Melania Trump: Miserable as First Lady!
Melania Trump reportedly feels our pain.
With odds of a Donald Trump impeachment stronger than ever, and millions of American unhappy about the identity of their President, a new report claims that Melania is also pretty sad at the moment.
She short of wishes more Democrats had turned out to vote in Wisconsin and Michigan.
When asked by Us Weekly how Melania is doing as First Lady these days, Trump family friend and stylist Phillip Bloch said the following to the tabloid:
“This life wasn’t her dream. It was Donald’s. Truthfully, it’s a lot to cope with.”
That’s for sure.
And Melania is doing all she can to NOT cope with it, considering she plans to keep living in New York City with her 10-year old son, Barron.
But even this arrangement has made Trump the butt of various jokes, such as when Jimmy Kimmel quipped that she’s “trapped like Rapunzel” in her Trump Tower penthouse.
Then there was the time Vogue faced boycott threats after editor-in-chief Anna Wintour said on February 9 that she expected to appear on a future cover.
And then there was Melania’s libel lawsuit against newspaper The Daily Mail, in which she alleges harm was done to her “unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity … to launch a broad-based commercial brand.”
Yes, Trump admitted that she has plans to literally cash in on the presidency.
And then there was The New York Times reporter who referred to Melania as a hooker.
“Melania is unhappy with how her life ended up,” claims a anonymous source. “She is miserable.”
Trump hails from Sevnica, Slovenia. She moved to the United States in 1996 to launch a fashion career and, despite being married to an attention-starved maniac, has mostly shunned the spotlight since getting married to The Donald.
Since inauguration day in January, Melania has spent most of her time holed up in her lavish Big Apple apartment.
“She is staying hidden more,” says Bloch.
For comparison’s sake – which isn’t totally fair, we know – Michelle Obama hosted an open house for certain members of the public, plus a party for White House staffers, during her first week as First Lady in 2009.
With protestors often outside her apartment building’s front door, Melania has been forced to tighten up her son’s security detail as well.
“Melania has the Secret Service take Barron to school and retrieve him,” writes Us Weekly.
We really do feel badly for the 10-year old.
The First Lady does love spending time at her husband’s private resort in Palm Beach, Mar-a-Lago. But still.
Don’t be fooled when you see her smiling up a storm alongside her husband. This is a role she’s learned how to play well over the years.
“Don’t let her smile in those photos fool you,” claims the tabloid source. “She hates this.”

Lady Gaga, Metallica Grammy Performance Plagued By Mic Issues
Lady Gaga and Metallica"s Grammys duet was plagued by technical problems Sunday night, but the unlikely collaboration still worked.
As well as it could have, at least, considering that James Hetfield"s microphone wasn"t working … not a small issue for a rock band.
For the first minute, Gaga effectively took over as lead singer while Hetfield sang "Moth Into Flame" lyrics into an ineffective mic.
Those who watched the 2017 Grammy Awards live on CBS knew what was going on, but you could barely tell watching the artists.
Handling it like … well, rock stars, they didn"t miss a beat.
Hetfield and Gaga shared ended up sharing her mic, adding a cool theatrical element to the performance, albeit an unplanned one.
With a mix of their heavy metal grit and her pop bombast, not to mention insane pyrotechnics and headbangers, they gave it their all.
Gaga even launched herself into the sellout audience for some crowd surfing at one point, a throwback to Metallica concerts of yore.
Even old school Metallica fans had to appreciate that …
As for how this collaboration ended up happening?
"I was at Bradley [Cooper"s] house with Lars [Ulrich, Metallica"s drummer] and we were just hanging out," Gaga said recently.
"He"s amazing. I went to see them live."
"I saw them recently and we were watching the show," she added, "those guys play better than they’ve played in their whole lives."
The performance capped a huge week for the pop icon; The Lady Gaga Super Bowl halftime show was widely praised as a success.
As for Metallica, the metal greats was nominated last night for Best Rock Song for "Hardwired," but lost to David Bowie"s "Blackstar."

Christian Carino: Dating Lady Gaga!
It’s a good time to be Lady Gaga right now.
The singer is coming off a well-reviewed Super Bowl halftime show… is set to embark on wildly-anticipated world tour… and just received massive props for her dismissal of a few online trolls.
But you know?
It’s an even better time to be Christian Carino. Because this dude is actually dating Lady Gaga!
Numerous sources and reliable outlets confirm that the singer and the talent agent have been a romantic item for several weeks now.
During Super Bowl weekend, Carino was spotted smooching Lady Gaga prior to her performance.
Moreover, the new couple attended Tommy Hilfiger and Gigi Hadid’s Spring 2017 fashion show on Wednesday night, further cementing their status as a tandem.
So… who the heck is Christian Carino?

Gaga and Kinney called off their engagement in July of last year.
The actor had popped the question in 2015 on Valentine’s Day via a heart-shaped ring after four years together.
They appear to be on very good terms, although we can’t imagine Kinney is taking this news very well.
He’s extremely handsome, however, so we’re guessing he’ll be alright in the long run.
Neither Gaga nor Carino has commented on their relationship, but that’s probably because it’s fairly new, not because it doesn’t exist.
Asked by Ryan Seacrest on Thursday whether she celebrated her Super Bowl performance with anyone special, Gaga played coy.
“I don’t know! You know I don’t talk about my love life, Ryan!” Gaga replied. “I’m really red. I’m really red, and it doesn’t go with my outfit.”
It’s true: to Gaga’s credit, she has always remained very quiet when it comes to her private life.
So don’t expect to hear much from the artist about Carino.

