The Bachelorette Preview: Who"s Goin" Home ... Town?!

You don’t need The Bachelorette spoilers to tell you that one week before hometown dates means decision time for Becca Kufrin.

Who will be moving on to hometowns with the brunette beauty, and who will just be going home and going to town on themselves?

Tonight’s installment of the long-running reality series, Season 14, Episode 7, is basically the point in which it’s worth it to start tuning in.

Even fiendish Bachelorette spoilers junkies who are reasonably sure of this summer’s outcome will see drama, twists and turns galore.

This evening will see three one-on-one dates, the elimination of two contestants, one lucky group of four guys and zero rose ceremonies.

Got all that? Bachelorette spoilers below …

Colton Underwood will get the first date.

In the Bahamas, they will sail away on a catamaran before enjoying a romantic dinner, during which he lays it all on the line.

According to ABC’s synopsis, “Colton finally feels comfortable enough to share a secret … one that he has been worried will scare her off.”

“Will this revelation derail their relationship,” the network teaser cryptically asks, “or bring them closer together?”

Spoiler alert …

He’s getting a rose.

And the secret he’s been waiting to reveal is most likely his virginal status, and/or the fact that he was hollering at Tia Booth online.

We never quite got an adequate resolution to that. Anyway, the second one-on-one date will go to Garrett Yrigoyen. Private island style.

It’s Garrett’s private life that’s in question, however, particularly about his failed and allegedly abusive marriage as hinted at earlier.

As you probably know, Garrett Yrigoyen has been in the hot seat already this season thanks to his … suspect social media history.

Things aren’t getting easier for him, and the scrutiny will likely increase with time, though Becca seems more and more into him.

Stay tuned there.

Finally, Becca and Blake ride horses on the beach and take in a concert courtesy of the Baha Men, who were last seen circa 2002.

Good to see those guys are still around. Will Blake be around after this week, when he “reveals to Becca his true feelings for her”?

He will. He pulls through in the end.

We have it on good authority that whatever tension might exist, Colton, Garrett, and Blake will all move on to the hometown dates.

Not a huge surprise there.

That leaves Jason, Leo and Wills on a group date, during which only one will survive. The lucky fourth hometown date recipient?

Becca’s tension-diffusing volleyball date will conclude with “two utterly heartbroken” suitors, according to the ABC official synopsis.

At the end of the evening, there will be no rose ceremony, but plenty of tears from Leo and Wills as they pack their bags for good.

Next week: Hometown dates, and plenty more controversy surrounding Colton and Garrett as the stakes are only getting higher.

Big Brother Recap: Who Was Evicted First? Who"s The New Head of Household?

It was the end of the line for one houseguest on Thursday’s episode of Big Brother, and the oddest thing about the hour was the lack of campaigning from either party.

Maybe Sam Bledsoe knew that she was safe either way with her power, but Steve was sitting a little too pretty for my liking. Luckily for both nominees, their fellow houseguests were deliberating right up until the eviction ceremony.

Seriously though, the Big Brother live feeds have been on fire the last few days with all of the backstabbings, and it’s only going to get crazier from here on out as the battle lines are drawn by the end of this hour.

It’s bizarre, but CBS opted to make viewers sit through the obnoxious relationship that is Faysal and Haleigh instead of showing the back and forth.

It’s Week Two, and we already have two showmances, with one of them about to become a love triangle. Bayliegh and Swaggy C (that name will never stop sounding ridiculous!) are paired off, and it seems Faysal and Haleigh are, too.

There’s always trouble in paradise in the Big Brother house, and it seems that Kaitlyn is pissed about the latter pairing. The awkward thing about all of it is that she has a thing for Faysal but has been open about having someone back home.

We thought with Kaitlyn being a life coach she would be able to get her $ hit together, but it seems that she’s losing that spark we noticed in her upon entering the house.

Could it be that Big Brother took her crystals and oils off her when she entered the house? Should we get Spencer Pratt on the line to ask him if this is a common side effect to not having his crystals?

In any case, the eviction rolled around, and it was always going to be a close call with the two alliances having a similar amount of players.

