Kate Middleton and Prince William Reveal Royal Name... Finally!

The wait is over.

The anticipation can end.

The rumors can be put to rest.

The Royal Baby? He finally has a name!

Five days after Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed their third bundle of precious joy into the world, the world’s favorite couple has at last come out and made it possible for us to refer to their baby as something other than “that kid.”

Instead, we can now call him…

… LOUIS ARTHUR!!!!!

It’s not True Thompson and it’s not Stormi Webster, but it’s the name of the fifth heir to the British throne.

Isn’t that right, Kensington Palace?

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles,” reads the official Tweet making this announcement.

Along with an adorable picture of Mommy, Daddy and Louis, the social media confirmation added:

“The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.”

Well, sure. But only when his parents are really angry with him and want to use his full name.

Louis was among the leading contenders for the Royal Baby name, as various casinos and online gambling destinations actually accepted wagers on what the moniker would be.

Prince William had tried to throw fans off the scent in a brief chat with the media on Wednesday, joking at one point that he liked the name Jerry.

He also said at the time that his son is sleeping “reasonably well” and behaving himself, while adding that his wife is “doing very well.”

The beloved couple’s latest addition was born at 11:01 a.m. local time on Monday.

Just a few hours later, the traditional ceremonial easel was placed in front of Buckingham Palace, while Kate and William debuted the boy a short time after that.

He’s pretty darn adorable, isn’t he?

“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz.,” the palace tweeted for this major announcement.

It added on Monday:

“The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.

“The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news.”

William and Kate, meanwhile, chose traditional names that honored their family members for their first two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The former shares a name with six former kings of England, including Queen Elizabeth II’s late father, King George VI.

As for Charlotte? Her middle name is Diana, which is self-explanatory, right?

Middleton actually paid tribute in moving fashion to Princess Diana with the dress you see her wearing above.

In related news:

Prior to the baby’s arrival, various reports have come out that Kate’s younger sister, Pippa Middleton, is pregnant with her first child.

And then, on May 19, Prince Harry is set to marry Meghan Markle.

It’s quite a time to be a fan of the Royal Family… or a member of the Royal Family.

4. No Jaden, Caden, or Braden

As with their first two tykes, it’s a safe bet that Will and Kate will go the traditional route. And so, a handful of royal-sounding frontrunners have emerged as the the gamblers’ favorites.

5. No Jack City

It was briefly rumored that Will and Kate would go with the name “Jack” after one of Will’s favorite soccer players. That name quickly fell out of contention when royal-watchers determined it was much too modern.

6. Arthur: 2/1

A name fit for a king! Arthur is the current front-runner with 2/1 odds. But if you’re looking to really cash in, you might want to put your pounds down on a moniker with longer odds.

Kate Middleton: Baby Name and Gender REVEALED?!

As you’ve no doubt heard by now, Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third child.

And despite the fact that she’s mostly been keeping mum about the details, there’s been a great deal of speculation in the British press regarding Kate’s due date, and of course, the baby’s name and gender.

No one on the planet is more closely guarded than the British Royal Family, but these days, it’s hard even for them to keep a secret.

The media has already unearthed details about Kate’s birth plan, but the most important pieces of information remain a mystery … sort of.

There are those who think William accidentally revealed that Kate is having a boy in recent comments he made to the press.

And there are those who feel so confident about the baby’s name that they’re willing to put money on it.

It seems most gamblers have decided that the gender issue has already been settled by Will’s remarks.

Speaking of his admiration for soccer legend Jack Graelish, William blurted, “I’m going to insist the baby is called Jack.”

He attempted to rescue himself, by adding, “Or Jackie…” but the British press had already made up its mind.

Of course, the Royals would no sooner name a boy Jack then they’d name a girl Crystal, so the leading theory amongst people who feel compelled to bet on this sort of thing is that Will revealed the gender, but not the name.

For information on that, these folks rely on dubious intel from Kensington Palace.

 

“Prince Thomas of Cambridge does have a nice ring to it, even if the name doesn’t immediately spring out as a traditional, regal name,” an alleged insider tells the Express.

“However, Kate and Wills are modernizing the Royal Family, so it wouldn’t be a huge surprise to see them opt for a ‘normal’ name.”

Really?! In what universe does Thomas of Cambridge not “spring out as a traditional, regal name”?

It certainly beats out “Prince Jack” in that department.

