Big Brother Recap: Did Jason Dent Save Raven Walton?
Did Jason Dent save Raven?
Big Brother 19 has been the worst season of the iconic CBS reality series by a wide margin. The houseguests are following Paul Abrahamian like he’s some sort of Big Brother God.
It has made things predictable, and downright boring to watch, but it looks like things are about to change and that’s all thanks to Jason Dent.
Yeah, he’s the dude who chatted about tying up a fellow houseguests wife and raping her while her kids watched.
When the episode got underway, Matt and Raven seemingly believed the plan to backdoor Kevin and got him the heck out of the house.
But Jason had built up a friendship with Kevin throughout the season and did not want to put one of his best friends on the block.
On top of that, Kevin flat-out declined the opportunity to spend some time on the block, and it put Jason in a right pickle.
The wannabe cowboy did not want to change the nominations because he felt like he trusted Kevin more.
But Jason’s right-hand chick in the house, Alex was against the idea of keeping Kevin in the house.
She turned to Paul and Christmas and practically threw her ride or die under the bus, further solidifying that she is one of the worst players in Big Brother history.
The odd thing about all of it was that Matt and Raven did not speak to Jason, so how did they expect Jason to stick to any plan?
Like, why would that even happen? Raven wanted to be the one to win the veto competition. But she did not need to worry because Matt said publicly that he would be saving Raven because everything she’s been through.
Okay, that’s completely absurd when you consider the fact that she has done absolutely nothing all summer apart from getting jiggy when the lights go out.
Like, where is her social game or her competition wins? She can tell us she’s weak all she wants, but did anyone see the way she randomly cartwheels and breaks into dance.
The way we see it is that neither of them deserves to be in the house and they should both be removed for stupidity and watch a few seasons of the show in the sequester to show how dumb they are.
It was the veto competition with the house being destroyed as the nominees had their veto cards hidden. Somewhere along the way, the houseguests came across Raven and Matt’s stash of condoms.
Classy.
Jason emerged with the win, and Paul tried to work Alex to get Kevin on the block, but Jason knew they were up to something and kept Kevin off the block.
Raven started flipping out, and the episode came to a close. Yes, there are going to be fireworks tonight!
What did you think of the developments?
Who do you want to leave?
Sound off below.

Raven Gates: Did Nick Viall Make Her ... You Know?!
The Bachelor runner-up Raven Gates is opening up to the media about what really went on behind closed doors in the Fantasy Suite.
She also reveals what she wishes leading man Nick Viall had done differently during The Bachelor finale, in which Raven got dumped.
Raven says that despite finishing second to Vanessa Grimaldi, she has no regrets about going on the show, or sharing personal secrets.
Chiefly, Gates’ now-famous revelation that she’s never had an orgasm (Raven’s ex-boyfriend claims he gave her many orgasms, FWIW).
Viall didn’t have much to say when the Arkansan told him this, but they did go to the Fantasy Suite, and she looked happy afterward, so …
Did she or didn’t she?!
“I definitely knew I was going to tell him. I’m an open book,” Raven said of her decision to tell Nick – and a national television audience.
“I think honesty is the best policy … especially when it’s something I’m nervous about and if this is someone I was spending my life with.”
“We had to have those conversations, whether it’s embarrassing or if it’s uncomfortable,” she adds. “I wasn’t nervous about telling him.”
“I pretty much had my mind made up that I was going to. I was nervous about the night in general and just the seriousness of it.”
“But I was not nervous telling him that. Just that day was nerve-wracking … it was so close to the end and it was a big night if that makes sense.”
It does. Again, though … did she or didn’t she?!
“Well, the thing about the show is they really capture those exciting moments and they make everything pretty true to what is happening.”
“So I think I don’t really have to say too much.”
“I think the show pretty much captured it.”
One thing she wishes the show didn’t have to capture was Nick cutting her loose after she poured her heart out to him on the finale.
“I want you to know that I’m ready … I couldn’t be more sure, and I love you,” Raven told him, only to be sent packing seconds later.
Why let her say all that if he’d already made up his mind?
Asked about that post-finale, Gates said, “That was a question that was in the back of my mind that I didn’t get to ask him yesterday.”