Week 1 Votes:

  • Scottie votes to evict: Sam J

  • C votes to evict: Steve

  • Chris votes to evict: Sam

  • Bayleigh votes to evict: Sam

  • Rachel votes to evict: Steve

  • Kaycee votes to evict: Steve

  • Faysal votes to evict: Sam

  • Haleigh votes to evict: Sam

  • Angela votes to evict: Steve

  • Brett votes to evict: Steve

  • Winston votes to evict: Steve

  • Kaitlyn votes to evict: Steve

  • Angie votes to evict: Sam

Steve Arienta was evicted by a vote of 7-6.

Yes, that means Sam got to keep her power to use another week because she successfully escaped the block. The most surprising thing about this eviction was that Kaitlyn turned her back on her alliance and pulled the shocked face when Steve was sent out the door.

Swaggy and Bayliegh did not know where to look when their ally was sent out because it confirmed to them that there was someone working both sides of the house, and that’s problematic for them.

All told, the HOH competition was high stakes because each side of the house vied for the power to nominate for eviction.

The houseguests were tasked with sending a ball into the air to hit a building with a number on it. Whichever one had the highest number would be crowned HOH.

Kaitlyn slid into victory, meaning that she will have to pick a side and stick with it before the numbers start to drop.

Julie also revealed that Sam’s power meant that if someone is evicted, they would play a competition live to get back into the game.

As always, we’ll keep you up to speed with the latest Big Brother Spoilers!

What did you think of the first eviction?

Were you surprised?

Big Brother Recap: Who"s Going Home?

Less is more in the Big Brother house, and Sam Bledsoe realized that on the latest episode of the hit CBS reality series.

If you’ve been keeping up to speed with all the latest events, you know that Sam has been ruffling a lot of feathers in the house.

The reason for that is that she’s paranoid she’s being sent out of the game. However, she was given the secret power to give her the chance to return to the game, and it made her realize that she could build bridges and craft a good game out of her time in the house.

She wasted no time in letting Tyler know that she was still his friend despite him being the one to put her on the block. She extended the olive branch by opening up about her power to Tyler.

The good thing about her strategy was that she never went into detail about the power. Instead, she left a lot out so that she knows Tyler cannot go running his mouth about it.

Elsewhere, Swaggy C continued to try and distance himself from Bayliegh, and he got on the wrong side of her when he suggested they should stay apart. All of this happened after he told her about Tyler saying she could be the replacement nominee.

Oh yes, the drama is ramping up!

Bayliegh cried her way through the rest of the episode because she felt like she was being iced out. To be fair, she came into the game and played too hard from the get-go.

But Swaggy said he would keep her safe, and he wanted to do his best to win the veto competition to keep the nominations the same. In the competition, Sam garnered an early victory, but it ultimately came down to Faysal and Tyler.

Faysal took the win, and reiterated his stance that he wanted to keep the nominations the same. He and his allies were gunning for Angela, but the moment Bayliegh’s name was thrown out as a replacement, they seemed to settle.

While Faysal may have been winning competitions, he was not winning over the viewers. He was the least trending houseguest, and that meant he had to get “Hamazon deliveries” that meant he had to eat meat on demand.

It was ridiculous, but at least it did not ruin his chance to win the veto.

Going into Thursday’s eviction episode, it will be a close call in the voting department whether Sam or Steve are evicted. Steve is tedious because he thinks that everyone will keep him safe, while Sam is a bit all over the place.

Alas, we will find out how it all plays out on Thursday night.

The Walking Dead Casting Shocker: Wait... Who"s Leaving?!?

A major cast member is set to make a run from The Walking Dead.

And it’s not hyperbole to say the show will never be the same after he’s gone.

A multitude of sources has confirmed to Us Weekly that series star Andrew Lincoln will leave the blockbuster drama after its upcoming ninth season.

In fact, he’ll only appearin six of the scheduled Season 9 episodes.

Why would Lincoln depart such a successful program?

For starters, most fans believe the best days of The Walking Dead are far behind this AMC hit, as both quality and ratings have dropped significantly in recent years.

Moreover, Lincoln has both a personal reason and a professional reason for making this decision at this time.

“Andrew is leaving because he’s had enough of it and wants to focus his energy on movies,” an insider close to Lincoln tells the aforementioned tabloid.

