Chris Pratt and Anna Faris: Sued For Animal Neglect!
Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are probably among the most beloved couples in Hollywood.
But that might be soon to change, thanks to new reports about the actors allegedly neglecting and abandoning their pet Chihuahua.
According to TMZ, the problems started when Faris adopted the dog named Pete about four years ago.
At the time, Faris signed an agreement with rescue shelter operator Laurel Kinder, stating that she would pay a fine of $ 5,000 if she ever gave the dog to a different owner.
On Friday, Pete was found wandering the streets of North Hollywood and was reportedly badly emaciated.
Pete was outfitted with microchip that identified Pratt and Faris as his owners.
The couple is currently out of town, but reps say they’ve made arrangements to have the dog returned to the “nice home” that they found for him upon concluding that they could no longer care for the animal.
Faris and Pratt’s ream did not comment on why they violated their agreement, or if they intend to pay the shelter the agreed-upon $ 5,000.
Sadly, this isn’t the first time that Faris and Pratt have been involved in a pet-related controversy.
Back in 2011, Pratt was criticized for attempting to give his 15-year-old cat away on Twitter.
His response to online backlash was seen by many as insensitive to both animal lovers and people who are unable to have children:
“Bottom line, and not that this is any of your f–king business weirdos, but my wife and I want to start a family and we ABSOLUTELY CANNOT have an animal that shits all over the house,” Pratt wrote on social media.
“Sorry. If you are a parent you will understand. And if not, that probably explains why you have such a hard on for cats. Just sayin’.”
This was all before Chris became a mainstream movie star on the strength of his performance in Guardians of the Galaxy, and he may have changed his ways in the years since.
There were reports of Pratt losing it on a fan back in September, and while the actor does appear to have lost his temper, he still remained pretty chill.
Hopefully, he and Faris will have a good explanation for what happened with Pete whenever they get back into town.
We already lost Brangelina this year.
We need all of the likable Hollywood couples we can get.

Kylie Jenner Accused of Bizarre Animal Mix-Up: Fair or Fowl?
Kylie Jenner will likely never be awarded a Nobel Prize or a MacArthur Genius Grant, but in her own way, she’s a very savvy young woman.
Kylie lip kits are evidence that the girl understands her fan base and knows how to sell.
The fact that Kylie is slowly transforming into Kim Kardashian – while a tad unsettling – is further evidence of her ambition and willingness to do whatever it takes to remain a mega-star.
But we all have our intellectual blind spots, right?
Kylie may be an expert on self-promotion, with a keen understanding of what makes the social media world go ‘round, but not surprisingly, the girl has never spent much time on farms.
But even her sheltered, suburban upbringing doesn’t explain why she has a 2-year-old’s understanding of animals.
The video below has been receiving plenty of attention online, and … well, you’ll see why:
In the clip, Kris summons Kylie to the foyer (of course she’s one of those people who pronounces it foy-yay), where she’s holding a pig that she plans to present to her daughter as a pet.
In a truly baffling, bizarre moment, when Kris turns to show her the animal, Kylie excitedly exclaims, “Is that a chicken?!”
Yeah, it’s not like Kylie mistook a hen for a rooster.
We’re talking bird and mammal here.
The girl clearly needs to bone up on her delicious animals.
Or does she?
Kylie says the whole thing was a simple mix-up that could’ve happened to anyone.
She makes a surprisingly convincing argument in this Vine video:
If you’re not into listening to Kylie explain her barnyard confusion, here’s the most pertinent quote:
“So I love chickens, and my mom asked me what I wanted for my housewarming gift, so I told her, ‘I want chickens, I want a chicken coop, I’m dying to have a chicken,"” she says.
“We had, like, over 10 conversations about it, so when I saw her downstairs, I saw something that was all wrapped up in her arms, and I was upstairs, of course I assumed that it was a f-cking chicken. I never asked for a pig.”
“I assumed it was a f-cking chicken” and “I never asked for a pig” are both incredible quotes that will hopefully end up on t-shirts and bumper stickers.
So Kylie swears she hadn’t laid eyes on the animal when she hilariously branded it a chicken.
We still have our doubts.
Anyway, he main takeaway here is that if you eat breakfast at Kylie’s house, she might serve you turkey bacon without warning you.
And if that’s not illegal, it should be.

