Rob Kardashian Diabetes Diagnosis: Will It Be a Wake-Up Call?

Will Rob Kardashian use his latest health scare to turn his life around?

This is the question now being posed after the reality star was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday and diagnosed by doctors with diabetes.

Few details are available regarding the incident, but E! News confirms that the 28-her old felt sick over the Christmas weekend.

He was therefore taken to the hospital and, following a handful of tests, given the difficult news.

It doesn’t come as a major shock to anyone who has been following the journey of Rob Kardashian, someone who has admittedly become fat after possibly overeating as a response to his unhappy state in life.

But those close to the star hope this health scare will finally force him to make some changes.

“He’s home already. He went for a little and is fine now. It was a wake up call,” a source tells E! News of Kardashian.

The insider explains that Rob’s tests revealed his blood sugar levels were very high, with physicians telling him that he needs to lose weight, exercise and significantly alter his diet.

Otherwise, the situation will only grow worse.

No famous family member has spoken on Rob’s condition since the hospitalization, although Khloe Kardashian just shared a sad picture on Instagram, writing the word “Melancholy” as a caption.

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant has purposely remained out of the limelight for over a year now.

He has reportedly gained over 100 pounds since bailing on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding back in May of 2014.

“If only you could see yourself through my eyes!” Khloe also captioned a blurry shot on her brother on Instagram recently, adding in an attempt to raise Rob’s spirits:

“I’ll forever be obsessed with you! My one and only! #MyAce”

Let’s hope this diabetes diagnosis ends up being a blessing in disguise for the troubled young man.

Lark Voorhies Denies Sex Tape Rumors, Reveals Lupus Diagnosis

Earlier this week, we reported on an epic Lark Voorhies Instagram rant in which the former Saved By the Bell star tore her ex-husband, Jimmy Green, to shreds and memorably declared that his penis reeks of corn chips.

Now, Lark is back at it, and some of her latest rants include information that she’s touched on before (She’s still insisting that she never made a sex tape with Green.), while others feature surprising new revelations. (Sadly, it seems Lark has lupus.)

First the sex tape tirade. In response to a Radar Online interview in which Green claimed the video includes anal sex and a number of other kinky acts, Lark posted the following:

“Anal?! Absolutely not I am appalled! I know full heartedly & 100% sure that NO tape exists!

If any supposed sexual penetration on tape was transcribed, then it was done so surreptitiously and without my psychological feature and I will sue anyone who even thinks about posting any supposed screenshot of such barbarity.”

Hm…It looks like Lark devotes about as much effort to choosing her words and she does to choosing her husbands.

We kid. The woman’s got a lot on her plate these days, and she’s obviously in a hurry to clear the air on social media.

In addition to once again affirming that her homeless gang member ex-husband is a jackass, Lark made the following revelation about her health:

“I have been the blunt of many cruel jokes at my own expense and my appearance has made headlines for all the wrong reasons which have been anything that I can fully comprehend to the fullest myself.

To whom it may concern, In 2007, I was diagnosed with Lupus…While many have maliciously made fun of my heavy make-up, I’ve been having whats called butterfly rashes. Make-up seems to minimize some spots of malar rashes that come & go but have left me highly insecure.”

So there you have it. Hopefully cruel comments about Lark’s appearance will come to a stop. Of course, if she really wants to stay out of the tabloids, she should stop even acknowledging the existence of her loser ex.

Lil Boosie Reveals Cancer Diagnosis, Asks Fans For Prayers

Rapper Lil Boosie made a bombshell revelation on social media moments ago, revealing that he was recently diagnosed with kidney cancer.

“I need all my fans to pray for me,” Boosie – who also goes by Boosie Badazz, and whose real name is Torrence Hatch – wrote on Instagram.

“Doctor just told me I have cancer on my kidneys prayer is power that’s why I’m letting yall know prayfaboosie.”

Boosie, who released his first album back in 2000, is only 33 years old but has reportedly been suffering from diabetes for several years.

He did not offer any information regarding the stage or severity of the cancer.

Throughout his long career, Hatch has gained as much attention for his legal woes as for his music. 

Boosie was sentenced to eight years in prison for drug smuggling back in 2011.

He qualified for early release in 2014 and famously claimed that he wrote 1,018 songs while he was locked up.

