Kanye West: Defying Doctors & Driving Kim Kardashian Away?
Last month, Kanye West was hospitalized following an emotional breakdown that resulted in at least one 911 call.
The rapper received nearly two weeks of in-patient treatment at the UCLA Medical Center, and while he has since been released, he remains under 24-hour medical supervision.
Sources say Kanye is getting better by the day, but he reportedly continues to suffer setbacks, in large part because he frequently defies doctor’s orders.
“Everyone in the family is still very worried about Kanye, but he will not listen to anyone because Kanye thinks he knows it all,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online.
The insider adds that West’s refusal to slow down and make his recovery his top priority has left his family and medical staff deeply concerned about the possibility of a relapse.
Of particular concern is Kanye’s decision to bury himself in his work rather than confront his problems:
“He has just become even more withdrawn and, instead of getting rest and relaxation, he is at his studio working 24/7,” the source claims.
It seems part of the problem is that Kanye and Kim Kardashian are living in separate homes for the safety of their children.
(The severity of West’s condition has not been conclusively determined.)
The forced estrangement is reportedly taking a considerable toll on Kanye and making it even more difficult for him to focus on his mental health.
“Kanye has spent very little time at home with Kim and the kids, which is why they have stayed at Kris’s house several times after Kanye had his breakdown,” says the source.
Insiders claim that the reports about Kim and Kanye getting divorced are bogus, and insist that they’re only living under separate roofs out of an abundance of caution.
It seems the couple is currently stuck in a sort of catch-22 situation:
Kim’s absence is exacerbating Kanye’s condition, but he can’t live with his wife and children again until he’s well enough that he won’t be putting them at risk.

Taylor Swift Attends Jury Duty, Shares Important Driving Advice
Taylor Swift is just like the rest of us.
How so? The singing sensation was summoned for jury duty in Nashville.
When do you ever hear of celebrities doing jury duty? Granted, it"s probably something they keep quiet to conceal details of the case.
This probably makes it super clear she did not ditch the MTV VMAs because of her arch nemesis, Kanye West.
As much as Kanye would like to take credit for the hit maker steering clear of the awards show, it was out of her control.
That"s what happens when you get asked to do jury duty. Yes, Swift actually attended and gave all of the fellow jurors a huge shock in the process.
How would you feel if you walked in to do jury duty and the one of the biggest stars on the planet was waiting to do the same thing?
The mind really boggles. Everyone was probably pretty star-struck at the shock of crossing paths with Swift.
Swift was happy to rise to the occasion and take selfies with the crowd.
It even resulted in a video with her doing shout outs to the family members of one of the jurors.
The video didn"t stop there.
She also gave out road safety advice to the family members. It"s all pretty bizarre, but great at the same time.
Alas, it wasn"t all fun and games.
Swift was excused from her duties after learning the severity of the crime.
Ken Whitehouse, a spokesman for the Davidson County district attorney general’s office, said Swift couldn"t take part due to her ongoing sexual assault lawsuit against David Mueller.
“She asked to be left off out of concern for an upcoming trial in Denver where she was – she used the term – ‘groped’ by a fan at a meet-and-greet,” said Whitehouse.
It makes sense for her to steer clear of the case given the circumstances.
Maybe she recruited some new members to her squad while she was there.

Stevie J and Ms. Jackson: Expecting a Baby! Driving Joseline Even More Insane!!
Is Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J going to be a dad again after all? But not with Joseline Hernandez, who says he got her pregnant?!
Yes, a new report indicates! He and Ms. Jackson are expecting!
According to Fameolous, the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta staple knocked up his assistant, which ought to go over really well with Joseline.
The report says that Ms. Jackson (in her words, at least) never slept with Stevie J until after his relationship with Joseline was toast.
She also claims Stevie and Joseline, who claimed to be husband and wife, were never married and have been split up for several months.
It’s all far from clear, as is whether Joseline Hernandez is faking her pregnancy, but insiders say Stevie’s side piece is very early in hers.
While Ms. Jackson’s Instagram account is shockingly private, screen shots purportedly from her account have made the rounds online.
One picture shows her with Stevie J and includes the caption, “That look when you know what’s real,” along with the hashtag #teamus.
That settles it. Totes pregnant.
In reality, no one knows the status of their relationship any more than they can explain Joseline’s mental state, especially in recent weeks.
She has been on a mission to destroy her ex, asserting that Stevie J is a child molester, loves gay porn and disavowed their unborn baby.
Among other things. Natch.
Long story short, Stevie J is expecting between 0-2 babies right now, and that should make for some serious drama this season and next.
If you watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online, you know that his personal life is beyond complicated and full of half-truths … on his best day.
Stevie and Ms. J, his longtime aide, are now business partners and looking to release a new project … selling period panties at Wal-Mart.
Seriously. You can’t make this stuff up. Guess they won’t be sampling their own product anytime soon if this pregnancy rumor is true.
Bottom line?
Only time will tell just how many more babies Stevie J is making between now and Spring 2017, and we cannot wait to find out the answer.

