Liam Payne Baby Name: Announced! Frightening!

Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole have made it official:

They had a bear of a time coming up with a name for their brand new baby.

And mean this literally, based on confirmation from the One Direction singer that he and his gorgeous girlfriend have, indeed, decided to call their first child…

… BEAR!

Yes, the name of Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole’s son is Bear Payne.

We’re guessing they decided on this moniker after one of the stars said he or she had a pain so terrible that he or she could hardly bear it.

Either that, or Liam and Cheryl are very big fans of Alicia Silverstone and Kate Winslet, both of whom actually also named their children Bear.

The mostly private couple welcomed Bear (LOL!) into the world on March 22, with Cole sharing the following precious photo of daddy and son on her Instagram page soon after.

Wrote Payne upon becoming a first-time father:

“My close friends and family know there are very few times when I’m left speechless… wow!

‘I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.”

Added Payne of Cole:

“I’m completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she’s really made my dreams come true.”

Payne also said at the time that he and Cole had not come up with a name yet, although the precious bundle of joy was “already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.”

The Daily Mail first published a report on Tuesday that claimed the artist and the former X-Factor host had decided to go with Bear as the first name for their son.

And then Payne came forward and corroborated this report.

“Liam and Cheryl couldn’t decide on a name for ages and kept toing and froing between options,” wrote the newspaper, adding:

“But they both loved Bear and settled on it a few days ago. Despite the sleepless nights, the couple are completely smitten with little Bear.”

Upon reading this article, TV’s adventurer Bear Grylls tweeted at Liam, writing the following:

“Great choice! Love & blessings to you guys as you start on the greatest adventure… @CherylOfficial @LiamPayne.”

HA!

Even better? Payne replied!

“Thanks man hope he grows with an ounce of your courage! Your a boss,” wrote back Liam.

The question now is when Payne and Cole will get married.

Let’s face it: the question now is also this:

Is Bear the most ridiculous name any celebrity has ever given to his or her offspring? Bottom 10? Bottom five?

Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole: When Will They Get Married?

First comes love? Then comes marriage? Then comes a baby in a baby carriage?

Try telling that to Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole.

The gorgeous couple has gone the non-traditional route with its romance, falling for each other and then having a baby… all without a single knot being tied.

Indeed, last week, Cole gave birth to a baby boy, providing the stars with their very first child together; and giving Payne a chance to gush over the newborn online.

“My close friends and family know there are very few times when I’m left speechless… wow!” the singer wrote as a caption to the precious photo down below.

He added on Instagram:

“I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.

“I’m completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she’s really made my dreams come true.

“We haven’t named him yet but he’s already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.”

AWWWWW, right?!?

Now, however, with the baby squared away and their relationship having been taken to a new level, fans are starting to wonder when it will be taken to yet another new level.

When will Payne and Cole get married?!?

According to an OK! Weekly source, the special event may take place in the somewhat near future, although Cole is in no rush because she’s already been wed twice (to Ashley Cole and then to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini).

“Because this will be her third marriage, Cheryl doesn’t want a circus,” an insider tells the tabloid, adding of Cole’s dream nuptial scenario:

“She’d rather have just close friends and family. She’d also love the baby to be sitting on their laps in the wedding photos.”

Payne, however, “would still like a huge celebration,” a different source tells Closer Magazine, explaining:

“He wants to shout about their wedding from the rooftop.”

Well, yeah. Isn’t that how you’d feel if you were going to marry Cheryl Cole?!?

More reserved than her rumored husband-to-be, Cole shared the same photo of Payne and her brand new son above, writing as a straightforward caption at the time:

“On Wednesday Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy looking like a dream.”

Despite their global popularity, which is off the proverbial charts in Great Britain, Cole and Payne are a pretty private twosome.

Good luck finding a photo of them out and about at a movie premiere together or even walking down the stree, holding hands together.

We’d imagine their spend even less time in the spotlight now that they have a little one at home, too.

