Kylie & Kendall Jenner Clap Back in Tupac T-Shirt Lawsuit
You may recall the controversy that ensued when Kylie and Kendall Jenner used photos of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G. to sell t-shirts on their website.
In addition to the absurdity of the sisters emblazoning photos of themselves on two of the world’s most famous rappers, the move provoked an uproar for legal reasons.
Kendall and Kylie were sued by the estates of Biggie and Tupac for allegedly using the photos without consent.
The KJs issued a half-assed apology and removed the shirts from their site.
But now it seems Kylie and Kendall unexpectedly fighting restitution requests from the man who took one of the iconic photos that they immediately pilfered.
Yes, despite the fact that the Jenners admitted to using the pics without permission, they’re reportedly fighting a lawsuit from famed photographer Mark Miller, who is asking Kylie and Kendall to fork over the profits they made from the shirts.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, attorneys for the sisters allege that Miller is “neither the author nor creator of the photos.”
The suit goes on to claim that if Miller has any right to the images at all, he’s “entitled to only thin legal protection.”
Folks, you may want to jot this down as the day that the Kardashian-Jenner clan drifted into self-parody.
Kylie and Kendall are admittedly guilty of misusing copyrighted images of two beloved dead musicians, and yet they’re refusing to make things right with the guy who took the photos.
This at a time when the public is already burning out these two.
The perception that Kendall and Kylie are spoiled to the point of being appallingly out-of-touch has never been more prevalent, and then they go and prove the public right by doing something like this.
Kendall has suffered a string of PR nightmares that go all the way back to her asinine Pepsi commercial.
Meanwhile, Kylie’s reality show is on the verge of being canceled as fans have been turned off by the cosmetic queen’s whininess and entitlement.
The timing couldn’t be worse for the Jenner girls to involve themselves in such a frivolous and petty lawsuit.
And yet, it seems even theit handlers have lost touch with the ways in which such a move might serve to further alienate their fanbase.
The girls still have momager Kris Jenner in their corner, so they’ll likely pull out of this tailspin, but this is still not a good look.
Kendall and Kylie may be set for life financially, but no one wants tl be washed up in their earls 20s.

The Walking Dead T-Shirt BANNED: Find Out Why!
The Walking Dead is one of the biggest TV shows on the planet. It’s a brutal tale of survival as a group of people try to stay safe in the aftermath of a zombie outbreak.
U.K. department store, Primark decided to pull an official T-shirt centered around the show from shelves following claims that it is racist and offensive.
A message on the product reads, “Eeny meeny miny moe…” and is accompanied by a picture of a bat with barbed wire wrapped around it.
If you watch The Walking Dead online, you will already know that the T-shirt is inspired by a scene from The Walking Dead Season 6 Episode 16.
The scene in question was the one in which Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character, Negan bashed the brains out of two characters.
The scene caused outrage because of the gore involved in it. There were brains, eyes popping out and a whole lot of blood.
It was gruesome and signaled the loss of both Abraham and Glen, thus changing the dynamic of the series forever.
The racism claims stem from the nursery rhyme on the product. Many years ago, it was turned into a racist slur.
A customer spotted the T-shirt in the store and turned to The Sheffield Star to reveal his thoughts on it.
“This image relates directly to the practice of assaulting black people in America … It is directly threatening of a racist assault, and if I were black and were faced by a wearer, I would know just where I stood.”
Primark was quick to respond with the news that they would be removing the T-shirt from sale.
“The T-shirt in question is licensed merchandise for the U.S. television series, The Walking Dead, and the quote and image are taken directly from the show. Any offense caused by its design was wholly unintentional, and Primark sincerely apologizes for this.”
The man who plays Negan took to Twitter to vent his frustration at all of the controversy.
“Holy c**p, people are stupid,” the star tweeted to his 370,000 followers with a link to a news article about the ban.
The Walking Dead Season 7 appears to have been affected by the violence. The highly anticipated season premiere secured over 17 million viewers and an 8.4 rating among adults 18-49.
However, the ratings quickly fell from there. The midseason finale in November managed 10.6 million viewers and a 5.1 rating.
That’s a huge drop-off in just a matter of weeks.
Will this latest scandal send the ratings lower?

Old Navy Slams Artists on Controversial New T-Shirt
Old Navy is in trouble for a new line of controversial apparel.
The company is facing the ire of critics around the Internet after a Twitter user shared an image of a children’s T-Shirt that has an unusual message scrawled across the front.
The article of clothing displays the slogan “Young Aspiring Artist,” but the word “Artist” has been crossed out and replaced with the words “Astronaut” or “President.”
Many are wondering why Old Navy has chosen to encourage kids to dream about the latter occupation at the expense of the former occupation.
We’re all for empowering young men and women. But is it not empowering to be an artist?
And, Earth to Old Navy… but did an artist not design these T-Shirts?!?
“Seen these new @OldNavy tops? I wonder if they realize that without artists, their company doesn’t, y’know…exist,” wrote one Twitter user who shared this same thought.
Another simply wrote: “Dear @OldNavy, we need aspiring Presidents, Astronauts AND Artists.”
Is this as of that infamous American Apparel vagina shirt?
Or that blood-covered Kent State sweatshirt?
Probably not. It’s really just weird more than anything else. It’s not funny or creative or inspiring. It’s just… weird.
Compare this controversial piece of clothing with many that have come before it now:
