90 Day Fiance: New Season Begins Tonight!
90 Day Fiance and its various spin-offs are so captivating because they show human struggles and relationships that defy political boundaries. Also, you know, there’s a lot of drama.
Well, a new season premieres tonight on TLC.
A new season means new couples — with new backgrounds, new romances, new baggage, and new drama.
Evelyn and David
This good-looking young couple has potential for both controversy and internal drama.
Evelyn is just 18, is an aspiring singer, and is from Claremont, New Hampshire.
David is 27, and comes from Granada, Spain.
What drew them to each other — aside from David’s attraction to Evelyn’s looks, which first prompted them to connect over social media — is their shared conservative Christian values.
In fact, Evelyn announced on the season trailer that she and David have been saving themselves for marriage.
Clearly, their beliefs could prove controversial with viewers, just as David’s age and apparent fondness for teenagers could not go over so well (in addition to being a huge red flag!).
One reported area of conflict for the couple is that David wants to live in a major city, while Evelyn enjoys living close to her family.
One other potential item of drama for these two could be if one of them were to discover that the other doesn’t quite share their beliefs.
Josh and Aika
This couple’s drama looks like it’s mostly going to come from external sources.
Josh is 43 and comes from Mesa, Arizona.
Aika is 36 and hails from Quezon City, Phillipines.
Though Aika is from the Phillippines, Josh said that his dating app “accidentally” connected with hers, which sounds like either some love god was determined to make these two meet or … someone’s been lied to. Just saying.
Despite that “glitch,” Josh and Aika started messenging each other. You’d think that the next step would be to start dating in person, but Josh pushed the envelope a little.
When he flew out to see Aika, he didn’t just ask her out — he proposed.
(Josh has been married twice before, but apparently that hasn’t tempered his enthusiasm for love or marriage)
As for this couple’s drama? Josh’s friends and family seemed to be throwing major side-eye at Aika in the trailer.
They think that Aika will do anything for a Green Card. It will be interesting to learn if there’s anything to those accusations or if it’s just, like, concern mixed with racism.
It will also be interesting to see how Josh responds to these doubts and also how Aika responds to them.
Molly and Luis
Molly is 41 and comes from Woodstock, Georgia.
Luis is 26 and comes from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Molly was on a trip with some lady friends when she met Luis, who was bartending.
American cougar meets young, hot bartender — not necessarily everyone’s dream, but it’s for sure the dream of a lot of cougars and the young men who chase them.
Whether Luis was smitten with Molly or perhaps her American citizenship and financial resources remains, um, up in the air.
Regardless, Luis proposed to Molly just two months after they started seeing each other.
Molly’s kids — a 17-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old daughter — aren’t exactly over-the-moon about Luis.
And neither is Molly’s father, who is convinced that Luis is just using her. So … we’ll find out.
Elizabeth and Andrei
Oh boy.
Elizabeth is 27 and comes from Tampa, Florida.
Andrei is 31 and comes from Chisinau, Moldova.
These two met over social media while Elizabeth was looking for a local guide.
Andrei obliged, but the two ended up falling for each other in the process. Like something that happens in a romance movie — before the inevitable twist.
See, Andrei’s views on gender roles are positively archaic. He expects wives to be submissive to their husbands.
This might cause problems between these two, but it’s already causing problems with Elizabeth’s family and friends, who feel that Andrei’s views and assumptions might be a deal-breaker.
We suspect that, unless he changes his tune, Andrei’s views aren’t going to go over well with a lot of viewers, either.
Nicole and Azan
These two aren’t new to 90 Day Fiance, but they are set to have new adventures.
Last season, Nicole and Azan’s meeting in Morocco didn’t go over as well as it might have.
They’re still together in a “long term relationship,” but Azan didn’t respond well to Nicole’s body size.
In fact, he was downright insensitive. The guy’s done some fitness modeling, but he should realize that different people have different builds. He should also, well, be less of a dick about it.
Now, it looks like they’ve worked through that, since they’re both still in a relationship and still friendly on social media.
In fact, Nicole is giving it another try and heading to Morocco. She’s bringing her 2-year-old daughter, May, with her to find out if Azan would be a good father figure — and the partner that she needs in a potential husband.
Even if everything works out with this couple’s dynamic (and previews suggest that it won’t go smoothly), Nicole will still have to convince her father that Azan is the man for her — because it’s her dad who will need to sponsor Azan, as Nicole doesn’t make enough to pay for them both.
