Jim Taveré, Harry Potter Star, Hospitalized After Horrific Accident
Jim Taveré, an actor best known for playing Leaky Cauldron over Tom in the Harry Potter film franchise, is in intensive care.
The British star is recovering from very serious injuries suffered as the result of a head-on car accident that has left him with a broken neck and punctured lung, among other health challenges.
According to various news outlets, Taveré also suffered 15 broken ribs, a broken leg and fractured breastbones.
He’s very lucky to be alive.
The actor’s wife Laura, took to Facebook on Wednesday to share an update on her husband, including with her message a photo of the 54-year-old lying in a hospital bed, quite battered and bruised, yet giving a thumb’s up.

“This is Laura here,” she wrote, adding by way of explanation:
“Now that his family have been informed, Jim has asked me to let you all know that he was involved in a serious car accident yesterday, a head on collision. He’s currently in ICU intensive care.
“He has 15 broken ribs, fractures in both breastbones, a punctured lung, multiple breaks in his right leg, and a broken neck.”
YIKES.
Laura concluded as follows:
“He’s had 2 blood transfusions so far and is about to go in for his first surgery. This is for real, not a movie role. Please hold some good thoughts for him as he fights his way out of this.”
Taveré appeared as the innkeeper in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, as you can see below.
He hails from Great Britain, but resides in Los Angeles.
It is unclear at this time just where the scary car accident took place.
A comedian who guest-starred on a 2012 episode of NBC’s Chuck, Taveré once had his own show in the United Kingdom called, aptly, “The Jim Taveré Show.”
It was co-written by Ricky Gervais.

Rob Kardashian Hospitalized: Is Blac Chyna to Blame?!
Earlier today, we reported that Rob Kardashian was hospitalized after being rushed to the hospital late last night.
Details were initially scarce, with insiders chalking the situation up to “medical distress.”
Now we’re getting a clearer picture of what exactly left Rob laid up.
Last year, Rob was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and when news of his hospitalization went public, many assumed that his condition had flared up.
According to insiders, that’s exactly what happened, but the family’s concerns have also been compounded by fears about Rob’s mental health.
According to TMZ, Rob was able to check in under his own power, and medical staff quickly gained the impression that he had binge eating and neglecting his medication in recent weeks.
Sources close to the family say Rob has been behaving in a self-destructive fashion due to stress resulting from his troubled relationship with Blac Chyna.
Rob’s excess eating reportedly caused a dangerous spike in his blood sugar.
Insiders say he’s still hospitalized as doctors work to stabilize his condition, but he could be released as early as today.
Unfortunately, it seems his relationship with Chyna won’t be rebounding quite as quickly.
Despite their resolve to stay together for their 6-week-old daughter, and the fact that they just signed on for a second season of Rob & Chyna, sources close to the couple say it looks as though they’re done for good.
Rob and Chyna are living in separate homes, and Rob has reportedly given up any hope of a reconciliation.
Unfortunately, he didn’t start the relationship in the most emotionally stable position, which is why many cuationed Rob and Blac from moving so fast.
Now, Rob is coping with the pressures of first-time fatherhood at the same time as he’s getting over a breakup and struggling with the same physical and mental health issues that have plagued him for years.
It’s a tough situation, and we wish him all the best.
We’re sure the Kardashians will be just as happy as everyone else when we can finally wave goodbye to the dumpster fire that was 2016.
Rob Kardashian: Hospitalized Following Medical Emegency?!
Rob Kardashian has had a tumultuous 2016, and now it looks as though he might be ending his year on yet another down note, as TMZ is reporting that the 29-year-old has been hospitalized after experiencing a medical emergency.
Rob’s mother, Kris Jenner, and on-again, off-again fiancee, Blac Chyna, both rushed to the hospital late Wednesday night to visit an unidentified patient who is believed to be Rob.
There were initial concerns that Rob and Blac’s daughter, Dream Kardashian, was in medical distress, but insiders now confirm that the infant is at home, being cared for by relatives.
Blac was accompanied only by Kris and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, when she hurried to the emergency room around 10 pm last night, which seems to confirm that it’s Rob who’s been hospitalized.
Sources say Rob and Blac are broken up at the moment, but they remain bonded by their daughter.
Blac gave birth to Dream just six weeks ago, and her relationship with Rob has struggled mightily ever since.
Just days after Dream entered the world, it was reported that Rob and Blac were living in separate homes, but were not officially broken up.
Shortly thereafter, multiple sources indicated that Rob and Blac had finally called it quits, after she got drunk and attacked him during an argument at his house.
It’s unclear at this time if the stress of his personal life played a factor in Rob’s hospitalization.
Last year, Rob was diagnosed with diabetes, and he’s struggled with a number of health issues recently, including obesity and substance abuse.
When they first got together, Blac vowed to help Rob lose weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
At first, she seemed to be a positive influence, helping Rob shed 20 pounds in their first months as a couple.
Eventually, however, Blac became openly frustrated with the round-the-clock effort of keeping Rob in shape, and as her attention shifted to her pregnancy and then her baby, he began to fall back into many of his old habits.
At this time, no one in the Kardashian family has offered a statement with regard to Rob’s condition.

