Khloe Kardashian announced that – in addition to Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kocktails with Khloe – she’s getting a new show.
E! is actually producing Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, and while she is killing it in that arena, not everyone is happy with this …
On Revenge Body, Khloe will be working with “heartbroken individuals” to change their lives, starting with their bodies, as she has done.
The idea is that, in the end, the folks that Khloe whips into shape will have the ultimate revenge on their exes by looking a-maz-ing.
Older sister Kourtney Kardashian can relate – and was reportedly considered for the gig, which she wanted, only to lose out to her sibling.
If that’s true, talk about an embarrassment of riches for the network.
“Khloe and Kourtney were up against each other,” the insider said.
“Kourtney felt that she should get the show because she has so much more of a reason to showcase her revenge body than Khloe did.”
She began her body transformation (and flaunting it, see below) after baby daddy Scott Disick cheated on her and she dumped him.
That’s as “revenge body” as it gets, and it’s ongoing. Khloe?
Khloe began working out like a madman following her separation from Lamar Odom, which took place more than two years ago now.
She has since dated French Montana and NBA star James Harden, who Khloe is still with despite calling off her divorce from Lamar.
Khloe looks awesome, but who is the target of said revenge?
Not to mention, the source continues, “Kourtney was legitimately upset about this because Khloe has two shows while she has none.”
“But in the end, the network went with Khloe because she has the personality for it and also the free time,” the insider explained.
“Kourtney has three kids at home and, even if she wanted to, she could not possibly fit something else into her busy schedule.”
Ah kids. So cute, but such an anchor. Fortunately, that hasn’t seemed to stop her from hooking up with Justin Bieber, so there’s that.
