Amy Roloff Takes Trip with Boyfriend, Hears It from the Haters
Amy Roloff recently went on an innocent and enjoyable vacation with long-time boyfriend Chris Marek.
Or at least Amy Roloff thought she went on an innocent and enjoyable vacation with long-time boyfriend Chris Marek.
As we’re discovering nearly everyday, however, the Little People, Big World star can’t do much of anything without getting dragged all around the Internet by a bunch of trolls and haters.
In this case, Amy simply shared the photo above and included with it the caption below:
What a blast! Went to ID to visit Chris’s family and go snowmobiling. Just beautiful.
She also added the hashtags “#allaboutfamily #amyssecondactcontinues #snowmobiling #idahocountry #chrisandamyPdx.”
Seems like a fun little trip to take during the winter, a nice way to take advantage of the cold elements while enjoying some time together as a couple.
That’s how we view it, at least.
But certain people on Instagram responded to this picture in the same way they have responded to old photos of Amy and Chris: via lots of disdain and scorn for some reason.
One individual, for example, actually dragged Amy for her appearance, writing:
“Please smile with your mouth closed!!! YIKES.”
Another, meanwhile, looked at this picture and instantly jumped to the conclusion that upcoming installments of Little People, Big World would focus entirely on this romance.
“Have a feeling the new shows are going to be her little adventures,” wrote this person, clearly unhappy with this prospect while adding:
“not what LPBW has always been about…hope not….would be disappointing if they change the show…others shows have tried that and it did not work….”
We’d love to know why this user thinks such a thing – and also why this user thinks such a thing would be so terrible.
Despite the fact that Amy and Matt Roloff have been divorced for years and that each has moved on to someone else and that the split is very amicable…
… many viewers just can’t handle the idea of Amy dating Chris.
They took her to task just a few weeks ago for another picture she shared of herself and Marek, slamming Roloff for living in sin because they assumed she and her man had moved in together.
One, this has never been confirmed.
Two, who the heck is anyone to judge Amy if she did decide to reside with her serious boyfriend?!?
Thankfully, Amy does still have a lot of supporters out there.
A user named “lovemydogs3,” for example, wrote the following in response to the first image posted in this article:
Happy for you Amy! You’re a wonderful person and glad you found someone to have adventures with! I know from previous shows you are an adventurer.
You have a great spirit! God bless you.
Really, is that attitude so difficult for others to express as well?
Must we wildly speculate about Marek’s motives for dating Roloff?
Sadly, this is what some folks out there think the Internet is for.
We’re just glad to see that Amy doesn’t appear to be letting the misguided hate bring her down.

Javi Marroquin Prepares For "Emotional" Trip With Kailyn Lowry
There might not be a more complicated relationship in the entire reality TV landscape than the one between Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin.
As fans of Teen Mom 2 are well aware, Kailyn and Javi have been divorced for quite some time.
However, due to the fact that they not only have a child together, but also share a number of professional commitments, they’re still very much in one another’s lives.
For most divorce couples, that probably sounds like hell on earth, but Kail and Javi don’t seem to mind the arrangement.
In fact, they recently doubled-down by collaborating on a yet another project together.
Last week, Lowry and Marroquin announced a book deal with a unique twist.
Each of them penned a separate memoir offering their version of what led them to divorce, with the idea that the books would be released on the same day.
Now, Javi is opening up for the first time about the origins of the unique project.
“Out of respect for Kail, I wanted her to read it and she needed to read it,” he told Radar Online in a recent interview.
“She wasn’t happy with what was in it. We were figuring out a way to compromise. It came down to, why don’t you just write your own book? Leave my book alone. You do your thing and I write my book.”
Javi says that from there, it became clear that the only fair way for both parties to tell their stories was to publish two separate books.
“People are going to believe what they want to believe,” Marroquin said.
“As she writes and I find out what she’s putting in there, more things pop into my head. I’m like, ‘Okay, if you’re going to go there, I’m going to go here.’”
Following photos of Javi and Kailyn kissing in public, rumors of a reconciliation began circulating on social media last week.
But Javi says it was a purely platonic moment, and he and Kailyn are committed to maintaining amicable co-parenting and collaborating relationships.
In fact, the former couple is soon to embark on a book tour together, and while Javi is aware they may be some emotional moments, he says he and Kail are committed to keeping their relationship professional.
“We try not to get emotions involved and just kind of realize the past is the past,” he said.
“Emotions get involved so quickly because it was so heavy for both of us. We find ourselves arguing over something that happened such a long time ago.
“Hopefully we can be professionals and go on this book tour,” he concluded.
We think that might not be as easy as Javi thinks.

Britney Spears Treats Sons to Disneyland Birthay Trip!
Just in case you needed a reminder, Britney Spears isn’t just good at singing, dancing, and performing.
She’s also just a really great mom.
In her latest display of maternal excellence, Britney treated her sons to a trip to Disneyland for their birthdays. And Sam Asghari was there, too!
It’s no secret that Britney Spears’ career as a celebrity and a musical icon has had its ups and downs.
From the rumors of lipsyncing and plastic surgery that dogged her in the early days of her musical stardom, when she was just a teenager …
To her big breakdown a decade ago that allowed her to return, stronger than ever.
But, these days, Britney is living a much better life.
Her best life.
She has her hunky and unnecessarily attractive boyfriend, Sam Asghari.
Her career is still going strong while giving her plenty of time to be with her family.
And she can be a truly wonderful mom to her boys, celebrating their interests and treating them for their birthdays.

