Jared Fogle"s Prison Attacker: I"m Not Sorry!

The man who beat the everloving crap out of fellow inmate Jared Fogle doesn’t feel the need to explain his actions.

Steven Nigg, 60 is clearly not one to threaten.  Instead, he’ll just let you have it.

“He had to hit him. That’s how the whole thing started,” Nigg’s younger brother, Jimmy Nigg told People Magazine of the fight that left Fogle, 38 with a bloody nose, swollen face and a severely scratched neck.

Nigg pushed the convicted sex offender to the ground before pummeling him.  Nigg walked away with a “small cut on his hand and a scrape to his knee from the concrete during the attack,” according to TMZ.

“He can’t figure out why you would do that to kids,” Nigg says. “He says, ‘I can’t be around those people.’ “

Who can blame him? Fogle just started a 16-year sentence for possessing child pornography and crossing state lines to have sex with minors.

Nigg is serving time for weapons charges, and will be released in 2024.  He was placed in solitary confinement after the incident for ten days, and had his “good time” revoked as a result.

Hopefully Nigg will get to open all the fruit baskets sent to him in solitary confinement, because while I don’t condone violence, Fogle had it coming.

When the former Subway pitchman pled guilty the charges in November, his sentencing stated that he “went to great lengths to engage in commercial sex acts with underage minors.

“He continually communicated with the prostituted minors in his attempts to find even younger children for sex. He specified the ages he wanted, including 14 and 15 year olds.”

So, if anyone had a bullseye on their forehead in prison, it was going to be Fogle.

Farrah Abraham: I Don"t Sleep With Black Men, and I"m NOT Sorry For Lying About Rape!

Earlier this week, Farrah Abraham sat for a discussion with podcaster and noted douche-monster Nik Richie.

The interview gained attention online due to Farrah’s claim that she’s “surpassed” Kim Kardashian in terms of popularity and general famewhoring (she might be half right).

But because we’re committed to  seeing just how deep Ms. Abraham’s idiocy goes, we forced ourselves to listen to the entire podcast, which as it went on began to sound less like an interview and more like Farrah and Richie competing for the title of “Nickelback of Human Beings.”

First, Farrah cleared up the little whoopsie that happened last week, when she falsely accused a man of raping her.

“I wasn’t raped,” she told Richie. “I felt like I was getting raped…I felt like I almost got raped. You’re violating me by looking at me. Don’t act like a rapist … I have a severe problem with that.”

Ooooooh….she only felt like she was getting raped because she didn’t like the way an Uber driver was looking at her.

It’s kinda like how we felt like we were being murdered listening to his podcast.

We almost called 911, but then we remembered there’s a big difference between being the victim of a crime and imagining you’re the victim of a crime.

Anyway, it doesn’t get much worse than making light of rape, but Farrah tossed in some casual racism just to remind us how repugnant she can be.

While talking about the Farrah Abraham line of sex toys (yes, she’s selling molds of her lady parts), Nic informed Farrah that “there’s no way any black guys can penetrate you.”

Classy as always, she replied, “I don’t do that with them.”

Yes, that’s Farrah for you.

At this point,it shouldn’t be surprising when she says something awful, but somehow it still is.

Sorry, But Someone May Have Peed on Your Rice Krispies

Snap… Crackle… and Pee?

A new video is making the Internet rounds that depicts a man making like Justin Bieber while working on a food production line at a Kellogg"s facility where Rice Krispies and other products are made.

No, he didn"t take his shirt off while doing his job.

But he did pee on the items in front of him.

The alleged incident took place two years ago at a Kellogg"s plant in Memphis, according to local CBS affiliate WREG.

The man in this footage has not been identified, but the company and its employees were locked in a bitter labor dispute at the time.

"We"re outraged & disgusted," the company said on Twitter in response to the video going viral. "Internal and criminal investigations are underway. We"ll post more info as it"s available."

The company added on Facebook that it intends to "prosecute to the full extent of the law."

Kellogg"s also said that the potentially contaminated products included Rice Krispies, Rice Krispie Treats, granola clusters and other "puffed rice" products.

However, due to the time that has lapsed since the incident, the items would all be past their expiration dates.

Some of them may also have been eaten, of course.

Enjoy the rest of your day, Kellogg"s consumers!

Britney Spears Feels Sorry for Justin Bieber

Britney Spears feels your pain, Justin Bieber.

What pain, one might wonder, considering Bieber is rich and famous and even got to have alleged sex with Kourtney Kardashian last year?

The pain of being young and of having all eyes on you at all times, Britney explains in the latest issue of V Magazine.

Hard as it may be to believe, Spears is now an elder stateswoman in the world of music, happily settled down at home with two kids.

But many still remember her as the 16-year old in the Catholic School Girl dress in the “Hit Me Baby One More Time” video.