Kanye West: Paranoid and Still Hospitalized
Kanye West … well, he’s had better weeks.
And yes, that’s a mighty big understatement.
On Monday afternoon, he was taken to a Los Angeles hospital after his personal physician called 911 and told the dispatcher that he “suffers from temporary psychosis due to sleep deprivation and dehydration.”
Kanye’s doctor also said that when police arrived, he’d likely become violent — he even allegedly tried to attack someone before being handcuffed to a gurney and transported to the hospital.
At the time, Kanye’s rep said that he was “just exhausted,” and “he’s a notorious workaholic,” so between working on his fashion lines and touring, “it really wore him out.”
Pro tip: whenever a celebrity is “hospitalized for exhaustion,” a good, long side-eye is typically called for.
And it looks like Kanye is no exception.
According to a new report from TMZ, Kanye’s problems are “way worse” than exhaustion.
He is reportedly “paranoid and profoundly depressed,” and “he’s been dealing with these issues for a long time.”
It makes sense: people like to joke about Kanye and his antics, but there have been quite a few times when there has seemed to be more than just his massive ego behind his outbursts.
Take, for instance, the way he called Jay Z out in a concert last month, and again last week.
In those rants, he sounded deeply hurt that Jay wasn’t as good a friend to him as he wanted him to be — Kanye begged him to call him, to come see him, to act “like we’re brothers.”
Last week, he even said “Jay Z, I know you got killers, please don’t send them at my head.”
He also said “I been sent here to give y’all my truth, even at the risk of my own life, even at the risk of my own success, my own career.”
If that’s not paranoia, then who knows what is?
When Kanye was taken to the hospital on Monday, sources say he was so paranoid that “he was convinced people were out to get him, including the doctors who were caring for him.”
“For a time he wouldn’t even let the doctors touch him.”
Ideally, Kanye will be able to go home Monday and receive treatment from his own doctor, but there’s no guarantee he’ll be well enough to do that.
Additionally, we’re learning that Kanye’s mental state is so bad that those 21 concerts he canceled earlier this week?
His insurance policy will almost surely take care of the massive cost, since the cancelations were “due to illness.”

Kanye West: Hospitalized for Psychiatric Evaluation!
Kanye West has been hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation after some erratic behavior left some of his close friends and family fearing for his safety.
Per TMZ, the 39-year-old husband of Kim Kardashian is in Los Angeles hospital, where he will be checked over by a doctor to make sure he is okay.
Eatlier today, cops apparently responded to a welfare check on Kanye when his behavior became a cause for concern.
Kanye was not at his home when the police called, but we’re hearing that when he was located he was taken to hospital.
He was allegedly being looked over for sleep deprivation, but someone at the hospital suggested he should be admitted.
Kanye did not want to admit there was anything wrong with him and had to be restrained when he refused to go to the hospital.
The rapper has had a troubling few days, with fans questioning whether he was headed for a meltdown.
This was fueled over the weekend when he took aim at Beyonce and Jay Z after showing up 90 minutes late to his own concert in Sacramento.
When he begun shading Beyonce, it was pretty clear he had some beef with her over the VMAs.
“Beyonce, I was hurt ‘cause I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling."”
“Now, don’t go trying to diss Beyonce,” Kanye told his audience.
“She is great Taylor Swift is great. We are all great people.”
“But sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forgetting who we are just to win.”
“F-ck winning,” he said.
“F-ck looking cool. F-ck looking cool F-ck being cool. F-ck all that, bruh.”
“I been sent here to give y’all my truth, even at the risk of my own life, even at the risk of my own success, my own career. I been sent here to give y’all the truth.”
He then turned his attention to Jay Z, basically saying Beyonce’s husband had contract killers on his payroll.
It was pretty bizarre and you can watch the full video below:
Then came the word that Kanye had canceled the rest of his Saint Pablo tour.
All of this definitely fueled the flame that something was not right with him.
Hopefully, he gets the help he needs.
