Soulja Boy: Chris Brown Fight is For Rihanna!
Soulja Boy and Chris Brown’s ongoing social media feud just keeps getting more personal … and more ridiculous/hilarious by the day.
How absurd is it? See dueling cases in point:
1. In a shot at Chris’ woman-beating past, Soulja says he is stepping into the boxing ring against Brown “for Rihanna” in March;
2. Mike Tyson is now on board Team Breezy.
Soulja Boy and Chris Brown, if you somehow missed it, have traded harsh words on social media throughout the new calendar year.
Those words, which began after Soulja Boy liked Karrueche pictures on Instagram, somehow escalated into a pay-per-view boxing match.
Brown got especially angry last week after Soulja Boy tweeted about his daughter Royalty and aligned himself with Floyd Mayweather.
The boxing champion is the driving force behind orchestrating the Chris Brown-Soulja Boy fight on pay per view, and training the latter.
Sunday, Soulja Boy said his fight against the singer was “for Rihanna,” who Chris dated and infamously beat senseless way back in 2009.
Floyd’s team also unveiled this amazing promotional poster, alluding to the two stars’ use of guns and gang references in their beef:
Brown was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service for Rihanna attack, and his image never fully recovered.
Soulja Boy claimed that Brown initially told him he wants to “fight” him because he liked a photo of his other famous ex, Karrueche Tran.
The rapper has made frequent mention of the fact that Chris “beat the f–k” out of Rihanna, but is not actually hard enough for a real fight.
Chris countered that he was 17 at the time of his arrest (not true, but it was a long time ago), and that “talking s–t” is “beneath me.”
Soulja Boy, Chris said, needs to get a “grown-man ass whooping” though; Brown then started lobbying to fight the guy in a boxing ring.
Mayweather, who is promoting the fight, then got involved to train Soulja Boy and troll Chris, who now has star power in his corner too:
“Yeah. Soulja Boy is gonna get f–ked up!” Mike Tyson boasted.
Soulja Boy, also on Sunday, was unfazed by the partnership:
“What the f–k is Mike Tyson gonna teach Chris Brown? How to bite my ear off? Bitch the money team never lost shoutout big bro Floyd.”
“After I knock Chris brown out I’m going to crank that Soulja boy and super man in the ring on his stupid ass,” Soulja Boy continued.
NOTE: If the Urban Dictionary definition of “superman” is accurate, then this will definitely be a PPV event well worth the price of admission.
SB continued his 24-7 smack talk thusly …
“I was going to chill but now I’m going to finish this n—a. I’m doing it for Rihanna. That was f–ked up how he beat her ass like that smh.”
Tyson, the former world heavyweight boxing champion, obviously responded to Soulja’s comments with an Instagram rant of his own …
“Soulja Boy, what the f–k are you talking about, ‘only thing I’m gonna teach him is to bite somebody’s ear—yeah, that’s right!” Tyson said.
“I’m gonna teach him every dirty trick in the book to knock you out.”
“‘Cause I’m not gonna teach him how to run.”
Soulja Boy took it down a notch in another Instagram video, saying that “Brothers fight. Sometimes brother fight, friends fight.”
“After the fight, they shake hands and keep it moving But when we get in that ring, it ain’t no friends, and we’re gonna duke it out.”
“And that’s what it is,” he said, whilst getting a haircut. “Ain’t no beef, ain’t no violence. Put the guns down. Put your hands up.”
“Soulja Boy versus Chris Brown, the biggest boxing match, the biggest fight of the century or the year. Get your tickets, they’re selling now.”
Give the guy credit for his hype skills if nothing else.

