Teen Mom 2 Season Finale Recap: So Magical, So Shocking
Two members of the fab five celebrated their weddings during the epic season finale of Teen Mom 2 on Monday, November 6.
Unfortunately, not everyone was in a joyous mood.
One cast member got into it with her ex in an altercation that will likely result in major consequences when custody decisions are made.
Another welcomed a new life into the world, but quickly faced the complicated reality of a potentially MIA father and an unhappy ex.

1. First Day of School!
Briana DeJesus’ older daughter Nova had her first day of school, and the family decided to go out to lunch to celebrate. That sounded like a great idea, except for the issue of Nova’s father …
2. Out to Lunch
Briana decided to be the bigger person and invite Devoin Austin out to lunch, even though he is out to lunch in a different sense – she just filed for child support from him. The good part is that he showed up for said meal. The bad part is … everything else.
3. Oh, You’re Mr. Responsible Now?
When Devoin – who has quite the checkered past – brought up the fact that he is currently working two jobs, Briana lost her s–t, because “there’s no reason that he has two jobs and he doesn’t help me with Nova.” She raises a valid point …
4. No Respect
Devoin countered that he’s getting the short end of the stick here, because Briana does nothing but disrespect him; Austin claims she asks for money but he gets no custody of Nova whatsoever and can only see her at her school (above) or other public settings.
5. Roxanne Goes Ham
Briana’s mom, Roxanne DeJesus, has never been to hold back when it comes to Devoin (or anything else), and when she got involved here, the situation took an ugly turn. “Shut the f–k up, motherf–ker,” she screamed, making an incredibly awkward scene in public, standing over the restaurant booth as the downtrodden baby daddy flipped her off. That’s one way to celebrate the first day of school …
6. The Fallout
It remains to be seen if Devoin will ever be back in Briana’s good graces, or if he’ll ever have joint custody of his daughter, but if this was their attempt at being “civil” last night … then wow. She makes Jenelle’s life look stable. Speaking of Jenelle …

Cheerleaders Investigated for Chanting Racial Slurs in Shocking Video!
Sometimes, you read something that a celebrity said or did and you say that it kills your faith in humanity … but really, celebrities aren"t usually representative of the average person.
This story, however, might crush your faith in humanity … and in this next generation of young people. Just a little.
Because the heinous video that went viral, which we have below, was made by teenagers.
(Of course, it was also brought to light and condemned by teenagers before anyone else got involved, so … keep that in mind)
It is sadly not new information that racism is alive and well in the United States of America.
If you were somehow able to ignore that before, the last couple of years have made it truly impossible to miss.
Hate crimes have spiked, and we"ve seen Nazis marching on American streets more than once this year.
A particularly infamous Nazi, Richard Spencer, is speaking in Florida this afternoon, and everyone in the local community is afraid of what might happen if his supporters show up and go after his protesters.
Some worry that, some time tonight, Florida could see its very own Charlottesville. Hopefully not, but the fact that people are worried about it at all tells you a lot about how prevalent and emboldened racists are feeling now in 2017.
MWhile many racists — Nazis and others — come to feel that way because they feel marginalized or threatened that other people exist and have decided to blame their own shortcomings on, for example, people of color.
Others are taught racism — not just institutional and cultural racism that we all have to unlearn — but explicit, unapologetic racism from a young age. These people tend to grow up thinking that everyone"s family "talks like that" behind closed doors.
(Then, thinking that everyone thinks and acts the way that they do, they assume that "political correctness" and not common decency is responsible for racists getting shamed)
We don"t know if these girls all learned it at home, but a group of teenage cheerleaders made a very, very disturbing video.
A group of Ogden Weber High School cheerleaders appeared to be gleefully chanting a racial slur in a bizarre, soul-crushing video.
The Utah school district is investigating after the video surfaced on Twitter and gained a lot of attention.
The girls appear to be saying (and we say "appear to" for good reason) "f–k" followed by the N-word. Gleefully, they yell again and again and again into the camera.
Yes, they recorded this themselves.
It"s widely believed that the video is a reversal of what they may have been originally chanting: "Serggin Cuff."
"Serggin Cuff" might sound like the name of a Star Wars character, but unfortunately it"s meaning is not nearly so whimsical.
Pronounced backwards, "cuff" sounds like "f–k" and "serggin" sounds like the N-word.
While someone could conceivably be tricked into saying or even repeating that word on video, which could then be reversed in order to defame the poor dupe … that wouldn"t explain their glee as they chant it.
The video was shared privately at first, but then discovered and posted to Twitter by an understandably distraught black Weber High student.
Along with the video, he included this message: "I thought people were better than this especially my so called ‘friends.’"
Outrageously, he has reportedly been contacted by the families of the girls shouting slurs in the video, who are said to have demanded that he apologize for posting the video.
That is … well, that tells you about what sorts of families that at least some of these girls come from, doesn"t it?
While this video was reportedly recorded some time ago before being circulated around the student body.
Lane Findlay, spokesperson for the school district, has spoken about the video.
"Right now the focus is on the investigation and trying to answer all the questions that have come up."
Findlay"s initial response, mentioning that the video was old and that it had not been recorded on school grounds, did not receive a warm reception.
(Schools have never before hesitated to take disciplinary action over events happening off of campus)
It sounds like Findlay understands that the public needs assurances.
"It’s being taken very seriously. We realize it’s affected many students at the school, but we want to be fair and thorough and ask for everyone’s patience."
While a resolution is expected to be reached early next week, the cheerleaders might receive counseling (which we"d say that they clearly need), removal from the cheerleading squad, or even expulsion.
We would say that expulsion is the wrong course.
One, they are teenagers and this inexcusable behavior was certainly a learned behavior.
Two, more importantly, the student who posted the video on Twitter could face reprisals if they are expelled. High school students can be brilliant, but they can also be not brilliant, and they don"t always have a great sense of perspective.
But these girls definitely need counseling. And it would be very appropriate for them to be removed from the cheerleading squad.
How they behave in the next few months could determine whether any colleges or universities will even accept them.

