Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: FINALLY Getting Divorced?!
Rumors about Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott getting divorced have been circulating since … well, about the time that the troubled couple got married.
But this time around, it seems Dean has actually taken steps toward bringing an end to what might be Hollywood’s most dysfunctional marriage.
According to Radar Online, McDermott has moved out on Spelling and is expected to file for divorce in the near future.
Sources tell the site that Dean moved out after spending the Fourth of July holiday with Tori and their five children.
He reportedly has not been back to the house since.
“Tori’s behavior has sent him to a breaking point,” says one insider.
That behavior includes a number of emotional breakdowns, the worst of which prompted Dean to call the cops on Tori for behaving erratically.
After those episodes, Spelling and McDermott assured fans that they’re still married, but they’ve been quiet in the weeks since.
Tori’s recent mental health issues may have been the straw that broke the camel’s back, but they certainly weren’t the first sign of trouble for her and Dean.
For years, fans have been expecting a divorce announcement, as the couple continues to make headlines with their marital issues.
The trouble seems to have started when Dean was caught cheating on Tori with mistress Emily Goodhand.
To say the years that followed weren’t always kind to the McDermott clan would be a massive understatement.
Tori and Dean went broke, drove up seven-figure debts to their creditors, and were forced to downsize to a much smaller home in not-so-posh Encino.
Their financial stresses show no signs of letting up, and just last year, Dean was almost imprisoned for failure to pay child support to his first wife.
Needless to say, it’s not hard to see how all of this might have put a considerable strain on Tori and Dean’s marriage.
Reports the couple is on the brink of calling it quits date back to early 2018, when sources say they began living separate lives.
“Tori and Dean have been sleeping in separate bedrooms for the past six weeks,” a family insider told Radar back in April.
“Things have been very bad at home between them.”
Spelling and McDermott have been quiet on the matter thus far, but if we know them, they’re feverishly pitching a reality show about their crumbling marriage at this very moment.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: Getting Sober to Save Their Marriage?!
Even though that their marriage seems to be one long rough patch, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still together after 12 years.
This despite the fact that Dean’s been caught cheating on multiple occasions and the two of them don’t even really seem to like each other.
Lately, it’s Tori and Dean’s money troubles that have grabbed them the most tabloid headlines, and it’s not hard to see why.
After all, these aren’t typical celebrity money problems like when Johnny Depp was forced to sell his yacht.
No, this is coupon-clipping, mayonnaise sandwich-eating, regular folk poverty.
Last year alone, Tori and Dean were sued twice by American Express for separate outstanding debts totaling $ 87,595 and $ 37,981, respectively.
Add to that the couple’s two federal tax liens for $ 707,487 and $ 184,390, and it’s plain to see that Tori and Dean are pretty screwed.
Last year, Spelling and McDermott sold their mansion in posh Calabasas and relocated to the considerably less-posh Encino.
But apparently, that wasn’t enough to pull them out of the hole they’re in.
Even after taking several severe austerity measures, McDermott was nearly imprisoned for unpaid child support.
It’s enough to make outsiders wonder what the hell Tori and Dean are doing wrong.
In all likelihood, a combination of factors and circumstances have landed the couple in their current predicament, but those who know them best say the McDermotts’ substance abuse certainly isn’t helping their situation.
It’s sort of a chicken-and-egg situation, as Tori’s pill-popping has reportedly worsened in response to her financial woes, but the consensus seems to be that both she and Dean need to sober up before it’s too late.
“They know their lives and the lives of their kids are hanging in the balance,” a source close to the pair tells Radar Online.
“They have to pull it together before it’s too late.”
Being born extremely wealthy is objectively good in most respects, but it doesn’t prepare you for financial difficulties later in life.
And it seems Tori is beginning to crack under the pressure.
“Tori is losing it, mentally and physically. She’s been depressed, anxious and behaving erratically,” says the source.
“She is crying to anyone who will listen that she feels backed up on a ledge.”
The insider adds that Tori was prescribed various anti-anxiety medications by her doctor, and has since become addicted to the pills:
“Tori has been dependent on the meds,” the informant says.
“They were affecting her behavior. She and Dean decided it would be best for her to wean herself off the pills, so she could be 100 percent present for her husband and her children.”
For his part, McDermott sobered up in 2014 after decades of alcoholism, but he’s reportedly fallen off the wagon in recent months.
