed, and for the most studies show its unwarranted, and the Internet generation is actually no more likely to harbor feelings of inherent superiority than young people at any other time in recent history.

Celebrities – and former child stars in particular – also have a reputation for being lazy, entitled, and self-absorbed, and for the most, part it’s completely justified.

Take Ariana Grande, for example:

The singer posted the above photo to Instagram this week, along with a caption reading:

“When you’re cute but you’re also the hardest working 23 year old human being on earth #cute #butalso #CEO #unf–kwitable #haventsleptinyears”

Ladies and gentlemen, we might have just reached peak entitlement.

Obviously, the idea that Ariana works harder than any other 23-year-old on the planet is patently ridiculous, and she’s currently being roasted on social media as a result of her claim.

Some folks have defended Ariana, claiming that she’s only taking flak for her comments because she’s a woman.

They are wrong.

The hardest working 23-year-old on the planet probably is a woman…

… but she’s definitely not a celebrity with eight figures in the bank.

In fact, she’s probably a single mom in the South Bronx or Appalachia who manages a McDonald’s by day, picks her kids up from school, makes dinner, and then mans the front desk at a hotel or works as a security guard by night.

We’re not saying that Ariana doesn’t work hard (Although this is the same woman who gets carried around like a baby by her bodyguards because she hates walking.), but any time anyone becomes rich and famous (particularly while still in their teens), there’s a tremendous amount of luck involved.

There are millions of talented, hard-working people out there who never hit the big time, simply because they never met with the right opportunities, or their support system was lacking, or any number of other things didn’t work exactly as they would’ve needed to.

And that’s something you very rarely hear young celebrities talk about.

Sure, many of them will pay lip service to the fact that they’ve been extremely fortunate, but it’s rare to hear a young star articulate just how many things played out just right for them when they easily could’ve gone in a different direction.

For the most part, Ariana is a good role model for her young fans.

She’s spoken out against bullying, body-shaming, and the objectification of women.

Unfortunately, it seems Grande is shockingly out of step with reality when it comes to the day-to-day financial and career realities of many of her fans.

Ariana could do a lot for the struggling young folks who look up to her by reminding them that in the same way that her enviable physique is a combination of hard work and good fortune, so too is her career.

Her decision to suggest that her success is entirely the result of her superior work ethic seems astonishingly tone deaf.

Perhaps Ms. Grande should visit with some of her less-fortunate fans to remind herself that it’s not just body image issues that can impact a young person’s self-esteem.

Many have spent their lives feeling unworthy because of dire financial straits, and the last thing they need to be told is that they simply need to work harder.

Brock Turner Rape Victim Speaks Out, Declares: I"m a Survivor

For the first time since Brock Turner was freed from prison, the woman he raped has released a public statement.

Turner, of course, is the Stanford University student who was convicted of rape this past spring, only for a judge to sentence him to a mere six months behind bars.

The case made national news after Turner’s victim, who preferred to remain anonymous, addressed her attacker in court.

Within four days, her statement had been viewed 11 million times; was read aloud on CNN; and also on the floor of Congress.

It also made national news because Turner was found guilty of assaulting this woman behind a dumpster in an alley… and yet his father dismissed the action as nothing more than a drunken mistake.

His mother said the same thing and Turner himself blamed both his alcohol intake and even that of his victim for his actions.

Turner was released from jail after just three months and was forced to register as a sex offender.

But that was a pretty small price to pay for that he did.

Now, Glamour has named Emily Doe its Woman of the Year and has given her a platform to share her thoughts on Turner, his conviction, his sentencing, his release and, of course, her role in this sad tale.

Out of respect for the victim, we are simply going to run her statement to Glamour in its entirety below.

She deserves to tell her story in full, without any commentary or editorializing from our staff…

From the beginning, I was told I was a best case scenario.

I had forensic evidence, sober unbiased witnesses, a slurred voice mail, police at the scene. I had everything, and I was still told it was not a slam dunk. I thought, if this is what having it good looks like, what other hells are survivors living?

I’m barely getting through this but I am being told I’m the lucky one, some sort of VIP. It was like being checked into a hotel room for a year with stained sheets, rancid water, and a bucket with an attendant saying, No this is great! Most rooms don’t even have a bucket.

After the trial I was relieved thinking the hardest part was over, and all that was left was the sentencing. I was excited to finally be given a chance to read my statement and declare, I am here. I am not that floppy thing you found behind the garbage, speaking melted words.

I am here, I can stand upright, I can speak clearly, I’ve been listening and am painfully aware of all the hurt you’ve been trying to justify.

I yelled half of my statement. So when it was quickly announced that he’d be receiving six months, I was struck silent. Immediately I felt embarrassed for trying, for being led to believe I had any influence. The violation of my body and my being added up to a few months out of his summer.

The judge would release him back to his life, back to the 40 people who had written him letters from Ohio. I began to panic; I thought, this can’t be the best case scenario. If this case was meant to set the bar, the bar had been set on the floor.

The morning after the sentencing, my phone screen was stacked with texts and I turned it over saying, not today, on this day I deserve to sleep. My phone kept ringing and I learned that BuzzFeed was waiting for my permission to publish my court statement in full.

As soon as it was posted, I remember thinking, what have I done, making myself exposed and vulnerable again. I texted my sister when it hit 20,000 views, thinking that was it, the comments were actually quite nice, and I closed my computer.

I started getting e-mails forwarded to me from Botswana to Ireland to India. I received watercolor paintings of lighthouses and bicycle earrings. A woman who plucked a picture of her young daughter from the inside of her cubicle wrote, This is who you’re saving.

