Chris Brown, Karrueche Gets Restraining Order, Says He Threatened to Kill Her

Karrueche Tran Claims Chris Brown Abused and Threatened to Kill Her, Gets Restraining Order
Karrueche Tran has requested, and been granted, a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown after he allegedly threatened her.
The model filed bombshell legal documents alleging that the troubled R&B singer vowed to kill her – and that he’s beaten her before.
If what Tran is saying here is true, it’s terrifying.
In a sworn statement to the judge, Karrueche claims that earlier this month, Chris Brown “told a few people that he was going to kill me.”
She says Chris told friends that if he can’t have her, no one else can, claiming he was going to “take me out” and “threatened to shoot me.”
As for the alleged physical abuse by Chris?
Karrueche says that several years ago, when they were dating, Chris “punched me in my stomach twice,” and “pushed me down the stairs.”
This, of course, was during the couple’s years-long relationship, which followed Chris’ lengthy probation sentence for beating up Rihanna.
The legal documents get even worse still.
Tran claims that Brown has threatened to harm her friends as well as his ex-girlfriend herself, and recently threw a drink at one of them.
As for why she’s taking action now, Karrueche fears that he’s unstable enough to act on his verbal abuse and make good on the threats.
Apparently a judge agreed there’s a risk.
She was granted the restraining order; Chris has not been charged with any crime, to be fair, and there is no proof any of this occurred.
That said, there’s plenty of reason to believe Kae as well, and Team Breezy can’t blame anyone for that but the mercurial star himself.
In the video above, Chris Brown and Soulja Boy trade verbal jabs and threats in a now-infamous feud that dominated headlines in January.
Said feud began when Soulja liked Karrueche pictures on Instagram, after which Chris freaked and started FaceTiming Soulja non-stop.
Doesn’t exactly hurt Tran’s case. Just saying.
Then, in the video below, Chris comes off as pretty much exactly the unstable, potentially violent Internet stalker she portrays him to be.
In the video, directed at the “ladies,” he says that women complain when guys be like, “stalkers and in love with y’all, kinda crazy and sh-t.”
Then, Chris admits he is totally that guy!
He admits in the Instagram confessional, “If I love you, bitch, ain’t nobody gonna have you,” proceeding to warn potential future lovers:
“I’m gonna make you miserable,” he adds.
Look … if the most mild-mannered man made the same statements in an Instagram video as a joke, even that would raise red flags.
Chris is not joking, or mild-mannered.
Coming from Chris Brown, a convicted felon and domestic abuser who has shown few signs of dialing down his anger issues since?
It’s no wonder that the order requires him to stay 100 yards away from Karrueche, her mom and her brother for the foreseeable future.

Bethenny Frankel Granted Restraining Order Against Jason Hoppy After Stalking Arrest
Bethenny Frankel has been granted an order of protection against her ex-husband Jason Hoppy, according to multiple media reports.
A spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office confirms that the order was sought after Jason Hoppy’s arrest for stalking.
According to TMZ, the order forbids Hoppy from contacting Frankel and orders him to stay away from the reality star’s place of residence.
He is also not permitted near her business, or their daughter’s school, for six months. The order also requires Jason to stay radio silent.
That means no communication with Bethenny whatsoever.
The only exception for Hoppy, obviously, is if a judge allows him access to locations where the two are trying to reach a custody arrangement.
(How hard they’re trying to actually reach said agreement, versus just spiting the other and racking up billable hours for lawyers, is debatable.)
Additionally, Jason is not permitted to have any “third party contact,” with Bethenny, though the order does not specify what that means.
It seems safe to assume, as TMZ notes, that it includes Bethenny’s boyfriend, Dennis Shields, who was with her when Jason got arrested.
Hoppy, 46, was arrested after he contacted Frankel, 45, “numerous times via email and FaceTime, and approached [her] making verbal threats.”
According to the New York Post, Hoppy was arrested after he allegedly showed up at six-year-old daughter Bryn’s Manhattan school.
That was on Friday, and he allegedly threatened Frankel.
During the confrontation, he supposedly claimed he would “destroy” her, and sources say he previously sent a series of abusive emails.
After emails and FaceTime calls “numbering in the hundreds” and after a cease and desist letter was sent” last fall, authorities made an arrest.
According to the crazy NYPD report filed afterward:
“On Friday, January 27, the suspect approached her and a friend at her child’s school at around 8:15 a.m. and tried to provoke a fight.”
“He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned,’” and hours later, Hoppy was charged with harassment.
Hoppy also faces charges of stalking in the fourth degree, a spokeswoman for the NYPD says; Hoppy denies all charges against him.
His attorney Robert C. Gottlieb said, “There are no words to express how saddened Mr. Hoppy is over his ex-wife’s unjustified actions.”
“His only concern is his daughter and intends to vigorously fight these false charges … we fully intend to do our talking in the courtroom.”
Frankel finalized her divorce from Hoppy in July 2016.
It was a contentious, four-year court battle, unlike almost any we’ve covered – and we’ve seen a lot of nasty splits, by celebrity standards.
“The hardest parts have been anything that seems negative for my daughter,” she said last year, calling it “really challenging for me.”
“You know, you kind of have to look inside, find your strength,” Frankel added, insisting she is committed to putting her daughter first.
The couple, whose romance, marriage and road to parenthood were documented on RHONY and two spinoffs, both fall short of that.
Why do we say that? Isn’t it obvious?
If they really wanted to, couldn’t they stop fighting, strike a peace treaty or a non-aggression pact and move forward without this ordeal?
Or are they so pridefully stubborn they will stop at nothing – even sacrificing Bryn’s long-term happiness in the process – to “win” this?

