Jorge Nava: Arrested with a MASSIVE Amount of Marijuana
Just when things are looking up, it all comes crashing down.
90 Day Fiance couple Anfisa Arkhipchenko and Jorge Nava are still together, with Anfisa posting photos of the two of them side-by-side. But that doesn’t mean that everything’s all smiles and roses.
Because Jorge Nava was arrested earlier this month.
TMZ reports that Jorge Nava was arrested for transporting 293 pounds of marijuana.
He was arrested for possession, possession with intent to sell, transporting a controlled substance, and also possessing drug paraphernalia.
Though Jorge lives in California, where medical and recreational marijuana are both legal, there are unfortunately still states where the naughty plant remains illegal and where people’s entire lives can be ruined for possessing it.
Arizona, where Jorge was pulled over at a traffic stop before officers discovered his alleged cargo, is one of them.
Jorge was arrested on February 8th, released after paying $ 25,000 bond, and was formally charged on February 12th in Mohave County court.
(Yes, it’s spelled Mohave, even though the desert is the Mojave. I don’t know what to tell you. Go ask Arizona)
Jorge’s initial bond was set at $ 100,000, but bail and bond don’t always work how people think — unless you skip your court date.
The reality star potentially faces as much as 12.5 years in prison if convicted and given the maximum. That’s enough prison time to totally ruin someone’s life.
Jorge’s life and livelihood could be in jeopardy, and a costly court battle could ruin him.
But he looks just fine in this photo that his wife Anfisa shared recently.
Anfisa and Jorge’s relationship has always been contentious.
Not to mention controversial for viewers.
Anfisa has not been shy about characterizing herself as a gold digger. She wants to be married to a man of means.
And, as we all remember, Jorge wasn’t quite as wealthy as he had led her to believe before she came to the US to marry him.
In fact, he was in debt.
Despite the dishonestly, Anfisa and Jorge tied the knot.
Even after the two of them married, however, they didn’t exactly ride off into the sunset with a happily ever after ending.
90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? viewers saw Anfisa strike Jorge on camera. Arguments about money seemed to define their marriage.
At the tell all special, the couple appeared to be on the verge of divorce.
Jorge accused Anfisa of becoming mean once she’d gotten what she wanted from him — a boob job, paid for by him.
He also tried to imply that Anfisa, a model by trade, was working as some form of sex worker.
Things are so much better between Jorge and Anfisa now. At least, that’s how it appears from the few glimpses that Anfisa gives followers of the two of them.
Some fans can’t help but wonder if the couple being on good terms might have something to do with Jorge allegedly transporting a medium-sized football player’s worth of marijuana.
Jorge has previously been “accused” of growing and selling marijuana by an acquaintance.
Marijuana is legal in California, as we mentioned, but some wonder if he might have transported it — allegedly — to sell in states that still enforce the plant’s senseless prohibition for a higher sale value.
Perhaps, while Anfisa pursues higher education, Jorge is trying to settle his debts and make enough money to make her happy. That’s one fan theory.
Others, however, feel that this is just a way of fans trying to blame Anfisa for Jorge’s poor choices.

Demi Lovato Flaunts MASSIVE Cleavage on Instagram, Internet Rejoices
At some point in the past year or so, Demi Lovato became one of the hottest celebrities on the planet.
It’s not as if this development happened entirely out of nowhere–Demi was always attractive, but while no one was paying attention, she somehow attained previously unimaginable levels of smoke show-ness:
Maybe it happened when Demi got sober.
Maybe what we’re seeing is the positive benefits of removing Wilmer Valderrama from one’s life.
(Fact: Mila Kunis is the only member of the cast of That ’70’s Show that it’s okay to be attracted to.)
Whatever Demi’s doing, it’s working.
Demi Lovato swimsuit pics are nothing new, but it’s not hard to see why this is one of her most popular to date.
Despite going live less than 24 hours ago, Demi’s bathing suit selfie is already creeping up on 3.5 million likes.
Those are “break the internet” numbers.
