Kate Middleton: Shamed For Getting Pregnant Again! (Seriously, People Are Insane!)
Proving yet again that women cannot win, and that people on the Internet are out-of-their-mind bonkers, Kate Middleton is being mom-shamed.
Yes, trolls are dragging her over her latest pregnancy.
Leave it to social media morons to turn some special, non-controversial news that we frankly could all use right now into “get on the pill.”
A 35-year-old woman is trying to raise children and live her best life, while really not doing anything objectionable. Yet she gets this.
Kensington Palace announced that Kate Middleton is pregnant with her third child, who will join George, 4, and Charlotte, 2, on Monday.
Very sweet, without a doubt. Unless you’re on Twitter, where people tell her to “get on the pill you slag” or liken her to a “conveyor belt.”
Seriously, those were actual comments.
Don’t ask us why a woman having a third biological child in her 30s is somehow newsworthy at all, let alone in a negative way, but …
Basically, what you have here is Kate Middleton being shamed for … having sex with her husband? We really don’t see the point here.
The idea that the Duke of Cambridge’s genitals “junk” is often up in there shouldn’t come as a surprise, nor offend anyone, in our opinion.
Isn’t it a woman’s business and hers alone – whether she’s married or not (which Kate is, it’s worth repeating) how many kids she wants?
We’re not judging them either, but Kailyn Lowry has three kids out of wedlock, and Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have 19. Nineteen!
Kate truly cannot win no matter what here.
Imagine if the Duchess of Cambridge were, say, to end this pregnancy. Or not have children at all! She would be filleted online as selfish.
She would be heartless. Immoral. Worse.
Just wait until she starts to show, or in Kate’s case, barely show. Middleton has also been shamed for her body, and will likely be again.
Like a royal Sarah Stage, she will be “too skinny” to be in her third trimester. In the interim, she’s being “dramatic” about morning sickness.
Never mind that Kate’s morning sickness isn’t like most people’s; Middleton suffers from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe form of it.
She’s been hospitalized as a result, which was actually the event that prompted the palace to announce her first pregnancy in late 2012.
Perhaps the only positive spin we can put on this is that Kate seems fairly adept at blocking out the noise and living life on her terms.
Being criticized and scrutinized for whatever you do is, sadly, par for the course in her life, and honestly, she’s been through a lot worse.
Not only will detractors belittle her life choices, they’ll attempt to scandalize and sexualize her when she’s simply going about her life.
The Kate Middleton topless photo scandal, for example, involved her intimate moments broadcast online for all to see, against her will.
It’s no way to live. Just because she’s a celebrity doesn’t mean that the rules of basic human decency don’t apply to how you treat her.
This week, she and William won a judgment in that case, which they took to court out on principle, despite not needing to collect damages.
A little pregnancy hating/jealousy/people trying way too hard to be snarky and funny pales in comparison to telephoto lens stalking.

Kylie Jenner Reveals Crippling Fear of Butterflies ... Seriously
As we"ve said before, Kylie Jenner"s new show, Life of Kylie, is pretty much the dumbest show in the history of television.
It"s so dumb that you can actually kind of feel your brain cells dying off while watching it. And it hurts.
It"s not that we really have anything against Kylie — with her sizzling selfies and her never-ending circus of drama, not to mention all the fun we have speculating on her plastic surgery, we actually love her.
But the kind of things she chooses to film for the show, it"s just … it"s hard to watch.
For example, remember when she cried about how hard her life is because people say things about the selfies she chooses to put on the internet?
Or when she cried about how she was too busy being rich and famous to go to prom?
Or when she cried about how everyone copied her in having fun hair colors?
Life of Kylie basically seems to be comprised of different scenes of Kylie complaining about various things, and it"s just not the kind of drama we were hoping for.
And, in a new sneak peek for this week"s episode, the girl is just proving us right.
In the clip, Kylie and a couple of her friends visit the butterfly exhibit at the London Zoo … which is an odd choice, considering that Kylie is sincerely terrified of butterflies.
And we"re not making fun of her for being afraid of those cute little critters. You can"t help what scares you, after all.
But what we can make fun of is the choice she made to visit an exhibit specifically for butterflies, and then to film it and air it on national television.
"Butterflies are just a part of the secret of Kylie," she reveals to the camera after the zoo visit.
"It"s kind of just ironic because I"m terrified — terrified — of butterflies."
What"s ironic about it? She never really explains it.
She does, however, explain that if you cut a butterfly"s wings off and just look at its body, "they"re not that pretty."
In all her infinite wisdom, she tells us that a butterfly is "literally a bug."
How has this girl survived for 20 years?

Jamie Lynn Spears: Daughter Seriously Injured in ATV Accident
The eight-year old daughter of Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly fighting for her life.
According to TMZ, young Maddie Spears was on a hunting expedition of some kind on Sunday when she was badly injured in an ATV accident.
The accident took place in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana.
While details are still coming in, sources tell the website that Maddie was riding a Polaris off-road vehicle when it flipped over.
She was submerged under water after for several minutes, losing consciousness in the process.
Jamie Lynn Spears was NOT with her daughter, who was air-lifted to a local hospital, at the time of the crash.
TMZ has described Maddie’s condition as “extremely serious.”
However, a representative for the family of Jamie Lynn and Britney Spears contradicts this report, although it remains clear that something happened to Maddie.
“The details the media are reporting surrounding the incident regarding Jamie Lynn’s daughter Maddie are incorrect,” this rep says, adding:
“Right now the Spears family asks that everyone respect their privacy during this time and appreciates all the prayers and support for their family.”
Jamie Lynn and then-boyfriend Casey Aldridge made major headlines when they welcomed Maddie into the world in 2008.
Spears was only 16 years old at the time.
She was best known as the younger sister of Britney, of course, but also for her role as Zoey Brooks on the Nickelodeon sitcom Zoey 101, on which she starred from 2005 to 2008.
Shortly after giving birth, however, Jamie Lynn largely disappeared from the spotlight in order to focus on being a full-time mother.
She quietly got married to Jamie Watson in 2014.
And she opened up last June to People about raising Maddie in Louisiana.
“She’s got such a sweet little heart,” Spears told People Magazine at the time.
“I feel like I’ve raised her with a lot of honesty, but I’ve also raised her with a lot of love. She’s a very happy, content little girl, and there’s nothing more a parent could ask for.
“That’s my most proud accomplishment out of anything and always will be.”
Spears spoke at the time in promotion of the documentary Jamie Lynn Spears: When the Lights Go Out on TLC.
The special chronicled her life as a parent and former celebrity over the past few years.