Stacey Sanchez Hits Elderly Man With Car, Continues Driving With Body Through Windshield
On Monday morning, some poor guy was coming back from a soup kitchen when the unthinkable happened.
29-year-old Esteysi Sanchez Izazaga (who goes by Stacey Sanchez) was driving her car at around 6:30 a.m. when, according to witnesses, the vehicle veered onto the sidewalk and struck a 69-year-old man.
“The force of the collision caused the victim to go through the windshield of the vehicle and become lodged in the front passenger seat,” the official police statement read, according to People.
Not only that, but the victim’s leg became detached from the rest of his body, and crashed through the rear window.
Authorities found the leg in the car’s trunk.
Sanchez, who was believed to be coming back from a night of partying, continued driving about a mile further towards her house.
Police believe that Sanchez abandoned the car in her neighborhood (with the victim still in it), and walked the rest of the way home.
The 29-year-old was arrested after her boyfriend called the police, and was later charged with a DUI, hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter.
Edwin Esparza was changing his car’s oil when he saw the crash happen.
“There’s no words to really describe it. I mean, just seeing that up close and personal, it’s kind of traumatizing in a way,” Esparza told NBC San Diego.
Another local told the news station he didn’t want to come outside because he knew how graphic the scene would be.
“Horrific. Yeah I’ve never in my whole life have I heard a story like this,” Lou Torres told reporters.
“It was so strange that I couldn’t imagine any scenario that would cause this.”
Police said that “Based on statements obtained from Sanchez and preliminary tests in the field, it was determined she was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.”
The victim’s identity has not yet been revealed.

Debby Ryan: Disney Star Arrested For Drunk Driving
Debby Ryan – the Disney Channel star best known for her work on the sitcom Jessie – was reportedly arrested for DUI in Los Angeles last week.
According to TMZ, Ryan crashed her Mercedes into another vehicle while making a left turn, resulting in an unspecified injury for the other driver.
Ryan was breathalyzed and blew .11, well over the legal limit of .08.
The actress was arrested on the scene and charged with felony DUI.
During her arraignment, authorities agreed to bump the charges down to a misdemeanor due to the fact that the injury to the other driver was determined to be minor.
Ryan is currently out on $ 100,000 bail.
Like so many Disney stars before her, Ryan got her start as a child star on the educational series Barney and Friends.
She went on to star alongside Selena Gomez on the Wizards of Waverly Place, before being promoted to a series regular on The Suite Life on Deck.
Ryan played the title role on Jessie from 2011 until last year. She’s currently featured in a recurring role on NBC’s The Mysteries of Laura.
Details regarding Ryan’s court date and what sort of sentence she can expect are not know at this time.
TMZ reports that Ryan and her attorneys could not be reached for comment.