Natahan Griffith: Ex-Girlfriend Makes Shocking Abuse Allegations
Nathan Griffith and Jenelle Evans’ relationship was a tumultuous affair, and most fans placed the blame solely at the feet of the notoriouslty unstable Jenelle.
But the more we learn about Nathan, the more it seems he may have played a bigger role in the messiness of the situation than we previously thought.
Shortly after his breakup with Jenelle, Griffith started dating Jessica Henry.
That relationship quickly fizzzled, and the breakup underscored the extent to which Nathan is not such a great guy.
In fact, if Henry’s allegations are true, he’s a downright terrible person.
Henry has accused Griffith of abusing her to the point that she feared for her life.
She called the police to have him removed from her home after one particularly brutal episode, but it looks as though Griffith will likely avoid jail time.
Griffith is the latest subject of one of the Teen Mom franshise’s standalone specials about ancillary characters.
And not surprisingly, Being Nathan doesn’t portray Kaiser’s father in the most flattering light.
The special features Henry offering a shocking account of Griffith’s abusive tendencies:
“This was almost every night occurrences,” she tells the cameras.
“There are only two charges out there, but that’s because every single time we called the cops I covered for him. It’s manipulation. He was making me feel like I was the bad person.”
Griffith, of course, disputes Henry’s claims, but TM2 fans have many reasons to doubt him.
For example, it doesn’t look good for Nathan that Jessica has altered her story in the slightest since the night she called the police:
“She said while she was being choked, she started gagging and was in extreme pain,” reads a report from August of last year.
“[The offender] choked her until the point where she could not breath.”
“The offender got on top of her and began choking her,” the report read. “The victim stated that she started yelling the involved other’s name for help.”
All of this is happening against the backdrop of a bitter custody battle between Griffith and Evans, in which Nathan is trying to secure full custody of his son and deny Jenelle visitation rights.
We’re guessing Being Nathan isn’t gonna help his case. Of course, nor is being Nathan.