Anyway, according to oddsmakers, Thomas has claimed the top spot as the most likely name for Kate and William’s kid with 5/1 odds.

The name has edged out James as the number one favorite.

Of course, we won’t know what name Will and Kate have decided on until the little prince (or princess) enters the world sometime in the next few weeks.

And then the British scandal sheets will immediately turn their attention to the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Don’t worry; we’re sure there’s plenty to gamble on there, too.

We’ll take 5 million to 1 odds that Meghan gets cold feet and pulls a runaway bride.

Khloe Kardashian: Which Last Name Should True Have?!

On the day that Khloe Kardashian gave birth, it was reported that even she wasn’t quite sure what name to put on the birth certificate. As it turns out, this was only half-true.

She knew that she wanted to name her daughter True.

But, in light of Tristan Thompson cheating on her, she has been agonizing about her baby’s last name.

TMZ reports that Khloe has struggled with her baby’s surname after Tristan’s cheating scandal came to light just two days before she gave birth.

That is very understandable.

Specifically, they say that she decided to name her daughter True about a month ago.

As the happy grandmomager Kris Jenner quickly explained, the name “True” isn’t as whimsical (or potentially shady) as it sounds. It’s a recurring name on Kris’ side of the family.

What had Khloe thrown for a loop was what True’s last name should be.

Because up until the news broke that Tristan was a no good cheater who’d been stepping out on her throughout her pregnancy, Khloe was going to give her baby Tristan’s last name.

TMZ says that their reliable Kardashian sources say that Khloe was “beyond conflicted” when it came time to actually fill out True’s name on the certificate.

Was True going to be True Kardashian, with one of the most recognized surnames on the planet?

Or was True going to be named True Thompson, after her lying cheating father.

The sources divulged that it took Khloe a couple of days before she decided to bite the bullet and give True her father’s last name.

(You have to wonder if Khloe was dead set on alliteration with her first child, just as she and all of her sisters had K-names … though Tristan of course also has alliteration in his name)

TMZ doesn’t always go into how they know certain things … but they’re actually giving some details on how they worked out the timeline, aside fromt heir sources.

They say that someone very close to Khloe — which doesn’t narrow things down, given the size of her family and her friend group — placed an order for some gifts.

Specifically, they ordered blankets and other baby supplies from Petit Tresor in Beverly Hills right as the Tristan cheating scandal was making headlines.

The order came with instructions — to hold off on embroidering any initials until Khloe had decided on True’s last name.

The final call, in which the blankets were ordered with “TT” as the initials, was not made until Monday.

True’s last name should not be seen as a sign that Khloe’s just going to forget that Tristan took his penis on tour while their child was growing inside of her.

In fact, it sounds like Khloe is planning to leave Tristan and take her baby with her.

Sure, she’s been in Cleveland, but that’s because you can’t safely fly right after giving birth. She needs the all-clear from her doctor, first.

Also, all of the nursery items for her baby are already at Tristan’s house in Cleveland. You know, the place where Khloe had been fully prepared to raise their daughter.

Clearly, plans have changed.

And word is that Khloe’s mother and sisters have helped her prepare to head back to Calabasas as soon as the doctor says that it’s safe.

It’s still unclear how Khloe and Tristan will handle being True’s parents, given how dramatically their relationship has been transformed.

Reportedly, Khloe’s entire family is basically just chanting “dump his ass, sis” at her.

She may have concerns over Tristan being her baby’s father, but it’s clear that Khloe is pissed at Tristan. She’ll probably stay that way for quite a while.

Khloe isn’t Tristan’s only baby mama. In fact, it’s been reported that he impregnated one of his side pieces.

If so … he might have his hands full of angry baby mamas and their babies.

1. The Truth is Out There

Officially, this was made true on April 12, when Khloe gave birth to her first child, a daughter with controversial baby daddy Tristan Thompson.

2. Why is He Controversial?

Are you really asking that? Numerous reports, some replete with surveillance footage, have revealed that Thompson cheated on Khloe multiple times throughout her pregnancy. He has not denied this.

3. The Poor Kid, Right?

This was the main sentiment around the Internet after Thompson’s actions were made public. But then it got even worse, after Khloe announced her child’s name…

4. TRUE

Yes, True Thompson is the name. Kardashian made this announcement as a caption to the above image, writing on April 16: “Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”

5. What’s in a Name?

Who the heck knows when it comes to the Kardashians? True now joins cousins Chicago, North, Saint, Reign and Stormi in a family full of cute kids… who may want to come up with their own nicknames in the near future.