While mainstream success has eluded Boosie, the rapper has gained a loyal cult following over the years and even heads his own record label, Bad Azz Entertainment, which he founded in 2008.

Natalie Kenly: Charlie Sheen Never Revealed HIV Diagnosis to Me, Either!

Natalie Kenly has something unfortunate in common with Bree Olson.

The fact that both have Charlie Sheen as notches in their bedpost? Well, yes.

But something even more specific than that.

Earlier today, Sheen confirmed to Matt Lauer that he is HIV positive.

As part of his wide-ranging interview on the subject, Sheen said that he disclosed his diagnosis to every sexual partner he’s had in the past four years or so.

Every single one? Yes, “no exceptions,” Sheen insisted.

However, two exceptions have already emerged.

First, Olson angrily told Howard Stern this morning that Sheen never once mentioned to her that he was HIV positive.

“I was living with him. We were sleeping together every single night [and] he never said anything,” Olson relayed to the radio host.

Olson served as one of Sheen’s “goddesses” during the actor’s tiger blood-induced meltdown in 2011. As did Kenly.

And just like Olson, Kenly tells TMZ that Sheen NEVER revealed his diagnosis to her, either.

Unlike Olson, however, Kenly does not harbor any hard feelings toward the former sitcom star.

She says she has been tested; she’s negative for the disease; and that she truly believes Sheen loved all of his women back in the day. She doesn’t think he meant them any harm.

So, no, Kenly will not be one of the six women allegedly preparing to sue Sheen over his sexual actions.

The names of those women have not been released, but TMZ says they have hired legal representation and will file a lawsuit against Sheen for “intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, and sexual battery.”

Charlie Sheen: HIV Diagnosis Was "Open Secret" in Hollywood For YEARS?

Moments ago, Charlie Sheen confirmed that he’s HIV positive in an interview with Matt Lauer.

Sadly, the revelation was not unexpected, as rumors that Sheen was battling the disease began to build over the past week after multiple insiders was verified that an A-list star had been diagnosed with the virus.

In one of the interview’s most surprising moments, Sheen revealed that he’d learned about his condition four years ago, when intense migraines and night sweats led him to undergo testing.

Now, several sources are claiming that many in Hollywood were aware of Sheen’s illness long before the news went public today.

In fact, according to Radar Online, the actor’s health concerns were such an open secret within the industry that they were revealed to be a frequent topic of conversation amongst execs following the Sony email hack of 2014.

A message sent by an exec on March 10 of last year referred to Sheen as a  “a drug addict and HIV positive.”

Sheen revealed during his interview today that he had revealed his diagnosis to a small circle of friends, but was forced to go public when after being repeatedly sued by ex-partners.

As those lawsuits were based on allegations that Sheen had kept his diagnosis a secret, it’s possible that industry figures who knew about his condition might now be called to testify in the various civil cases that are still sure to come.

Charlie Sheen: HIV Diagnosis Results in Lawsuits From Former Partners?

As we reported earlier, several sources have confirmed that Charlie Sheen will reveal his HIV diagnosis during an interview with Matt Lauer Tuesday morning.

Insiders claim that Sheen has known about his condition for over a year but went to great lengths to keep it a secret, even from those closest to him.

According to TMZ, the actor recently decided to share the news of his struggle with a group of close friends, at least one of whom apparently took the information to a media outlet.

Shortly thereafter, several former sex partners reportedly contacted Sheen and informed the 50-year-old that they intended to sue him for putting their health at risk by failing to disclose his diagnosis.

The website claims that Sheen settled several cases out of court (some as recently as late last month), but the never-ending legal entanglements threatened to make it impossible for him to keep his diagnosis a secret.

Being forced to pay the plaintiffs extra in order to get them to sign non-disclosure agreements was apparently becoming a major financial burden for Sheen, and sources say that he’s decided that it would simply be easier to go public with his condition.

Sheen is usually active on social media, but has been radio silent for the past three weeks.

Charlie Sheen to Confirm HIV Diagnosis to Matt Lauer?

Last week, we reported that an unidentified A-list Hollywood star is battling HIV.

Now several sources are confirming that the afflicted actor is none other than hard-partying bad boy Charlie Sheen.

It was announced today that Sheen will appear on the Today show on Tuesday to make a “revealing personal announcement” in an interview with Matt Lauer.