Jenelle Evans: Losing Custody of Children After Shocking New Drug Claims?!
Hey, you know how it’s been a little while since Jenelle Evans has really and truly gotten into some trouble?
Well, forget that.
After a year or two of keeping her nose relatively clean — no new arrests, no on-camera drug use, no gettin’ seen wif Kieffer — she’s now reclaiming her trainwreck status in the most tragic way.
As Jenelle herself would say, “Oh my GOD, dude!”
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Nathan Griffith’s mother, Doris Davidson, filed for emergency custody of Kaiser last week.
Why?
Because neither Jenelle nor Nathan are “fit and proper persons to provide for the care custody and control of the minor child.”
And while that isn’t exactly new information, this next little tidbit Doris provided is.
In the papers, Doris claimed that when Jenelle gave birth to darling little Ensley back in January, “the newborn tested positive for marijuana.”
Not only that, but “DSS became involved due to Ensley testing positive for marijuana and opened an investigation.”
After that, both Jenelle and Ensley’s father, David Eason, failed drug tests with marijuana in their systems.
The papers go on to state that Doris “has a reasonable belief that plaintiff [Jenelle] regularly abuses illegal substances based on the following: Plaintiff has an extensive history of drug use and has been to treatment.”
“Plaintiff has admitted to using marijuana. Upon information and belief, Plaintiff failed a drug test given by New Hanover county DDS in early 2017.”
And because of those reasons, Doris requested the court do another, more current drug test on Jenelle.
But, in the meantime, good ol’ Doris said that she is the “fit and proper persons to have the care, custody and control of the minor child and is willing and able to provide for the child’s physical, mental, emotional, and other needs.”
Well, thank goodness someone is.
Additionally, Doris is “worried about the safety of the minor child while in the care” of Jenelle.
So, to summarize, Jenelle allegedly smoked marijuana while pregnant with Ensley, enough for the poor baby to test positive for the drug, and now Nathan’s mom is trying to save the one kid out of Jenelle’s gaggle that she has biological ties to.
What a mess.
We all know that Jenelle has always loved her some weed, and in normal circumstances, we’d much rather her be smoking that then, say, doing heroin.
But if she really did get high while pregnant, that’s just awful.
Studies have shown that marijuana during pregnancy can affect the child’s neurological functions, and it can even increase the chance for miscarriages and stillborns.
While Ensley seems fine now, Jenelle’s alleged choices could affect her significantly in the future.
As for Jenelle’s other children, a few interesting things could happen.
One, Doris could manage to get the custody of Kaiser that she’s asking for, which would honestly probably be for the best at this point.
Two, if Jenelle’s ordered to take another drug test and fails, she could be found in violation of her current custody agreement with her mother, Barbara, over Jace.
And of course we still don’t know what DSS is doing about Ensley’s positive drug test, if anything.
Dang, Jenelle …

R. Kelly: Alleged Sexual Abuse Victim Comes Forward With Shocking Accusations
Last month, BuzzFeed published a scathing report accusing famed R&B singer R. Kelly of running a “sex cult” that preyed on underage girls.
Attorneys for Kelly denied the accusations, but now the author of the original piece, Jim DeRogatis, has published a follow-up interview with a woman who says she was personally victimized by the singer.
Jerhonda Pace claims she became involved in a sexual relationship with Kelly when she was just 16 years old.
Several years ago, Pace accepted a payout from Kelly’s team in order to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
After reading DeRogatis’ exposé, however, Pace decided that she could no longer remain silent in good conscience.
Pace says she met Kelly at a house party in 2009, and a sexual relationship developed shortly thereafter.
A fan of Kelly’s from childhood, Pace frequently cut class to attend his statutory rape trial the year prior.
She says Kelly was quick to exploit her worshipful fandom and quickly brainwashed her into a veritable sex slave.
In an account consistent with the appalling details in the original Buzzfeed piece, Pace says she was forced to follow a strict set of rules that included wearing baggy clothes so as not to attract other men, and asking permission to shower, eat, and leave the property where she lived with Kelly.
“I had to call him ‘daddy,’ and he would call me ‘baby,’” Pace says.
“He wanted me to have two pigtails, and I had to go out and find little schoolgirl outfits.”
Pace says she’s aware she’ll likely face a lawsuit from Kelly as a result of coming forward with her allegations but considers that a small price to pay if she can prevent others from suffering the way she did.
“If I can speak out and I can help them get out of that situation, that’s what I will do,” she tells Buzzfeed.
“I didn’t have anybody to speak up on my behalf when I was going through what I was going through with him. He’s brainwashed them really bad, and it kind of reminds me of Charles Manson.”
Pace is the fifth member of Kelly’s alleged sex cult to come forward with similar accounts of abuse and predatory behavior from the Grammy winner.
Attorneys for Kelly have already issued a statement denying her allegations:
“The allegations against Mr. Kelly are false, and are being made by individuals known to be dishonest,” reads a press release issued today.
“It is clear these continuing stories are the result of the effort of those with personal agendas who are working in concert to interfere with and damage his career. Mr. Kelly again denies any and all wrong doing and is taking appropriate legal action to protect himself from ongoing defamation.”