Britney took her sons and several of their friends (it looks like three friends each) to Disneyland over the weekend.
Her boys aren’t twins, but Sean’s birthday is in just two days, when he will turn 12.
Jayden’s birthday is actually today.
He’s 11!
Usually, it kind of sucks having your birthday close to a close relative’s birthday — or, worse, close to a major and expensive holiday like Christmas.
Obviously, expense isn’t an issue when you’re Britney’s kid, but the timing can still be a sore point.
Like, how are you going to celebrate your birthday week if someone else is always hogging the glory?
Well, being amazing and perfect in every way, Britney found a way to make their combined birthday celebration into an even bigger event.
Like a day trip to Disneyland with three friends each.
Awww, look at them!
Britney Spears captioned this photo:
“So much fun celebrating the boys’ birthdays at @disneyland yesterday!!!”
Britney isn’t shy about posting on Instagram, but you’re more likely to see her or her boyfriend appear on her social media accounts than you are her children.
You’ll see photos of Britney and Sam cuddling, videos of Britney’s workouts, or even Britney showing off minimal makeup.
This isn’t out of a lack of interest, but because her boys deserve their privacy.
Up to a point, Sean and Jayden are and always will be public figures.
Sharing a few snapshots of them at birthday parties and similar events is precious, along with the occasional video of them scaring her around the house or a photo of them kissing her cheeks.
Sharing pics of them every day? At this age?
It could open them to ridicule from classmates (if anyone would dare make fun of Britney’s kids … we hope not) and would generally just be an invasion of their privacy.
Leave it to Britney to find the perfect balance.
Privacy, of course, is a big issue for Britney.
Anecdotal reports from people who were at Disneyland that day shared that Britney couldn’t go anywhere without people screaming her name.
Like … we get it. Britney is a blessing and she’s amazing.
But you don’t need to give her a hard time over it.
Let her go about her life when she’s out and about.
Especially when she’s with her kids.