When the interview was first announced, many noted that the timing coincided with the circulating rumor about an HIV patient whose description made him sound a lot like Sheen.

Now, media outlets such as TMZ and The National Enquirer are confirming that Sheen will in fact reveal his diagnosis in his interview Lauer. 

Fortunately, early reports indicate that whoever the patient is, his prognosis is promising:

“His medical outlook is positive,” said one of the insiders who first revealed the diagnosis last week. 

“He was teary-eyed as he told friends that he had [the disease], but he felt that a public admission would destroy him and his fans.”

The famously cocksure Sheen is reportedly nervous about how fans and his Hollywood colleagues will react, as the disease bears a stigma and tends to breed ugly rumors even in the most progressive-minded communities. 

Sheen has yet to publicly address the reports and has been uncharacteristically quiet on social media in recent weeks.

Brooks Ayers Defends Cancer Diagnosis AGAIN: Watch

The drama surrounding The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers is never ending.   Vicki and Brooks split in August of this year, but the pair continues to make headlines as critics slam Ayers" alleged cancer diagnosis.

Though she vehemently defended Brooks on the last season of RHOOC, Vicki Gunvalson finally admitted on the reunion special that she had a hunch Brooks was lying about his cancer diagnosis.

As a result, Heather Dubrow doesn’t want to film with Vicki next season.  And neither do any of the other ladies.

Now, in the midst of the conversation, Brooks wants to be heard. He sat down with E! News’ Melanie Bromley to confront the naysayers who have doubted and criticized his cancer diagnosis.

"These are the three bills that reference the days I got my treatment," he told E! News while sharing that one chemo treatment cost $ 33,000.

He added, ”I"m not going to say I"m in remission. That"s not going to be the case until my numbers have normalized and that"s the word that was used to me.”

Though it is unclear if Vicki will return to the show now that no one will film with her, we bet this will still be the highlight of next season.

Bella Hadid: Lyme Disease Diagnosis Revealed by Yolanda Foster

Yolanda Foster has been remarkably candid about her courageous battle with Lyme disease, and the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has inspired millions in the process.

Foster’s Instagram diary offers hope and insight for the millions who have been affected by the tick-borne illness, directly or otherwise, and the 51-year-old model has been praised by research organizations and fellow patients alike.

Last night, Foster received an award at the Global Lyme Alliance, and she made surprising revelation about the ways in which the illness has impacted her family:

“God had different plans for me,” a tearful Foster said. “He changed my destiny when my two youngest children, Bella and Anwar, were diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease in early 2012.

“Watching my babies struggle in silence in order to support me and my journey struck the deepest chord of hopelessness inside of me, and it’s because of them that I’m motivated to stand here in front of you today,”

Foster had not previously revealed that 18-year-old Bella and 16-year-old Anwar are also battling the illness.

There is no word on how they contracted the disease.

Like her older sister Gigi, Bella recently embarked on a modeling career and has already met with stunning success.

It was revealed last month that Bella is dating The Weeknd, and she is often spotted at the most exclusive Hollywood parties.

Both Bella and Anwar have yet to speak publicly about their mother’s surprising revelation.

Former Who"s the Boss Star Reveals HIV Diagnosis

Former Who"s the Boss star Danny Pintauro made a stunning, sad announcement during an interview with Oprah Winfrey on Saturday night: 

He is HIV positive.

The actor, who portrayed Jonathan on the family sitcom for eight years, opened the Q&A by coming right out with this troubling piece of information.

"I wanted to tell you this a long time ago, but I wasn"t ready. I"m ready now," Pintauro said. "I"m HIV-positive, and I have been for 12 years."

In the above clip, Pintauro (who also came out as gay in 1997) talks about the dangers of crystal meth, drug he was addicted to for many years.

Pintauro explained that he underwent testing once every six months… and was then told the devastating news in March of 2003.

"I was living in New York at the time and completely clueless to the idea that I was positive. I went in for a regular checkup," Pintauro says.

"It was just regular blood work. You go in, and you sort of waited two weeks on pins and needles — or at least I did, because I was just terrified of the idea of getting HIV."

The actor went on to explain how “crystal meth takes away your inhibitions” and that he thought he was “being safe” during the sexual encounter that changed his life.

Today, Pintauro lives with his husband in Las Vegas and works as a restaurant manager.

"What I want my community to realize is we need to take better care of ourselves," he says.