“Dean’s drinking led to him cheating on Tori in December 2013,” says the source.
“And this only added to Tori’s stress.”
The insider claims that neither Tori and Dean are completely sober yet, but both have taken steps to curtail their substance intake.
“Once Tori began to get her meds under control, Dean decided to get sober, too,” said the source.
“They know it’s their last chance.”
Yeesh. Look, we might make fun of Tori and Dean a lot here, but it sounds like these two are in desperate need of serious help, and we certainly hope they get it.
It’s not fun to rip on them unless they have their sh-t at least partially together.

Tori Spelling: Finally Walking Out on Dean McDermott!
Whether fans believe it or not, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still married. In fact, they recently celebrated their anniversary, vacationing together to “reconnect.”
But apparently, it still wasn’t enough to mend their broken marriage.
In fact, Tori has reportedly walked away from Dean … and is spending more and more time with her mother, Candy. The one who has never liked Dean.
RadarOnline reports that Tori Spelling has walked away from Dean and is seeking comfort in Candy Spelling’s home, according to friends of the couple.
And while that might do wonders for Tori’s current issues, it may spell doom for her marriage.
“Candy has never liked Dean.”
A lot of in-laws may have issues with their, well, in-laws. It sounds like Candy has found Dean to be a disappointment.
“And she’s the first one to say ‘I told you so’ to her daughter.”
Tori went to her anyway, though.
“But Tori has five kids and had nowhere else to turn.”
Tori has had a troubled history with her mother.
Over a decade ago, Tori’s father, TV mogul Aaron Spelling, passed away.
The sudden death of a loved one can cause strain in any family. Add a financial element, and it can create an enduring rift that lasts for years.
See, Tori only inherited $ 800,000 from her father. His widow, Candy, controls the $ 600 million fortune.
Tori and Dean have struggled with finances over the years, which has been widely attributed to their lackluster careers and to their spending habits.
Candy is not unfeeling — she’s been doing a lot to support them.
“She’s been paying the couple’s monthly rent, buying groceries and paying for the children’s private school.”
It looks like things are much better between Tori and Candy. That’s good news … but maybe not happy news for Dean.
“Now that Tori has run off to Candy’s house, maybe Dean will realize how dire this situation is and find a way to keep the family intact.”
Sometimes, it takes something big to function as a wakeup call.
“With Tori out of commission, Dean is changing diapers, driving the kids back and forth to school, and cooking meals.”
Well … that’s a normal part of being a parent. Apparently this is a bit of a change for him, which is … illuminating if true.
“And he’s exhausted.”
Candy has apparently suggested, and the couple has reportedly agreed, that the kids and Tori could spend a couple of nights a week with her … ostensibly to give Dean a break.
“She’s telling Tori that this will work wonders for her marriage.”
But this source claims that Candy has an ulterior motive.
“But really, Candy’s goal is to get her away from Dean for good.”
Instead of trying to push for that directly, she’s allegedly taking baby steps to make Tori reach that conclusion.
“Two days a week is just the first step.”
Wow.
Apparently, a big motivator for Candy was seeing Tori’s mental health scares.
“Candy felt she could no longer sit by and watch Tori unravel, so she jumped into action and opened her doors.”
And she reportedly hopes that this will all work out for her family. Well, for the parts of her family that she values.
“Candy is a shrewd woman, and is hoping Tori may finally be ready to walk out.”
This sounds like it could ultimately lead to what’s best for Tori and the kids. A closer relationship with Candy and perhaps even less stress.
But … is it true?
A lot of it sounds like speculation about Candy’s motives, so we cannot help but feel a little leery.
Perhaps, in time, the truth will become clear.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: Conning Fans With Pyramid Scheme?!
If you pay attention to the sad wreckage that is their lives, then you’re probably aware that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are not exactly killing it financially at the moment.
In fact, they’re pretty much flat broke.
The past year has seen countless reminders that the McDermotts are in seriously dire straits:
At one point, Tori was sued by creditors after accruing multiple six-figure debts.
Dean almost went to jail for unpaid child support.
The couple was forced to sell their mansion in tony Calabasas and move their five children into much less-posh digs in Encino.
But don’t worry, Tori and Dean are currently turning things around, and they hope to continue doing so – with your money.
Dean posted the photo below to Instagram this week along with a caption in which he shamelessly tries to swindle you out of your cash:
“Enjoying a beautiful evening with my beautiful wife in Hawaii. This could be you and Your better half. Want to find out how to change your life and the life of your loved ones?” Dean wrote.
