Blac Chyna Vows to Legal Action Against "Criminal" Sex Tape Release
Blac Chyna once again finds herself in the news for naked, lewd and possibly illegal reasons.
Several months after the former reality star and mother of two attacked ex-fiance Rob Kardashian for posting revenge porn-like images of her on social media, Chyna has once again been exposed online.
Literally.
On Monday afternoon, a one minute and 23-second video of Blac Chyna went viral on Twitter.
The footage is mostly a close-up of Chyna’s nude torso and face in bed, as she’s lying on her back and performing oral sex on the mystery man.
There’s some dirty talk exchanged between the two, mostly centered on how much of the man’s penis Chyna can take into her mouth at once.
It actually ends with her choking on her unnamed lover’s genitalia.
While Twitter had a field day making fun of Chyna for her role in the sex tape (below), two attorneys have spoken out on her behalf and taken a very different approach to this matter.
First, Lisa Bloom spoke to E! News and TMZ, among other outlets.
The lawyer has become known for representing celebrities, especially those in these kinds of situations.
(She previously repped Mischa Barton in a “revenge porn” trial against an ex-boyfriend, for example.)
“Revenge porn – posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images – is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse,” Bloom says, adding:
“It’s also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual.
“Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It’s not a joke.”
Walter Mosley, meanwhile, was equally direct in telling USA Today:
“This is a criminal matter for the police to investigate.”
Mosley also shared the above snapshot of himself and his client.
He went on to pen a lengthy caption that touched on the #MeToo movement, this moment in society and how men really need to change.
This is what the caption says:
We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend.
Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not.
Men … we have to do better. I’m tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later.
It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you. #smh And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us.
So today I’m saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better.
We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal.
Maybe it is time to set an example.
Pretty strong and admirable words, right?
The real issue here really isn’t Blac Chyna’s sexual nature, desires or habits.
If she truly did not give Rob permission to share explicit photos of herself last year, and did not give this mystery person permission to leak this video online, then perhaps she has to reconsider the way she chooses men.
Yes, of course it’s entirely the fault of the men in question for posting these photos and this footage.
But this is an unfortunate pattern for Chyna and it may have something to do with her self-esteem.
Until she learns to love herself more and respect herself more, she may continue to end up with guys who want to film her pleasuring them in bed.
This can be a fun act in the right context.
However, Chyna has clearly never found herself in that context.
In September, Chyna and Rob agreed on a custody arrangement for their daughter, Dream Kardashian.
Blac dropped all revenge porn charges against Rob at the time, as well, and, to her credit, has never tried to keep him from seeing his only child.
She does seem like a responsible mother.
Maybe soon she’ll find herself a responsible sex partner.

Adam Lind: Legal Troubles Continue as Stasia Huber Is Granted Restraining Order
Even when he’s already behind bars, Adam Lind manages to find new and creative ways to get in trouble with the law.
Earlier this week, Lind was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection attained by an ex-girlfriend.
While Lind was being held without bail in a South Dakota jail, a restraining order against him was granted to a different ex, Stasia Huber.
News of Lind’s latest legal trouble comes courtesy of Radar Online.
The site reports that Lind will be forbidden to make any sort of contact with Huber for a period of five years.
“The judge granted the protection order for Stasia against Adam,” the Clerk of Court for Minnehaha County Circuit Court tells Radar Online.
“It is for five years.”
Because he was behind bars at the time, Lind did not attend the hearing.
“Because he wasn’t there it was granted,” says one insider.
“She still wanted to go through with it.”
In court documents filed last month, Huber provided a shocking account of Lind’s violent and abusive behavior.
“While under the influence of drugs, alcohol and steroids, he fractured my forearm, locked me in the house saying I couldn’t leave, smashed my phone and once he realized what he had done, he broke down crying and took me to the ER,” she wrote.
“We broke up for a while after that,” Huber added, noting that shortly thereafter, she and Lind separated for good.
This is just the latest in a long line of legal troubles for the troubled Teen Mom 2 star.
Back in June, Lind tested positive for methamphetamines just prior to a scheduled visit with his youngest daughter.
Lind has refused to check into rehab, despite frequent pleas from his loved ones and legal counsel.
Though she has yet to challenge his visitation rights, Lind’s ex Chelsea Houska has taken steps to ensure that he will not be permitted to drive with their daughter in the car.
It’s unclear what will happen to Adam from here, but it looks as though a stint behind bars may be in his near future.