Lincoln, of course, got his truly big break in the romantic comedy Love Actually.

To many people, even still, he’s the guy who held up signs of affection for Keira Knightley’s character in that beloved holiday film, not the guy who splatters zombie guts all over the place on a weekly basis.

AMC is not expected to cancel its most-watched show in the wake of Lincoln’s departure, however.

A source tells Us Weekly that Lincoln’s costar, Norman Reedus, has negotiated a $ 20 million paycheck to stay on.

The Walking Dead is known for major cast turnover, having killed off numerous original characters since its debut.

Just last season, many viewers reacted in shock and anger when Rick’s son Carl, played by Chandler Riggs, lost his life.

But Lincoln has portrayed Rick Grimes since the very beginning and it’s hard to imagine the series without him front and center.

It’s also worth mentioning that Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie, will be starring in the new ABC drama Whiskey Cavalier, and will therefore only return to The Walking next season on a part-time basis.

The end may truly be near for this long-running smash.

Following the Season 8 finale, Lincoln opened up to Entertainment Weekly about what’s next for Grimes after he took out down Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Negan.

“I think there is always going to be a sense of he’s lost all of the most important parts of himself, and yet he has the legacy and gift that Carl gave him that is going to fuel his ambitions for the future,” the actor said, adding:

“He’s got a renewed purpose because of this and because of his son. So it’s absolutely a new man.

This is the man who couldn’t see what Deanna saw about the future and still couldn’t see it for a long, long time even throughout all of this and the battle he was hell-bent on vengeance.”

No word yet on just how Rick will be written off the show.

But let’s be serious, right?

We somehow doubt he’ll stroll happily into the sunset.

Will you keep watching The Walking Dead after Lincoln departs?

The Royal Wedding: Hey, Look Who"s Invited!

The most important date in the recent history of Great Britain is nearly upon us.

No, we’re not really exaggerating here.

On May 19, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will get married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle; in front of thousands cheering them on in person and millions watching around the world.

But you already knew that.

You probably know all there has been to know so far about the upcoming Royal Wedding, such as who Harry has selected as his Best Man.

Kensington Palace, however, released a statement on Friday that confirmed a new piece of vital information.

Following much speculation, and a few rumors to the contrary, it turns out that Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, will walk his somewhat estranted daughter down the aisle on her big day.

(Markle’s mother, Doria Radlan, will also travel with her by car before the ceremony.)

There had been some questions as to whether this would happen because Markle’s parents divorced many years ago and Thomas has chosen to live a mostly secluded life in Mexico.

He has not even met his son-in-law to be just yet.

Said Harry’s communications secretary in a just-released statement, though:

“Ms. Markle is delighted to have her parents by her side on this important and happy occasion.

“Prince Harry and Ms. Markle are very much looking forward to welcoming Ms. Markle’s parents to Windsor for the wedding.

“Mr. Thomas Markle and Ms. Doria Ragland will be arriving in the UK in the week of the wedding, allowing time for Prince Harry’s family – including The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – to spend time with them before the big day.”

Markle herself, of course, is beloved by all who make her acquaintance.

However, she is not especially close to some of her relatives.

The future bride’s half-sister, for example, has been complaining non-stop over Twitter about how she isn’t invited to the wedding.

Taking his whining a step further, Markle’s half-brother penned an open letter last week in which he urged Harry to call off the entire wedding.

“As more time passes to your royal wedding, it became very clear that this is the biggest mistake in royal wedding history,” the 51-year-old wrote. “Meghan Markle is obviously not the right woman for you.”

The general reaction to this letter has been: LOL!!!!

But he went on to say Markle has let her fame “[go] to her head” and that she sucks and Harry should be an end to the “fake” fairy tale.

We doubt he will, though.

We can also confirm the wedding service will take around an hour.

After the ceremony, loved ones will wave off the newlyweds as they step into an Ascot Landau carriage to take them through a 25-minute ride through Windsor Town.

“Prince Harry and Ms. Markle are very much looking forward to this part of the day. It will be their chance to express their gratitude for the goodwill and warm wishes they have received from all quarters in the months since their engagement,” this latest announcement reads.