Stevie J Granted Restraining Order Against Joseline Hernandez
Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez is a vindictive crazy person out to defame and destroy him out of revenge.
Well, yeah. What else is new, right? But the situation has gotten so out of hand that he requested, and was granted, a restraining order.
According to Stevie J, his longtime partner Joseline is out to ruin his character, and has gone way, way beyond a typical online feud.
If you missed it, the allegedly pregnant Joseline called Stevie J a child molester who abuses his six-year-old daughter with Mimi Faust.
Mimi has called B.S. on that, for what it’s worth.
Sources close to the VH1 star say Stevie feels Hernandez’s claims are nothing but a sick attempt at revenge from a bitter individual.
Stevie, somehow, has taken the high road and remained quiet about the claim until yesterday, when he filed for a restraining order.
Calling Joseline volatile, jealous and filled with an evil sense of revenge after the couple’s nasty split, he asked the court for protection.
The order means Joseline, who also says Stevie watches gay porn, must stay at least 200 yards away from the producer at all times.
However, she can still swing by and pick up her Rolex and diamond ring from his house – so long as the police accompany her. Phew.
As for whether she’s really carrying his baby?
Does that look like a baby bump to you? At all?
Earlier this month, Hernandez shared a shot of her alleged baby bump, and claiming that Stevie J disavowed the baby, and good riddance!
She then shared the above pics, followed by a sonogram photo … which she deleted amid rumors that Joseline’s pregnancy is fake.
Why should Hernandez pull such a maneuver?
Beyond the fact that she’s a pathological liar?
We’re not sure, but she claims to be a few months along, and based on the photos above, at least … she doesn’t exactly look like it.
Stevie J, for his part, reportedly doubts she is.
The two have always played fast and loose with the truth (including about their own relationship status and pregnancies), so who knows.
What we can tell you is that it’ll be getting worse.
All of this comes on the heels of a nasty breakup and even nastier Twitter feud (mostly one-sided), with tensions escalating by the day.
Doesn’t look like any end is in sight, either.

Khloe Kardashian: Harrassed By Lamar Odom! Seeks Restraining Order!
She did right by him for halting divorce proceedings when he needed her most.
Now, though, Khloe Kardashian has to take care of herself and her future, which doesn’t include Lamar Odom.
After filing for a second time in May, Kardashian is trying to move the process along, but she’s hit a few roadblocks.
And they’ve all been put there by Odom.
First, he wanted to get rid of their prior settlement and receive more money from Kardashian.
Now, Odom is reportedly making threats that are frightening enough to push Kardashian to consider a restraining order.
“He’s totally lost it, calling her every name under the sun and yelling at her for breaking promises she made to him on his death bed,” a source told Radar Online.
“It’s pretty vicious,” the source added, pointing out that the former NBA player “has been bombarding her with bitter texts and drunken rambling messages that are starting to scare her.”
It’s gotten to the point where the threats are starting to scare Kardashian.
“She’s now considering a restraining order against him because he’s been threatening all kinds of crazy things, from spilling all her secrets to hoping she drops dead.”
Prior to filing, Kardashian was shocked to learn that Odom wanted a new settlement in their divorce.
“Khloe was stunned beyond words,” an insider Told In Touch in April.
The reality star is ticked off that Odom is being greend, and “plans to ask the judge to approve the same financial settlement she and Lamar previously signed off on.”
This settlement, signed off on by both parties last summer (before Odom suffered an overdose in October), only includes the 50% each of the sale from their Tarzana home.
Now, Odom is trying to “get as much money as he can out of her because the majority of his own wealth is gone.”
In fact, the New York native “has strongly hinted he has no problem asking for spousal support now because it’s not clear whether he’ll be able to play in the NBA again after his health crisis.”