“But I did wonder why he didn’t give me [that] courtesy.”
“But I also understand that he knows me well enough that he knows I love to say what I’m feeling, and I love to leave it all out on the table.”
“So I really think he was just giving me that opportunity.”
“I did have that question for him, so I am curious about it, but I felt like I already knew the answer,” Gates said on a conference call.
“[Nick Viall] was going to say that he wanted me to leave it all out on the table because that’s ultimately what I would have wanted.”
For his part, Viall revealed that he regrets doing that.
“I felt immense guilt … and I felt immense sadness … for putting Raven through that, and for that I’ll always be terribly sorry,” he said.
“There’s no great way of doing it.”
In any event, Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi are engaged, while Raven seemed happier on ABC’s After the Final Rose than they were.
As for what’s next for her, we are thrilled that Gates will be headed to Bachelor in Paradise … hopefully with the rest of these characters:

Raven Gates: What Does Her Future Hold?
Raven Gates will not become Mrs. Nick Viall.
But does this mean the popular Bachelor suitor no longer has a shot at finding love in front of an ABC camera?
On Monday night, Raven battled Vanessa Grimaldi on the season finale of The Bachelor, hoping to become the literal last woman standing when Nick dropped down to one knee to propose.
She went on an ice skating date with the supposed love of her life, receiving an armload of Husky puppies from Viall and doing her best to assure Nick that her feelings were real.
Tragically, however, they were not reciprocated.
Prior to being sent home by Viall, Raven told viewers via an emotional voiceover:
“I just have all the faith in the world that it’s going to end the way that I want it to end.”
With a ring on her finger and a twinkle in her eyes, Raven clearly meant by this statement.
But then it was time for her to come face-to-face with her potential husband… and for her hopes and dreams to be dashed, crushed and vaporized by Viall.
On two occasions, Nick told Raven that she looked beautiful, prompting Gates to jump in and ask Nick to hold her hands in order to calm down her nerves.
She proceeded to rundown the highlights of their romance, reminding Viall that their ”easy love” was what her father had always wanted for her.
“I want you to know that I’m ready and I couldn’t be more sure, and that I love you,” Raven told Nick, as viewers who read through our section of The Bachelor spoilers squirmed uncomfortably on their sofas.
Finally, Nick ended the tension.
And the relationship.
“My heart’s somewhere else,” he told his runner-up, adding through tears:
“I feel like I’ve been so selfish trying to figure out where my heart is at, and you’ve been so selfless allowing me to do that. I’m sorry.”
(One might simply say this is the entire premise of The Bachelor, one man choosing from 25 women and the women just sitting back and letting him to so because of show rules and everything.)
(But anyway. We digress)
“I’ll never regret standing here and telling you how I feel,” replied a mature Raven, making us love her even more.
Before going in for a farewell embrace, Nick told Raven, “I’m going to miss you,” to which she made like Hans Solo and replied: “I know.”
It was a sad outcome for anyone on Team Gates, but fast forward to the After the Final Rose special and a bit of positive news:
This isn’t the last we’ve seen of Raven! Nor did The Bachelor mark her final shot at finding love (or at least sex) on reality TV!
When the small business owner said on air that she wasn’t ready to give up on meeting a man, Chris Harrison teased that he “has this thing going on in Mexico,” prior to asking if he’ll “see her in Paradise,” a reference to Bachelor in Paradise.
And Raven said yes!
Hooray!
Immediately upon learning this news, Twitter users started to fantasize about Raven hooking up with Luke Pell, considering she was originally cast when ABC thought he would be The Bachelor, as opposed to Nick.
“She seems like a nice girl,” Luke previously told Life & Style.
And while he has not yet committed to Bachelor in Paradise, fans can dream, right?
Perhaps he’ll finally give Raven an orgasm!
“I don’t understand why people think that because she’s from a farm and I grew up on the farm that it’s like magic,” Luke has also said about Raven, adding:
“I have to meet somebody that I know the chemistry is there. Attractiveness, now, is less and less physical because that’s easy. I want a real emotional connection.”
Don’t we all, Luke?
Don’t we all?
Do you hope to see Raven and Luke get together?
