Farrah Abraham: Taking Legal Action Against Simon Saran?!
Remember how, just about a month ago, Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran went on an extremely romantic vacation together in Jamaica?
What happened?
We don’t know everything that’s gone on between Farrah and Simon recently, but we do know one thing.
And that’s the fact that they are sincerely not getting along right now.
Shortly after they returned from their vacation, Farrah began filming for her new dating show, Single AF — which, you know, could be a clue that she was actually single.
However, Simon’s made several tweets about the show, and from what he’s been saying, Farrah’s just been taking advantage of the opportunity to make money.
Basically, she’s striking while the iron is hot — the iron being MTV’s interest in her — but not really looking for love.
Some people have been theorizing that all of their drama is completely manufactured, that they’re actually in a loving relationship, and their issues are just for show.
But thanks to their latest feud, we think it’s pretty safe to say that isn’t the case.
First of all, Simon’s been sharing some photos of himself cuddled up to a new lady, which seems like a pretty clear signal that he and Farrah are done.
He’s also announced the official premiere of his Teen Mom OG special, Being Simon — and he announced that this would be the last time we’d see him on television.
Then Farrah lovingly tweeted “FYI Simon is not in my life and really is hurt I moved on.”
“Free ride is over!” she added. “Stop talking about me if you’re over me lmao.”
Simon, in all of his maturity, responded with “Worst free ride ever!”, so you know things are really bad between them.
“Why are you trying to get attention,” she shot back, “you’re pathetic and I’m a great mother, professional, friend & women. Go STOP using me for money!”
He asked her what money she was referring to, and she told him he was “jealous” of her.
She also shared a text message exchange between them, one where Simon advised her to “Stop being a rude pig” and then sent her photos of a new Range Rover he’d purchased.
Because that is how two reasonable adults behave in a disagreement.
“Thanks 2 me you got your own ‘Being Simon’ special,” she told him. “Simon wants to be on TV so much! F-cking joke! Be thankful not hateful!”
What a great big mess, right?
And it’s only getting worse.
In case you missed it, on Monday night’s reunion special, Dr. Drew claimed that Simon wasn’t there because he’d demanded $ 250,000 from MTV to film it.
It’s a pretty outrageous claim — we’re sure Simon doesn’t earn that much for filming an entire season, let alone one special — and he didn’t appreciate it.
When someone asked him on Twitter if he’d really asked for that much money, he replied with “No you stupid whore I did not.”
But, oddly enough, he deleted that tweet, along with this next one that is actually pretty shocking:
“Farrah sees me happy with a beautiful woman and sends me a cease and desist letter! Lol wtf?”
So after he posted those photos with another lady, Farrah pulled one of her classic moves and had her lawyer fuss at him for no real reason?
Sounds about right.
Simon also deleted the tweet about the letter, along with one that read “I’d rather tell you the truth through my twitter, than her running to the media to make up lies.”
In some tweets that are still on his account, he verified that Dr. Drew’s claims that he asked for $ 250,000 to film the reunion show are “bullsh-t.”
He added that “I had real work related commitments. That’s why I didn’t come.”
As one of the very, very few Teen Mom cast members who works an actual job in addition to filming the show, it’s definitely possible.
But it’s also possible that both Simon and Farrah will say or do literally anything to get some attention.
So who knows what’s real?

Blac Chyna Threatens Legal Action Against Rob Kardashian
Rob Kardashian is angry at Blac Chyna because the mother of his only child has supposedly been lying down and taking it from a number of different men these days.
But the belittled reality star is NOT going to simply lie down and take it from her ex-fiance in this cruel manner, not according to an attorney for Blac Chyna.
A few hours after Kardashian blasted Chyna from every conceivable angle, while also sharing lewd naked photos of his former flame, attorney Walter Mosley has spoken out.
“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” the lawyer said in a statement.
Will Chyna sue Kardashian for invasion of privacy?
Will she press charges against her second baby daddy?
Both options appear to be on the table.
And it’s hard to blame her, considering Kardashian accused Chyna of being a plastic surgery-obsessed drug addict on Wednesday, slamming his ex for sleeping with both him and a couple other partners over the past few days.
It all started, he claims, after Chyna sent him a video on July Fourth of her making out with some other dude.
