Amber Portwood: Sued & EVICTED For Failure to Pay Rent?!
In the past, Teen Mom fans have applauded Amber Portwood’s success story, citing it as evidence that anyone can change, and there’s no such thing as a hopeless case.
Now, however, it seems that the fan favorite has hit another rough patch, and viewers are beginning to wonder if her home life is really as stable as it seems.
Last month Portwood was sued for leaving her former rental home in a state of disarray and failing to pay rent for the last two months that she lived there.
Now, Radar Online is reporting that Amber is facing eviction, for repeating the same irresponsible behaviors in her new home.
Court documents obtained by the site indicate that the landlord of Portwood and her fiance, Matt Baier, has begun eviction proceedings due to the couple’s repeated failure to pay rent.
“The Plaintiff complains of the defendant and says that on June 3, 2016 the Plaintiff rented to the Defendant at a rent of $ 2,200 per month,” the court filing reads.
“On February 8th 2017 said tenancy expired by the terms thereof for the reason late/unpaid rent, alterations to property without owner’s approval, excessive damage to property.”
An eviction hearing has been scheduled in Lawrence Township Small Claims Court on March 9.
It’s puzzling that Amber would fail to pat $ 2,200 in rent, considering recently released information about the Teen Mom stars’ salaries revealed that she’s doing quite well for herself.
The latest reports about her financial difficulties and erratic behavior have many fans concerned that Portwood is back on drugs.
Both she and Baier struggled with substance abuse over the years, but are reportedly clean and sober these days.
Of course, it’s difficult to imagine that two clean and sober parents with six figures in the bank could find themselves getting sued for failure to pay their modest rent twice within the span of a few months.
It seems likely that Amber is keeping something not only from fans, but from Teen Mom: OG producers as well.
Amber’s recent storylines on the show have mostly centered around her successful efforts to rebuild her life.
While some fans have expressed concerns over her engagement to Baier, for the most part, she seems to have turned things around from the days when she was imprisoned for assault.
So the news that she may be struggling to keep a roof over her head is surprising, to say the least.
Watch Teen Mom online to relive the bumpy road that brought Amber to this point.

Tyga: Wanted By Police For Unpaid Rent! Facing Arrest!
Dude, pay your bills.
While Kylie Jenner is clapping and jumping up and down over the $ 200,000 Mercedes Tyga bought for her 19th birthday, a judge and some lawyers sat inside a Los Angeles courtroom today waiting for the rapper to show up (spoiler alert: he didn’t).
According to TMZ, Tyga was due to appear in court for owing his former landlord $ 480,000. Lawyers for landlord told the judge that Tyga not only failed to pay rent, but he also left the Malibu property “in shambles.”
The house in question is one he rented for $ 16,000/month back in 2012.
After reading about his birthday present to Jenner, the landlord wants to know where the heck Tyga is hiding his assets if he hasn’t yet paid back what he owes. Lawyers argued that Tyga’s “fraudulent transfer of assets should go to satisfy the judgment.”
Tyga’s checked financial past is a bit of a headache, with at least one more other former landlord claiming that the rapper owed five figures in unpaid rent.
And that’s just in real estate. As far as cars are concerned, Tyga is still on the hook for a lot of money.
TMZ reported back in April that Tyga owes Choice Motor Credit $ 357,000 in car payments for his 2013 Lamborghini Aventador, which the rapper denied.
“I sold my lambo aventador & Bentley mulsanne over a year ago. I got a hurracan Rolls Royce and Ferrari nice try @tmz,” Tyga tweeted.
CMC actually repossessed his 2014 Bentley Mulsanne, and are still expecting $ 91,000.
Back in February, Tyga was evicted from the $ 4.8 million Hollywood Hills home he had be renting since December for $ 17,000 a month, which forced him to shack up with Jenner in her Calabasas home.
While all this is happening, Tyga has been flaunting his faux wealth by buying Jenner cars. In fact, last September it was revealed that Tyga actually leased a $ 450,000 in her name, and then gave it to her for her 18th birthday.
People with student loan debts owe less than this guy.