Teen Mom OG Season 3 Episode 4 Recap: Animal Instincts
On a special Labor Day installment of MTV’s flagship show, Teen Mom OG Season 3 Episode 4 was all about instincts for the fab four.
Whose served them well, and what did this entail?
If you watch Teen Mom OG online, you’re well aware that Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran have had a tumultuous relationship at best.
This week was certainly no exception to that.
The issues between the couple started as soon as Saran touched down in Texas for Easter, with tension mounting throughout the visit.
Take the two simply driving to an egg hunt and Farrah growing irritated with the traffic.
Saran dared to calm her down by mentioning it was a busy weekend, to which she snapped:
“Dude, I’m driving and you’re not. So, I need you to shut the f-ck up. It really is appreciative.”
It really is a wonder she is yet to hold down a man, isn’t it?
At the egg hunt itself, Farrah was looking for eggs with Sophia and Saran was just chilling on the sidelines, prompting Abraham to complain to her mother:
“I don’t know what his deal is. But it needs to stop.”
But that was just the warm-up to the real fight of the night.
Saran dared to walk across Farrah’s living room… with his shoes on!
“Simon, lets not walk on my rug … lets wash your hands out here,” Abraham told her boyfriend while gesturing towards the kitchen sink.
She then repeated herself: “Simon, do not walk on my rug with your shoes.”
I heard you the first time, he replied.
But that wasn’t what Farrah wanted to hear.
“Then what are you doing?” she yelled.
“There’s a sink right here, don’t forget. Don’t walk on my carpet with your shoes … I’ve told you this time and time again when you come over, stop walking with your shoes on my rug.”
Saran tried to understand why Abraham was being to “hostile,” which led to her crying and walking out of the room.
Later on, however, she sat Simon down and spelled out for him everything he sucks at. How sweet, right?
“You don’t pay attention to what aggravates me,” she told him. “I’m talking about the whole f-cking day, and not just the carpet … at the egg hunt, it’s not okay to come and not pay attention to the family you came with.”
Saran tried to interject a couple times, but then just starting texting.
And this was the final straw for Farrah.
She got up… walked into the house to grab his luggage …and rolled it out onto the driveway.
The cameras then followed Simon as he jumped into a black SUV with his suitcase and drove off.
ELSEWHERE during the episode:
Maci came across her dream wedding gown! And her dream wedding venue!
The pregnant Tennessee native (who has since given birth) went dress shopping with her rarely-seen mother, asking MTV to only shoot her from the neck up so that the surprise would remain intact for her fiance, Taylor.
We also got a glimpse of him on the episode when he and Maci went to Florida to check out their ideal wedding location, which cost them a $ 20,000!
It’s a good thing these people exploit their serious personal issues on TV for very big paychecks, huh?
As for Amber? She was stuck in the hospital with a major cold, forcing her to miss time with daughter Leah… who accused her mom of not caring about her.
“You never pick me up when you’re supposed to,” Leah said. “I thought you forgot about me.”
Ouch.
Gary swore to Amber that he did explain to their child how her mother was sick, but it wasn’t enough.
Concerned Leah would think she was a terrible parent, Amber told Matt Baier the following:
“I just don’t want her feeling that way because I don’t have her a lot, I don’t want her thinking it’s because it’s my decision not to have her.”
But, hey, at least Amber bought a cat, bringing her total pet count up to somewhere between 6 and 13,000.
Finally, Catelynn bought a $ 3,000 pig, but then lost it in front of producers.
“I just feel like I need help,” she told them.
“‘Cause I wasn’t really feeling good this morning, and I was having a little bit of anxiety last night… I’m not OK … I do need mental help, something’s just not right."”
She went on to tell her producer that she needed to stay at a mental health clinic in Arizona and also that she intended to “quit smoking pot.”
Will that really solve all that ails her? It’s a good start, right?
We often make snarky comments to end these Teen Mom OG reviews, but let’s just hope that Catelynn gets the help she needs.

