Jersey Shore Recap: Vinny vs. Angelina vs. Common Sense
They… are… back!
Well, they were back.
But. technicality aside, the cast of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation returned to Seaside Heights on Thursday night’s new episode of this MTV revival, hunkering back down in their former quarters and, well…
… getting very drunk!
After the group took numerous shots to celebrate their reunion in the Garden State, Snooki spotted a note from Danny. It read:
“Got you some drinks and food. Have a good time. Please don’t trash the house.”
LOL, right? Did he forget to whom he was writing?!?
While getting a family dinner ready, a rather pregnant Deena asked Snooki to make her her “famous grilled cheese.”
No problem. Easy enough.
From there, The Situation insisted on making his favorite Funfetti cake and all seemed perfectly calm when the clique sound down to dine together.
But then Angelina asked if she could make a speech, Vinny jokingly turned her down, a bit of banter ensued — and then things got ugly.
Pivarnick seemingly referred either to her time as a high school classmate’s or Vinny, or to the time the two smushed, when she told the table that she had a “loaded gun” in her “chamber.”
What kind of dirt was she implying she had on her housemate?
“Well, I don’t have a chamber on you because I don’t think about you ever,” Vinny replied.
“Don’t lie! You think about me day, f-cking afternoon and night,” Angelina clapped back
“These two got beef right here,” said The Situation, while Snooki chimed in as follows:
“I am praying that Angelina and Vinny hook up. There is so much sexual tension.”
And this is when Angelina let her bomb drop, screaming at Vinny:
“You know you used to hit me up back in the day and f-cking try to f-ck me! And say you wanted to take me out on a date and f-cking get to know me!”
Oh. That was it?
Yes. But it was enough to cause everyone to lose it.
“This is why I hate having this girl here,” Vinny said.
“If you don’t like me, my question to you is, why’d you bang me then? Even if it was a hate bang, you wouldn’t hate bang a girl you didn’t think was attractive,” she hilariously responded.
Is this how folks flirt in Staten Island, Paul D wondered?
Angelina eventually shot up from the table and started chasing Vinny around the house because he called her a “f-ck.”
The argument only escalated when Sitch handed her a ketchup bottle as ammunition and Jenni gave Vin bottles of salad dressing and mustard.
Oh, yes: FOOD FIGHT!
Both Angelina and Vinny ended up covered in condiments when the latter reached for the fire extinguisher. He positively blasted Angelina with it.
“Yo, Danny is not gonna be happy about this,” Mike said amid the obviously planned chaos.
“No!” Snooki yelled back. “We’re like older now! We’re like 30!”
After an awkward exchange with Danny the following day at the T-shirt store, the group got back to the Shore House and Sitch ate his beloved ake.
However, for some werd reason, Angelina dared herself to stick her bare butt in the delicacy. And then she did just that and then she chased the guys around the house.
And that was basically that.
The writers really need to work on some actual storylines, don’t they?

Vinny Foti, MTV"s The Challenge Alum, Hospitalized for Heart Failure
Vinny Foti, a former cast member on MTV’s The Challenge, is in desperate need of your help.
A GoFundMe campaign has been created to assist Foti after relatives announced he was hospitalized on Friday due to heart failure.
This is what the GoFundMe page dedicated to Foti reads:
Our sweet, dear friend and coworker Vinny Foti is in ICU with heart failure. He is on a ventilator and is sedated.
He is a loving father and husband. We are trying to help raise money for medical expenses and other things needed for the family.
They have two daughters ages 2yrs , and 2 months old. Please help us pull together and help this beautiful family. Please help if you can.
Foti is a 36-year old native of Boston.
His loved ones subsequently updated followers of the GoFundme page with a statement sharing his current condition, while Foti’s wife, Krista Foti, shared the awful news on Twitter.
“Thank you for the donations, shares, and likes. Our family feels really loved,” reads this message.
It continues:
“I told Vinny what was going on even though he was still sleeping. I know he appreciates everything you guys have done.
“Here’s the only update I have. They had to put another tube is his left lung to drain.
“He’s still in ICU and not getting off the ventilator for a few more days the dr said. Dr said we just got to take it day by day. I ll keep everyone posted.”
Foti may be a familiar face to MTV viewers.
He initially appeared on the Fresh Meat II season of The Challenge in 2010 and later took part in The Challenge: Season 20’s Cutthroat competition, as well as Season 22’s Battle of the Exes.
He’s been involved in reality television for years.