Jackson Roloff Takes Special Trip, Meets Special Woman
This has been quite the week for Jackson Roloff.
First, the newest and cutest member of the Little People, Big World cast was taken the happiest place on Earth by his parents.
No, we aren’t referring to the Roloff family farm, although smiles abound there any time Jackson stops by.
We’re talking about Disneyland!
The destination holds a unique place in Tori Roloff’s heart and she simply couldn’t wait to take her baby son there for the first time.
“What a day. I definitely cried as we left my favorite place,” she wrote as a caption to the picture above,adding:
“It was such a treat to be able to take my son to Disneyland for the first time. It’s the first of many I’m sure, but this trip will always hold a special place in my heart!!”
How sweet and enjoyable and nice for the family, right?
Wrong, according to some people on the Internet for some reason.
“He’s not going to even remember,” reads a comment on Tori’s Instagram page. “Maybe you should have waited until he was three or four; it would have meant more. Just saying.”
And we’re just saying: mind your own business, stranger!
Taking one’s child at three months doesn’t preclude one from also taking this child at three years… or four years… or any time at all after that.
Said another online troll:
“The heat must have been unbearable for him. Since the place must have been packed during this last couple of weeks before school starts, can you imagine the airborne viruses and other bacteria he’s been exposed to? ‘
“I hope and pray that at three months, his immune system is strong enough to fight off all these exposures.”
Look, Internet users: We trust that Zach and Tori are capable of monitoring their own child’s temperature levels and responding accordingly.
There’s also a strong belief that exposing a baby to various forms of bacteria actually strengthens their immune system.
Finally, once again, MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
Thankfully, Tori and Zach have not been bothered by this criticism.
Especially not after Jackson met a very special woman shortly after his Disneyland adventure:
“Baby J got to meet his great grandmother,” Tori wrote as a caption to this image.
“He has no idea how special this woman is. Marmee- as we call her- is truly the kindest woman I have ever met. She is the best grandma I could ever ask for and Jackson is so blessed that he gets to share her too!
“Baby J is so loved and I am so thankful for that!”
The Roloffs recently shared a handful of professional photos of Jackson on social media, pleasing fans who have following them for years.
Soon enough, meanwhile, we’ll be treated to picture of a different baby, as Audrey Roloff and Jeremy Roloff will be welcoming a girl any day now.
How exciting is that?!?
Melania Trump Wears Stilettos for Hurricane Trip, Outrage Ensues
To some critics, Donald Trump’s visit to Texas on Tuesday was appalling due to the President’s self-serving statements and behavior there.
He didn’t utter a word of empathy or even refers to the victims of Hurricane Harvey at any point, instead using the brief visit as a photo and PR op, bragging about the size of the crowd on the street and the response of authorities to the natural disaster.
If it wasn’t so disturbing and depressing, it would have been hilarious.
To others, however, the real sin of the President’s trip had nothing to do with the nonsense that spewed from his mouth.
And everything to do with what his wife wore on her feet.
Yesterday morning, Melania Trump was photographed departing the White House in weather-appropriate attire that included a bomber jacket, tailored black pants and a black top, which she paired with a functional pair of aviators.
Fair and practical enough, right? Even if the couple didn’t encounter a single rain drop during its visit.
But Mrs. Trump also rocked sky-high snakeskin stiletto pumps.
And it was on these shoes that the Internet focused its outrage.
In Melania’s defense, she sounded far more sympathetic to the plight of those affected by Harvey than her husband, who sounded as if only he was affected by the storm…
… and in a positive fashion, no less.
“The effects of Hurricane Harvey will be felt in Texas, Louisiana, and other parts of the country for many months and years to come,” she said in a statement, adding:
“So far, 1.7 million people are under orders to evacuate their homes, and, as the floodwater in Houston rises, sadly, so will the number of evacuees.
“I want to be able to offer my help and support in the most productive way possible, not through just words, but also action.
“What I found to be the most profound during the visit was not only the strength and resilience of the people of Texas, but the compassion and sense of community that has taken over the State.
“My thoughts and prayers continue to be with the people of Texas and Louisiana.”
Still, Twitter could not stop talking about those stilettos:
Upon arrival in Texas, however, the First Lady changed her clothing, slipping into a pair of sneakers.
She joined her husband in Corpus Christi while donning black skinny jeans, a white button down, Adidas shoes, aviators and a FLOTUS baseball cap.
Said her spokesperson to CNN shortly afterward:
“It’s sad that we have an active and ongoing natural disaster in Texas, and people are worried about her shoes.”
That’s a fair point.
However, that’s sort of how social media rolls.
And it’s hard not to focus on fashion when the President is wearing a baseball cap that is for sale on his website.
Do the proceeds go to disaster relief in the wake of Hurricane Harvey? HA! Of course not.
They go to his reelection campaign fund.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian: See Their Disney Trip with Dream!
After Blac Chyna took her kids to Legoland without any sign of Rob Kardashian, a lot of people were worried that they weren’t managing to get along.
Not even well enough for shared outings with Dream, it looked like.
Fortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case, since the three of them went to Disneyland for Father’s Day. Look at how sweet they look!
This is super cute.
Chyna and Rob have a super complicated relationship with all sorts of baggage.
Sometimes they can’t seem to stand each other.
Other times, it’s clear that Rob Kardashian wants Blac Chyna back.
But they also have Dream, who needs to always take priority.
We’re not saying that they’re necessarily trying to use a little Disney magic to rekindle their relationship.
Though Minnie Mouse probably isn’t the worst marriage counselor they could have.
They’re probably just trying to make this arrangement work for Dream.
That’s what being a parent is supposed to be all about.
Disneyland is a good choice.
It might not have the exact same setup as Disney World, but it has the undeniable advantage of not being in Florida.
Southern California may be a desert hellscape, but Florida is a swampy hellscape.
And, again, it’s Florida.
Also, obviously, Disneyland is just way the frick-frack closer to where they live.
Perhaps more to the point, a theme park is a great choice when the parents are having issues.
A public venue makes this pair of celebrity exes way less likely to bicker or whatever, if that was a concern.
Social awareness can do wonders to keep everybody on their best behavior.
Though, Blac Chyna was at Rob Kardashian’s 30th birthday party, so maybe they’re getting along better than it sometimes appears.
Even if it did look like Minnie was making some moves on Rob.
Mickey’s watching, girl.
You know what?
With this Disneyland trip for context, we think that we know what Legoland was all about.
That trip wasn’t just Chyna and Dream — King, Chyna’s son with Tyga — was also there.
It can be hard enough for older siblings when the new baby is born and everything’s suddenly about the baby.
Now imagine that your baby sibling is a Kardashian, with all of that baggage.
Blac Chyna must feel constant pressure to reassure King while including Rob in her life … and also not making King feel like Rob is his new stepdad.
Taking King on Rob’s Father’s Day trip would have been all sorts of weird.
But you know what else is weird? Going to Disneyland without your son.
So it looks like Legoland, just a week earlier, was a great way to head off that awkwardness and keep things fair.
Of course, Dream still got to go to two theme parks, but she’s a baby so it’s super not the same.
Honestly, Dream is too young to remember any of this, but her happiness still matters.
And even without conscious memories, she needs to have regular, positive experiences with her parents as she grows up in order to bond healthily.
So “making memories” still matters, even if she’s too young to actually remember.
Also, it’ll be neat for her to get to see the pictures when she’s older.
It’ll be especially neat for her if Rob and Chyna get back together and stay that way, but we shouldn’t view this photo as proof of anything other than a pleasant day out.
In a few years, she’ll be old enough to actually appreciate Disneyland.
Right now, she probably hasn’t even seen a Disney movie.

Sadly, this will be a departure from an earlier installment of the occasionally beloved series, during which Kardashian took all her clothes off.