6. Where Did This One Come From?

Kris Jenner actually revealed the original of the unusual first name on Instagram, writing this as a caption to the above picture: “I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!!! FUN FACT… my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton….my Dad’s name was Robert True Houghton…so i am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!! #lovebug #familytradition #family @true.”

Khloe Kardashian Baby Name: Revealed! Only Sort of Weird!

Khloe Kardashian has confirmed the name of her daughter.

And it’s sort of impossible not to note the irony of the unique moniker.

In her first public statement since giving birth on April 12, Khloe has taken to Instagram and announced that she and Tristan Thompson have named their child True.

True Thompson, to be exact.

We don’t yet know if there’s a middle name or not.

But this is what we do know:

Recent video footage has surfaced that makes it very apparent that Thompson cheated on Khloe on multiple occasions throughout her pregnancy.

Hence the aforementioned irony of the name True, considering how Tristan has been anything but true to his long-time girlfriend and baby mama.

In her caption revealing her kid’s name, however, Khloe makes no mention of this scandal.

She sounds very much like an excited and proud mother and girlfriend, writing as a caption to the photo below:

Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE.

Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!

There are many ways to react to this message, of course.

The first is that Khloe often uses the pronoun “we,” while also openly referring to Thompson as True’s “Daddy.”

This is literally accurate — but it raises the question of whether or not Khloe has truly forgiven Tristan and whether she will remain in Cleveland to raise their child.

We’ve read contrasting reports on the topic.

Some sources out there claim Khloe is committed to co-parenting with Thompson and will give him at least one more opportunity to prove that is NOT just a giant, lying douche canoe/

Other sources, however, allege that Khloe is just waiting until she is feeling better to hop on a jet… take off for Los Angeles… and leave Thompson far behind.

Neither Kardashian nor Thompson have commented on any of these reports, though.

For those who were without an Internet connection over the past week:

TMZ and The Daily Mail each posted different, damning footage of Thompson a few days ago.

The latter website published surveillance video from the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City that featured Thompson walking into the building around 5 a.m. on Sunday, April 1.

He was accompanied by a woman that witnesses say he had been all over at a club earlier in the evening.

The former website, meanwhile, made public a surveillance video from October that depicted Thompson kissing one woman and being fondled by another woman.

As you can see below, the evidence of Thompson’s infidelity seems overwhelming:

Amber Portwood Reveals Her Baby"s Name

Way back at the beginning of the year, Amber Portwood revealed her baby’s name … sort of.

It wasn’t an official reveal or a full name, and she never actually confirmed much of anything about the child she’s having with Andrew Glennon.

Until now, that is. 

The Teen Mom OG Reunion was missing two of its stars.

Farrah Abraham was absent because, you know, she got fired from Teen Mom. That whole story was a huge mess. It’s the end of an era — the Farrah era — and we can all sleep a little easier.

Amber Portwood, in the mean time, has not been fired — but she still couldn’t attend the reunion special in person.

Why? Because she’s super pregnant with her second child.

Just because she wasn’t up to flying out didn’t mean that she couldn’t attend. She spoke and answered questions through FaceTime.

One Twitter user’s question got asked: “Amber I’ve been dying to know, have you picked out a name for the baby?”

Without a pause, Amber replied:

“His name is going to be James Andrew Glennon.”

She then goes on to explain that they’re naming their son after not only his baby daddy (obviously), Andrew Glennon, but after Andrew’s father.

IMDB notes that James Glennon “died unexpectedly on October 19, 2006, from a blood clot resulting from surgery for prostate cancer.”

If you’re wondering why Andrew Glennon’s dad’s death is described on IMDB instead of on some old obituary page from a newspaper, it’s because Andrew is not the first Glennon in show business.

James Glennon was a famous cinematographer, whose most recognizable works include About Schmidt and Deadwood.

Not for nothing, but James’ father, Bert Glennon, was also a world-famous cinematographer.

And James’ mother was Mary Coleman, a script supervisor.

As we all remember from when we first learned that Andrew and Amber were a couple, they only met because Andrew was working as a producer on Marriage Boot Camp.

James Andrew Glennon will carry the names of his father and grandfather.

At the risk of wishing him into a career months before he’s even expected to be born, one cannot help but wonder if Amber’s second child will go into the entertainment industry in some capacity.

