On Sunday night, the world was stunned by accuations that screen icon Kevin Spacey had made sexual advances toward actor Anthony Rapp, who was just 14 at the time of the alleged incident.

Spacey issued a public apology in which he also came out as gay, a move that has only exacerbated the scandal.

Many feel the Oscar winner callously attempted to manipulate the conversation and re-focus the media"s attention on his sexual orientation.

Here are some of the most incendiary celebrity reactions to both the allegations against Spacey and the actor"s unexpected response:

1. Spacey Responds

Spacey issued a public response to Rapp’s accusation almost immediately. Unfortunately for the House of Cards star, many felt there was a deeply cynical motive behind his statement.

“This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life,” Spacey wrote in a statement posted to social media. “As those closest to me know, in my life I have had romantic relationships with both men and women. I have loved and had romantic encounters with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man.”

The most important response, of course, came from Rapp. But the actor certainly wasn’t the only one who had thoughts to express about Spacey.

Las Vegas Shooting: Celebrities React to Terrorist Attack

Early this morning, news broke of a horrifying mass shooting in Las Vegas, one that is now the largest mass shooting in modern American history.

Current estimates list more than 50 dead victims and more than 400 people injured by the gunman, who opened fire from his hotel room and unleashed terror and death upon the innocents below.

We still know only a limited amount of information about 64-year-old Stephen Paddock, the shooter who has been identified as having committed this terrorist act before reportedly taking his own life.

But you don"t need to know why people were massacred to reach out and share prayers and condolences.

Some people, celebrities included, went to bed before the news broke. Some of them still haven"t awoken to learn what has happened.

We"ve seen people tweeting about this as soon as they awoke this morning.

Some tweeted last night, when this was still an active shooter situation. Social media spreads information very, very quickly.

A lot of celebrities have spoken out, even so early in the morning. Including Jason Aldean, whose show has been playing so very close to where the shooting took place.

According to reports, the media mogul died at his home peacefully in his sleep.

Kim Zolciak: See Her Family React to Son"s Dog Attack!

Kim Zolciak"s Don"t Be Tardy For The Party trailer would, in all honesty, be pretty much a snoozefest if it weren"t for one little thing.

Like, nobody other than Brielle herself been waiting for months to find out if Brielle Biermann gets to move in with her hot boyfriend.

But after little Kash Biermann"s dog attack and serious injury last April, a lot of fans have wondered how it went down. Well, we get our first glimpse in this video:

Okay, so, a quick refresher:

Back in April, Kash Biermann — Kim Zolciak"s son, who was four years old at the time — suffered some sort of dog attack that left his face seriously injured.

It was reported that he was in danger of losing one of his eyes. Kim Zolciak described the damage to her son"s face and it"s not a pretty picture.

Kim Zolciak and her family rushed to the hospital and this was serious, rather than the usual "drama" that you get on reality television.

Now, as terrible as all of this is to imagine, know that Kash lived and kept both eyes and has also started kindergarten, which Kim Zolciak couldn"t handle.

Kim and her family have been remarkably tight-lipped about it all, seemingly for legal reasons.

(We don"t know everything, but doesn"t it seem likely that there"s some sort of legal action between them and whoever they believe is responsible for what happened?)

Well, now we know a little more.

Clearly, this Don"t Be Tardy For The Party trailer is intended to tease viewers into watching for glimpses into Kash"s harrowing ordeal.

That"s also the part that comes last.

At first, you get generic stuff with the Biermann family with, you know, Kim Zolciak being goofy and romantic as she renews her vows on the beach.

Then they get into the "oh no is the help stealing from us" storyline, followed by a "we"re going to fix your horrible nightmare of a house" storyline.

Sure.

(Even if you"re just being nice on camera, you"re still being nice)

Then Brielle wants to move in with her needlessly attractive baseball player boyfriend, Michael Kopech.

We love their relationship.

First of all, after years of slogging through Kylie Jenner"s romantic choices, it"s nice to see a stunningly gorgeous young woman date a guy who actually seems worthy of her and appropriate.

Michael Kopech is a baseball player so we don"t think that he"s chasing fame.

He"s as hot in his own right as Brielle is in hers, where most of the time you see these gorgeous women dating guys who are mostly just okay-looking.

Also, he"s a completely age-appropriate choice — he"s twenty-one and Brielle is twenty.

Anyway, Michael wants Brielle to move in with him, which is nobody"s business, but Kroy Biermann has some issue with it, which is super weird and we hope is just him playing tough for the camera or something.

Only at the end do we see the part with the family reacting to the news about Kash.

Our biggest question is this: why does Brielle (we think that it was Brielle"s voice) say that she feels so guilty?

We guess that we"re going to find out whenever the season tells that story.

Some people are probably going to slam them for telling Kash"s story on the show but, like … it"s part of their lives.

And it"s a reality show. It goes with the territory, you know?

Joker Movie Announced: Batman Fans React in Shock, Anger!

The Joker has long been an iconic character in the Batman universe, so it comes as no surprise that fans are not impressed with the news that an origins movie is in development. 

On top of that, Hangover director Todd Philips is attached to co-writer and may even direct the flick. 

There is lots of skepticism when a bold move like this is announced, but the reactions so far seem very one-sided, and it will be a miracle if the film even gets made.

He was just 41 years old.

Yesterday, we learned some truly shocking news.

Nelsan Ellis had passed away. He was only 39 years old.

As his manager explained in a statement, "Nelsan has passed away after complications with heart failure. He was a great talent, and his words and presence will be forever missed."