Ryan Edwards: Under Investigation For Felony Animal Cruelty!
Infamous Teen Mom baby daddy Ryan Edwards is facing an animal cruelty investigation following his Instagram tirade about cat murdering.
After Ryan Edwards’ cat murdering spree at his home in Tennessee became a viral controversy – of his own making – officials are investigating.
Well, it’s his parents’ home, if we’re being specific.
Naturally, being the absolute winner at life that he is, he still lives with mom and dad. Not dissing any of you who live with yours, but …
C’mon. It just fits too perfectly with this D.
Anyway, the Humane Educational Society in nearby Chattanooga is looking into his alleged animal cruelty after multiple people complained.
According to a statement released by the Humane Educational Society, there is a “full scale investigation” launched against Edwards.
Earlier this month, Maci Bookout’s former boyfriend shared disturbing photos of dead cats on his Instagram, bragging that he shot them.
Police and Animal Protection Officers executed a search warrant on the Edwards’ home and property last week, according to the organization.
Reportedly, officials “gathered enough evidence to continue their investigation,” according to the statement, which sounds pretty serious.
Bob Citrullo, the director of the Humane Educational Society, told news channel WDEF that photos were taken of things on the property.
“Other things that we have found on the property definitely lead me to believe that this was done with intent,” Citrullo said.
“At this point,” he added of the reality star, “it’s safe to say that he was luring the animals onto his property to kill them.”
According to news reports, the group is “now working with the District Attorney’s office to gain a broader search warrant.”
The Humane Educational Society added on its Facebook page: “The organization does not take Edwards’ claims lightly.”
“[We have] every intention of seeing the former reality star prosecuted to the full extent of the law if his horrific statements are found to be true.”
Officers told WDEF-TV that if Ryan is arrested, he will be charged with aggravated animal cruelty, which is a felony offense in Tennessee.
If convicted on such a serious charge, the father of Maci’s son Bentley will be placed on Tennessee’s animal abuse registry.
Ryan has not been arrested or charged at this time and remains innocent until proven guilty, it is worth noting and reiterating.
Edwards, who appears to currently be in Florida, has deleted all incriminating photos and text from his social media accounts.
This is the Internet, though, where nothing truly goes away, and it’s likely his deliberate antagonism may come back to bit him.

Prince George Feeds His Dog Ice Cream, Animal Rights Group Outraged
The photo was meant to celebrate a three-year-old’s birthday, but by all means let’s accuse the parents of animal cruelty.
Kensington Palace released four photos today, taken by Matt Porteous, celebrating Prince George’s birthday.
The shoot took place earlier this month, and one of the photos shows George sharing his ice cream with the family’s cocker spaniel, Lupo.
The Royal Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals is furious with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge for allowing George to feed Lupo dairy, which can cause digestive issues and diarrhea.
“It is lovely that Prince George is trying to help keep his family dog, Lupo, cool in these high temperatures,” RSPCA stated, according to the Guardian.
“We would advise people to be cautious when giving their dogs food meant for human consumption as some items, like chocolate, can be highly toxic to dogs and dairy items can be difficult for them to digest.
“Instead of ice-cream we would suggest making an ice lolly from pet-friendly ingredients. Making these can be really fun for children and the end product is both safe and enjoyable for dogs.”
Kensington Palace has not addressed the question of whether the treat is dog-friendly or not, despite activists automatically assuming that it’s a white chocolate covered ice cream.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge has both grown up with dogs, so it’s safe to assume that they would never knowingly put Lupo in danger.
The other photos in the set feature George on a swing, thought to be a wedding gift to his parents.
Though Catherine normally takes official photos of her children (she photographed Princess Charlotte ahead of her first birthday back in May), this time the royal couple hired Matt Porteous.
“I really enjoyed the opportunity to take these photographs of Prince George,” Porteous said.
“It was a very relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. I’m honoured that they have decided to share these images with the public to mark his third birthday.”
Happy Birthday, Your Royal Highness. And best wishes to Lupo.