Soulja Boy Brings Royalty, Floyd Mayweather Into Chris Brown Beef; Feud Escalates to Next Level
So much for any chance of the momentary detente struck between Chris Brown and Soulja Boy extending to full-on peace accord status.
Chris’ two-year-old daughter, Royalty, has just been dragged into his feud with the rapper, which may send Team Breezy over the edge.
If you haven’t been on the Internet this week, well, you’ve missed quite a show in the form of this explosive Chris Brown-Soulja Boy feud.
It all hilariously started Monday night after the “Crank That” rapper liked an Instagram pic posted by Karrueche Tran, Chris’ ex-girlfriend.
Karrueche dated Chris for years, but the couple broke up.
In 2015. For a guy who beat his previous girlfriend, you’d think Chris would want to not come across as a psycho stalker, but so it goes.
”Chris brown just called and said he wanna fight me,” Soulja said on Twitter, claiming Chris threatened him over his behavior on Insta.
Then the following videos, and threats, were exchanged:
“Aye @chrisbrown pull up n—a and I’ll knock yo Bitch A– out,” SB yelled. “P–sy a– n—a. Stop snorting so much coke n—a! FRUITS.”
Fruits refers to the Fruit Town Pirus, a gang that Chris has long been associated with; Soulja also laid into Chris for beating up Rihanna.
Ya Boy further said that “Karrueche don’t want you n–ga!” and threatened to “beat the f–k out” Brown if he ever returned to the ‘hood.
Seriously, watch the video above. We can’t do it justice.
Chris responded, without irony, that “this s–t is beneath me” … but that he would whomp Soulja’s ass in the boxing ring in three rounds.
Which brings us to these latest bizarre developments …
After Soulja’s mom got mad and he apologized (really), the feud has ramped back up, with Chris’ little daughter, Royalty, now in the mix.
Soulja’s the one who brought her into it, too … mostly.
Again, it started on Instagram, where he shared a photo of Royalty with Floyd Mayweather and TheMoneyTeam (Floyd’s crew) tagged.
The implication? Chris’ two-year-old wants to see her father get his ass lit up in the ring, and that Floyd, the boxing champ, is all for it.
To call this a “low blow” by Soulja is an understatement.
It gets weirder, though. Chris’ baby mama Nia Guzman tagged Floyd in the pic; Soulja just reposted it before the whole thing went viral.
Her explanation of that, when confronted by TMZ?
She says her Royalty picture had nothing to do with Chris and Soulja’s verbal sparring or their threats to duke it out in a boxing match.
Rather, TMT has taken her under its wing. Obviously!
According to Nia, she and the little one have been hanging out with Mayweather recently … and “Floyd is investing in Royalty’s future.”
Yeah. We got nothing. Maybe even less than nothing.
The singer, for his part, is royally (pun not intended) pissed and making it clear that Soulja best back the hell up off his little girl ASAP.
You wanna start with CB, fine. But leave her out of it.

Soulja Boy Apologizes For Chris Brown Feud After His Mom Gets Pissed
Soulja Boy … Tell ‘Em you’re sorry, said the rapper’s mother following the events of this week, and like any good son, he took her words to heart.
We’re serious. Soulja apologized for “acting out” in a Twitter feud with Chris Brown after his recently hospitalized parent expressed disappointment.
“I know she’s not proud of my actions and what I’ve been doing recently” Soulja Boy, 26, explained. “I wanna make music with Chris Brown.”
“To all the media, to all the blogs, to all my homies from the hood that feel like I been on some hot boy s–t, I apologize. I’m back to the music.”
Quite a reversal from 24 hours earlier.

Karrueche dated Chris on and off for four years until 2015, and to say their romance was mercurial would be an understatement.
So much so that it sparked this:
“Chris brown just called me and said he wanna fight me,” Soulja Boy wrote on Twitter Monday before launching into a profane tirade.
Accusing Chris of drug use, he wrote “Aye @chrisbrown pull up n—a I’ll knock yo Bitch A– out stop snorting so much coke n—a. FRUITS.”
Fruits refers to the Fruit Town Pirus, a gang that Chris has long been associated with, though we’re told he is not an “initiated” member.
Soulja bashed Chris for beating Rihanna, to which Brown later replied that “this s–t is beneath me” … but that he would f–k ya Boy up.
Karrueche also spoke out in a since-deleted Instagram post: “This drama between the both of these two is so ridiculous it makes no sense.”
Chris’ response to that? Pretty vile:
The beef continued on Tuesday when Soulja Boy started an Instagram Live broadcast while walking around Compton with his friends.
Chatting with his followers, the rapper initially appeared to get jumped by a man shouting “They say Soulja Boy ain’t from the hood.”
However, another angle of the video surfaced and showed that Soulja did appear to get robbed, but threw his phone onto the ground.
We got nothing, but his friend DJ Akademiks then shared a video of himself and his crew wielding guns and shouting, “F–k you, Chris Brown.”
Brown’s crew had previously shared a similar, gun-toting video directed at Soulja, who alleged that Brown leaked his phone number online.
You can’t make this stuff up.
“That’s a bitch move I got his number but didn’t do that. He’s the definition of a F–K BOY,” Soulja tweeted. “Chris brown can never go to my hood.”
“It’s been two years since he pulled up on my block. Facts. The best is yet to come. You’ll regret sleeping on me someday.”
“Don’t trade respect for attention.”
“Say what you feel. It’s not being rude, it’s called being real. Chris shouldn’t have call my phone crying about a girl that don’t want him.”
“Now he gotta see these hands. Bitch ass n—a,” he continued, though the rapper’s mom apparently got through to him at that point.
His Instagram has since been deleted; Brown has yet to respond to Soulja’s apology, though his most recent tweet changed the subject.
Promising to stay positive, from now on, Chris is chilling with daughter Royalty, who he calls “THE ONLY LIGHT IN MY DARKNESS.”
All’s well that ends well?