Nelsan is perhaps best known for his role as Lafayette on the HBO series True Blood, but he also had roles in movies like The Help and The Butler.

And, judging by statements that have been flooding in yesterday and today, he was also known among his peers for being a truly amazing person.

Kardashians React to Rob Drama with Sexy Selfies, Ice Cream Promotion and a Makeup Tutorial

According to a recent report, the Kardashians are very angry at the moment.

The entire family is basically irate at Rob Kardashian for taking a private feud with Blac Chyna as public as humanly possible, calling out his baby mama for allegedly cheating on him and even for supposedly taking a lot of drugs.

Rob has taken his venting to such an inappropriate (and possibly illegal) extreme that he got kicked off Instagram.

So it makes sense that Kris Jenner and company would be upset at Rob for two reasons:

1. He’s hurting their brand.

2. He may be hurting his relationship with seven-month old Dream in terms of how frequently Chyna will allow him to spend time with her going forward.

But while the anger on the Kardashian-Jenner side may be legitimate and present, you’d never know it by taking a look at various family members’ social media feeds.

We’ll start with Kylie Jenner.

A mere couple days after Rob blasted Chyna in a way rarely seen before in Hollywood, the teenage reality star acted like everything was just dandy and normal.

Just like she does nearly ever hour, Kylie shared a few racy images and videos on her Snapchat and Instagram pages, the most notable of which included her wearing a tight shirt and eating a banana,

Because of course, right?

Elsewhere, Khloe Kardashian shared a Twitter picture of herself pushing an ice cream cart. For some reason.

“Ice Cream Please!!!” Khloe penned as a caption to this seemingly random image, not really explaining why she posted it online.

And very obviously not saying a word about her troubled brother while doing so.

What about Kim Kardashian, you may be wondering?

She has often clashed with Rob, even giving him the boot from her wedding weekend a couple years ago after he allegedly caused some sort of scene.

It was this incident that prompted Kardashian to really withdraw from his family back in the day, as he left social media for about a year and went completely radio silent.

Ironically, it was his relationship with Blac Chyna that helped Rob get back on his feet, lose a lot of weight, gain self-confidence again and reunite with his loved ones.

But anyway.

Kim spent yesterday giving her Snapchat followers a makeup tutorial and pushing her new line of beauty products:

Rob, meanwhile, has not posted on Twitter since Wednesday afternoon.

He isn’t permitted to post on Instagram at the moment.

It’s possible he’s spoken to a lawyer and is finally aware that his actions crossed a few significant lines and we may not hear from him again for a very long time.

His relatives will just keep going about their regular, everyday tasks until then we guess, praying that Kardashian doesn’t do anything stupid, such as relapse or even attempt suicide.

The guy is very easy to make fun of and he screwed up royally in this case.

But it’s also pretty clear he has a few mental problems. He likely needs help. Let’s hope he gets it.

Stevie Ryan: Teen Mom Stars React to Shocking Suicide

Just a couple of days ago, we learned that comedian and fellow Teen Mom trash talker Stevie Ryan had been found dead inside her home.

She was only 33 years old.

Shortly after the news broke that she’d passed, we learned that police at the scene described her death as an apparent suicide by hanging.

As heartbreaking as it was to hear, it wasn’t entirely unexpected — Stevie’s been open about her struggle with depression for a long time now.

In addition to her depression, she’d also revealed that her grandfather had passed away recently, which was very difficult for her.

In her last Twitter post, written on June 30th — the day before she died — she wrote “The man of my dreams will now only be in my dreams. I’ll miss you everyday, forever. I love you my Pa.”

It’s all just so, so tragic, isn’t it?

And several Teen Mom cast members are taking time to recognize it.

In case you’re not familiar with Stevie’s connection to Teen Mom … well, it goes way back.

Stevie, like many of us, couldn’t rip her eyes away from all of the show’s wonderful trashy drama, and she actually managed to work her way into the drama a couple of years ago.

In 2015, Nathan Griffith sent Stevie some private messages on Twitter, and like the hero she was, she shared them with us all.

In the messages, Nathan complained about his then-fiancee, Jenelle Evans, and he also flirted with her pretty hard.

Even though Stevie made those messages public, Jenelle still stayed with Nathan, and the two women became mortal enemies.

Stevie also inserted herself into the Teen Mom universe just a couple of weeks ago when she got into a Twitter fight with none other than Simon Saran.

It’s a little tough to read now — Simon mocked her body, which seems too sad considering the mental state she was apparently in at the time — but it seemed like it was all in good fun.

After all, she did theorize that “Simon’s tits look like a B or C cup.”

Stevie also had a new podcast called Teen Mom Tea in which she recapped episodes and gave her opinions.

So with that in mind, check out the messages the cast members left in tribute to her.

“I know we pretty much hated each other,” Jenelle admitted, “but I’m sorry you had to go so soon pretty girl. RIP.”

Nathan tweeted “I’m lost for words. I’m sorry. I wish I could have been a friend you could have leaned on. Happiness awaits you.”

Simon simply wrote “RIP beautiful!” and retweeted a comment about how they’d “trolled each other,” and “they were both hilarious.”

Tyler Baltierra said “I’m so sad to hear about @StevieRyan I just talked to her about battling depression & she told me how proud she was of @CatelynnLowell.”

Catelynn added “So sad…” and in hashtags she urged others who may be struggling to “please get help” and “seek out someone.”

Chelsea Houska wrote that she was “So sad to see the news about @StevieRyan,” and Kailyn Lowry tweeted “#rip Stevie Ryan.”

Somehow, we think Stevie would be tickled to hear all these sweet messages.
