Teen Mom 2 Season 7 Episode 6 Recap: Hindsight is 20-20

Would Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert get back together? That was the question of the hour Monday night on MTV’s Teen Mom 2 …

Picking up where last week’s back-to-back installments left off, Teen Mom 2 Season 7 Episode 6 saw Leah and Jeremy flirting it up.

Hard.

Of course, if you watch Teen Mom 2 online, you’re seeing events that took place months ago – yet which have often played out in public.

Case in point: Leah Messer drunk flirting with Jeremy Calvert on what sure felt like a date and sparking rumors of a rekindled romance.

“Jeremy’s always flirted with me after the divorce,” she said at one point on Monday’s show. “Do I think there’s still feelings there? Yeah.”

While she was quick to heap praise upon her former husband at dinner, despite him not being there for her at times, he was … hesitant.

“I’m not gonna lie to you … there was nights I was scared for the girls,” Jeremy Calvert replied. “I was damned if I do, damned if I didn’t.”

As Leah Messer started to cry in response, all we could do is be sad for this poor, broken bird and the emotional mess her life has become.

In Delaware, Kailyn Lowry prepared for husband Javi Marroquin’s impending deployment, which Jo Rivera wasn’t happy about either.

“There’s something I just don’t [like] about him [in] the military family lifestyle,” Jo, Kailyn’s original baby daddy, told girlfriend Vee Torres.

“[It’s] just, having someone being in and out of your life all the time that you care about is hard … it’s just something that really bothers me.”

So … the Jo-Javi bromance is totes back on? Or he’s upset on behalf of Kailyn? Or he’s worried about how this will impact him somehow?

It’s unclear. What we can tell you with clarity is that Jenelle Evans’ custody battle with former fiance Nathan Griffith is raging on in N.C.

“Man, I hate the woman,” Nathan said. “I just absolutely hate her.”

Sums it up well. Yet Nathan offered to drop Evans’ assault charges in return for more time with their son, a deal she took issue with.

“I feel like I’m using my son to get out of trouble,” she said.

“And that’s not right … it’s not my son’s problem.”

The Carolina Hurricane later came around, however telling boyfriend David Eason (who thinks the Eiffel Tower is in New York, FWIW):

“I’m gonna text my lawyer about what the deal’s gonna be … and if they wanna drop the charges, then Nathan can visit with Kaiser.”

So no knock-down, drag-out fights this week at least. Small victories. Finally, for some happy news, we take you to sunny Puerto Rico!

Teen Mom 2’s cutest couple, Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer, had a blast on vacation, though they were haunted by the ghost of Adam Lind.

No, not because of Lind’s lewd photos (this time). Hearing that Aubree’s dad won’t play with her, Chelsea railed against Lind to her mom:

“Don’t be a piece of s–t. Why not just go away … he’s only making things worse. I feel like if he was gone completely, it would be better for her.”

For his part, Adam told a friend, “I know Chelsea’s already trying to fill Aubree’s head with ‘Cole’s gonna to be your new dad’ type of thing.”

Honestly, can you blame her at this rate?