Elsewhere, in case you did not receive a invite and/or in case you cannot watch the event live on TV that day… don’t worry.

Little People, Big World Recap: Look Who"s Here! (Just a Tad Late)

There was a special delivery on Tuesday night’s episode of Little People, Big World.

And we mean this literally.

Before getting to the main storyline of the installment, we’ll talk for a moment about Amy Roloff.

She’s been the most central figure of the new season, having said on previous installments that and she isn’t sure about her future with Chris Marek.

This time around, she and Chris were on a vacation when she got mad him for abandoning her.

“I’m definitely enjoying the trip, but we did get into an argument,” Roloff told the camera at one point, explaining what happened:

“When we were having dinner, he just left, and he was gone for a long time, and I was left by myself. I had no idea where he was, what we was doing.”

Marek eventually returned and shrugged off Amy’s complaint initially.

He just want to speak to some friends. What was the big deal?

“My head was in a different place when I walked away from the table,” he said, adding that he apologized and the two are now on good terms.

“There’s some fundamentals in a relationship, and the two that we’ve got nailed are trust and communication.

“We trust each other 100 percent and we communicate well, so that’s part of the reason it’s going so well.”

It really is. The couple has now been together for over a year.

But enough about an old relationship.

Let’s talk about a brand new one… as in, the relationship Audrey Roloff formed last night with daughter Ember Jean, who took her sweet and adorable time entering the world.

The episode was filmed many months ago, so we caught up with Audrey and Jeremy while they were anxiously awaiting their daughter’s birth.

The thing, is she was late.

“It’s a really unsettling feeling just knowing that any day I could wake up and go into labor … and just knowing that the most pain I’ve ever experienced is right around the corner,” Audrey admitted.

We’re sure millions of women can relate.

She added: “Mentally and emotionally, the toll it takes on you is kind of exhausting.”

As the days continued to tick away and Audrey remained pregnant, she touched on another problem this raised:

“My plan is to have a natural childbirth, but if I go 12 days past my due date, then that’s when the doctors will want to induce,” she revealed.

“I don’t want to be induced, so I’m just really hoping and praying that she’ll come before then.”

As fans of the family and the series must know by now, Audrey gave birth on September 10, a full 10 days past her due date.

This did allow her to have a natural birth, however.

The night she went into labor, Audrey suffered excruciating contractions … without any kind of epidural or painkiller.

OUCH!

“The closest thing it feels like to me is someone taking a chainsaw to your stomach,” she said.

(Have we mentioned of late that all women are total and complete superheroes?)

Despite doubting herself an hour into delivery (I kept thinking, I’m not sure if my body is going to be able to do this), Audrey pushed on and pushed through and pushed her first child out.

Ember was born at 9:40 a.m., weighing 7.13 lbs. and measuring 20.25 inches long.

“Seeing her for the first time was crazy,” Audrey said. “Just so exhausted and so full of joy. … It’s just a miracle the way it goes down.”

Teen Mom Mug Shots: Look Who"s Been Booked!

Over the years, members of the Teen Mom cast have become mothers, fathers… and delinquents.

Indeed, while you"re likely very familiar with the exploits of Jenelle Evans and company on screen, you may be less familiar with the trouble they"ve gotten into off screen.

Thankfully, The Hollywood Gossip has you covered.

We"ve collected all the mug shots of these serial law-breakers below.

What crimes landed them in front of the police camera? Get a look at who has been booked, and for what reason(s), now…

1. Debra Danielsen in 2010

Farrah Abraham’s mother was arrested for domestic assault in January of 2010 after an argument with her daughter. According to the official report, Danielsen grabbed Farrah by the throat and “hit her along the side of her head and hit her in the mouth.” The case was dropped after a plea deal was arranged.

2. Kieffer Delp in 2010

The charges were eventually dropped, but Jenelle Evans was dating Delp in October of 2010 when the twosome were arrested for breaking and entering and drug possession in North Carolina.

The Bachelor & Bachelorette Couples: Who"s Still Together?

The Bachelor"s 2018 season came to a close with Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Becca Kufrin engaged and totally, utterly, blissfully in love.

Or something. According to The Bachelor spoilers, that relationship would end and he would spurn Becca for runner-up Lauren Burnham.