Amber Heard Accuses Johnny Depp of Assault, Requests Restraining Order
It turns out his movies may not be the worst thing Johnny Depp has been involved with in the past year.
As you’ve probably heard by now, Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp earlier this week.
The surprise move came just days after Depp’s beloved mother passed away, and many wondered why the actress would file papers at such a difficult time.
Now it seems that the actress may have had good reason to speed the proceedings along.
TMZ is reporting that Heard showed up in a Los Angeles County courtroom this morning requesting an emergency restraining order from Depp.
Sources say the actress arrived with her lawyer, Samantha Spector, and several photos showing facial bruising and other signs of abuse.
The website notes that Heard’s request for a temporary order of protection is unusual, as Depp has been out of town since Wednesday promoting his new movie, Alice Through the Looking Glass.
Both parties have issued statements through their reps confirming the divorce and requesting privacy, but this is the first time that Heard has alleged that Depp ever assaulted her.
Throughout the couple’s marriage, there were reports of Depp’s drinking driving Heard away.
This latest revelation has given rise to an unconfirmed rumor that the 52-year-old actor went on a bender to cope with the loss of his mother, during which time he got into an altercation with Heard that became physical.
Those rumors, of course, are mere speculation based on previous reports regarding the couple’s difficulties.
Depp’s attorney, Laura Wasser, appeared in court today on his behalf.
There is no word yet on whether or not the judge granted Heard’s request for a restraining order.

Brett Rossi Gets Emergency Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen Following Death Threats
Yesterday, we reported that Charlie Sheen was recorded making death threats against former girlfriend Brett Rossi.
Today, the Los Angeles law enforcement officials all but confirmed that report by issuing Rossi an emergency 7-day restraining order against Sheen.
Sources tell TMZ a judge granted the order today after Rossi complained about an undisclosed incident involving Sheen.
Though the exact nature of her complaint remains unknown, it is widely assumed that Rossi alerted the court to the National Enquirer’s report about Sheen’s alleged threats.
In the tapes, which have not been released to the public, Sheen allegedly tells a female friend that he would wants Rossi “be f–king buried.”
The actor goes into detail with regard to how he would like to pay someone to physically harm Rossi:
“I’d rather spend 20-grand to have her head kicked in. Then people will realize, oh, it’s dangerous,” he says at one point.
After Sheen revealed that he’s HIV positive last year, he stated that several former sex partners demanded bribes in exchange for keeping his diagnosis a secret.
Rossi was reportedly one of the women who asked Sheen for cash, and the tape recording reportedly captures him in the moments after he got off the phone with the former adult film star.
The LAPD hasn’t issued a statement on the matter, but it’s widely assumed that they’re investigating Sheen’s alleged threats.

Stalker Alert — Bristol Palin Gets A Restraining Order Against A Man Claiming To Be Her Baby"s Daddy After He Ships All His Belongings To Her House!
Well this is scary!
Bristol Palin has herself a stalker, and the questionable guy believes he is the father of Bristol’s baby!

This week, Michael Cummings had a box and a suitcase delivered to Bristol’s momma Sarah Palin‘s P.O. box up in Alaska — and the box was full of Michael’s belongings, as if he were ready to move into the family home!!
Michael’s done quite a bit more than this, too — including sending Bristol an engagement ring, showing up when she’s celebrating birthday parties, and even (this is horrifying) leaving a knife in her mailbox!! What???
Bristol went back to court this week and got a restraining order — she’s done this before — meaning Michael must stay 1,000 feet from her at all times. Considering how long he’s been going after her, it’s unlikely he’ll abide by that restraining order too well, but at least now the police will be able to nab him if he gets too close.
That’s awful for Bristol!! Here’s hoping she’s safe and sound.