Among other reasons for earning a large fan base during his run on the show, Foti garnered attention for his impressive physique
“I train every day like an absolute animal and I’m ready,” he said during his first run on the hit MTV series. “I’m in peak performance shape.”
The stated goal of the GoFundMe campaign is to raise $ 20,000.
As of this writing, it had raised $ 2,280.

Pauly D: Angelina Pivarnick Cheated On Her Fiancé With Vinny Guadagnino!
If you’ve been watching the show this season, then you’re probably aware that producers keep introducing the Staten Island Hamster into the festering rodent cage that is Jersey Shore Family Vacation.
Thus far, the decision to have Angelina Pivarnick haul her duct-taped garbage bag full of clothes all over the country in pursuit of the housemates’ friendship has yielded mixed results.
Sure, Angelina remains annoying AF, but if it weren’t for the rage she brings to the table, the show would be nothing but non-stop Ronnie baby mama drama.
Plus, having packed up her Hefty Cinch-Sack and exited the Shore house (twice!) early on in the show’s original run, Angelina provides an interesting link to the guidos’ past.
The rest of the cast has mostly moved on from the pettiness of the pasts, but Angelina is still all about that mess.
It’s sort of like if you met up with your best friend from third grade and found out that paste is still his favorite food.
Try not to think too hard about that Angelina/paste eating analogy as we continue with this story. Trust us.
As we discussed last week, Angelina hooked up with Vinny — and, well, just about every other guy in the house during her initial, short-lived tenure on JS.
It was all thought to be ancient history, but now, a new rumor holds that Angie and Vin visited the smush room together while filming the show’s current season.
That may sound like a tough one to swallow (again, we apologize for our choice of imagery), but believe it or not, Vinny’s most trusted confidante says it’s totally plausible.
“I believe it, I don’t know, I believe it,” Pauly said, when asked about the rumor by OK! magazine.
“He’s allowed to hook up with women, just no other guys,” the DJ joked, referring to his bromance with Vinny.
Kidding aside, Pauly proceeded to point out that Angelina might be in trouble if it turns out the rumors are true:
“She’s engaged, though, so if they did [hook up], that’s a problem for her.”
Perhaps we’ll find out later in the season if Vinny and Angelina really went there — or perhaps not.
Either way, the housemates’ romantic past has been a frequent topic of conversation on the current season of JSFV.
“You guys fight all the time. You have like, one more hate bang to get out,” Ronnie joked on last week’s episode.
But unlike Stormy Daniels, who seems to vividly recall the horrid fungal dimensions of Donald Trump’s penis, Angelina is suffering from a severe case of dong-related amnesia when it comes to Vinny.
“No, I’m not f–king DTF anymore, Vin,” she said on Thursday’s installment.
“Been there, done that with you. I honestly don’t remember your dick. I’m not being mean. I’m not saying it’s small. I’m saying I don’t remember!”
Sounds like Angelina may be in need of a crash course on Vinny’s peen.
Of course, in this case, we guess you’d call it a smush course.

Vinny Guadagnino Clashes With Ex Over Cheating Allegations!
If you’ve been watching Jersey Shore Family Vacation, then you know that the most recent episode was a tough one for fan favorite Vinny Guadagnino.
Though Vin didn’t cross the line in the same way as Ronnie and his French Fry, the incident captured by MTV cameras clearly didn’t sit well Vin’s then-girlfriend, Elicea Shyann.
Not only did Shyann make her displeasure with Vinny very clear in one of the most uncomfortable duck phone conversations to date, the relationship came to an end shortly after filming wrapped.
But that doesn’t mean either party is finished hashing out the details of Vinny’s betrayal:
Earlier this week, Shyann posted a lengthy Instagram tirade in which she slammed Jersey Shore fans who have found tremendous entertainment in watching her relationship crumble:
“Here’s some free promotion!!!! for the trash everyone loves to watch. I’m a real f—king person who wakes up DAILY to more and more bullsh-t and heartache,” Shyann wrote.
“Enjoy the f-cking show that is my f-cking life. Ppl wonder how ppl end up in the darkest places. Here’s your answer.”
“Humiliation disrespect zero empathy lol it’s truly AMAZING,” Shyann continued in her since-deleted Instagram posts.
“Everyone lives for the drama watching good things go to sh-t.”
Not surprisingly, Shyann’s outrage led to fans putting Vinny on blast on Twitter.