This turned out to be correct.

Arie and Becca lasted a matter of weeks, and his breakup with her was filmed for the world to see. Raw. Unedited. Uncut.

Didn"t see that twist coming, though Arie"s reputation preceded him, and we can"t say this bodes well for Lauren B. either.

Will they be a new golden couple for the show, a la Trista and Ryan, Ashley and J.P., Jason and Molly and Desiree and Chris?

Or another Juan Pablo and Nikki Ferrell, Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray, Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi? Or … Arie and Becca?

Sorry, too soon.

The point is, we can"t help but wonder as we ponder the future: Who is still living happily ever after at this point? Who is not?

You don"t need The Bachelor or The Bachelorette spoilers to tell you that the "made it" list is a lot shorter than the other.

Take a look at notable duos from The Bachelor and Bachelorette and see whether they"re still together since the show:

1. Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham

Arie luyendyk jr and lauren burnham in iceland

Yes, Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are still together. Right now. For the moment. As of this report. It’s only been a few weeks since they’ve gone public, however, and needless to say, the consensus is that Becca Kufrin dodged a bullet and that Lauren might have her heart broken next. We’re not rooting for that sad outcome, but just saying … it’s Arie.

2. Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo

Rachel lindsay engagement ring

Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo are a match made in heaven … or are they? Bachelor Nation seemed to prefer runner-up Peter Kraus, but Rachel went with the smooth (too smooth for some fans’ liking) doctor from Miami at the last minute. If Bryan didn’t watch the finale, which centered primarily on Peter waffling over his willingness to propose and Rachel being hung up on him? Then they might be alright.

3. Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi

Nick and vanessa on atfr

Look … we wished Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi all the best. That was just the least inspiring public debut from a Bachelor couple since Juan Pablo and Nikki, and it never got much better before they eventually broke up. Come on, people. We were talking about Nick Viall, who was clearly bitten hard by the fame bug, and fell for a girl who didn’t want to be in the “business” or leave Canada, where he had no interest in moving. Just saying. The odds made them a definite underdog from the start, and their five-month relationship proved skeptics correct.

4. JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers

Jordan rodgers and jojo fletcher after the final rose

JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are an interesting case, both seemingly over the moon in love and behind the proverbial eight ball since day one. They certainly seem to have weathered whatever storms have been in their path thus far, but it’s still in the “honeymoon” phase, and we can’t shake the feeling that there’s more to Aaron’s little brother than we know – or that JoJo does at this point. Chances they’ll make it to the altar? 50-50.

5. Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell

Ben higgins and lauren b

It was a good year, closer to a year and a half actually, which is a long time for any relationship, and Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell recently called out what they deemed as “fake news” that said they had broken up … but they canceled their wedding and just admitted that they broke up. #realnews

6. Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth

Kaitlyn bristowe and shawn booth

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth have looked the part of the happy couple ever since they got engaged in August 2015. But will their engagement actually last and stand the test of time? The show’s track record suggests otherwise … but here we are a year and a half later, so the joke’s on us?

The Walking Dead Shocker: Who"s Dying?!

We think it’s fair to say that The Walking Dead Season 8 has been polarizing for long-time fans of the series.

With the death of Chandler Riggs’ Carl in the can, The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 13 was all about advancing the plot, and it left us with a startling revelation: Another character is about to die.

When the twist-filled episode got underway, the Hilltop was gearing up for the next round of their war against the Saviors. The villains were on their way to the Hilltop, so it was time to prepare for a fight.

We were introduced to Dr. Dana who admitted that Siddiq was all talk and of very little use to them as a medic. If you watch The Walking Dead online, you will know that Carl’s dying wish was for Siddiq to find his place in the group.

But Siddiq used this to his advantage, and Dr. Dana changed her views on him. Why the swift 180? Did she want him to stop being so passive, and stick up for himself?

Maggie and Simon had it out over the walkie-talkie, and the former made it clear that she was not opposed to offing the hostages she had. This did nothing to faze Simon.

He was more concerned about the people who were not tainted by the Hilltop, and that it was time to bring this war to a grinding halt.

Dwight tried to reason with Simon because he knew there was a possibility that Negan survived the big fight with Rick. Simon continued with the stance that it was time to fight.