If you’re thinking it sounds like Dean is about to try and talk you into a very bad financial decision, congratulations – your prize for being so savvy is that you won’t get talked into a very bad financial decision.
“Earn trips to exotic locations, pay for you kids college, buy that car you’ve always wanted, spend more time with your family and not be stuck in an office!” he continued.
“Go to jointori.com and find out how you can start your own beauty business. If you’re tired of working for somebody else, and want to live the life you’ve always dreamed of, go to jointori.com.”
Not surprisingly, fans were quick to point out that the business model Dean is describing sounds an awful lot like a pyramid scheme.
Naturally, Dean had a very scripted-sounding response for such allegations:
“Not at all,” replied an indignant McDermott.
“You have to pay money to get into a pyramid scheme. You pay money, and the business you bold is yours!! You can even pass it down to your children.
It’s true. If you really despise your children you can leave them your Tori Spelling cosmetic sales franchise in your will.
As many fans pointed out, even if this thing is on the up-and-up, the only real way to make a lot of money doing something like this is to have a massive online following like Tori’s.
In all likelihood, your Aunt Linda won’t need enough of the 9021-Oh! shade of lipstick to keep you afloat.
Yes, we made that up, but it’s totally possible that it’s an actual thing.
Whatever the case, the whole thing is evidence that the only McDermott you can trust is Dylan … or maybe we’re thinking of that Dermot Mulroney guy.
We always get those two confused.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: Somehow We"ve Been Married 12 Years!
It looks like there’s hope for those fans who hope that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are actually fixing their marriage.
Despite their recent troubles — which have included 911 calls and serious concerns — the two are making the effort to reconnect.
And what better time for that than while on a vacation for your 12 year wedding anniversary?
Sharing this photo to Instagram, Tori Spelling announces:
“Paradise is upon us!”:
And yes, this is a vacation that she and Dean are taking without their brood.
“As a mom of 5 I don’t know life without my kiddos.”
However, she keeps things in perspective.
“But, sometimes it’s important to take time and remember the whole reason those 5 little blessings are in our lives…”
Quite simply, it’s love.
“And that is a mad love that started with my soulmate @imdeanmcdermott.”
She then asks fans and followers:
“When is the last time you traveled to a sunny vacation locale without your kiddos?”
If you’re thinking that you’ve never done that — not since having kids, anyway — know that you’re not alone.
“We’ve never!”
Which means that it’s been over a decade for her and Dean.
“Last time was almost 12 years ago when we got married in Fiji.”
Wow!
She confesses that she hesitated at first.
“This #mamabear was anxious leaving the kiddos but enjoying reconnecting with my love.”
She sings the praises of alone time for any healthy couple.
“So important!”
She then finishes her post with a number of hashtags.
#hawaii #soulmates #paradise #nuskinteamelite #bossbabe #workingmom #workingmomlife #bossmom #teamtori #team90210 #momsofinstagram #successtrip #leadership #empowerment”
We’re concerned that she didn’t use enough hashtags.
Tori Spelling also shared this (hilarious!) sweet throwback photo of the two of them in a separate post.
“12 years ago today… a girl and a boy came together all alone on a tropical island to proclaim their love for each other as they were pronounced husband and wife…”
Well … they were already in their thirties at the time, but sure.
“I was finally the princess in my own fairytale. Fiji will always be a magical place for us.”
That’s very sweet.
“Today I celebrate the love and passion I share with @imdeanmcdermott and the 5 blessings that we’ve created together.”
She is referring, of course, to their five wonderful children.
Tori ends this message by referring to Dean as something arguably more special than a husband.
“Some people search their entire lives to find a soulmate. I’m one lucky woman because I have 6!”
She included her children in it, of course.
That is so sweet!
“I love [love] you babe…”
Well, that is a very sweet message.
Earlier reports said that essentially the only thing keeping Tori and Dean from getting divorced was that the process would be too darn expensive.
We hope that this anniversary trip helps them to reconnect as intended and lets them live out the rest of their lives in happiness.
For their sakes, of course, but especially for the happiness and well-being of their children.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Finally Seeking Treatment?
In the aftermath of Tori Spelling’s breakdown, things have looked worse and worse for the actress and her husband, Dean McDermott.
