It happens to the her all the time. And yet, the Duchess of Cambridge still won"t sew little weights into her hemlines.
She and Prince William have wrapped up day two of their royal tour of India and Bhutan, and so far Catherine has impressed the masses with her wardrobe choices.
For today"s events, Catherine wore a cream Emilia Wickstead "wool crepe midi" dress and 4-inch heels by Rupert Sanderson, according to What Kate Wore.
Unfortunately, gusts of wind blew the skirt of the dress up, leaving royal fans wondering why Catherine has never taken the Queen"s advice in order to prevent such a thing/
HRH and William attended a GREAT campaign event, where William tried a "Dosa," a crepe-like snack, which Catherine passed on sampling.
The couple then flew to New Delhi, where they laid a wreath at India Gate memorial to honor soldiers.
After that, they visited a museum honoring Mahatma Gandhi.
The day ended with a garden party celebrating the Queen"s 90th birthday at the British High Commissioner"s residence.