Daryl showed up in a blaze of glory and sent bullets towards the villains. But things took a turn, and Tara ended up being hit by an arrow. This was moments after Dwight refused to kill her.

Maggie cut the lights, and it seemed like the Hilltoppers made their getaway, but they didn’t. It was all a ruse to get the Saviors into the open and to shoot them down.

Simon and his team left the compound, but not before Rick greeted them with some bullets. Rick’s back, and ready to fight his way to the top!

The victory became a defeat when Tobin, Dr. Dana, and some others passed away. The Saviors had infected all of their weapons, and it meant that whoever got hit was going to turn into a walker.

As the characters battled the wave of walkers, it became apparent that Tara was about to die. Daryl swore that he was going to take down Dwight, while Tara realized she would soon be dead.

How will the series cope with the loss of another series regular?

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber: Who"s to Blame for Their Latest Break?

As previously reported, Selena Gomez nearly died from last summer’s kidney transplant.

Thankfully, however, she survived and is now thriving.

But now fans of the singer are wondering about her relationship with Justin Bieber… which may be on life support.

The artists, who got back together for approximately the 79th time in November, are now taking a break from their rekindled romance, multiple sources confirmed a few days ago.

This is not a break up, these insiders insist, but just a step away from how serious the relationship had become after just a few months.

“They were having a lot of little disagreements recently and one fight in particular blew up and caused them to [make this decision],” according to E! News.

This outlet was quick to add the following, though:

“They’ve been in contact the entire time and their feelings for each other have not changed.”

So… what the heck is going on?

What has driven these stars apart, even just temporarily, when it took them so long to find their way back to each other?

Selena and Justin decided to take a break mainly because of Selena’s mom and her disapproval of Justin,” a source tells Us Weekly, surprising exactly no one who has been following the journey of these singers.

Adds the tabloid:

“Justin’s family loves Selena, but Selena’s family has put her in a very conflicting spot because they still don’t trust Justin.

Selena has tried to convince her family that Justin has changed … but her family just isn’t budging right now.”

This isn’t the first (or second… or third…) time that we’ve heard Selena’s mother has a major problem with her daughter dating Bieber.

In mid-December, it was even reported that Mandy Teefy (pictured below with her famous child) had to be hospitalized as the result of a Bieber-related breakdown.

It’s also been reported that Selena didn’t spend Thanksgiving with her boyfriend due to this ongoing tension.

“Her relationship with Justin has really affected her relationship with her mom, and it’s been hard for her because she is super close with her mom,” Us Weekly continues.

“Her mom was her rock when she was having her health complications.

“Justin and Selena decided to take a break to give her family some more time to heal and take in the idea of her and Justin being a couple again.”

Sounds pretty mature, actually.

And also like Selena really is just like many other young women her age, trying to convince her parent that the man of her dreams is not actually a nightmare.

Not that anyone can blame Teefy for having reservations, right?

Bieber has broken Selena’s heart on numerous occasions in the past.

It would almost be weird if Selena’s loved ones didn’t give her a hard time about this reconciliation; at least this shows that Mandy cares.

For now, we’ll just hope that Selena really is working on her relationship with her mom and that the two will soon kiss and make up…

… so that Gomez can return to doing a lot more than just kissing Bieber. If you know what we mean.

Grey"s Anatomy Casting Shocker: Who"s Out?!?

The halls of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital will look a little different this fall.

Much to the shock and chagrin of long-time Grey’s Anatomy’s viewers.

ABC confirmed on Thursday afternoon, just hours prior to the latest Grey’s Anatomy Season 14 episode, that two beloved series regulars will NOT return for Season 15:

Both Sarah Drew and Jessica Capshaw have effectively been fired.

The former has portrayed Dr. April Kepner for nine years on the Shonda Rhimes-produced smash hit, while the latter has played Dr. Arizona Robbins for the past decade.

The network has not revealed the way in which either physician will be written out, but has stated that both stars are being let go for creative reasons.

Scroll down for a look at what all involved with this decision have said via various statements:

Executive Producer Krista Vernoff:

The characters of Arizona and April are permanently woven into the fabric of Grey’s Anatomy thanks to the extraordinary work of Jessica Capshaw and Sarah Drew.