Obviously, though, no child should ever be pushed into following in their parent’s footsteps.

None of Andrew’s children need to be involved in cinematography at all in their professional lives.

Just like none of Amber’s children need to, um, become parents while they’re in high school.

We’re not saying that those are equal things, we’re just saying that each person has a right to choose their own destiny.

Amber Portwood also used her FaceTime interview to refer to Andrew Glennon as “the best rebound ever.”

She laughed afterwards and was clearly, clearly joking.

(Sure, one could argue that Andrew is, by definition, a rebound, since Amber basicallys tormed away from Matt Baier and into Andrew’s arms, but it’s clear that they’re serious about each other)

Amber also says that her family has been really accepting of Andrew, which she says is a good sign.

Honestly, if Andrew could watch Amber flip out on Marriage Boot Camp before they were in a relationship and he was still crazy about her, he’s definitely a keeper.

if somebody’s seen you at your worst and loves you, that might be the real deal.

Kylie came out in late February 2018 and unveiled new products from her cosmetics line, all, she explained, inspired by little Stormi. Shocking, right? There’s a marketing and capitalism theme to the name selection.

5. Explains Jenner:

“I worked on this pretty much my entire pregnancy. Right after we chose Stormi’s name, her name really inspired me. I spent a lot of time on this collection and put a lot of detail into it.”

Joy-Anna Duggar: Baby Name Revealed! Has She Already Given Birth?!

When a Duggar woman gives birth, it’s always a big deal for the family’s legion of devoted fans.

But it looks as though Joy-Anna Duggar may have recently tried – and failed – to keep some major baby news from going public.

As you may already know, rumors that Joy-Anna got pregnant before her wedding to Austin Forsyth have been running rampant in recent months.

Even some of the most devout Duggar loyalists began to believe the reports of a “shotgun wedding” thanks to a series of suspicious developments:

Joy-Anna and Austin Forsyth moved their wedding date up several months without warning; the Duggars refused to acknowledge the rumors in any way; doctors who examined photos of Joy stated that she appeared much further along than she claimed…

Needless to say, there was plenty of reason to believe that Joy wasn’t being totally forthcoming with fans.

Throughout her pregnancy, conspiracy-minded fans assured themselves that the truth would come out when Joy finally gave birth.

But now there’s reason to believe that the Duggars may be attempting to mislead fans by keeping the birth under wraps and making the announcement on what would have been Joy’s due date had she actually gotten pregnant on her honeymoon like she claimed.

According to recent changes to Joy’s Wikipedia page, she has already given birth to a little girl named Julie.

Fans understandably freaked out over the news, and the changes were quickly deleted.

It’s important to note that the edits may have been some rogue fan’s idea of a joke.

But it’s also worth noting that if the new information was accurate, then the Duggars would have made certain it was promptly removed.

Obviously, at this point, it’s tough to determine what exactly happened.

We’ll play it safe and say we wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out to be a fan hoax, and we also wouldn’t be surprised if the Joy has already given birth, and her family is keeping it under wraps.

Whatever the case, you can expect some Joy-ous baby news in the very near future.

Joy stated on Valentine’s day that she’s expected to deliver before the end of the month.

So congrats to the happy couple either way!

Kardashian Family to Kylie Jenner: We HATE the Name Stormi!

If you’ve been anywhere near an internet-enabled device in the past few days, then you’re no doubt aware that Kylie Jenner has welcomed her first child.

While she remained secretive throughout her pregnancy, Kylie has been surprisingly candid in the days since she became a mom.

We’ve already seen the first photo of Kylie’s daughter.

We know that the little girl is named Stormi.

And now we’ve learned that Kylie’s family hates that goofy name just as much as the rest of the internet does.

“Kylie’s family thinks that Stormi is a ridiculous name to begin with, but Kylie does not care!” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online.

In fairness to Kylie, the criticism is a bit unexpected coming from the family that previously gave us such unusual monikers as North, Saint, Chicago, and Reign.

Kylie apparently knew the name would be criticized and she simply didn’t care.

As for the rumor that she was inspired by Stormy Daniels, the porn star who became a household name as a result of Donald Trump’s latest sex scandal, insiders claim it’s demonstrably untrue.

Footage shot during her pregnancy will reportedly prove that Kylie chose the name several months ago, before the Daniels accusations came to light.