Still, The Daily Star quotes a friend who is confident Liam will propose one of these days. He’s just waiting for the perfect moment.

“There will definitely be wedding bells sooner than we expected,” this newspaper writes.

Liam Payne & Cheryl Cole Welcome First Child!

There’s officially a new member of the One Direction Dads’ Club!

Liam Payne took to Instagram moments ago to confirm that he and girlfriend Cheryl Cole have welcomed a baby boy.

It’s the first child for both.

Payne confirmed the news by posting the photo above, along with a heartfelt message praising his loved ones and fans for their continued support:

‘My close friends and family know there are very few times when I’m left speechless… wow! I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.

“I’m completely in awe of his incredible mother and how she has been the whole way through this, she’s really made my dreams come true.

He added that the child does not yet have a name, writing:

“We haven’t named him yet but he’s already capturing hearts including mine. I feel very blessed.”

Cole posted the same photo to her own social media accounts along with the following caption:

“On Wednesday, 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream.

“Although he still doesn’t have a name he is already stealing hearts. We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival.”

She added:

“Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever.”

Yes, tomorrow is Mother’s Day in the UK, and little As-Yet-Unnamed arrived just in time the make the occasion all the more special to Cheryl.

After meeting when he auditioned for The X Factor back in 2010, Cole and Payne began dating last spring.

The early days of their romance were marred by controversy, as it was widely rumored that Cole had left her husband for Payne, who’s ten years her junior.

(1D fans tend to scrutinize their favorite lads’ love lives just a bit.)

Just six months later, rumors that Cole was pregnant with Payne’s baby began to circulate on social media.

Just last month, Cole debuted her baby bump in public for the first time, and now she and the boy band beau are parents to a bouncing baby boy!

Cheryl Cole Debuts Baby Bump, Confirms Liam Payne Pregnancy

Let there be no more debate.

Let there be no more discussion and no more questions over the status of Cheryl Cole’s womb.

The singer herself has come out and confirmed the miraculous news: She and Liam Payne are expecting a baby!!!!!

Rumors of Cole being pregnant first made the Internet rounds in October.

There wasn’t a ton of evidence behind the reports at the time, however, just the sighting of Cheryl’s mother buying a few pregnancy items in Great Britain, along with the belief that Cole was seen out in a loose-fitting outfit in order to hide her growing belly.

In January, however, the pregnancy chatter grew a lot stronger… thanks to Niall Horan.

Asked about the his One Direction friend’s alleged bundle of impending joy in an interview, Horan seemingly slipped up and said he’s “looking forward to meeting” Payne’s baby.

“Liam hasn’t said he nervous, but I’m sure he is,” Horan said, firmly planting his foot deeply into his mouth at the time and adding:

“I bet he can’t wait as well. It is a very exciting thing in your life.. He’s great and she’s lovely, it will be a lovely child.”

But now we have 100% confirmation that Cole and Payne truly are expecting.

It’s not based anything Cole’s mother has done or anything Horan has said. It’s based on the following photo:

We’re pretty sure that’s a Cheryl Cole baby bump, aren’t you?!?

Indeed, following months of widespread speculation and total silence from the parents-to-be, the X-Factor U.K. judge debuted her precious tummy in a photo shoot for L’Oreal and The Prince’s Trust.

In a photograph published by The Daily Mirror, Cheryl wraps her arms around her stomach while rocking a black, long sleeve dres over her body.

As you can see above and below, she’s smiles softly for the camera – and for good reason!

She’s going to be a mother!

Cole is 33 and Payne is 23. Both are very attractive and this will be their first child.

The One Direction star began dating Cole about a year ago, confirming their relationship three months later at a charity gala.

The artists met on the set of The X Factor in 2008 after Liam auditioned for the series, the first step in Payne’s path to global prominence as a member of One Direction.

He is yet to speak on the little boy or girl who looks as if he or she will enter the world any week now, at least based on this photo of Cole.