Or as the troubled singer who once shaved her head during a breakdown.

“Whoever is in the spotlight, people are really quick to judge,” Britney says. “I mean, there are a lot of kids coming up who’ve experienced that.”

Bieber is likely at the top of this list, considering the way his reputation has taken a hit over the past two years.

“You know, Justin Bieber, he’s huge, and he experiences [judgment]. It’s just the way the world works, unfortunately,” Spears tells the publication.

That’s often true.

But Bieber did bring a lot of that judgment on himself by speeding around in his car… telling bodyguards to attack photographs… and even hurling eggs at a neighbor.

He’s been on his relatively best behavior for awhile now, though.

“I’ve been doing this for 20 years,” Britney says of where she’s at these days.

“I kind of don’t pay attention to it. I have my relationship with God and myself and that’s what matters to me. I really don’t care what most people think.”

Look for the artist to release new music at some point in 2016.

“I’m just particular with this record. It’s my baby, and so I really want it done right,” she says.

“I would much rather have it be completely how I want it to be, whether that takes another year for me to do, or two months. I have no idea at this point.

“But I just know that the direction I’m going in is so good. It’s the best thing I’ve done in a long time.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Recap: Sorry Isn"t Enough!

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 6 Episode 12, a lovely brunch at Kathryn’s San Diego home took a tense turn in a hurry.

When the subject of Kim Richards comes up, this has a tendency to happen. Just how is Kim doing these days? Well, let’s find out …

If you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online or read any celebrity news at all, you know how this has played out so far.

You’d be forgiven for mistaking this episode as repeat, even, with:

  • Kyle Richards crying about troubled sister Kim Richards.

  • Lisa Rinna getting into an argument re: Yolanda Foster.

In this case, Rinna’s beef over Foster’s battle with Lyme disease prompted a larger group discussion, and Kyle was particularly upset.

Beginning with Kyle, when it comes to Kim’s addiction and recovery, that’s as sensitive a topic as there is, but there was a breakthrough.

At least in part. Talk of Kim left Kyle in tears but in a good way, since she felt the two are “actually reconnecting, I’m happy, I feel relieved.”

“I’m nervous. We’re not there yet. We have work to do.”

Part of that work involved no longer participating in Kim Richards gossip; Kyle literally got up and left when that topic came up at dinner.

Lisa Rinna told the Bravo cameras, “Kim Richards is an addict, she’s a f–king lunatic. She comes at you like a dog, like a rabid dog.”

As for Yolanda Foster’s Lyme Disease Gossip, Part XVII, Foster expressed her anger with Rinna for insinuating that she’s faking it.

Yolanda called her health issues “the biggest f–king blow I’ve ever had in my life” and told her co-star that frankly “sorry is not enough.”

“You labeled Kim last year, you labeled Brandi [Glanville] and now you’re labeling me,” Foster told Rinna, who in turn defended herself.

As much as she could, anyway. By the end, they hugged things out, so at least there was progress. Yet the wounds have yet to heal.

“It’s like putting a Band-Aid on,” Rinna told the camera.

“There’s still blood gushing all over the place.”

29 Stars Give Dramatic Reading of Justin Bieber"s "Sorry"

We don’t know who came up with the following idea.

But we do know this: it may be the greatest thing we have ever seen on the Internet.

Vanity Fair recently compiled footage of 29 big-time stars staring down the camera and giving a dramatic reading of Justin Bieber"s smash hit single, "Sorry."

The video kicks off with a tear-filled Jon Hamm asking: "Is it too late to say I"m sorry that I don"t know the song, I"m Sorry" by Justin Bieber?"

But others clearly do (and/or they"ve been giving the lyrics), as Nick Jonas, John Legend, John Krasinski, Don Cheadle, Chelsea Handler, Ellen Page, Gabrielle Union and Chloe Sevigny (among others) are all seen below, doing their best Bieber impression.

Their shirts remain on. And they don"t have any tattoos.

But they do pour all of their hearts and every bit of their soul into their readings.

Bieber recently said this track was not a general apology for his behavior, but rather that it was about a girl.

According to Vanity Fair, meanwhile, the production was an homage to W Magazine"s star-filled rendition of Drake"s Hotline Bling.

Watch the hilarious video above – which is comprised of furrowed brows, teary eyes and even a complete emotional breakdown finale – below.

Justin Bieber Mocks Steve Harvey Gaffe with "Sorry" Meme

Sorry, Steve Harvey.

But Justin Bieber is not really sorry.

A day after Harvey made the PR mistake to end all PR mistakes, Bieber has joined the chorus of those who are giving the comedian some guff for his gaffe.

On Sunday night, Harvey hosted the Miss Universe pageant, coming out toward the end to announce the competition’s winner.