Mackenzie Standifer: See Her SHOCKING Reaction to Ryan Edwards Cheating Rumors!
As we’ve been hearing for the past few days now, Ryan Edwards may have gotten himself into quite the pickle.
No, he didn’t finally see some consequences for driving under the influence on national TV, and we wouldn’t call this karma for being one of the worst dads on Teen Mom.
Really, this is just about Ryan doing something really, really dumb and getting caught.
Because, as it turns out, a lot of people look down on you if you get a Tinder account and holler at the local ladies when you’re married.
But that’s just what this guy did: he started chatting with a Chattanooga girl on the dating app, he asked her if she was DTF, and things got crazier from there.
He was pretty persistent in his messages, asking her repeatedly if she wanted to “chill.”
After a couple of days of messaging on Tinder, they moved their conversation over to texts, where things got significantly weirder.
In those screenshots, which the woman in question so graciously shared with the internet, Ryan continued to hound her for a meetup.
He told her that even though he’s married now, he still likes “to have a little fun,” and they began arranging a time and place to hook up.
She did get a little wary when he wouldn’t send her any additional pics — after all, who knows how many sketchy men would try to use Ryan’s identity to catfish unsuspecting women?
But he sent her a selfie and a couple of dick pics, which eased her mind a bit.
Along with the dick pics, he sent her some pretty graphic texts — romantic little nothings like “me me hard” and “let me see how pink it is.”
When the screenshots came to an end, they were finalizing plans to meet.
And even if he never actually went through with it, many, many people would still consider what he did cheating.
Ryan has denied all of this with the simple statement “I’m married. Get f-ck out of here with that dumb sh-t.”
But, interestingly enough, the phone number linked to the text messages has been confirmed to be his.
It’s such a great big mess, right?
And you have to wonder how Ryan’s wife of three months, Mackenzie Standifer, feels about the whole thing.
The good news here?
You don’t have to wonder anymore, because Mac hopped on her Instagram account yesterday to send a pretty clear message about the scandal.
The bad news?
It’s really just a terrible message.
She shared the photo above in which she’s proudly displaying her wedding and engagement rings, and for the caption she left the following quote:
“She’s bad ass with a good heart. Soft but strong. Unapologetic and honest. She’s the type of woman you go to war beside, the type of woman you m a r r y.”
Seriously, she put those emphasizing spaces between the letters in “marry” and everything.
And, just in case you weren’t clear on her feelings here, she also changed her Instagram handle to Mackenzie Edwards — up until a few days ago, it had been Mackenzie Standifer.
We get standing by your man and all, but seriously, why is this girl so dedicated to Ryan?
She went through with marrying him in the most tragic wedding ceremony in history — he could have killed her on the ride over, and he was nodding off while they were exchanging vows.
After the news of his drug problem got it, she tried to blame it all on Maci Bookout while she claimed she knew nothing about it until after the wedding.
And now that it’s looking pretty certain that Ryan is stepping out on here, she doubles down on her support of him.
It’s weird.
At this point, it can’t be any clearer that Ryan is, at best, a sketchy guy. And at worst … we really don’t even want to think about it.
And if Mackenzie wants to put up with all of that … well, best wishes, we guess.

