Some celebrities use their powers to better humanity and make the world a better place, while others? Well… they get away with murder.

At least some of them do (like #1 on this list).

Not every person on this list intentionally took another life, of course, and it goes without saying that not always does someone go to jail.

O.J. Simpson was arrested for the murder of his wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ronald Goldman, leading to the trial of the century in 1994-95.

2. Rebecca Gayheart

Rebecca Gayheart struck and killed a boy in a crosswalk when she didn’t want to stop and wait behind the line of cars who’d stopped to let the boy cross the street.

3. Laura Bush

Former FLOTUS Laura Bush ran a stop sign at 17 years old and killed a classmate.

4. Brandy

Brandy Norwood hit a car in front of her by failing to brake in time, killing the driver in front of her. Brandy took full responsibility for the accident, but was never charged.

5. Phil Spector

Phil Spector shot and killed 40 year old actress Lana Clarkson. He’s behind bars for life.

6. Lane Garrison

In December 2006, Prison Break star Lane Garrison was responsible for a car crash which left a teenager dead. He was sentenced to 40 months in jail.

Hilary Duff: I"m Definitely Dating Jason Walsh!

We have some pretty major news when it comes to Hilary.

Not, not that Hillary. Not the one running to be President of the United States.

But the other Hilary, the one with just a single “L” in her first name… whose romantic status is no longer single.

Our rambling introduction is a long way of saying that Hilary Duff is now dating Jason Walsh.

The Younger actress and her personal trainer had reportedly been enjoying each other’s company for a lengthy period of time, but it wasn’t until Sunday morning that the star confirmed the two were actually in relationship.

And she didn’t leave any doubt in the process, not unless Duff is known for playing tonsil hockey with guys who are not her boyfriend.

That’s right: Duff and Walsh confirmed their romance via a steamy photo of the twosome kissing.

“Date night with J,” Duff wrote as a caption, just in case anyone somehow thought this to be a friendly smooch.

Back in June, E! News reported Duff and Walsh were “casually dating.”

But it sure looks like things have heated up between the two, even as the temperature outside has dropped.

“We’ve known each other for a really long time and he’s a great guy and we have a lot of fun together,” Duff said in September on Good Day New York of Walsh, adding:

“It’s nice to have that excitement in my life.”

Duff, of course, made headlines in the past for her personal life after she filed for divorce from Mike Comrie.

The two originally split way back in January of 2014, but the official paperwork was not completed until February of this year.

During that time, there were plenty of rumors about Duff and Comrie getting back together.

But there was also a rumor that Comrie paid a waitress to have sex with him, which we doubt sat very well with his wife.

According to TMZ, Duff and Comrie (a former NHL player who retired from hockey in 2012), have agreed to a joint custody arrangement when it comes to four-year old daughter Luca.

While neither half of the ex-couple will receive spousal support, the celebrity gossip website added this winter that Duff was forced to shell out a one-time payment of $ 2,408,786 to Comrie in order to cover the financial side of their split.

But it doesn’t seem as if Duff is harping on the past.

She’s focused on the future.

And she has a new handsome man on her arm (and on her mouth) to help her look forward.

The new cast of Dancing with the Stars has been announced.

It includes a washed-up rapper, a washed-up politician and many washed-up actresses.

It also includes the eventual winner.

Who will take home the Mirror Ball Trophy? We"re here to break it all down, starting with the participant most likely to be voted out on Week 1…

1. Rick Perry and Emma Slater

Perry is a polarizing politician and he’s 66 years old. So he won’t have many viewers on his side nor will he have youth and athleticism on his side. In short, the former Texas Governor’s chances of advancing beyond one week are poorer than his ability to remember which three federal government agencies he would eliminate. ODDS 10,000-1.

2. Marilu Henner and Derek Hough

We don’t want to bet against Hough. The guy has won it all six times. But Henner is 64 years old. As far as we know, she has no dancing experience nor does she ever trend on Twitter. ODDS: 35-1.

3. Maureen McCormick and Artem Chigvintsev

We know she’s good at taking a football to the nose. But what will that mean on the dance floor? Never underestimate the affection that still exists for the Brady Bunch, meaning McCormick will be a fan favorite. ODDS: 19-1.

4. Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold

Football players have quite the winning history on Dancing with the Stars, from Emmitt Smith to Hines Ward. We could easily see Johnson following in those champions’ footsteps. ODDS: 5-1.

5. Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and Allison Holker

Babyface can sing. Like, REALLY sing. We know he has rhythm and can feel a beat. But he isn’t Britney Spears. He’s not known for moving and shaking and he doesn’t have a young fan base. ODDS: 13-1.