Lady Gaga to Body Haters: No Shame Here!
Lady Gaga sent a message to millions of people on Sunday night, and that message went something like this:
I am one of the best musical performers on the planet!
Just a couple days after her well-reviewed Super Bowl halftime performance, however, Gaga has been forced to send another message to a much smaller group of people.
Because the Internet is a terrible, mean, dispiriting place that should maybe just go away for a few years, some folks out there watched Gaga dance around during halftime of Super Bowl LI and decided that they needed to comment on her body.
In very negative fashion, of course.
But this is Lady Gaga.
She isn’t about to let such ridiculous, close-minded criticism get her down.
And she isn’t about to let is pass without comment, either.
“I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I’m proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too,” the artist wrote on Instagram last night.”
She added:
“No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don’t need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That’s the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me.
“I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga.”
We can’t say it much better than that.
Riding the wave of her halftime show, Lady Gaga announced her Joanne World Tour on Monday, with plans to kick it off in August in Vancouver prior to wrapping it up on December 14 in Salt Lake City.
It will take the singer all across North America.
Leading up to the big performance on Sunday, Gaga shared several social media photos of herself working out, preparing for the cardiovascular aspect of a 13-minute, high-intensity set of multiple songs.
And it is clearly paying off for the singer.
Nielsen Music reports that Gaga sold 125,000 song downloads since taking to the stage in Houston this week.
That’s an increase of approximately 960% compared to the day before the game. She also sold over 23,000 albums on Sunday, representing a 2,000% increase.
Not shabby!
Put that in your hate-filled pipe and smoke it, idiotic body shamers!
Here are some other facts related to Gaga and the songs she performance during the Super Bowl:
- A Million Reasons experience a digital sales bump of 45,000 downloads, up 900% from one day earlier.
- Bad Romance saw a bump of 1,525%, selling more than 13,000 downloads.
- Born This Way sold 12,000 downloads, good enough for a 2,202% increase.
- Poker Face picked up 10,000 new sales, an increase of 1,217%.
Pretty laughable and impressive figures, huh?
We expect ticket sales for the aforementioned tour to also be bonkers on Monday, the first day tickets are available to the public.

Lady Gaga World Tour: Where Will It Stop?
Lady Gaga descended from the rafters of NRG Stadium in Houston on Sunday night.
To kick off her Super Bowl LI halftime show, the artist literally dropped down from the very top of the arena, prior to belting out a bevy of her classics for those in attendance and the millions watching at home.
She danced. She played the keyboard. She even caught a football at one point.
It was great.
In several weeks, however, Lady Gaga may very well descend upon your hometown.
Oh, yes, the singer followed up her well-reviewed halftime show with the announcement of a world tour.
Titled the Joanne World Tour, these concerts will be in support her fifth studio album, Joanne.
Gaga previously headlined the Fame Ball Tour (2009), the Monster Ball Tour (2009-2011), the Born This Way Ball (2012-2013), and ArtRave: The ARTPOP Ball in 2014.
Some may also remember that Gaga once hit the road with Tony Bennett for the Cheek to Cheek Tour (2014-2015).
Will the eccentric sensation be playing at a venue near you?

Lady Gaga Animated & Wired Up During Halftime Performance (Photo Gallery)
Lady Gaga killed during her high-flying halftime performance. She literally jumped from the rooftop into the stadium, with the help of some life-saving wires. The show did not disappoint.
Lady Gaga Halftime Performance: GRADE IT!
She didn’t wear a meat dress.
But Lady Gaga still made quite the statement during halftime of Super Bowl LI on Sunday night.
She performed all 13 minutes of her act solo, dedicating the show to “love, diversity and compassion,” based on a Tweet the artist sent not long before taking the field:
But… wait! She didn’t actually take the field.
At least not at the outset of her performance.
We opened with Gaga standing on top of the NRG Stadium’s roof, singing a few verses of“God Bless America” and “This Land is Your Land.”
She then recited the Pledge of Allegiance prior to dropping down off the roof and on to the field while suspended by wires in mid-air.
It was quite the spectacle (and, really, quite the advertisement for whichever company made those cables.)
Gaga was then lowered to the stage for a gravity-defying performance of “Poker Face,” flipping and turning in the air while singing.
(Yes, singing. Gaga most definitely did not lip-synch.)
From there, it was on to a smoke-and-lights rendition of “Born This Way,” with a bevy of backup dancers supporting the artist, who was front and center and doing her talented thing
Viewers were also treated to a rendition of “Telephone,” which led into another classic Gaga jam, “Just Dance,” along with the emotional “Million Reasons.”
The latter song included Gaga just sitting at a piano and giving a shout-out at one point to her mom and dad.
She also asked America how it was doing (HA! What a loaded question!) and said she was on hand to make us feel “good.”
To close out the impressive performance, which was very well received on Twitter, the star ditched her sparkle-laden outfit for a white football-inspired look, putting a unique and sexy twist on the concept of a shoulder pad.
This look complemented a full-length version of the singer’s massive 2009 hit “Bad Romance.”
While she belted out the lyrics, Gaga was flanked by dozens of dancers and massive stage explosives, bringing the show to a frenzied peak.
Oh, and she ended things by hurling her microphone to the ground… catching a football… and leaping off the bleachers.
Never one to be shy about speaking her mind, Gaga told a Las Vegas radio show last week that she did not plan on making a pointed political references on stage.
We knew going in that she would not bring up Donald Trump or any of his policies.
“No, that’s not what the show is about,” she said, explaining:
“The show is something that is coming from my heart to everyone in America that I love so much. This is my country and I’m proud to be a pop star from this country. …
“I want people that watch the Halftime show that Pepsi Zero Sugar is putting on with us to feel the greatness of the USA.”