Once Payne becomes a father, he’ll be the second member of his beloved boy group to become an expert at diaper-changing and bottle-feeding.

Justin Bieber: Liam Payne & Cheryl Cole Are Gonna Get MARRIED!

Justin Bieber may be a long way from settling down in his own love life, but it certainly seems that he’s looking forward to seeing some of his popstar buddies take the plunge.

As you may know One Direction’s Liam Payne is dating Cheryl Cole, the singer who may or may not have left her husband her for Liam.

Whatever the case Cheryl married Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in 2014, and they’re not even legally divorced yet.

She’s had two marriages bite the dust in just five years, and she’s reached the point where she’s changed her last name so many times that she’s now attempting to do the mega-star mononym thing and just go by “Cheryl.”

(Maybe she’s a big enough deal to pull that off in the UK, but not on this side of the pond!)

Anyway, you’d think Just Cheryl would be in no big hurry to walk down the aisle again, but apparently you would be wrong.

In a recent interview, Bieber was asked about Liam and Cheryl’s relationship, and apparently the couple has Justin’s seal of approval.

In fact, not only do they have the all-important Bieber Blessing, Liam and Cheryl are apparently getting very serious very quickly:

“She looks the happiest I have ever seen her,” Justin said when asked about Cheryl.

“She is beautiful inside and out, so she deserves all the happiness in the world. Liam is a great guy, all the One Direction guys are.”

Then he dropped the bombshell that has One Direction fans the world over shrieking in either glee or horror (It’s tough to tell sometimes.):

“They just better make sure I am invited to the wedding.”

Obviously, Justin could’ve been joking around (That’s the sort of comment people make about couples who are getting serious.), but – and this make shock you – One Direction fans aren’t known for being the most stoic, unemotional lot.

Cheryl Cole: Did She Leave Her Husband For Liam Payne?!

Cheryl Cole may not be a household name on this side of the pond, but in her native UK, the former girl group member is as well known for her tumultuous love life as for her music.

Now it seems she may be reliving her pop star glory days by hitching her wagon to Liam Payne’s star:

Yes, multiple sources have confirmed that Cheryl and Liam are dating, and it seems just about everybody is weirded out by the relationship.

One issue that seems to be troubling some folks is the couple’s age difference.

Cheryl is 32; Liam is 22, and while a decade is certainly nothing to sneeze at, it’s worth noting that few would have a problem with a man dating a woman who was ten years his junior.

The more legitimate concern is the fact that Cheryl is still married.

Yes, Cole got hitched to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Vessini in 2014, but it seems the relationship quickly crumbled, presumably under the weight of all those hyphens.

Interestingly, Cheryl and Jean-Bernard made their public debut at the Cannes Film Festival – just as Cheryl and Liam did this week.

It’s not clear how long Liam and Cheryl have been an item, but sources in Cole’s camp insist her decision to end her marriage had nothing to do with Payne.

The couple is reportedly on high awkwardness alert, as Cole’s husband is also in attendance at the iconic film festival:

“Cheryl would have loved to have skipped Cannes this year but her work schedule wouldn’t permit it,” says one source.

“She will be doing everything she can to avoid [Jean-Bernard].”

That sounds like a good idea.

If Liam thought the One Direction breakup was painful, wait until he experiences the sensation of some French dude breaking up his face with his fists.

For all the teenage girls lamenting One Direction’s current hiatus, band member Liam Payne just threw them a bone.

And boy, is it a good one.

In a new photo posted to Instagram today, Liam showed off his six-pack abs, sexy pelvic “V” muscles and, well, one other thing.

How do we put this delicately? Er, we can’t.

It’s the top of his man bush, folks.

Yep, Liam strategically placed his sweatpants just below his happy trail and gave us a little peek at what lies beneath.

We think it’s safe to say he’s not a fan of manscaping.

“Workout done off to party!!! #britawards2016,” Liam wrote in the caption.

