Ellen DeGeneres Exposes Kim Kardashian"s Surrogate"s Identity
Ellen DeGeneres is a perpetual gift, and this video is no exception.
You know how Kim Kardashian has been adamant about protecting the identity of her gestational carrier, even though she also let fans watch her surrogate meet her family.
Well, Ellen has come out with a new video that reveals the surprising identity of the woman who carried Chicago West to term.
Kim Kardashian could not safely carry another child due to multiple pregnancy complications that could have potentially become life-threatening.
For that reason, she and Kanye elected to use a gestational carrier — so that an embryo from her egg and his sperm was implanted into a third party.
This surrogate remained anonymous, but she had to follow strict dietary restrictions during the pregnancy. She was basically carrying royalty, folks.
But even when Kim brought this woman onto Keeping Up With The Kardashians, her identity remained obscured so that this woman could retain her privacy.
Fans know this woman only as Lorena.
Is Ellen really willing to shatter that?
Well … not exactly.
"If you didn"t see the episode where Kim introduces her surrogate to the family," Ellen begins. "I"m gonna show you some of it right now"
And then the almost familiar video begins.
There is a twist, however.
Mixed in with the very real footage from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, in which Kim"s unnamed gestational carrier"s face is never revealed as she meets the very pregnant Khloe and Kylie, Ellen shows this woman from a different angle.
Except that, as you"ll see in the video below, the surrogate is "revealed" to be none other than Ellen herself.
Obviously, Ellen, who just turned 60 this year, was not Kim"s surrogate. For so many reasons.
(Don"t get us wrong, lesbians can and do act as gestational surrogates just like straight women, because anyone who tells you that the job involves having sex with a man is lying to you)
Ellen, the perpetual prankster, has had her team edit her into the Keeping Up With The Kardashians clip.
They actually did a pretty good job, though the wig itself isn"t terribly convincing.
And neither is Ellen"s behavior.
In real life, Ellen donates hospital rooms and gives to charity and needy individuals.
Also in real life, Kim"s gestational carrier is a sweet, kind woman who loved bringing a child into a happy household.
In the video, Ellen The Surrogate is shifty and the last sort of person that you would want carrying your child — or any child.
"I could use a drink. Any Pabst Blue Ribbon or Michelob Ultra?" She appears to ask upon arrival. "Shoot, I just remembered — I"m not allowed alcohol."
Anyone who is pregnant should absolutely not drink alcohol, of course. Which is the point of the joke.
Ellen follows it up by asking for, as if it"s an alternative to alcohol: "Do you have wine? Red or white."
Ellen The Surrogate can also be seen digging into Kris Jenner"s purse and pulling out a handful of cash.
As you"ll see as you watch the video itself, it"s a funny bit.
Ellen isn"t maligning the real Lorena or even herself — she"s just poking at what fans don"t know about this woman and eliciting some laughter in the process.
Ellen is such a gift. She"s our favorite part of the non-existant "Deep State."

Khloe Kardashian Speaks Out About Rob Kardashian"s Weight
Though Rob Kardashian is always happy to post adorable photos of North and Dream, he is personally camera-shy and spent years more or less hiding from his family"s spotlight.
A huge factor was his weight gain. He"s been honest about it, but the body-shaming that he"s received has been inexcusable.
Khloe opens up about that and more in this clip from Revenge Body, which you can see below.
In the Revenge Body clip that you can watch below, Khloe offers counseling to a married couple named Chad and Allison.
Allison laments being heavier than she would like — describing "worrying about" being 200 pounds when she and Chad were dating and now "worrying about" being 300 pounds as a married woman.
She believes that her current weight presents health risks, and that it would be unsafe to become pregnant with her current figure.
(We don"t know the exact date when this was taped, but in real life, Khloe just did her gender reveal, and is of course pregnant. And she probably knew that she was pregnant at this time. Her facial expression is interesting)
Chad, interestingly, also has body image issues.
He believes that he is too scrawny.
While the issues that Allison laments are somewhat more common, there is a stigma — arising from toxic masculinity — against thin or scrawny men, even though many people find their body type to be desirable or even ideal.
Khloe first addresses Allison"s desire to lose weight and her complicated relationship with her body and figure.
"I know how you feel."
That"s an interesting claim, since Khloe — though she was once less fit than she currently is — has never been what could honestly be described as "fat."