Animal Shelter Dreams Up Pokemon Go Idea, Restores Faith In Humanity
Perhaps this game isn’t a complete waste of time, after all.
After reading that Pokemon go characters were located at places like Auschwitz and Arlington National Cemetery, it’s refreshing to learn that some people are putting the game to good use.
The Muncie Animal Shelter in Muncie, Indiana came up with the idea to enlist players to help walk dogs while they chase after gas-burping purple creatures and the like.
And so, every Tuesday Morning volunteers can take part in “Pokemon Dogs.”
The shelter’s director, Phil Peckinpaugh, told ABC News that he came up with the idea after watching his 6-year-old daughter, Ruthie and his 7-year-old nephew play the popular game.
“I started playing with Ruthie, and it was actually pretty fun,” Peckinpaugh said.
“Then the other day, while on my way to work, I noticed droves of young people walking around playing this game. I thought, ‘Wouldn’t it be great if all those people were walking with our dogs?"”
Peckinpaugh designed a flyer incorporating characters from the game and posted it to the shelter’s Facebook page.
So far, the ad has received over 27,000 shares and over 1,000 comments.
“There’s been an incredible response, and it’s just kind of taken off,” Peckinpaugh said. “We even had to go and buy more leashes this morning.”
Those who left comments on the Facebook post encouraged their local shelters to do the same.
“Wow! Very impressed with this idea!” One person wrote. “What a great way to combine good fun with good citizenship!”
“IM DOING THIS ON FRIDAY” another wrote enthusiastically.
The hope, obviously, is that some of these volunteers will want to recruit the dogs as their Pokemon Go teammate/forever fur child.
“Maybe you even fall in love and come back and adopt that dog one day,” Peckinpaugh said.

Kylie Jenner: Cleared in Animal Abuse Investigation
Earlier this week, Kylie Jenner posted a video of her dogs that had some of her fans barking mad.
The clip shows Kylie playing with her pets, one of whom – an Italian greyhound puppy named Bambi – appears to be unusually thin.
Despite a statement from the Italian Greyhound Club of America saying that Bambi appeared to be within the normal weight range for the breed, some of Kylie’s Instagram followers were outraged with what they believed to be evidence of neglect and mistreatment.
Some fans even went so far as to file formal complaints with the Los Angeles Department of Animal Care and Control, which led to Kylie being investigated for animal cruelty.
When asked for comment, the agency would not reveal how many complaints it received, but did confirm that an investigation was underway.
Now following an interview with Kylie and a surprise visit to her home, officials have determined that her dogs are in good health and show no signs of mistreatment.
“We did an animal welfare check Monday and Miss Jenner was very cooperative,” said a spokesman for the agency.
“Her animals are actually under medical care, so there’s no neglect whatsoever. The breed of dog tend to be very lean anyway…this one checked out and worked out very well with a happy ending.”
It’s good to hear the pups are in good hands, but hopefully the officials has a word with Kylie about driving with her dogs in her lap.

Kylie Jenner: Investigated For Animal Cruelty
Yesterday, we reported that Kylie Jenner is being accused of animal abuse after posting a video in which her Italian greyhound puppy, Bambi, appeared to be underfed and malnourished.
It seems the complaints weren’t limited to the comments section on Kylie’s Instagram page, as TMZ is reporting that LA County Animal Control is conducting an investigation after receiving multiple emails and phone calls about Kylie.
The agency wouldn’t reveal exactly how many complaints it received, but a spokesman says the number is irrelevant, as it investigates all allegations of animal neglect or cruelty.
The spokesman confirmed that the current investigation could result in Bambi being seized, or even criminal charges being filed against Kylie.
This isn’t the first time that reports of Kylie being a negligent pet owner have circulated online.
The 18-year-old reality star travels and works constantly, leading many fans to wonder if her three dogs are being properly cared for while she’s away.
It doesn’t help matters that Kylie has posted videos of her driving with a dog in her lap and boasted about other questionable habits on social media.
Right now, it looks as though Kylie is probably in the clear, as the Italian Greyhound Club of America has reviewed the footage and issued a statement saying that Bambi appears to be a healthy weight for her breed.

Frightened Koala Asks for Hug, Is Cutest Animal EVER
We really don"t want to exaggerate here. And we definitely don"t want to get your hopes too far up.
But the following piece of footage may be the most adorable thing ever shared in the history of the World Wide Web.
It features a baby koala who is not cranky, like some others of his kind, but instead is clearly frightened on her first day as a resident of Symbio Wildlife Park in New South Wales.
Fortunately, she finds a tree to climb up briefly at the outside of this video. And then she finds a human.
Watch now as she also climbs up the human"s leg, simply looking for a hug and some reassurance that everything is gonna be okay.