Whatever you’re doing at the gym, Liam, it is definitely working.

Apparently the chiseled hottie squeezed in a workout before hitting the red carpet at the 2016 Brit Awards in London, where he hung out with fellow band member Louis Tomlinson.

We imagine this photo would pique the interest of one fan in particular: Khloe Kardashian. 

During a game of “F**k, Marry, Friend Zone,” the Kocktails With Khloe host revealed that of all the 1D members, she’d definitely boink Liam.

And by the way, if you think this is the first suggestive photo we’ve seen today of a hot, young musician’s nude torso and pelvis, you’d be wrong.

Khloe Kardashian Wants to Bang Liam Payne - and Justin Timberlake!

Khloe Kardashian is a big fan of the superfun game we’ve all played while getting wine drunk with our friends: F**k, Marry, Friend-Zone.

Today on her app, she played a few rounds, naming exactly who she’d, well, f**k, marry and friend-zone among some famous boy band members.

First up: One Direction. Awww, yeah.

“I heard Niall used to have the BIGGEST crush on me, so I’d marry him, for sure,” she reveals. “I’d f**k Liam.” 

Niall has a krush on Khloe? That’s adorable. 

“Definitely friend-zoning Harry,” she said, which is a smart response, given that he’s rumored to be dating her sister Kendall Jenner.

(Then again, Khloe did propose a three-way with her sister Kylie and her bae Tyga not long ago.)

Next, she evaluates the boy bands of generations past: New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys and NSYNC.

“I’d friend-zone NKOTB, marry the Backstreet Boys and f**k N*SYNC,” says the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star. “I wouldn’t mind having JT around for one night, LOL!!!”

Lastly, she takes on a pool of older gents, who, incidentally, we’d pay money to see in a boy band: Steve Martin, Kevin Hart and Jim Carrey.

“I’d friend-zone Kevin Hart because he’s actually a friend of mine,” she says. “I loooove Steve Martin. Would def marry him. F**k Jim! Who knows, maybe he’d be crazy in bed???”

We gotta wonder what Khloe’s boyfriend James Harden thinks of all this. But maybe he’s too busy hanging out at strip clubs to care.

Liam Payne Speaks: Is One Direction Splitting Up??

Last week, legions of teenage girls nearly suffered premature heart attacks upon hearing the fateful reports suggesting that One Direction was splitting up forever.

However, we hadn’t heard confirmation from any of the 1D members – until now.

TMZ caught up with Liam Payne at the airport and questioned the boy band member on whether the foursome are actually calling it quits.

“No, no, no, no, no,” said Liam.

Well! I think he’s made that clear.

The paps also asked if there was any chance of Zayn Malik returning to the band.

“Who knows?” replied Liam. “He’s just doing his thing.”

So I guess that’s still up in the air.

However, he did seem to hint that he and his former band mate were on good terms and appeared upset when he realized he’d forgotten Zayn’s birthday. 

When asked whether he’d welcome Zayn back if he wanted to return, he confirmed that he would.

“Of course, I love Zayn, he’s great,” he said.

Aww. Well, it’s nice to know there’s no bad blood between these two.

And while we’re relieved to hear that the band will remain intact for the time being, it seems Liam has been making some music of his own during their hiatus.

Yesterday, the heartthrob posted a video that included a new song he wrote:

Following the departure of Zayn Malik, fans of 1D were hoping there would be no further strife within the band.

Unfortunately, footage from a concert in Manchester over the weekend had thousands of fans concerned that strife within the band could lead to the long-rumored breakup of One Direction.

As you can see, the video above appears to show Liam Payne offering some harsh words to his bandmate Louis Tomlinson before giving him a quick shove.

Fortunately, witnesses say Liam and Louis were just horsing around and the shove may have looked harsh, it"s just how the boys pass the time on stage.

We don"t blame them. They"ve gotta be sinck of hearing Harry belt out that solo.
