That’s some bad-ass selflessness right there.
Kris Jenner revealed that Khloe Kardashian not only hosted Thanksgiving at her Calabasas, CA home, but afterward brought a meal to Lamar Odom’s hospital room.
“What amazed me about her was it was so beautiful and it was so magical,” Jenner told Maria Menounos about Kardashian’s home during a December 1st Sirius XM interview.
“She had the table set and the food was delicious and everybody was so excited to be there and she made it — she must have had 300 candles lit — and the table was so beautiful … everything was divine and perfect.”
After everyone finished dinner, Kardashian prepped for another meal.
“She was like, ‘Okay, I’ve got to take Lamar’s food to the hospital!’ So she packed up this entire meal for him and off she went,” Jenner said.
“You know, we had made these plans where we were going to have game night afterwards and do a whole thing, but she really just wanted to get out of there and go see and make sure he was okay for Thanksgiving.
“I thought, ‘Wow, that’s an amazing human.’ That really made my whole day,” Jenner added.
Kardashian has been by Odom’s side since his October 13th overdose at a Nevada brothel. The former NBA player has since been moved to Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles.
The reality star, for her part, has had a lot on her plate. In addition to holiday hosting duties, Kardashian has been battling a staph infection while caring for her estranged husband.
Still, she was super excited about Thanksgiving.
“I take my hosting duties seriously,” Kardashian wrote on her blog. “My family is pretty large and extended. I cook and bake it all!
“After our Thanksgiving dinner is over, I invite friends to join, especially friends who don’t have family around. So we have a family Thanksgiving, a friends Thanksgiving, and this year I will also be having a hospital Thanksgiving.”