“That’s crazy u let me cum inside u and then another man do the same in the same bed and the same robe and everything in the house where I pay 16K rent. Sheesh,” Rob wrote on Instagram at one point.
Along with continually stating how he “smashed” Chyna and orgasmed inside of her lady parts, Rob hammered home the allegation that he has spent a ton of money on her since the start of their romance.
He claims to have shelled out thousands for jewelry and watches, along with plastic surgery procedures, alcohol and a number of drugs.
“Just yesterday Chyna sent me her pussy and everything and said she gonna come f-ck me,” Rob wrote, adding:
“I remained loyal to her even after all the cheating she been doing and the multiple men she been f-cking including me.”
In response to these accusations against her, Blac Chyna said Rob beat her and assaulted her.
But while the back-and-forth may be extreme in this case, it’s not all that unusual for Rob and Chyna, whose relationship was filled with bickering, fighting and one ugly controversy after another.
What makes this disagreement stand out, however, is the aforementioned fact that Kardashian shared pictures of Chyna’s butt, boobs and vagina on both Instagram and Twitter.
According to California law, this could easily be construed as revenge porn.
In 2013, revenge porn was made a crime under the California Penal Code.
Based on this legislation, “a person who intentionally distributes the image of the intimate body part of another … knowing they’ll cause emotional distress” could face six months in jail.
Feeling as though you’ve been wronged by the party whose body parts you’ve exposed to the world is not a legal excuse for one’s actions.
“This is sort of the classic, quintessential revenge porn,” said Carrie Goldberg, attorney and founder of Internet abuse and sexual consent firm C. A. Goldberg, PLLC.
The attorney does not represent Kardashian or Chyna, but said the following this week to People Magazine:
“Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim’s attorney quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex.”
Just last month, Rob and Chyna took their daughter to Disneyland.
They seemed to be on solid terms. They seemed to be settling peacefully into a routine of co-parenting.
But reports then surfaced that Kardashian and Blac were back to having sex, which is where the trouble began all over again.
Rob now thinks he was used for his money and his body, telling anyone who will listen or read his social media account that Chyna is a bad person who is now using other men for these same purposes.
Instagram kicked Rob off its platform for the racy images he posted and the foul language he used when discussing Chyna.
Shortly after taking his one-sided fight to Twitter, Rob deleted these revealing pictures, along with a few of the angrier and more explicit insults.
But he’s kept many of the messages up on his account, the final one of which reads at the moment:
“I truly thought Chyna wanted to be a family and that’s why I was so loyal to her but I learned my lesson and everyone else was right.”
We won’t say we told you so, Rob.
But we will tell you to hire an attorney.

DeMario Jackson Fires Back at Corinne Olympios, Threatens Legal Action
DeMario Jackson has broken his silence.
The former Bachelorette contestant – who was given the boot by Rachel Lindsay just a couple weeks ago and who was flown to Mexico to be a part of the Bachelor in Paradise cast soon afterward – is sick of all the recent headlines.
He’s not about to let others soil his reputation.
On Wednesday night, not long after Corinne Olympios issued a statement in which she claimed to have been victimized while filming Bachelor in Paradise, Jackson came out with a few strong words of his own.
And they certainly appear to be directed at Olympios.
“It’s unfortunate that my character and family name has been assassinated this past week with false claims and malicious allegations,” the 30-year-old said in a statement via his publicist.
Added DeMario:
“I will be taking swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws.”
This statement is a departure from what Jackson had previously told TMZ and Entertainment Tonight.
Following confirmation from Warner Bros. on June 11 that production on Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 had been shut down due to an incident of “sexual misconduct,” word has leaked out that Jackson and Olympios were the contestants at the center of this controversy.
The reality stars allegedly got drunk and hooked up in a pool, but serious questions remain over whether or not Corinne gave her consent at the time.
A producer told executives that she seemed far too wasted to know what was going on.
Initial reports made it appear as if Corinne’s beef was with the ABC employees on hand who did not step in and put an end to the “touching” and “fingering” (as one insider described it), with sources claiming she and Jackson were on good terms.
Asked about the scandal by the aforementioned outlets this week, DeMario said Corinne was awesome.
So, why does it now sound as if she’s the target of his wrath?