And the Keto Guido was clearly not in the mood for accepting constructive criticism:
“Dude, don’t you know? Talking to bottle girls in a nightclub is cheating duh,” he sarcastically tweeted.
“Forget the guys who have side pieces, cheat on their wives, text, and f–k girls … you’re nice to [a] waitress you cheat.”
“No no I’m a monster. I really shouldn’t have been secure in my relationship enough to go out, be nice to people, be fun and entertaining and still remain loyal,” Guadagnino continued.
“I gave compliments to bottle girls on tv so I’m the worst man alive! Get it right.”
After a fan accused Vinny of saving a waitress’ number in his phone, the reality star defended himself by pointing out a meaningless distinction about the device he was using that night:
“Yep… I can give other girls drunk compliments and still love and be loyal to my girl,” he tweeted.
“And that wasn’t my phone it was the house iTouch (we don’t have phones) so that we can all turn up again as a group. (While still remaining loyal)<- impossible right ?!”
Oh, well in that case …
Vin ended his tirade on a Trumpian note, slamming the purveyors of fake news for alleging that he colluded with foreign strippers:
“Aight I gotta get off Twitter. It’s been fun,” he wrote.
“Thanks and respect to the people who understand the diff between crossing lines and CHEATING. Context and editing. And to the trolls and Fake News. Keep trollin. You are great people!”
Ah, “context and editing.”
The refrain of the reality star who’s not proud of his actions.
One would think that by now, Vinny would be so accustomed to dealing with online criticism that he wouldn’t let it bother him so much.
We guess it stings more than usual when one of those critics is the ex-girlfriend you disrespected on TV.

Jersey Shore Recap: Ronnie"s Baby Mama Talks Trash; Vinny Grabs Some Ass
Last night’s episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation began with a bit of a cliffhanger resolution.
The previous week’s installment ended with Ronnie’s baby mama, Jen Harley, arriving at the South Beach house, the threat of Mke ruining her visit with a well-timed French Fry revelation looming like a dark cloud.
These days, Ronnie and Jen are broken up following a seriously ugly tiff that played out on social media.
But during his time in Miami, they were still trying to make things work, largely for the sake of their then-unborn daughter.
Of course, their efforts were complicated by the fact that Ronnie cheated with the notorious French Fry during one of his first nights of vacation.
Further complicating the situation was the Situation, who made no secret of the fact that he was enjoying watching Ronnie sweat.
In all likelihood, Mike wouldn’t have sunk so low as to intentionally torpedo Ronnie’s relationship, but minutes into her visit, Jen did something truly astonishing.
Demonstrating all the social graces of a more vindictive George Costanza, Jen overstepped her bounds by referring to Mike as “the Incarceration.”
The comment astonished housemates and viewers alike.
For one thing – this woman needs to learn how to read the room.
You can’t meet a long-established group of friends for the first time and just assume it’s cool to start roasting the low man on totem pole, especially about something that serious.
This wasn’t some “haha, I heard you snore and your socks smell”-type stuff.
No, this was Jen poking fun at the fact that Mike is facing hard time in a federal prison.
It’s the sort of thing the Sitch is probably capable of laughing off when it one of his housemates doing the roasting, but not when it’s coming from a stranger he JUST met.
Not surprisingly, Mike responded with a subtle French Fry reference.
For once in his life, the man showed an admirable amount of restraint, as we doubt anyone would’ve blamed if he had just gone ahead and called Ronnie out for cheating in that moment.
Fortunately for Ronnie’s sake, the situation – and the Situation – didn’t go any further.
Speaking of the famed I’m F–ked Foundation – whose membership seems to grow by the week – last night it was Vinny’s turn to disrespect his relationship and then rat himself out.
To be fair, Vin’s infraction really wasn’t that bad:
He picked up a stripper as a joke, and it seems he immediately felt bad about it.
He then rang up his girl on the duck phone in order to confess, leading to a serious roasting from Pauly D.
“Don’t ever call your girl drunk,” Pauly remarked.
And that wasn’t the only quotable line to emerge from Vin’s flirtation with disaster.
“It’s hard being a horny guy, girls will never understand it,” said Vinny.
“It’s not the same as being a horny girl. I don’t wanna hear it.”
We’ll leave it to y’all to debate the truth behind the Keto Guido’s remarks.
But there’s one thing we can all agree on – Vin’s mom was just a tad too forgiving of his strip club behavior, right?
Hopefully next week, the ladies will get into some shenanigans so they can get a real storyline of their own.