Their family members have reached out to the couple in this time of crisis, and apparently Tori and Dean have both accepted that they need to get help.
There’s just one problem. …
RadarOnline reports that Tori Spelling’s family, including her mother Candy and her brother Randy, have reached out to them.
“They loved them, and were concerned.”
Tori has apparently been experiencing migraines and panic attacks.
On top of that, she and Dean have been arguing about their children and, as always, about money, which always seems to be in short supply for the family of seven.
Tori’s family wants the two of them to stop trying to fix their situation themselves, since that clearly isn’t working.
“They said they wanted to see them get help.”
The source reports that, to their credit, Tori and Dean responded well to these concerned overtures.
“They admitted they are stressed out and overwhelmed.”
They say that the first step towards fixing a problem is admitting that it exists. That makes sense.
Per the source, Tori and Dean know the source of their problem and are willing to address it.
“They blamed it on exhaustion and they agreed they would go to a wellness retreat.”
So … that’s great!
Except for one little thing.
Tori and Dean apparently haven’t actually made any moves to act on this yet.
Generally, you don’t get better by merely agreeing to seek treatment. You have to actually follow through.
“Tori’s excuse is they haven’t found the right place.”
You might wonder how it’s hard to find such a place — since celebs go to different retreats all of the time, anywhere in the country and beyond.
But Tori is apparently very, very picky.
“She’s been looking into somewhere in the Dominican Republic”
Oh boy.
In the mean time, Tori has reportedly attended a beauty conference in Utah.
And Dean is pushing a new acting reel on social media.
As we’ve mentioned, the ongoing struggles between the parents — even the mere reports of their issues — are hurting more than just Tori and Dean.
Fans are worried that Tori and Dean’s children are being harmed by this situation.
Not, like, deliberate harm by their parents, but children tend to notice when their parents are in a state of perpetual conflict.
Living in a home where your parents might want to divorce but can’t afford to can really screw you up.
Sometimes, children blame themselves.
They can also grow up to have very disturbing ideas of what relationships look like.
That said, Tori and Dean of course love their children. We’re sure that a huge part of their motivations for seeking treatment is so that they can be better, more stable parents for their kids.
Clearly, something has to change in the Spelling-McDermott household.
Considering that Dean called the police on Tori twice, it’s hard to dispute that things are screwed up for the couple and, therefore, for the family.
This retreat might not fix their money troubles — though thankfully, Tori’s mother Candy apparently covers the cost of care for her grandchildren.
But it can get Tori and Dean back on track.
We hope.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott: Are Their Kids in Danger?
Marital problems? Divorce rumors? 911 calls and fear of mental illness?
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott apparently have a response to many of these rumors making their way around the Internet, and that response is this…
What Marital problems?!? What Divorce rumors?!? What 911 calls and fear of mental illness?!?
Over the past several days, Spelling and McDermott have been in the news for all the wrong reasons.
First, McDermott called 911 because his wife was reportedly acting erratically, prompting Spelling to be hospitalized for an evaluation of her psyche.
Next, McDermott called 911 again because he was unsure where Spelling had gone and he was concerned about at least one of his kids, who may have been with her.
Then, new rumors of a split sprung up all around the Web, with insiders saying the only reason these stars are remaining together is because they can’t afford the process that would legally tear them apart.
So… tough times all around for Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott.
This is nothing especially new or groundbreaking, of course, considering McDermott has confessed to cheating on Spelling in the past and considering we can’t recall a time when the couple was not facing financial difficulties.
Still, you wouldn’t think anything was wrong based on Spelling’s Instagram page.
She shared the first photo above on Monday, giving fans a look at her, Dean and their kids out and about for St. Patrick’s Day and writing as a caption:
“Yesterday we had the #luckoftheirish. We celebrated #stpatricksday as a family!”
Does this mean everything is all well and good?
Not according to many of Tori’s spelling, who are gravely worried about the couple’s five (yes, FIVE!) kids.
“I kinda feel sorry for her kids, especially the older ones,” wrote Lee Ann Bierie Helvenston as a comment to this holiday-themed image.
Same here.
These older children probably need to hear students at school gossip about their parents and/or see negative headlines about them on the Internet.
Someone named Angela Clevenger, meanwhile, writes that Dean has “NOT EVER PUT HIS FAMILY FIRST” and that he’s a cheater who will “always [be] a cheater.”
And then Gina Skipworth chimes in by saying this relationship is doing “more damage to their kids than not. Sad, sad, sad.”