“They wanted something original that no one has, which is why she went with Stormi,” the source says.

And it seems it’s not just Stormi’s first name that’s got Kris Jenner and company upset.

The family is reportedly peeved by Kylie’s decision to name her child Stormi Webster to honor the original name of the girl’s father, Travis Scott.

“Kylie and Kris had it out over the selection of her baby’s name and Kris was appalled that she is using Travis’s original last name for everything and not including Jenner at all on Stormi’s birth certificate,” says the source.

It does seem strange that someone as status-obsessed as Kylie wouldn’t bestow her very famous last name upon her child.

But then again, it’s not like little Stormi Webster will ever want anything.

Which is good, because she’s in for a lifetime of jokes about Emmanuel Lewis becoming a meteorologist.

Kylie Jenner Reveals Daughter"s Last Name; It"s Not Jenner OR Scott!

On Tuesday afternoon, after 48 hours of rampant, Internet-breaking speculation, Kylie Jenner revealed her daughter’s name.

It took a lot of fans by surprise, both because of the name itself and because it was so different from what people had expected.

But fans have wondered, since even before that announcement, whether Kylie would give her daughter her last name … or that of her baby daddy, Travis Scott.

Well, wonder no more, because Kylie is sharing that with the world. But her baby’s last name isn’t Jenner or Scott. …

Since news first broke last September of Kylie’s pregnancy, fans have wondered what sort of name she’ll go with.

She and all of her sisters were named following a particular convention — K-names.

All of Kim and Kanye’s names for their three children — North, Saint, and Chicago — have been unique.

Earlier this week, fans believed that Kylie would name her baby “Butterfly” because of the overwhelming presence of the butterfly motif in the pregnancy video that Kylie shared.

Then came a new report suggesting a subtler name along those same lines.

This report claimed that Kylie would name her baby Mariposa — which is Spanish for “butterfly” but also sounds more like a name — and that she planned to nickname her baby Posie.

The butterflies turned out to be a huge red herring. Quite frankly, we’re at a loss to explain why Kylie covered her nursery with images of them.

As you must know by now, Kylie’s newborn daughter who is not yet a week old is named Stormi.

Born on February 1, Stormi will be a week old on Thursday.

Now, admittedly, not everyone is in love with the name.

Some say that it sounds like a “stripper name,” which is an unkind thing to say about sex workers who deserve respect.

They’re right in the sense that it doesn’t sound like a name that usually goes on anyone’s birth certificate, however.

It’s been pointed out that there’s already a woman named “Stormy” who is big in the news.

Stormy Daniels is the porn star who allegedly had an affair with Donald Trump shortly after he was married to Melania.

Whatever people may think of Kylie’s choice in naming her daughter, a question lingered:

What is Stormi’s last name?

Kylie and Travis aren’t married. They’re not even engaged.

Would Kylie name her baby after her baby daddy?

That would be the traditional thing to do, and the Kardashians are surprisingly traditional about a number of things.

(Kourtney’s kids all have their father’s last name, after all.)

But … people wondered about the role that Travis Scott – a figure somewhat shrouded in mystery – might play in the child’s life.

In fact, even on the day that Kylie announced her daughter’s birth, fans wondered if Kylie would be a single mom.

The good news is that Kylie’s baby video showed that Travis Scott is no deadbeat, contrary to a number of unpleasant rumors that circulated while Travis toured during Kylie’s “secret” pregnancy.

Clearly, the video shows Travis attending multiple different appointments with Kylie, seeing the ultrasounds.

The two are even side-by-side at family gatherings — of the Kardashians, of Travis’ family in Houston, and of both families.

In one part of the video, clearly around Christmas, Travis Scott seems unable to resist kissing Kylie’s baby bump.

So it only makes sense that Kylie named her baby … Stormi Webster.

Kylie updated the Instagram post in which she shared the first name to include her precious daughter’s last name.

No, this isn’t a situation where the baby daddy is someone totally unknown.

And, no shade, but we suspect that Kylie isn’t obsessed with dictionaries.

That’s actually Travis Scott’s last name.

Travis Scott is just his stage name as a rapper, folks. Again, not a lot of people know this, or much of anything about him for that matter.

His actual birth name is Jacques Webster. Which is a genuinely great name (if admittedly perfect for a French rip-off of Spider-Man).

So Kylie named her precious baby Stormi Webster, stamping the baby daddy’s last name on there. And that’s all there is to it.