James Kennedy Music Video: Glow Sticks + Drunk Driving FTW!!!
WTF am I watching?
James Kennedy- DJ, SUR bus boy and aspiring music producer (I guess?) – has released a music video for his techno single, "Don"t Look Down."
If there"s a storyline, then I"ve missed it.
The video"s director choose a few different locals for the shoot, none of which have anything to do with the song"s title (unless the luxury hi-rise has meaning in the literal sense).
In the opening, Kennedy wakes up in said luxury hi-rise in Century City (the same one where Candy Spelling owns a place). From his bed, Kennedy takes a shot of Patron, ready to take on the day.
In the next scene, Kennedy takes yet another shot with Max Vanderpump-Todd while valet brings someone else"s Rolls Royce around.
Properly lubricated with at least two shots of tequila at this point, Kennedy gets behind the wheel of the Rolls Royce as Max takes his seat on the passenger site (their bottle of Patron in his hands).
The joyride consists of changing lanes without a signal, Kennedy tapping arrogantly along to his beat and Vanderpump-Todd sticking his entire body out the window.
WHERE ARE THE COPS!?
The next scene finds Kennedy waving glow-sticks in a traffic tunnel in broad daylight, followed by him pacing through an English garden, looking equal parts sullen and perplexed.
The music video ends with a rewind of blue painted pour all over Kennedy"s body, which he then glitterbombs.
I don"t get it.

Pantsless Man Watches Porn While Driving, Dies in Car Accident
Move over for a moment, Florida Man.
It’s time to make room for Detroit Man.
A 58-year old driver in Michigan was watching a pornographic movie on his cellphone at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday when he lost control of his vehicle on Interstate 75.
The man wasn’t wearing pants or a seatbelt and was partially ejected through the sunroof after his 1996 Toyota rolled over.
Thankfully, no other vehicle were involved in the crash.
“There’s so much technology out there, a lot of people are more paying attention to what they’re doing other than driving their car,” said Lt. Mike Shaw of the Michigan State Police.
It’s true.
Some famous people, for example, take videos of themselves while behind the wheel.
The unnamed victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
No word on whether the man was watching the Kim Kardashian sex tape on his phone or any one of many other adult film possibilities.

Teresa Giudice Car Controversy: Why is She Driving a Lexus?
Teresa Giudice has been out of jail for about 24 hours now.
And she’s already stirring up money-related controversy.
As previously detailed, Giudice was released from a prison in Danbury early Wednesday morning, reuniting with her husband and four children after nearly a year behind bars.
She had been incarcerated due to her admitted role in a mortgage and bankruptcy scheme in which she and Joe Giudice lied to the government about their income and assets.
For some strange reason, many people out there welcomed Giudice home.
But then many others took major issues with the gift that awaited Teresa once she arrived home.
Husband Joe presented his law-breaking with a black Lexus SUV, even wrapping it with a large bow. The car retails for $ 95,000.
But didn’t the family file for bankruptcy in 2011?
Didn’t Joe say at the time that they were $ 11 million in debt and don’t they now owe, like, half a kajillion dollars in restitution?
Heck, purely for appearance’s sake, shouldn’t the first purchase Joe makes for Teresa after she leaves jail for illegally hiding money perhaps not be a luxury vehicle?!?
“She needs a car. End of story – just like anyone else who needs a car,” attorney James J. Leonard, Jr. tells People as an explanation for the purchase.
Of course… Giudice is under house arrest until February 5.
She can only leave home for work.
We’re guessing Bravo would gladly send someone to pick her up. We’re positive that taxi services and Uber both exist where she resides in New Jersey.
We’re sure Joe has a car that she can use, especially considering he won’t need it after turning himself into authorities in March and starting his own prison stint.
Teresa Giudice is most definitely not like “anyone else who needs a car,” most notably because a significant majority of the population can’t even afford the car she just got.
Man. This family sucks more than any family in the history of the world has ever sucked.

Former X Factor Judge Tulisa Contostavlos Arrested For Suspicion Of Drunk Driving After Car Crash!
This is such sad news.
Tulisa Contostavlos may be responsible for bringing Little Mix into the world on Series 8 of X Factor, but she hasn’t had the easiest go of it herself ever since.
That’s because in addition to her 2013 cocaine scandal, the 27-year-old singer was just arrested on Thursday night for suspicion of drunk driving!

According to police reports, Tulisa was driving her $ 230,000 Ferrari in Southgate, North London when she crashed into another car.
While there were no injures, the former X Factor judge was given a breathalyzer test before being arrested and spending the night in jail.
Luckily for Tulisa, an eyewitness claims she didn’t seem too drunk, but we’re unsure if she’s going to get off as easy as when her drug charges were dropped back in 2014.
If she really was driving drunk, we hope she can get the help she needs.