Only he announced the wrong winner, initially crowning Miss Colombia before admitting he had made a mistake and handing the hardware to Miss Philippines instead.

Here. Take a look for yourself:

In light of the snafu, Donald Trump Tweeted that the situation was “very sad” and even came out with a decent idea as a resolution.

As for Bieber, well, check out the meme above.

He came across a meme on Instagram that featured Harvey’s face superimposed over his own, along with the song lyric “Is it too late now to say sorry?”

“It’s so sad but this is too funny had to post no disrespect,” Bieber wrote as a caption upon sharing the image.

Clearly, Bieber mean some disrespect here.

He used the plight of someone else as a source of humor for himself.

But Steve Harvey accidentally said the wrong name of a beauty pageant winner here. It isn’t exactly the end of the world.

In 2015, it’s probably a far bigger deal that competitions still even exist in which women are judged on their bodies, their evening gowns and their answers to dumb questions.

But that’s a question for another time, we suppose.

What do you think of Bieber mocking Harvey’s mistake?

Scott Disick to, Like, Everyone: I"m So Sorry!

Scott Disick is going on tour.

No, he’s not coming out with a new album nor is he trying his hand at stand-up comedy.

But the reality star IS very sorry, and he’s going around telling nearly everyone he knows that.

After checking out of a Malibu rehab facility on November 10, the 32-year-old, who remains in an outpatient program, “has apologized to everyone,” a close source tells Us Weekly, explaining:

“It’s part of his treatment. He’s also been going to the rehab center every day and spending a lot of time with his sober companion. He is really committed to this.”

There have been other signs that Disick is on some kind of road to recovery.

He’s actually spending time with his son, for example, recently sharing a photo on Instagram of himself and Mason Dash.

There’s even been talk that Scott may be able to win back Kourtney Kardashian, despite her kicking of him to the curb this summer after he partied way too much with an ex-girlfriend.

“He wants to be there for his family,” writes the tabloid, with an insider confirming that Disick and Kardashian attended their pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr.’s book party together on November 13.

Up next?

Maybe a return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Over sushi with Kris Jenner at Nobu in Malibu, Calif., November 12, Disick “asked for a second chance,” says the source.

Because he really loves everyone involved on the show? Maybe. Partially at least.

But “he needs the money,” the insider says.

Justin Bieber Drops New Video, Is Very "Sorry"

Justin Bieber is very "Sorry."

No, the singer is not apologizing for that weird Arianda Grande skit or anything. He"s simply releasing the official dance video for his latest single, "Sorry."

Perhaps Justin ought to issue a Mea Culpa, however, because the following footage does not actually feature the sexy singer himself.

Instead, it depicts a number of serious female dancer, rocking retro ensembles and dancing to the catchy beat.

We do get to hear Bieber"s voice, at least. That"s something.

At the end of the video, the dancers (comprised of of a pair of well-known hip-hop crews from New Zealand) blow a kiss to the camera and hold up a sign that reads "We love JB."

So they have good moves and good taste.

This track, the follow up to "What Do You Mean?," will be included on Bieber"s new album, "Purpose."

It drops on November 13 and need we even bother asking whether you"ll purchase it? Is there really any doubt?!?

Tim’s made it to 3 more squads since the Broncos dumped him, and Merriman thinks he’s a lock to get a 4th chance … maybe even this season. Check out why he thinks it isn’t going to happen for Sam though — not yet, anyway.

Kristen Stewart Just Feels Sorry for Kim Davis

The topic of Kim Davis has invoked many strong feelings across both sides of the aisle.

The Kentucky clerk, who was jailed for refusing to grant gay couples a marriage license, has prompted some to passionately defend her religious freedom… and others to rail against her blatant law-breaking.

But Davis has not inspired anger or defiance from Kristen Stewart.

Instead, she has simply inspired pity.

“Did you see her come out of jail?” Stewart says in an interview with The Daily Beast, referring to the video (below) of Davis thanking God and holding the hand of Mike Huckabee after being released.

Added the actress:

“Honestly, it makes me so deeply uncomfortable. I feel really bad for her. Anyone who’s so closed off to things that are so apparent?

“Imagine what else she’s missing out on in life.”

Stewart plays a character named Nia in her latest film, which is titled Equals.

It’s an appropriate title, in Stewart’s opinion, when the topic of gay marriage is broached.

She doesn’t understand why anyone out there would be opposed to the concept of equality, especially when it comes to love and happiness.

“I feel bad for her,” Stewart says of Davis. “That fear of the unknown cripples people, breeds hate, and it’s just very sad.”

And where does Stewart stand on the topic of gay marriage? She has a simple take when the interviewer describes “denying anyone that basic human right” and how it “can drive people crazy.”

“Abso-fucking-lutely. It is crazy.”