Jenelle Evans Threatens Legal Action Against Her Own Mother
Jenelle Evans and David Eason sure had a busy day yesterday!
Or, to be more accurate, their lawyer had a busy day yesterday — but isn’t that always the case?
Yesterday, several of Jenelle’s fellow Teen Mom 2 cast members hopped on social media to announce that they’d received cease and desist letters from the Easons.
Kailyn Lowry tweeted “How does one get a cease & desist from someone they don’t care to talk about… & if I did, it’s my opinion.”
She added the hashtags “hi Jenelle” and “bye Jenelle,” just so there wouldn’t be any confusion.
Kailyn also pointed out that Jenelle “literally posted my phone number on Twitter last year,” so it’s pretty rich that she’s the one taking legal action.
She didn’t mention this, but it feels important to mention that Jenelle also announced that Kailyn was pregnant with her third child, Lux, before Kailyn herself announced it.
But sure, Jenelle is the one who needs to take legal action here.
Chelsea Houska also got a letter — she tweeted that “I just got a cease and desist from Jenelle and David. So there’s that lolll. #idonteventalkaboutyou.”
When someone asked her what she was supposed to cease and desist from, she said “Making false and defamatory statements. But….? I never did? So? Who knows.”
Like Kailyn, Chelsea also pointed out Jenelle’s hypocrisy with all this — she said that “A few years ago she tweeted that I was on drugs but here we are lol.”
Chelsea’s father, Randy Houska, was the next Teen Mom 2 cast member to get a cease and desist because, as he explained, “Apparently it is libelous to say that people should not fight in front of their children. Not specific people, just people.”
He’s referring to the fight that went down at the last reunion show, the one where Jenelle got into a fight with Nathan Griffith’s girlfriend backstage.
During the fight, many of the kids were around, and Randy did tweet a general statement about how it was not great to behave that way in front of children.
Hilariously, Randy added that he was just disappointed that the letter wasn’t from Dustin, Jenelle’s longtime criminal lawyer and the man who had to break it to her that she couldn’t get out of jail to attend a Kesha concert.
Honestly, who wouldn’t be disappointed at that?
Leah Messer tweeted that she hadn’t gotten a letter yet because she wasn’t home for most of yesterday, but she did say that “I was literally harassed for a week or two via text messages from Jenelle after I was home from the reunion.”
But you know who else did get a letter?
Jenelle’s own mother, Barbara Evans.
Babs made a post on Instagram, seemingly directed towards Chelsea and Kailyn, that said “Well Girls I’m joining the group!!!!!! I also got my Cease and Desist Papers today. From Mr and Mrs Eason.”
And if that wasn’t sad enough, she also gave an interview to Radar Online about the whole sorry situation.
“I got one of the letters in the mail today,” she said — and she also revealed the contents of the letter.
“It comes to our attention that false statements of accusations of drug abuse and child abuse disparaging Mr. and Mrs. Eason’s characters have been made by you,” one part of the letter read.
Another section accused Barbara of “bad language which shows no respect or good will toward the Plaintiff,” meaning Jenelle.
But, as Barbara said, “I don’t say anything that isn’t true.”
“I don’t make up stuff. I think it is comical myself.”
We definitely believe her — throughout Jenelle’s time in the spotlight, Barbara has always seemed very genuine. It’s pretty much her claim to fame.
She’s always tried to stand by her youngest daughter, even when she’s pushed her away.
Even now that Jenelle is refusing to call her “Mom,” and even though she didn’t even invite her to her wedding, she’s still been open about how much she loves her and how she hopes they can repair their relationship.
But since Jenelle and David are taking things to the next level, she has no choice but to protect herself.
Babs said that she took the cease and desist letter to her lawyer, who responded to her with “What is this? Oh my God. They are crazy.”
She also dropped another bombshell — in her frustration with Jenelle’s latest move, Barbara claimed that she smoked marijuana while pregnant with Ensley and with Jace.
“You should not be smoking weed when you’re pregnant,” she said. “She was friggin’ stoned the whole time [she was pregnant with Jace].”
“I don’t care what it is,” she added. “It is illegal. She is irresponsible.”
The issue, Barbara said, is David — she’s claimed time and time again that he’s the worst guy Jenelle has ever been with, and that he’s very controlling.
“It just shows you this totally weird behavior” she said of this new trend of sending cease and desist letters.
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again, probably until the end of time: poor Barbara.

Jenelle Evans: Why Is She Taking Legal Action Against Her Co-Stars?