Audrey Roloff Details Shocking Fight with Jeremy, Shares Advice
Audrey Roloff does not have a perfect marriage.
You’d be forgiven for thinking otherwise, however.
The Little People, Big World stars get along very well nearly every week on their TLC reality show and Audrey has taken to often showering Jeremy Roloff with praise.
But this doesn’t mean the couple never fights.
And it doesn’t mean they don’t need to work hard on their relationship.
“The never needing journey of becoming one isn’t always easy,” Audrey wrote at the outset of a lengthy caption on Instagram this weekend.
It was attached to the photo above and it continued as follows:
“We come from different backgrounds, upbringings, parenting, spending habits, theologies, so we are bound to have conflict. It’s not a matter of if we will fight, but when and how.”
Why did Audrey and Jeremy need to be reminded on Friday of the best way to “fight fair?” It’s unclear.
Roloff does not get into the intricacies of why they got into a recent argument.
But she did share many words of wisdom with her Instagram followers in an attempt to help them along the way in their marital journeys.
“We needed to be reminded how to handle conflict with parameters that are healthy and productive, rather than harmful and destructive,” she explained.
“We needed to start acting like teammates rather than opponents.
“Ironcially, we posted a guest post over on @beating50 last night that we probably needed to read more than any of you.”

The sign of a great marriage is not whether or not you have conflict let’s be real, people, two selfish, independently natured humans trying to intermingle as one is going to produce some fireworks, rather the sign of a great marriage is HOW you do conflict.
And this was the theme Audrey focused on throughout her latest post.
“We were having a “mattress fight” and as the country song goes, I just wanted to “be mad for a while,” she concluded online.
“In my anger and bitterness, I was letting bad sportsmanship red card our mission.
“Have you been there? Or maybe you are resonating with these words as you read them… this blog is for you.”
Roloff, of course, is very pregnant with her first child.
She is due to give birth to a girl in a month.
It’s just a judgment, but simply a fact that her emotions are therefore heightened and there’s likely more stress than usual on her marriage.
It’s a marriage Audrey has never shied away from talking about in public, even offering up some interesting advice to husband and wives over the years.
We aren’t going to comment here on her suggestion of reciting one’s vows to one’s spouse during sex, but we are going to agree with Audrey entirely when it comes to her latest Instagram message.
Everyone fights.
Don’t worry about the state of your romance if you have a disagreement here or there.
The respect you show your significant other throughout this fight and the way you resolve it in the end is what’s important.
We wish Audrey and Jeremy the very best of luck as they rapidly approach parenthood. The times ahead may be rocky on occasion, but savor them nonetheless.

Jenelle Evans Reveals Shocking Suicidal Thoughts: Is She OK?!
Jenelle Evans isn’t exactly known for being a stable individual.
She’s actually mostly known for getting pregnant, smoking weed with Kieffer, and heroin.
Oh, and for assaulting people. And getting arrested. And trying to get out of going to jail so she can go to a Kesha concert, because dude, that’s why she got all those feathers in her hair.
What we’re getting at with all this is that Jenelle has been a hot mess from day one.
And sure, she kicked heroin and it’s been a while since she’s been arrested, and those are sincerely some impressive accomplishments.
But as we’ve been seeing on this new season of Teen Mom 2, she still has some issues.
And, as she reveals in her new book, Read Between the Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom, some of those issues are more serious than we’ve ever realized.
In multiple entries in the book, Jenelle reveals some seriously troubling thoughts she had as a child — suicidal thoughts.
In one entry from the summer of 2005, when she was only 13 years old, she wrote about how she got in trouble for hanging out with an 18-year-old guy.
“Now my mom doesn’t love me any more, she wishes I drop dead,” the entry reads. “That hurts me so much and now I have no one to love me.”
“I want to tell my mom that I’m sorry for being born because I know I was just another accident.”
13-year-old Jenelle added “She’s also canceling modeling cuz she thinks I’m too ugly for it … she tells me I’m a lil whore. She treats me like I’m not alive.”
“But then she won’t let me kill myself cuz she’ll go to jail or something.”
That’s shockingly disturbing, right? She was so young, but she really sounded very, very troubled.
And, as grown-up Jenelle explained alongside the old diary entry, a lot of the things she wrote back then weren’t even true.
“I know it reads like a kid just regurgitating what she heard,” she wrote, “but I know my mom didn’t say those things to me.”
“I must’ve been really upset, and made up a bunch of stuff to make myself feel better about being punished for something, at heart, I knew was my fault.”
So not only did little Jenelle write about killing herself, but she also wrote some fiction about how her mother called her a “lil whore” and how she told her she couldn’t kill herself because she’d go to jail?
Damn, Jenelle.
Then, in an entry dated in April of 2006, she mentioned suicide again, simply writing “I cannot believe I was about 2 kill myself and film it.”
For this remarkably upsetting entry, Jenelle explained that it was simply “Another cry for attention, I am certain of it.”
This time, her cry for attention worked — a friend told her boyfriend about what she’d written, and “it upset him and he decided enough was enough.”
“He was tired of investing time in a girl who thought trying to kill herself were just things to try out for the fun of it.”
The Jenelle of today also explained that while she did write about suicide from time to time, she never actually attempted it — though she did cut herself once.
“I tried cutting myself for the first and last time,” she wrote in another section of the book. “It wasn’t anything serious, just a few scratches on one arm.”
“I tried it out because I had heard other kids at school talk about how it relieved stress and helped me get over bad stuff that was happening around them.”
As if we didn’t know already, it seems like her book makes it crystal clear that Jenelle had a very troubled childhood — and it also makes it a little easier to understand how she turned out the way she did.
Again … damn, Jenelle.