As a general rule, anything that’s posted online that doesn’t involve kittens will attract haters and trolls.
So it’s possible that Demi has set some kind of record by posting such a popular pic without drawing any real criticism.
We suppose there might be some trash talk in the comments section somewhere, but it’s been buried by marriage proposals and declarations of undying love.
“I love you so deeply, I would die for you,” wrote one fan.
“OKAYYY SIS GET IT NOW LOOKING GOOD AF AND CONFIDENT IN THAT PERFECT BODY OF YOURS YOU ARE TRULY AN INSPIRATION,” remarked another.
You get the idea.
Sadly, the image wasn’t accompanied by any info about how we might all be more like Demi.
“In [heart emoji] with this bathing suit…” Lovato captioned the pic.
That’s not gonna help us get rid of our post-holiday guts, Demi!
Fortunately, we know a little bit about how the 25-year-old singer stays in such incredible shape.
Demi’s battled eating disorders and addictions in the past, but these days she’s militantly devoted to maintaining her physical and mental health.
Demi was recently awarded a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and she’s reportedly dating a mixed-martial artist.
So yes, she looks incredible, but more importantly, she can kick ass.

Megyn Kelly: Is Her Massive Salary Pissing Off Her Colleagues?
As you may have heard, Megyn Kelly did not have a great week last week.
Her peppy, mostly apolitical morning show, Megyn Kelly Today, premiered to less than rave reviews and featured more than a few awkward moments.
Thus far, the show has served to strengthen the argument that NBC made a costly mistake in courting the former Fox News anchor.
Reports that execs are desperate to fire Kelly have been circulating but new revelations about just how much the network is paying the 46-year-old lead us to believe they’ll likely ride it out in hopes of seeing some return on their investment.
According to a new report from Radar Online, NBC has agreed to pay Kelly an astonishing $ 69 million over the next three years.
Yes, that awkward maorning show that’s become Twitter’s favorite punchline is earning Kelly $ 23 million a year.
For reference, NBC pays Jimmy Fallon just over $ 15 million annually.
Matt Lauer is paid more than Megyn, with a salary of $ 25 million, but he’s been with the network for 23 years!
“How on earth can they justify paying her $ 69m for three years?” said one irate insider in an interview with Radar.
“The network that created Barbara Walters, Tom Brokaw and Matt Lauer will now forever be remembered for the $ 69m hire of Megyn Kelly,” opined another.
What’s truly baffling about the staggering sum Kelly is being paid is that NBC had to know her contract amounted to a tremendous gamble on their part.
Though more moderate than some of her colleagues, Kelly still made a name for herself as a rightwing firebrand at Fox News.
NBC shelled out for a kinder, gentler Kelly, which baffled many within the industry.
Why pay her so much to not do what she’s best known for?
It’s the journalistic equivalent of signing Tom Brady for eight figures and having him play wide receiver.
On top of the confusing attempt at rebranding, the network assumed the risk that left leaning viewers would reject Kelly as a result of the controversial views she espoused in the past.
And indeed, to seems to be what’s taking place.
Numbers for Kelly’s second week aren’t in yet, but her ratings declined steadily during her first week on the air.
Of course, that could have less to do with the fact that she once argued Santa Claus is white in an unhinged on-air tirade, and more to do with the fact that her show is simply not good.

T.J. Miller Comes Across as Massive Douche in Bizarre Interview
T.J. Miller is one of the stars of the upcoming Emoji Movie, and he’s got some thoughts to share the on effect of artists on the prevailing zeitgeist in Western capitalist societies.
Okay, Miller is also a standup who’s probably best known for his roles in Silicon Valley and Deadpool, but we couldn’t resist that opening sentence.
Miller recently quit Silicon Valley and made a point of igniting the Bridge to Relevance behind him, both insulting the intelligence of the show’s writers and expressing his disgust at his co-stars for not doing enough to prevent the election of Donald Trump.
Because, ya know, Thomas Middleditch, Kumail Nanjiani, and Martin Starr all weild a tremendous amount of political clout.