Chris Brown and Soulja Boy Trade Insane Videos, Threats Over Karrueche Tran
Chris Brown and Soulja Boy got into an insane, profane and hilarious beef over Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran last night on Twitter.
We can’t do it justice. You have GOT to see this.
The once-relevant rapper instigated the online fight when he claimed that the troubled R&B singer called him … for a ridiculous reason.
Chris, Soulja says, was furious that the latter “Liked” one of Karrueche’s posts on Instagram; Ya Boy was not too pleased about this.
“Chris brown just called me and said he wanna fight me because I liked @karrueche picture on Instagram this n—a a bitch,” Soulja tweeted.
Accusing Chris of drug use, he wrote “Aye @chrisbrown pull up n—a I’ll knock yo Bitch A– out stop snorting so much coke n—a. FRUITS.”

Anyway, Brown didn’t engage in the fight on Twitter … initially.
Eventually, Soulja Boy got him to respond by adding “F–k Chris Brown! That n—a Chris Brown better not tweet s–t with his p—y a–.”
“He called my phone trippin so now I’m trippin F–k n—a. Fruits!” Soulja Boy continued, bringing up Brown’s checkered past with Rihanna.
“Chris brown think he hard cuz he hit a woman. And jumped a fan at his house party on New Years lmao u can’t fight Bitch do that s–t to me!”
Eventually, Brown responded on Instagram. Video style.
Along with footage of Soulja Boy trying to cover one of Brown’s songs, Chris called out his new adversary for getting arrested last month.
“You on probation for weapons and all that gangsta s–t you talk about and you get out less than 24 hours later? You told!” Brown said.
Chris’ conclusion is that Soulja is a snitch who is in league with cops, as he knows people who’ve been locked up for DUI longer than that.
Street n–gas, Chris says, don’t engage in jawing with no “Officer Soulja” (the rapper claims he got off because he has the best lawyers).
Brown said that if bringing up Rihanna is the best Soulja can do, he really needs to try harder, since that was 10 YEARS AGO now.
He later told him to meet him in the boxing ring at his convenience, where he wouldn’t stand a chance after the adrenaline wore off.

As for Karrueche’s take on all this?
“I just… okay… First off this drama between both of these two is so ridiculous it makes no sense,” wrote the young model.
“We just brought in a new year and what we doing?? Leave the extra’d out, rah rah s–t behind. This isn’t cool or funny.”
“It’s draining… not just for me… but for everyone. There’s so much more out there in life then ‘twitter beefs.’ But anyways..second off.”
“Trying. to. make. me. feel. poppin? You talking about your old song ‘Poppin’? You know what makes me feel poppin?”
“Getting up and going to set.. walking in my apartment and seeing my Emmy with my name on it.. giving away shoes and feeding the less fortunate.”

Brown also leaked Soulja Boy’s phone number, to which Soulja responded by saying it’s just one of his 10 numbers, SO THERE BRUH.
Seriously. Dude has 10 iPhones.

And there you have it.
We’re not gonna go out on a limb and award this the Best Celebrity Feud of 2017 honors right now, but it’s set the bar pretty high early.
The eventual nightclub fight should be pretty epic, if either of these hothead clowns would put their phones down and actually step to.