6. Amber Rose and Maksim Chmerkovskiy

This is a tough one. You know Rose will get the word out to vote for her. She has 12.2 million Instagram followers. She also used to be a stripper. This means she has some moves, but may also be a bit polarizing. ODDS: 8-1.

Ryan Lochte may be one of most successful swimmers in U.S. history. 

Yet his career is combusting before his eyes because due to a certain giant lie he told in Rio. 

Will he be able to fix his tattered reputation? Maybe.

But it"s not as though misleading the public about getting robbed in Brazil was the first dumb thing he"s ever done or said.

Ryan once Tweeted: “Everyone wants to be a Rockstar but no one wants to learn the chords!” This doesn’t even make any sense. Maybe he’s just trying his hand at having a quote someone will refer back to in a few hundred years, but this one will be for all the wrong reasons.

2. Jeah!

“Some times all u can say is jea jea jeah!!!!!!” Ryan sure is a fan of speaking gibberish on Twitter. He somehow turned this word into a catchphrase back in the day.

3. Silky Smooth!

“I’ve ditched the razor for @GentleHairRemov! Three treatments and now I’m always #silkysmooth https://t.co/mhwil5ff0M #getgentle,” Ryan posted to Twitter years ago. We know he loves his sponsorship deals, but doesn’t this tweet just sound awful? Maybe if he sings the praises of the product much more, they won’t drop him.

4. Hairy Situations

Lochte had dyed his hair all kinds of stupid colors. He once said the shade above was light blue. (Editor’s Note: It’s so not light blue.)

5. Long T-Shirt

Remember that time he tried to make long T-shirts a thing? It didn’t get the best reception.

6. Yuck!

Ryan once tried Espresso for the first time ever and said it was “yuck.” That was wrong on so many levels and proves he is not to be trusted.

Adam Lind: Definitely Engaged To Stasia Huber (Sorry, Ladies)

Adam Lind is probably, definitely, almost certainly engaged to his girlfriend, Stasia Huber.

Kylie Jenner: "Definitely Dating" PartyNextDoor!

It’s official.

Kylie Jenner has moved on from Tyga, the D-list d-bag she dated for more than a year.

The lip kit maven now has a new rapper in her life who goes by the name of PartyNextDoor.

“Kylie and PartyNextDoor are definitely dating,” an insider tells Us Weekly.

The magazine reports that multiple sources have confirmed the Kylie-Party union.

The new couple were first spotted together earlier this week in LA leaving the TCL Theatre after attending Russell Simmons’ show, All Def Comedy Live.

Prior to the outing, he shared a photo to Instagram of his wrist resting atop Kylie’s, both parties showing off their watch bling.

“Diamond battles with @kyliejenner,” he wrote in the caption.

We don’t know much about PND, whose real name is Jahron Brathwaite, except that he is signed to Drake’s label and dated Kehlani earlier this year.

Oh, and in case you’re wondering, he’s 22, so a bit closer in age to 18-year-old Kylie as opposed to Tyga, who was 26.

At least she’s moving in the right direction.

Immediately after her breakup with Tyga, an eyewitness claimed to have spotted Ty Dolla Sign, yet another rapper, kissing on Kylie at a club, but that rumor quickly fizzled once she was seen hanging with PND.

As for Tyga, he’s stepped out with a couple different women himself.

First, he attended a Beyonce concert with Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta’s Karlie Redd.

More recently, he was photographed with British model Demi Rose, who is popular on Instagram for her Kardashian-worthy curves.

Kaley Cuoco & Karl Cook: Definitely Dating!

Earlier this week, we reported that Kaley Cuoco appears to be dating a younger man by the name of Karl Cook.

At first, we were a little skeptical that the whole thing might be some sort of elaborate April Fools’ joke.

Not only does Kaley loves pranks, but there are a few suspicious things about Karl – such as the fact that he seems to be a perfect male doppelganger of Ms. Cuoco.

They’re both blonde equestrian riders with the same initials, and Kaley has used Cook as an alias in the past, as it’s the English translation of her Italian last name.

But now it seems that if these two are just punking us, they’re seriously, seriously committed to the bit.

Not only did Kaley post the above photo yesterday, seemingly offering fans an unofficial confirmation that she and Karl are an item, a quick search through pics from the actress’ latest public appearances reveals that the two of them have been hanging out for at least a month.

Kaley and Karl were spotted taking in a tennis match together back in early March, and they seemed awfully friendly even then. 

Little is known about Karl, other than the fact that he’s a 25-year-old horse trainer.

The KCs have not yet announced any plans to start a sunshine band.