The Bachelorette: JoJo"s Suitors Broke & Can"t Pay Rent??
I had thought the vetting process for The Bachelor and The Bachelorette was fairly rigorous.
That’s how former contestant Andi Dorfman describes it in her new book, anyway.
The season 10 Bachelorette said she was required to fill out 50 pages of forms detailing everything from her dating history to her tax information as part of the audition protocol.
Sheesh.
And I’m afraid to give my e-mail address to my aesthetician.
But it appears that despite these grueling requirements, the producers at ABC may have let a couple loafers fall through the cracks.
According to documents obtained by Radar Online, JoJo Fletcher, this season’s Bachelorette, may be dealing with two broke dudes.
Suitor Brandon Howell has been accused by his landlord of failing to pay more than $ 1,200 in rent and late fees.
Lowell was taken to small claims court and evicted in 2009.
Well, his occupation on The Bachelorette website does read “hipster.”
But Lowell isn’t the only contestant that has faced financial problems.
Evan Bass filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2011, according to Radar, who states that he and his wife at the time owed more than $ 223,000 to creditors.
I guess not everyone can be as perfect as Ben Higgins. But JoJo sadly lost his heart last season on The Bachelor to Lauren Bushnell.
If you want to see ahead of time if Brandon or Evan makes it through to JoJo’s final four, check out our Bachelorette Spoilers.

Amber Portwood: Matt Baier EVICTED for Bailing on Rent!
And the hits just keep on coming.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve learned that Amber Portwood’s fiance Matt Baier has a surprise total of eight children with six different women AND owes them all thousands of dollars in child support.
Now, we discover that the deadbeat dad was evicted from his home in Massachusetts just before he moved to Indiana to be with Amber.
And why did the landlord kick him out? You guessed it – because he didn’t pay the rent.
In September of 2014, the South Winds Apartments in Fall River slapped Baier with a notice to vacate the premises for failure to pay two months’ rent, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.
He ignored the warning and was scheduled to appear in a court hearing on the matter. Naturally, he blew it off and was ordered to pay the management company $ 1,515.79 in a default judgment.
And surprise, surprise! That’s just about the same time he moved into Amber’s home in Indianapolis.
How convenient.
And here’s a weird-n-creepy twist. It seems that Baier tried to nab himself a different Teen Mom earlier that year.
He had tweeted Farrah Abraham multiple times, telling her she was beautiful and even asking her out on a date. Farrah ignored him, and he began tweeting obsessively about Jenelle Evans.
Eventually, he moved on to Amber, and she was the sucker that fell for the guy.
To the naked eye, it would seem as though he figured a Teen Mom would make an excellent meal ticket.
Baier’s ex-fiance and baby mama #6, Kelli Maguire Nunn, described him as “a good conman.” We also know he’s an ex-con with an extensive rap sheet.
Amber has defended her fiance numerous times, but come on. It doesn’t take a genius to see that this guy is the WORST.

Tila Tequila Begs for Rent Money, Actually Gets It
Tila Tequila may be an alleged Nazi sympathizer who dresses her daughter up like Hitler.
But she’s still a human being!
This must be the line of thinking taken by a handful of folks out there who have gathered online in order to help Tequila overcome her latest financial troubles.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant opened a GoFundMe page last week, asking fans to donate so that she could afford rent and furniture for her and her young daughter.
It’s not surprising that Tila would make such a request.
But it has taken us aback that she surpassed her goal of $ 2,500 in just six days.
“The reason why I am creating this GoFundMe campaign is because they have raised the rent at my old home to $ 4,500 a month,” she wrote, explaining:
“And being a single mother without any support from the father, it can sometimes be very tough taking care of 2 people with only a 1 person income.”
That’s not an abnormal statement on its own of course.
“Right now I need to raise some money so that I can move into my new home and get it furnished for my daughter and I,” she added.
“The last apt I was at came fully furnished and that’s why it was so expensive, but I’d rather save money for my daughter than keep wasting money each month like that.
“So I basically need to buy all the furniture and beddings from scratch to start over if we are to move. It is going to cost a lot to start off, and that is why I am asking you all for your help!”
Incredibly, the troubled Z-Lister – who believes the Earth is flat and who may very be an alien messiah who has seen Jesus – somehow convinced people out there to put money into her account.
“Most people would be so ashamed or embarrassed, but I’m not,” she said of her online begging.
“This is for my daughter so we won’t be homeless and she won’t starve.”
Upon surging past her stated fiscal goal, Tila once again took to Twitter and said she plans on calling every single person who donated in order to thank them for their kindness.
“Oh my God! I cannot believe we actually not only reached our goal, but have actually gone PAST it! This is truly a humbling experience,” she concluded.