Were you upset Nick chose Vanessa over Raven?
Or do you think she can do better than either one of these realty stars?
We want to know! Leave a comment below!

Raven Gates: Skating on Thin Ice on The Bachelor Finale!
Raven Gates is one of the two final ladies standing on The Bachelor finale, and the gravity of the situation is starting to weigh on her.
Quite literally. She"s having trouble staying on her feet.
We"re not going to give away The Bachelor spoilers and tell you if Raven is about to put a final rose victory on ice … so to speak.
But in the latest season finale sneak peek, she has trouble ice-skating and most likely hits the ice on more than one occasion.
The Monday, March 13, episode – the season"s last – shows Viall, 36, surprising Gates, 25, by taking her to a frozen pond in Finland.
On their final one-on-one outing, the stakes are high.
So are the skates, in what becomes a throwback to a simpler time earlier this season when they joined Nick"s sister Bella to go roller-skating.
"Since skating is our thing. I thought we"d do a bit of ice-skating," Viall, totally spontaneously and with no imput from producers tells Gates.
After they put on their blades, he ups the ante.
"Should we do a routine?" Nick asks Raven.
The boutique owner from Hoxie, Arkansas, then reveals to the cameras that it"s been a bit of a challenge to relax throughout the outing.
Because the end is near, after all, win or lose.
Vanessa Grimaldi is also in the running for Viall"s final rose, so like Nick himself knows well, it could end up a case of so close, yet so far.
Raven Gates could be the biggest loser.
"Of course, I"m nervous knowing that this week could be the week that changes my life forever," Gates says, but she did enjoy the moment.
Not like that moment … but still.
"Being on the ice-skating rink brings me back to the moment that I fell in love with Nick on the roller-skating rink. It"s coming full circle."
Indeed it is. But will it end well?
Previous teasers of the emotional season finale show our leading man dealing with stress by … getting stressed and crying about it.
Pretty standard for Nick Viall.
The Bachelor season finale trailer also teased that the After the Final Rose special on Monday night would include a "Bachelor first."
Of course, you take that with a grain of salt. It could refer to the color of Chris Harrison"s tie, from the way the show likes to hype itself.
Maybe Raven Gates orgasms for the first time (off camera of course) and proceeds to tell us how incredibly awesome Nick is in bed?
That would be a first.

Raven Gates" Ex-Boyfriend: I Gave Her Orgasms AND She Said She Loved Me! The Bachelor LIES!
Raven Gates’ ex-boyfriend Hunter Hayes has a bone to pick with the popular show, and it has nothing to do with The Bachelor spoilers.
Well, unless you’re talking about his spoiled reputation as a man.
Thanks to Raven’s claim that she’s never told a man she loves him, or had an orgasm (at all), Henry has become a subject of fascination.
And hilariously, he’s calling out the show in an interview with Us.
During Gates and Nick Viall’s fantasy-suite date on Monday’s episode, she told the Bachelor that she’s never said “I love you” to a man.
Nor has she experienced, even once, what an orgasm feels like.
Yes, this happened on national TV, making fans immediately wonder what the Hoxie, Arkansas, native’s ex-boyfriend Henry was doing.
Or not doing, to be more accurate. They dated for two years!
He was also discussed on an earlier episode in which Gates alleged that while they were dating, she caught him banging another woman.
At that point, Raven said, she attacked her beau with a high-heeled shoe, an image that brings a smile to our face (cheating aside).
Hunter’s definitely not among those laughing about it, however.
“Comments made by Raven about our relationship are skewed and untrue,” Henry tells the website. “However, I wish her all the best.”
“Definitely not true about the whole orgasm thing,” he adds.
“And she has told me she loved me multiple times,” says Hunter, who’s in the running for Worst BF of the 2010s honors, “just for the record.”
Anyone buying what Henry is selling here? Would The Bachelor actually invent wholesome, sweet “Raven Gates’ “secret” as a mere storyline?
Actually, they very well might …
We put nothing past Mike Fleiss and company, though at the same time it feels hard to believe Raven could go out and lie like that.
In any case, Bachelor Nation fans have been fascinated by Gates’ claim that she has never climaxed from any sort of sexual activity.