We can’t know if this is actually the case or not, of course.
It’s an age old question of whether a couple who doesn’t get along ought to stay together for the sake of their kids…
… or split up because they are not raising these kids in a healthy environment if there’s so much tension in the air at all times.
Where do you stand on this sort of issue?
Should Spelling and McDermott just cut the chord already?
Are they doing more harm than good by staying together?
Or this is all a load of BS and they are trying to garner publicity for another season of a reality show or exclusive magazine interview or something?
You can really never know for certain with celebrities.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott Would Get Divorced, But...
As previously reported, the police have been called on Tori Spelling on two separate occasions over the last two weeks.
But while the actress is very possibly dealing with some kind of mental breakdown, a new report suggests that she and husband Dean McDermott may want to place a phone call to someone else…
… a bankruptcy attorney.
If that have any interest on actually going their separate ways, that is.
The latest controversy surrounding these parents of five got underway on March 1 after authorities were called to Spelling and McDermott’s home in response to claims of a domestic disturbance.
When they arrived on the scene, they found the actress behaving in erratic fashion, according to various outlets.
Spelling was then taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Fast forward six days and McDermott calling the police to their home again because he was concerned about Spelling leaving their home with at least one of their children.
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office confirmed this second call, but said in a statement that it was much ado over nothing on McDermott’s part.
“Deputies located her in Thousand Oaks, spoke to her for a few minutes and determined she was fine,” the office shortly after this story went viral, adding:
“That was that. She was fine and no further action was taken.”
Perhaps Spelling was A-OK at this time, but it’s evident that she and McDermott are having some major issues once again.
“They argue several times a week,” a source tells In Touch Weekly, explaining in a bit more detail:
“Their fights can be heard throughout the whole neighborhood. Tori’s yelling and hysterical crying are unmistakable.”
The stars have been through A LOT over the years.
Most notably, McDermott have confessed to cheating on his wife, while money issues have plagued Tori and Dean nearly since the day they exchanged vows.
Heck, McDermott was almost jailed for failure to pay child support last year
Why don’t the two just go their separate ways?
For this exact reason, Life & Style writes.
The tabloid quotes a family friend who thinks Tori and Dean are “too broke to divorce,” citing expenses involved in such a process such as payment to lawyers and other tasks.
It’s a rather terrible sign for a couple when they are forced to be together because they literally can’t afford any other option. But here we are.
“She loves him and has always tried to keep the relationship together, but she’s at the end of her rope,” the source tells Life & Style.
He or she goes on to say the following:
“[They] are at each other’s throats over so many issues – everything from their dire financial situation to neither of them having a steady job to not being able to adequately support their five children.”
Very reasonable concerns, that’s for certain.
Spelling and McDermott are parents to a 10-year-old son named Liam, a nine-year-old daughter named Stella, a six-year-old daughter named Hattie, a five-year-old son named Finn and a one-year-old son named Beau.
That’s a lot for any couple to handle, let alone a couple that rarely gets along well for any extended period of time.
For the sake of all these kids, let’s hope Tori and Dean work things out.

Tori Spelling: Dean McDermott Calls Cops on Actress AGAIN!
Earlier this month, sources indicated that Tori Spelling had suffered a nervous breakdown during a confrontation with her husband.
The incident resulted in police being called to the scene, and neighbors claim as many as six units arrived at the home Spelling shares with husband Dean McDermott.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that police were called to Spelling’s home again yesterday.
This time, it seems the 911 call was placed by McDermott, who was reportedly concerned about Spelling’s behavior.
Sergeant Eric Buschow of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office tells Radar that officers were dispatched to the home for a well-being check and found that there was no cause for additional action.
“We received a call from her husband who was concerned about [Tori’s] well-being,” Buschow says.
“Deputies located her in Thousand Oaks, spoke to her for a few minutes and determined she was fine. That was that. She was fine and no further action was taken.”
The night before her breakdown, Spelling called the police herself to report what she believed to be an intruder but was later revealed to be McDermott.
So while the latest visit by police may have passed without incident, it’s still troubling that officers have been dispatched to Tori and Dean’s home three times in the past week.
And what’s been the source of all this commotion?
Well, while the exact cause of Spelling’s breakdown remains a mystery, sources concur that Tori’s troubled marriage and ongoing financial woes have combined to put a major strain on the actress in recent months.