John Heard: Shocking Cause of Death Revealed?!
Yesterday, we heard the tragic news that John Heard had passed away.
He was 72 years old.
John, an actor best known for his roles in the Home Alone movies and for his stint on The Sopranos, was found dead in a hotel room on Friday in Palo Alto, California.
Hotel staff called for help, but he was pronounced dead as soon as police arrived on the scene.
At this point, his death is being investigated by the coroner — there was no obvious cause, but foul play is not suspected.
Interestingly, his rep revealed that just two days before John’s body was found, he had a minor back surgery. He was staying at the hotel while he recovered.
So what happened? Did he experience some complications from the surgery? Did he have other unknown health issues?
Obviously, we won’t know for sure until the coroner releases a report.
But in the meantime, John’s third wife, Lana Pritchard, believes she knows what happened to the beloved actor.
Lana, who was married to John for seven months in 2010 but who remained close with him, says in an interview with Radar Online that she was “heartbroken” to hear the news of his death.
“I cannot believe John is dead,” she states. “His second wife Sharon phoned me with the news and then I saw it all over social media.”
And then she drops the bomb:
“I firmly believe that he died from an accidental overdose from the pain medication after the surgery.”
An accidental overdose? It’s possible, we suppose — anything is.
She says that “He was in so much pain from sciatica that he had problems walking and it was really getting him down.”
Lana also adds that, in the past few years, his sciatica had gotten worse, but he was scared of taking painkillers because he didn’t want to get addicted.
“John told his doctor that the medication changed his moods so he was placed on a low dosage,” she explains, “but I know he was in a lot of pain.”
Another layer to the issue is that John’s son, Max, passed away at the age of 22 back in December — and Lana alleges that Max died from an overdose.
She claims that John “had struggled to come to terms with the death of his son Max from an overdose,” and that he also “hated being riddled with pain as he wanted to be active.”
“I spoke with him on Tuesday before the surgery,” she continues, “and he was in positive spirits but he did not want anyone to help him — I feel so bad because I think I could have done more.”
“He was a kind guy and we have known each other for many years. I’m worried that he lay in the hotel room dead for a few days, that is very sad.”
It really, really is.
“I am going to miss John,” Lana concludes. “He always took time for his fans and he was at heart a good person and a really talented actor too, he was liked by a lot of people.”
Whatever caused his death, it really does seem like his work touched a lot of people.

Earlier today, we reported the shocking news that Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has committed suicide.
He was just 41 years old.
Bennington"s musical abilities made him a sought-after collaborator, and his kindness earned him countless friends throughout the industry.