Why does it now sound as if Jackson has an issue with the “false claims and malicious allegations” leveled at him by Olympios?
Because Olympios released the following statement a couple hours prior to Jackson speaking out yesterday:
“I am a victim and have spent the last week trying to make sense of what happened the night of June 4.
“Although I have little memory of that night, something bad obviously took place, which I understand is why production on the show has now been suspended and a producer on the show has filed a complaint against the production.
“As a woman, this is my worst nightmare and it has now become my reality.
“As I pursue the details and facts surrounding that night and the immediate days after, I have retained a group of professionals to ensure that what happened on June 4 comes to light and I can continue my life, including hiring an attorney to obtain justice and seeking therapy to begin dealing with the physical and emotional trauma stemming from that evening.”
Corinne does not mention DeMario by name here.
Her statement does not shed any light on what actually transpired between her and Jackson.
Is she claiming to have been victimized by her fellow contestant? Or by the producers who sat idly by while both parties got blackout drunk and then nearly had sex?
Jackson has said that Bachelor in Paradise footage will exonerate him of any kind of assault or misconduct allegations.
But it’s unclear whether cameras were actually rolling during his hook-up or whether the public will ever have a chance to view the tape; the latter scenario is very unlikely.
“Warner Bros. is handling the investigation,” Chris Harrison said on Good Morning America on Tuesday, adding:
“They’re moving quickly to gather all the facts, and once that’s done a clear concise decision can be made about where we go from here.”
Bachelor in Paradise had been scheduled to premiere Season 4 on August 8. No official word has been given, but there’s simply no way this will happen.
It seems highly doubtful the show will air a new episode ever again.

Blac Chyna Sex Tape: In the Works? To Feature Bevy of Girl-on-Girl Action?
Okay, now it makes sense.
Now we understand why Blac Chyna has been trying to hard to shed so much weight since giving birth last month.
And it has less to do with wanting to earn bucks from diet supplement companies than wanting to writhe around buck naked with lots of other woman in a sex tape.
Wait… WHAT?!?
According to OK! Weekly insiders, a Blac Chyna sex tape may very well be in the works.
Yes, in the works.
We’re not referring to any alleged sex tape from Blac Chyna’s past, despite chatter that Rob Kardashian has threatened to leak a naked video of his fiancee and Tyga any time he and Chyna get into a big fight.
(Editor’s Note: We’re not entirely certain how this would punish Chyna even if Rob did release it. Wouldn’t it make Rob feel more awkward than anyone else involved?)
No.
We’re referring instead to a proposal that is supposedly on the table, one in which Blac Chyna could strike it VERY rich.
“She has a verbal offer of several million on the table if the footage is raunchy enough,” claims an insider to OK! Weekly.
Chyna, of course, formerly worked as a stripper.
She brought Rob to the establishment where she used to take off her clothes for money during an episode of Rob & Chyna on E! this summer.
Does this automatically mean Chyna would be open to the making of an amateur porn? Not exactly.
But it must be a little easier for someone who worked in this profession to take the sex tape step than it would be for someone who never worked as a stripper.
Right? We’re pretty sure that’s a reasonable statement to make.
The aforementioned tabloid, meanwhile, hilariously adds that Rob will only be featured in the Blac Chyna sex tape “if he’s in decent shape.”
Assuming this never comes to fruition? Who might get it on with Chyna for lots of cash and many orgasms?
“If this goes ahead, she’ll have multiple lovers, mainly female,” says the source, with OK! going on to wonder whether close friend Amber Rose might be up for a nude role in the video.
Rose also worked as a stripper many years ago.
So this is all starting to come together! Pun intended!
It’s worth noting that E! recently renewed Rob & Chyna for Season 2.
Chyna is also trying to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian in order to make money off that famous moniker, although her attempt to do so is being challenged by Kim, Khloe and Kourtney in court.
If she wins that fight, however, it stands to reason that Chyna would not need to go the sex tape route in order to rake in a great deal of cash.
But if she loses?
If she grows desperate to earn some bank for her two kids?
We can’t say for certain what she’ll do.
But allow us to pose this simple question:
Would you really be surprised if you read one day that a Blac Chyna sex tape went from being “in the works” to “on the market?”
Neither would we.