Those who know the couple best say Spelling and McDermott are headed for divorce, and while Tori has been the one pushing for a separation, the prospect of suddenly becoming a single mother of five is causing her frequent panic attacks.
“Tori and Dean have been sleeping in separate bedrooms for the past six weeks,” a family insider claimed.
“Things have been very bad at home between them.”
Compounding Tori’s stress is her crippling debt.
Spelling has been sued by creditors multiple times in the past year, and McDermott was nearly jailed for failure to pay child support to his ex-wife.
It’s entirely possible Tori is suffering some sort of mental illness – but unfortunately, her anxiety has firm roots in reality.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott: Headed For Divorce Amidst Breakdown Drama?!
It’s been a rough week for troubled actress and heiress Tori Spelling.
It all started when Spelling suffered a breakdown at her home in Encino over the weekend.
At first, it was reported that Spelling was hospitalized in connection with the breakdown, but now, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
While police were called to the scene and neighbors reported that “several units” arrived at the home Spelling shares with husband Dean McDermott, it now appears that she’s remained at home in the days since the incident.
There’s been a good deal of speculation about the cause of Spelling’s breakdown, but thus far, the mother of five has remained tight-lipped on the matter.
But it seems hasn’t been quite as concerned with Tori’s privacy.
Several insiders have spoken to media outlets, and accounts concur that Tori was driven to the point of mental collapse primarily by stress related to her dire financial situation and her crumbling marriage.
“Tori and Dean have been sleeping in separate bedrooms for the past six weeks,” a family insider claimed.
“Things have been very bad at home between them.”
It seems Dean’s desire to put some distance between himself and Tori is so profound that he’s willing to forego the luxury of a bed:
“Tori has been sleeping in the master bedroom, while Dean sleeps on the floor in one of their son’s rooms,” says the insider.
“He just doesn’t even want to be near Tori!”
To hear the source tell it, the main issue driving the couple apart is money.
The couple’s worsening financial situation has been well-documented over the course of the past year.
Spelling has been sued by creditors, and McDermott’s unpaid child support to the mother of his first son nearly landed the actor behind bars.
Or perhaps we should say “former actor.”
Yes, it seems Dean’s recent lack of work is one of the main reasons the couple is so destitute.
In fact, Tori believes the blame for her current woes rests primarily with Dean.
“Tori has had enough of Dean’s moaning about not being a working actor,” says the source.
“Yes, Dean is involved in taking care of their kids, but he needs to step up and be the provider.”
Hm … so now that’s two wives in a row who believe Dean is a deadbeat.
At a certain point, you sort of stop wondering if he’s beeing demonized unfairly.

Tori Spelling: Nervous Breakdown Caused By Fight With Dean McDermott?
Yesterday, cops were called to the home of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott in response to what appeared to be a domestic disturbance.
Shortly police arrived, sources say, Spelling suffered a nervous breakdown and was removed from the scene.
It is now believed that she’s receiving treatment in an area hospital.
Portions of the police report that have been released thus far make no mention of Tori entering treatment, but do confirm that 911 was called due to an apparent domestic incident.
“At 7:17 this morning, there was a domestic incident that occurred in the 21200 block of Mulholland Drive,” the report confirms.
Sources say police arrived on the scene to find Spelling behaving erratically.
At one point, she reportedly became aggressive toward McDermott, who was also on the scene.
The night before, Spelling called police herself to report what she believed was an intruder.
It was later revealed that the noises that aroused her suspicion were made by McDermott.
While details are scarce, sources say Spelling’s deteriorating mental state was exacerbated by a blowout fight with McDermott.
At least one insider says the fight was caused by the couple’s mounting financial difficulties.
Spelling has been sued by creditors several times in the past year, and she was recently forced to relocate her large family to a much smaller home.
Sources say she blames her financial woes largely on Dean’s continued joblessness.
“Tori’s put up with his slothfulness for long enough, and now enough’s enough,” a source close to the situation told Radar Online yesterday.
In 2017, McDermott was nearly arrested for unpaid child support after missing several payments to the mother of his first child.
Spelling and McDermott welcomed a fifth child in March of last year, and they had reportedly hoped the change in their family situation would bring about an improvement in their relationship.
We think it’s safe to say that hasn’t happened.
While some sources say Tori remains hospitalized, others – such as best friend Megan Farhart – claim the actress was never taken in for treatment at all.