"You feel, like, trapped in your own body."
Before anyone assumes that Khloe is trying to say that her past issues compare to Allison"s, however, Khloe explains why she knows how Allison feels.
"I feel that way for my brother."
Khloe continues, discussing Rob Kardashian as an example.
"Who, you know, gained a lot of weight. It"s debilitating."
Rob Kardashian did famously gain a lot of weight and spent years in seclusion, rarely venturing into the public eye.
He was so self-conscious about his weight gain — which he has blamed on a milkshake habit that snowballed into other unhealthy habits — that he skipped out on Kim Kardashians"s 2014 wedding.
He just did not feel comfortable in his own skin.
Khloe has previously encouraged him to work out with her and with Tristan.
Khloe, of course, gets up at like 6am every single day of her life so that she can start her day with a workout.
Khloe also extends her sympathies to Chad.
"And I think that people sympathize enough when people are body-shamed for being too thin."
It sounded like a lot of Chad"s issues with his body were in his own mind — again, a product of toxic masculinity that pernicously seeps into men"s minds. But body-shamed or not, if he wants his body to be a different way, he"s welcome to pursue change.
Khloe continues:
"My sister Kendall … When she was growing up, she was very skinny. She used to get bullied all of the time for being "too skinny.""
To be fair, Kendall is a very slender woman even as an adult. But she"s also hot for a living — she"s a model. Some could argue that she"s skinny for a living, even.
While Chad"s body type likely presents zero health risks whatsoever, if he wants to live out his beefcake dreams (or just put on a little more muscle), good for him.
Khloe can likely connect more with Allison, even though Allison"s weight loss goals are a bit heftier than Khloe"s have ever been.
Different people, based upon genetics and body types and personal histories, will have more or less difficulty gaining or losing weight.
It"s important to realize that body-shaming, since even a literal supermodel like Kendall Jenner can be on the receiving end of it, is never about the recipient. It"s always about the bully.
If a guy like Chad has been body-shamed for being slender, it"s because someone wanted to ruin his day because of their own issues.
Allison, just like Rob Kardashian, should not be shamed for being overweight, and not just because she"s working to change it.
We only wish that Rob had realized that before he went off on Blac Chyna in a revenge porn attack last summer, posting her nudes and body-shaming her.

Kardashians Trash Travis Scott: He"s Ridiculous!
As you’ve undoubtedly heard by now, Kylie Jenner welcomed her first child earlier this month.
Reports about Kylizzle’s new life as a 20-year-old mom have been everywhere lately, but if you’re not a fan of contemporary hip-hop you might not know much about her baby daddy, Travis Scott.
So here’s a quick crash course:
For starters, he’s apparently successful enough to hand out Ferraris as gifts.
Yes, Travis gifted Kylie with a $ 1.4 million sports car as a “push present.”
The trend of husbands giving gifts to new moms has increased in popularity in recent years, but these tokens of appreciation usually take the form of a new tennis bracelet or a certificate for a spa day.
Obviously, Travis took things to a new level.
The gesture is more than a tad ostentatious, but if there’s one thing that the ladies of the Kardashian-Jenner clan love, it’s their wealth wealth, right?
Well, yes, but apparently they’re not too crazy about this particular lavish display.
According to People magazine several members of the Kardashian clan were already on the fence about Travis, and his attempt to impres them with his success didn’t go over well.
“Everyone thinks it’s the most ridiculous ‘gift’ ever,” a source tells the magazine.
Apparently the family is quite picky when it comes to Kylie’s suitors.
They felt Tyga wasn’t successful enough to be her partner, and now it seems they think Travis is a bit too impressed with herself.
As for the nature of the present – well, a 7-figure sports car might seem like an odd choice, but apparently flashy vehicles are the way to Kylie’s heart.
But it’s not because she’s a closet gearhead…
“[Kylie] has been obsessed with cars for a while. It’s just like a status thing,” says the insider.
“She gets a kick out of the fact that people will stare. She likes to show off her wealth,”
You’d think that as one of the most famous young women on the planet, Kylie would be getting sick of the stares and wouldn’t feel the need to remind everyone that she’s rich.
But at the same time … it’s not like we’d expect her (or any 20-year-old) to turn down a $ 1.4 million car.