After the episode aired, an altruistic GoFundMe account popped up to raise money to buy the 25-year-old boutique owner a vibrator.
Raven is one of Viall’s final three ladies, along with Vanessa Grimaldi and Rachel Lindsay, after he eliminated Corinne Olympios Monday.
(We imagine Corinne and her platinum vagine have had about 14 orgasms, manually and/or with the aid of someone else, since then.)
It was during Gates’ overnight date with Nick that the topic of the Big O came up, and Viall was at a loss for words like the rest of us.
Gates had just come out of a bad breakup with Hunter Henry (never trust a dude with two first names) when she applied for the show.
She says she’s slept with only him (and apparently, he didn’t do a very good job of it), before meeting and building up their great chemistry.
Whether that’s enough to get her the final rose over Vanessa (we know Rachel is out) remains to be seen, along with any orgasmic action.
Monday’s episode left off with a mini-cliffhanger.
Raven ultimately accepted Nick’s invitation to the Fantasy Suite, where she met up with Viall and his uncomfortable looking turtleneck.
Did he ditch said sweater and become THE ONE to take Raven to the Oh-Zone for the first time in her life on that hot night in Finland?
Bachelor Nation can only hope.

The Bachelor: Raven Gates to Reveal What Secret to Nick?
The biggest bombshell on Monday night’s episode of The Bachelor won’t be Andi Dorfman’s return, according to The Bachelor spoilers.
This one-hour installment will mark the start of the overnight dates, and yes, Andi will show up to talk to Nick, as revealed last week.
In all likelihood, though, this isn’t so she can win him back, but rather to discuss what happened with their relationship and offer advice.
A standard but effective Bachelor trope through the years.
While the previews make this look like it’s such a big deal that it may impact who The Bachelor winner is, the opposite is likely true.
Nick has yet to cut one of his final four – Corinne Olympios, Raven Gates, Vanessa Grimaldi or Rachel Lindsay – but we do know this:
1. Rachel Lindsay is The Bachelorette this summer;
2. Raven Gates goes on one of the overnights.
Consider yourselves spoiler warned, but Nick and Raven are getting really serious as the season progresses, which brings us to her secret.
It’s a big secret, one she is nervous to reveal.
Whether we learn this tonight or next week, following the obligatory “to be continued” cliffhanger, is unclear, but it’s going to be a doozy:
Raven has only had sex with one person.
No, that’s not as enormous a deal as being a virgin, but she’s very inexperienced in the bedroom, and has never once had an orgasm.
Crazy as it is that she would share this on TV, the adorable native of Hoxie, Arkansas, does not hold back. As for what we’re alll wondering …
According to The Bachelor spoilers, Nick and Raven do partake in the Fantasy Suite, where she will tell him that she loves him finally.
As for whether Nick Viall gave Raven her inaugural orgasm, expect The Bachelor editors to strongly imply this happened with editing.
No one will know for sure if he did, though … at least until the After the Final Rose special when Nick talks about making love to her.
Kidding. But given Nick’s track record …
Raven had just come out of a terrible breakup with her ex – the only person she’s slept with – when she submitted herself for the show.
Clearly she and Nick have built up some amazing chemistry from the start, and she’s earned her place in the final weeks of the season.
Whether that’s enough to get her the final rose over her competition remains to be seen, along with any and all aforementioned orgasms.

"The Bachelor" Nick Viall Gets Dirty in the South with Raven (VIDEO)
It’s time on “The Bachelor” for Nick Viall to head to the hometowns of the final 4 girls — the first stop was Raven’s crib down south … and it didn’t take long to get real sloppy. The couple raced through a swamp on ATVs and got stuck … the…

Raven Gates: The Bachelor Front-Runner in 2017?!
She may be overshadowed by Corinne Olympios, but Raven Gates is a serious Bachelor contender (as The Bachelor spoilers predicted).
A big reason for that? From the moment she stepped out of the limo at the iconic mansion, she hasn’t been afraid to speak her mind.
Even when it comes to calling out Nick Viall over Corinne.
The 25-year-old boutique owner from Hoxie, Arkansas, has definitely caught Nick’s eye, and her bluntness is something Viall admires.