When I received an e-mail that Joe Biden had written me a letter I was sitting in my pajamas eating some cantaloupe. You are a warrior. I looked around my room, who is he talking to. You have a steel spine, I touched my spine. I printed his letter out and ran around the house flapping it in the air.

There was, of course, the wee sprinkle of trolls. Some photos of me leaked and someone said, “She’s not pretty enough to have been raped.” In response I say, damn I wish the world could see me. I wish you could see my big, beautiful head and huge eyes. Perhaps now you are at home imagining me looking like some sort of bloated owl. That’s all right.

When Ashleigh Banfield read my letter on the news I sat stunned watching her speak my words, imagining them being spoken on every television set in the nation. Watching women and men at Gracie Mansion, on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, girls in their rooms, gathered together to read each segment, holding my words in their voices.

My body seemed too small to hold what I felt.

In the very beginning of it all in 2015, one comment managed to lodge harmfully inside me: Sad. I hope my daughter never ends up like her.

I absorbed that statement. Ends up. As if we end somewhere, as if what was done to me marked the completion of my story. Instead of being a role model to be looked up to, I was a sad example to learn from, a story that caused you to shield your daughter’s eyes and shake your heads with pity.

But when my letter was published, no one turned away. No one said I’d rather not look, it’s too much, or too sad.

Everyone pushed through the hard parts, saw me fully to the end, and embraced every feeling.

If you think the answer is that women need to be more sober, more civil, more upright, that girls must be better at exercising fear, must wear more layers with eyes open wider, we will go nowhere. When Judge Aaron Persky mutes the word justice, when Brock Turner serves one month for every felony, we go nowhere.

When we all make it a priority to avoid harming or violating another human being, and when we hold accountable those who do, when the campaign to recall this judge declares that survivors deserve better, then we are going somewhere.

So now to the one who said, I hope my daughter never ends up like her, I am learning to say, I hope you end up like me, meaning, I hope you end up like me strong. I hope you end up like me proud of who I’m becoming. I hope you don’t “end up,” I hope you keep going.

And I hope you grow up knowing that the world will no longer stand for this. Victims are not victims, not some fragile, sorrowful aftermath. Victims are survivors, and survivors are going to be doing a hell of a lot more than surviving.

8-Year-Old Pens Letter To Beyonce, Declares Singer "Shoots Out Sparkle"

The future of America has the spirit of a unicorn.

An 8-year-old student in summer school was asked to write a letter to the person she admires most, and that person just so happened to be Beyonce.

“One of my girlfriend’s 8-year-old summer students wrote a letter to ‘a person you admire,"” a Reddit user shared.

“You are the best you are a rare rose in a garden of blooming flowers but your the only one who shoots out sparkle and lite up the sky,” the student wrote.

“My favorite song is Sorry that song be poppin I be turnt up.”

In other cute news, Beyonce’s four-year-old daughter, Blu expressed her concern for grandma, Tina Knowles yesterday when Knowles decided to jump into the ocean from the second floor of a yacht.

“Do you really know how to swim?” Blu was heard (off-camera) asking her grandmother, who was getting ready to make the big jump.

“She does,” a man reassured the little girl.

Knowles told Instagram followers her jumps into the ocean represented a “leap of faith” that she hoped would inspire others.

“This is my first jump from the second story . Which gave me the courage to go up higher,” Beyonce’s mom wrote.

“I took a leap of faith , by jumping off the highest third story , on a boat into the ocean.”

Beyonce and Co. are in the South of France, where they are taking a break in between shows on the singer’s “Formation” tour.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have been fighting off divorce rumors for months, and a source recently told Radar Online that this particular trip has made them stronger.

“They know that everyone wants them to break up, but this has only made them stronger because Beyonce refuses to fail as a wife, or mother,” the source said.

The woman shoots out sparkle.  She’ll be fine.

Donald Trump Eats Taco Bowl, Declares: I Love Hispanics!

Donald Trump is the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States.

Just something to keep in mind as you scroll down and read about what his latest actions…

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, Trump shared the above photo on Facebook last night, giving followers a look at his office in Trump Tower…

… along with a certain food item on the menu there.

“Happy Cinco de Mayo! The best taco bowls are made in Trump Tower Grill. I love Hispanics!” Trump wrote as a caption.

The Donald, of course, first made crazy headlines at the start of his campaign in July when he said some controversial things about Mexicans, such as how most of them are rapists and drug dealers.

But Trump likes to eat taco bowls apparently.

So that makes everything okay!

(If you look closely at Trump’s desk, by the way, you can see a vintage photo of ex-wife Marla Maples in a bikini peeking out from a recent People Magazine story.)

Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, was quick to respond to Trump’s Facebook post.

She took to Twitter and referenced an interview the billionaire real estate mogul gave to NBC News’ Lester Holt on Wednesday when the topic of undocumented immigrants came up.

HRC Response

Samantha Bee shared her own taco bowl picture and wrote in reply:

“The best taco bowls are made by immigrants who resent a rich prick calling them rapists. Love inauthentic Mexican!”

Then there was Josh Gad, who was among those who helped #Hispanics become the top trending item on Twitter Thursday afternoon.

“Now that Trump’s shown he loves #Hispanics by eating a taco bowl, I can’t wait for the inevitable Halal Cart “I love Muslims” Twitter post,” the actor and comedian Tweeted.

Also, on Instagram, George Lopez minced his feelings even less, writing to Trumo:

“After lunch you can take that thumb and shove it deep in your a– @realdonaldtrump #pelosforpresident I pray for IBS-D #ftp #mmlv #NoChillOnEarth.”

However, MSNBC host Ronan Farrow wins with his response to Trump’s taco bowl post:

Adviser: We have to talk about latinos.

Trump: Or do u mean

*holds up taco bowl*

TACO bout them?

Adviser: I need a photographer in here NOW