As writers, our job is to follow the stories where they want to go, and sometimes that means saying goodbye to characters we love.

It has been a joy and a privilege to work with these phenomenally talented actresses.

Rhimes:

It’s always hard for me to say goodbye to any of my characters. Both Arizona Robbins and April Kepner are not only beloved but iconic — both the LBGTQ and devout Christian communities are underrepresented on TV.

I will be forever grateful to both Jessica and Sarah for bringing these characters to life with such vibrant performances and for inspiring women around the globe.

They will always be a part of our Shondaland family

Drew:

Thank you for all of the love. I know you’re sad. I’m sad too. I haven’t really had the time to process this information.

I’ve been with it for less than 48 hours, so I’m not ready to say my thank yous and give an all encompassing statement about my 9 years here. That will come later.

For now, I’d like to say: I love you, and I love April, and her story isn’t over yet. And the really good news (for me, at least) is that I’m here on set shadowing one of my favorite people, Kevin McKidd, with my beloved Grey’s family all this week and next, so I get to process all of my feelings surrounded by the community that has nourished and nurtured me for almost a decade.

For that, I am grateful.

Capshaw:

For the past ten years I have had the rare privilege of not only playing Arizona Robbins but also being madly in love with playing her.

Arizona Robbins is kind, intelligent, funny, insightful, bold, playful, fierce and really good at her job.

She was one of the first members of the LGBTQ community to be represented in a seres regular role on network television. Her impact on the world is permanent and forever. Forever.

I am grateful that I have gotten to bring her to life and for the life that she has brought to me.

I am sad to see her go but I am consoled by the idea that she will continue to live on and on in all of our consciences and our imaginations. Shonda [Rhimes], thank you for the ride on this incredible rollercoaster.

Two months ago, leading lady Ellen Pompeo signed a new two-year deal with Grey’s Anatomy worth over $ 20 million.

It covers the next two seasons of the series, although ABC has not renewed the drama past Season 14 just yet.

Drew and Capshaw, meanwhile, joins a long list of regulars who have left over the past few years alone.

Sandra Oh left during season 10… Patrick Dempsey’s McDreamy was killed off in season 11… Sara Ramirez, whose Callie Torres was previously married to Robbins, departed in season 12… and Jerrika Hinton exited ahead of season 14.

Will you miss Drew and Capshaw?

Will you keep watching in their absence?

33 Hottest Women of The Bachelor: Who"s #1?

It may not have the best track record when it comes to lasting love connections, but The Bachelor franchise does not lack for eye candy.

Let"s face it, we have seen some truly gorgeous humans over a decade and a half on ABC. This is true on both sides of the gender coin.

No wonder it was a tough choice at the end for Arie. He didn"t go about it very well, but a lot of people would be conflicted in his position.

But how would you rank Luyendyk"s final two candidates – and all of the female contestants in the show"s history, in terms of pure beauty?

It"s subjective, obviously, but take a look at our 33 hottest women of The Bachelor – some of whom became The Bachelorette, for good reason.

See if you agree or if you think we"re crazy …

33. Raven Gates

The pride of Hoxie, Arkansas, Raven Gates, Nick Viall’s runner-up in 2017, is as cute as they come … making it all the more surprising that she has never come. (Sorry.)

32. Kaitlyn Bristowe

Kaitlyn Bristowe, the 2015 Bachelorette, is a bona fide cutie. And is also not afraid to say and do what she thinks, upping the wild card hotness factor.

31. Kacie Boguskie

The lovely and charming Kacie Boguskie made it a long way on Ben Flajnik’s season, and tried again on Sean Lowe’s to no avail.

30. Tenley Molzahn

A controversial pick, perhaps, but we always had a soft spot for chipmunk-voiced, bubbly Tenley Molzahn.

29. Courtney Robertson

Courtney Robertson reminded us often that she did modeling. Then wrote a book about reverse cowgirling Ben Flajnik in the Fantasy Suite. That is all.

28. Corinne Olympios

Corinne Olympios overdid it with her sexual antics at times during Nick Viall’s season, but she is most definitely an attractive female.