We guess it’s not surprising behavior coming from a guy who thinks the answer to the political strife in this country is to physically attack people who disagree with him.
Miller continued his amusingly un-self-aware career suicide this week with a thoroughly bonkers and unintentionally amusing interview with Vulture.
The only way to really do justice to Miller’s interview is to present his comments unedited, followed by our reactions, all of which will start with the word “dude,” because, seriously … dude:
On Women Not Being Funny: “They’re taught to suppress their sense of humor during their formative years,” Miller told Vulture. “Women want to be treated as equals, and we want feminism to be a thing, but it’s really difficult when every woman makes the same point about her vagina, over and over.
“I think shock value works well for women, but beyond that, there’s no substance. I want to see what else there is with such complex, smart creatures.”
Dude, it’s not the entire gender’s fault that the only female comic you’ve ever seen is Amy Schumer.
On Wanting to Be Lindsay Lohan: “After the election, I realized that there was a gap. Nobody right now is publicly the Lindsay Lohan–train wreck–but–not–quite person. If I’d just said it was an honor to work on ‘Silicon Valley’ and was thankful to Alec Berg, I would have disappeared. Instead, by being just a little authentic, I infected the news cycle.
Dude, if Lindsay Lohan is your PR idol, then you need to take several steps back and re-evaluate WTF it is that you’re trying to accomplish.
Offerring a Hilariously High-Minded Justification For Selling Out: “My goal is to distract people from the tragedy of the impermanence of everyday life. And I can do that best by oversaturating the market … In the American Zeitgeist, you have to recognize that there is no Zeitgeist.”
Dude, stop throwing around words like “zeitgeist” so damn much. You’re promoting The Emoji Movie.
On … We Don’t Even Know: “There’s no point in moderation. Every American’s job in this capitalist society is to consume content. If nothing means anything, then anything can mean everything.”
Dude, just … what?
The whole thing is worth a read.
At one point, Miller informs the interviewer that he “tricked” him into answering nicer questions, like he’s some steampunk goggle-wearing pick-up artist enveloped in a cloud of vape smoke.
Be sure to enjoy every unhinged word, because we get the feeling T.J. Miller interviews won’t be a thing for much longer.

Johnny Galecki Loses Home in Massive Fire
Johnny Galecki is a lucky man because he got to see Kaley Cuoco nude back when the co-stars dated.
But The Big Bang Theory actor is unlucky because his house just burned down.
The star, whose primary residence is a ranch in San Luis Obispo, tells TMZ that the home was lost in a 1,200-acre first fire that is still ranging in California.
The most recent estimates state that only 40% of the fire has been contained.
Thankfully, Galecki was not around when the incident took place and has no plans to return until authorities confirm it’s safe to do so.
At that time, he can attempt to salvage anything he can find.
In response to the massive fire, Galecki has issued a statement in which he makes clear that his primary concern rests with others who also lost their homes.
(And who aren’t as well off financially as he is.)
“My heart goes out to all in the area who are also experiencing loss from this vicious fire, the threat of which we live with constantly, which may seem crazy to some but we do so because living in our beautiful, rural area makes it worthwhile,” Galecki says, adding:
It’s never the structures that create a community – it’s the people.
And if the people of Santa Margarita have taught me anything it’s that, once the smoke has cleared, literally and figuratively, it’s a time to reach out and rebuild.
We’ve done it before, and will need to do it together again, and it will make our community even closer and stronger.
Endless thanks to CalFire and the Sheriff’s Office. I know you guys are fighting the good fight to keep us safe.
So very relieved no one has been hurt.
Galecki has been a featured cast member on The Big Bang Theory since its premiere.
The beloved comedy was just renewed for Seasons 11 and 12 by CBS, meaning he’ll be keeping quite busy and making a great deal of money for a long time going forward.
The sitcom films in Burbank and Galecki’s home had been located between Los Angeles and San Francisco.
We’re glad neither he nor anyone he cares about was injured in this blaze and we wish Galecki the best.