Rob Kardashian: See His Parenting Skills in Action!
Just one week ago today, Rob Kardashian became a father for the very first time when Blac Chyna gave birth to their precious baby daughter, Dream.
He"s been very excited about fatherhood, sharing update after update about the baby, and so many precious photos and videos.
It"s been so lovely to see.
It"s almost seemed like, dare we say it … a dream.
But pun-believable baby names aside, taking care of a baby is hard work, and is Rob really ready for that?
It looks like Scott Disick had that same question, because in this new teaser clip from an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, he takes Rob to a home daycare center so he can get some real hands-on experience with kids.
The idea is that Rob can see how infants and toddlers behave throughout the day, so that he gets a feel for what parenting will really be like.
And boy, is he in for a surprise.
We"re talking kids running around pointlessly with no naps in sight. We"re talking 5+ kids crying for absolutely no reason.
Can Rob handle it?

Beyonce: Impassioned Post Urges Fans to Take Action Against Police Killings
Unlike many stars today, Beyonce doesn’t do a whole lot of tweeting or Instagramming or commenting on the controversial topics of the day.
So when she breaks her silence, you know she means business.
Outraged by the recent fatal attacks by police on Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, Queen Bey posted a message to her website calling upon her fans to take action.
“We are sick and tired of the killings of young men and women in our communities,” she began her post, entitled simply “Freedom.”
“It is up to us to take a stand and demand that they ‘stop killing us.’ We don’t need sympathy. We need everyone to respect our lives.”
The singer goes on to assert that the problem is not about any one group of citizens, but about all of humanity.
“This is a human fight. No matter your race, gender or sexual orientation,” she continued.
“This is a fight for anyone who feels marginalized, who is struggling for freedom and human rights.”
This may have been a reference to the Orlando mass shooting that occurred last month, in which Omar Mateen killed 49 people and injured dozens more when he opened fire in a gay nightclub.
“The war on people of color and all minorities needs to be over,” the star declared.
However, the intention of Beyonce’s post was not merely to express rage, but to move people to use their voice to do something about it.
“We all have the power to channel our anger and frustration into action,” she urged.
“We must use our voices to contact the politicians and legislators in our districts and demand social and judicial changes.”
She concluded by providing links to legislators’ websites where citizens can leave messages to demand action be taken.
Earlier this year, Beyonce gave a nod to the Black Lives Matter movement in her video and Super Bowl performance of “Formation.”

Teresa Giudice Talks Strip Searches & Girl-on-Girl Inmate Action in New Memoir
From the moment she was sentenced to 15 months in prison for bankruptcy fraud, it was widely assumed that Teresa Giudice would release a lurid tell-all about her time behind bars.
As it turns out, Teresa’s memoir is finished and ready to hit stores months earlier than anyone expected.
The reason, it seems, is that Teresa worked at a furious pace while she was locked up.
According to Radar Online, one source who has read the book and is familiar with the circumstances behind its publication says Teresa pounded out pages under tremendously difficult conditions:
“There were concerns inmates would try and steal the book as it was being written,” the source said, adding that Teresa would write 20 or 30 pages at a time and then pass the book off to her lawyer for safekeeping.
The insider says that in the book – entitled Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again – Teresa reveals that the most humiliating part of her prison experience was the routine strip searches that she was subjected to as an inmate:
“The first strip search had Teresa completely rattled. It was humiliating” the source said.
“The prison staff were professionals, and did it very quickly. But after each visit with the family, Teresa would have to go through the process all over again.
“It became routine in the end, and she understood the staff were just doing their job. That’s covered in the book.”
Teresa also goes into detail regarding the love lives of her fellow prisoners:
“Teresa was stunned at the prison romances between the women,” the insider says.
“Obviously, Teresa didn’t hook up with anyone. There were some interested vibes that Teresa got from a couple of the ladies, but Teresa just ignored it.”
Of course, there were dark, lonely moments during her almost 12 months behind bars, and the insider says Teresa delves into her emotional struggle with surprising candor:
“During the first two weeks, Teresa cried every night,” the source says. “There were moments she didn’t know if she was going to make it for almost an entire year.
“Visits from the family and Teresa’s faith got her through the darkest times.”
Teresa’s book will be available in stores and online Februrary 9.