Even if she criticizes him for enabling Corinne Olympios‘ sexual antics and dramatics, Nick can’t help but admire her honest sincerity.
Asked by Glamour why she tried out for the show, Raven said “my parents have been married for 30 years, so I have really high expectations.”
Someone doesn’t watch The Bachelor online apparently.
While you might think looking for love on TV is looking for love in all the wrong places – or with the right people – Gates begs to differ.
“Somebody that’s going on national television is really ready for love and has their stuff together when they are looking for a wife,” she says.
“When I first applied, I came out of a terrible breakup and didn’t think I’d date again, but … I still want to be a wife and a mother.
“So I’m crazy to go on an adventure on national television, but I’m really that desperate for love! [Laughs.] I’m excited, though!”
“I think I’m a little bit crazy, but it’s going to be awesome!”
What made her want to embark on this crazy journey?
“I was sad and broken-hearted and all alone in my bedroom, and I thought, I’m going to put myself out there. So I applied,” she said.
“I didn’t know the Bachelor was going to be Nick, but I was excited when I found out it was going to be him,” Raven says of the star.
Gates says she wanted to go into this with an open mind:
“What’s funny is that my best friend is obsessed with him.”
“When I found out it was Nick, I was like, ‘Please don’t tell me anything about him, ’cause I want it to be super organic when I meet him."”
“I mean, as organic as it can be! [Laughs.]”
Raven says that when it comes to love, she values “Loyalty, loyalty, and loyalty. In past relationships I’ve never found a true loyal person.”
“I probably wouldn’t settle for someone who didn’t love their mother or [who] treated a waitress or someone that was serving them badly.”
Luckily, Nick Viall loves his mom, and treats all the women he meets very well these days … if you know what we’re talking about here.
(If you don’t, see below gallery.)
As for her Bachelor franchise #couplegoals?
“Carly and Evan [from Bachelor in Paradise], 100 percent! I cried. OK, first of all, I laughed at the one episode,” Raven tells the magazine.
“Me and my mother were watching it together … I was dying laughing because Carly was so icked out by him, but she loves him.”
“She’s falling in love with him! I feel like I might be the same way with that, I’m not sure. But I’m really digging it! And then I cried.”
“When they got engaged, it was so genuine, so heartfelt. They’re my favorite, favorite couple! If they walked in the door, I might fan-girl!”
“And I’m not a fan girl, you know, if I saw a celebrity” on a regular day, she says, but with Evan Bass and Carly Waddell, “I would fan-girl.”
Wouldn’t we all over CarlVan, though?

Raven Gates: Who Is Bachelor Nation"s Newest, Exciting Addition?
Arkansas native, Raven Gates is already making a play for Nick Viall"s heart on The Bachelor Season 21, but is she in with a chance?
If you keep up to speed on The Bachelor spoilers, you already know the answer to that.
In her defense, she"s infinitely more friendly than Corinne Olympios, but is Nick Viall on the market for someone whose name makes her sound like a vigilante, or one of the biggest villains on reality TV since Chad Johnson?
To be fair, Raven failed to make a big impression on Nick when she emerged from the limo, but she more than made up for it throughout the episode and appears to be one of the most genuine women on the show.
Raven Gates has no compunction with hitting up Instagram to show off what she likes to do with her friends.

Raven-Symone to Exit The View, Star on That"s So Raven Sequel Series
The View will soon be on the lookout for another co-host.
Following chatter in May that Raven-Symone would be the next panelist to depart from this morning program, The Disney Channel has come out and turned this rumor into a reality.
Yes, The Disney Channel. Allow us to explain why…
The network surprised television fans on Thursday when it confirmed that it has commissioned a sequel series to That’s So Raven, the 2003-2007 sitcom starred the aforementioned Raven-Symone.
The actress, who joined The View in 2014 and who has been a mostly welcome presence on the series, will therefore exit the show at some point in the near future.
Why can’t she simply do both?
Because The View films in New York and That’s So Raven will shoot in Los Angeles.
According to Deadline, the revived series will find Raven Baxter as divorced mother of two pre-teen chilcren (a son and daughter), one of whom has inherited her psychic abilities.
Oh, right: we forgot to mention that the main character is psychic.
The pilot will be penned by Scott Thomas and Jed Eilnoff, who currently serve as Executive Producers on Disney Channel’s Best Friends Whenever.
Casting for all non-Raven roles is underway.
“Raven’s brilliant style of fearless comedy was a driving force for Disney Channel’s success around the world. Her performance in That’s So Raven is timeless,” said Adam Bonnett, Disney Channel’s EVP Original Programming, said in a statement.
“We now have our eyes on the future with her, and we’re looking forward to telling more stories for a new generation with an adult Raven Baxter raising her young family.”
The Disney Channel, of course, garnered a lot of attention for recently creating Girl Meets World, which was a spinoff of Boy Meets World.
There’s also Fuller House over on Netflix, which is a spinoff of Full House.
Bringing back old TV shows in updates formats is sort of all the rage these days.
We’ll miss Raven-Symone on The View.
She was never afraid to speak her mind and she owned the best facial expressions in the history of this long-running program.
Just check out the above clip to see what we mean.
The actress, meanwhile, gushed over the untitled sequel series this morning on The View.
She announced her farewell by saying she was “super excited” to take on the role of Raven Baxter again, explaining the concept of the series to an enthusiastic studio audience.
Will you be tuning in for the That’s So Raven sequel?

Brittany Raven Compares Baby Bump to Tess Holliday, Defends ALL PREGNANT WOMEN!
Baby bumps come in all shapes and sizes, all of them beautiful.
That is the simple, but profound message of endurance athlete Brittany Raven’s Instagram post – and photo comparison – that has gone viral.
When Raven was 39 weeks pregnant (above, right, seriously) she was inundated with online comments about her belly being too small.
Somewhere, Sarah Stage is nodding. Been there, girl.
“I am nearly six-feet tall with a long torso and brutally strong abs, so I didn’t show until around my 30th week,” Raven said of the photo.
The Washington-based mountain runner and alpine climber says “a lot of people expressed unsolicited concern over my baby’s health.”
“One local healthcare professional,” she adds, “even tried to scare me by telling me my baby would be too small and [sick].”
This experience got her thinking … about Tess Holliday.
Having seen a photo of the plus-size model, who also received criticism for her bump (being too large in Tess’ case), Raven had an epiphany.
“In this image these two women are at about the same stage in their pregnancies – 39 weeks,” Raven wrote in a post that has gone viral.
“That is the gorgeous @tessholliday looking boss on the left and me with the defined abs on the right. She is a voluptuous model.”
“I am a sinewy mountain athlete. Both of us are shamed for our size … she for her roundness and me for my smallness.”
She added: “Why does our society shame women whose bodies do not adhere to some narrow notion of false normalcy?”
“Pregnancy is tough enough,” the blogger added, echoing the sentiments of millions, “without also being body shamed.”
Of the side-by-side post-partum photos of herself above, she says, “I am sharing not to brag, to make others feel bad about their journeys.”
“I share,” she says, “to dispel fear other pregnant athletes might hold about their own post-pregnancy bodies.”
“Please allow these images to broaden your idea of what a ‘normal’ pregnant and postpartum body looks like.”
“Once again I feel at home in my body – except this body just got done blood doping for ten months while wearing a progressive weight vest.”
“I’m coming for you, Bust tha Move! #pregnantathlete”
She’s an extreme athlete, so her results aren’t typical. But that’s half of her point – no results are typical when it comes to this.
At least that’s not how the public should view pregnancy.
That’s a big reason Brittany, who welcomed healthy baby girl named Rumi Wren with her husband, Ryan, is a huge fan of Holliday.
“As I followed Tess’ journey through her second pregnancy, I realized that the dialogue around my athletic body was very similar.”
“The dialogue around her voluptuous body,” Raven said, is highly relatable, and “just as fear-based, just as inappropriate.”
“With that comparison,” the first time mom hopes women of “all sizes can heal together and stop judging one another’s bodies.”
Whether big (Holliday, Revie Jane Schulz) or small (Raven, Hannah Polites below), all babies and bumps and physiques should be celebrated.
Amen to that.