This new season is going to be quite something.

Josh Duggar: Returning to Television TONIGHT, Sources Claim
In the wake of the Josh Duggar sex scandals, the Duggar family’s reality show, 19 Kids and Counting, was canceled by TLC amidst protests and a rapid loss in advertising revenue, due to sponsors cutting ties with the series.
Many fans were stunned when the Duggars were given a second shot at television stardom with Counting On, a spinoff series that would shift the focus from Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar to their children.
The Duggars and the show’s producers reportedly assured TLC that Josh Duggar would never appear on Counting On, and thus far, they’ve made good on that promise.
But now, it looks as though the disgraced 29-year-old may be returning to television as part of an ongoing effort to rehabilitate his public image.
According to a recent exposè published by In Touch, Jim Bob Duggar has negotiated to have Josh reintroduced to viewers in hopes that their more faithful fans will be willing to forgive his shocking sex crimes.
“Nobody thought TLC would ever allow him on again,” an insider tells the tabloid.
“[Jim Bob] spent a month trying to convince TLC that Josh should be back on the show. They finally caved and agreed to let him film an upcoming Counting On webisode where he’ll talk about his joy at learning he’s going to be a father again,” the source explains.
According to the deal reached by Jim Bob and the network, if fans react positively to Josh’s appearance online, “he’ll appear on the next season of Counting On.”
That interview took place several weeks ago, so by “next season,” the source presumably meant the run of new episodes that began on September 11.
While the promised “webisode” has yet to materialize, it does look as though the Duggars are tentatively reintroducing Josh to fans.
Earlier this month, Josh and wife Anna Duggar recorded a video message to Joseph Duggar and Kendra Caldwell at the couple’s wedding.
The clip was not well-received, with many fans cringing at Josh’s declaration that he looked forward to having “another sister” in the family.
Despite the negative reaction, the Duggars tested the waters again just days later, when Josh wished Michelle Duggar a happy birthday in a short video greeting that was uploaded to YouTube.
Rumors of Josh returning to Counting On seem to surface every few weeks, and they have yet to prove accurate.
However, it’s worth noting that the former lobbyist has not been featured this prominently on his family’s social media accounts since word that he molested four of his sisters went public.
It’s enough to make some fans think his long-awaited returning is drawing near.
In fact, some Duggar followers believe the promotional materials for Monday night’s Counting On contain hints that Josh will appear on the episode.
For starters, the episode will be available on the TLC Go app before it airs on television, leading many to the conclusion that this is Josh’s promised webisode.
On top of that, the network is teasing a “surprise” on tonight’s installment, which many fans believe will focus on Joseph and Kendra’s wedding.
If this is indeed the Joseph and Kendra wedding episode, then a Josh cameo seems all the more likely.
We know that he was in attendance, and other guests have confirmed that there were some unexpected moments during filming.
“The wedding was beautiful, and there were some fun surprises, but I can’t give any spoilers before it airs on TLC,” wrote one longtime family friend on Instagram last month.
It’s easy to see why fans believe tonight’s the night of Josh’s widely-dreaded return, but frankly, we don’t see it happening.
The Duggars simply have too much to lose by bringing Josh back on screen, and his recent, brief appearances online have been met with scorn and derision.
It’s possible that at one point his parents were planning to bring the father of five back on the show, but with the amount of media savvy they’ve demonstrated over the years, we can’t imagine Jim Bob and Michelle making such a disastrous PR misstep.
No, our guess is that for the foreseeable future, Josh will continue to linger in the shadows, an unseen elephant in the room, a skeleton in the closet of reality TV’s most controversial family.
Watch Counting On online to get caught up in time for tonight’s episode.

Alaskan Bush People: Special Airs Tonight! Good News for Season 8?
Filming on Alaskan Bush People Season 8 seems to be in limbo.
And while theories abound, no one’s quite sure why. The production team hasn’t made an official statement.
It might be that they’re just delaying production for a short while, but fans worry that this hiatus is going to turn into a cancelation.
Considering that it wasn’t so long ago that fans of the series were mourning Season 7 as the last leg of the show, you’d think that Season 8’s unknown status wouldn’t be a surprise.
But a lot has changed.
Ratings in Season 7 did pretty well — and were certainly better than Life of Kylie‘s.
Part of that season’s storyline, however, followed Ami Brown’s lung cancer diagnosis and treatments.
Everything seemed like it was over as the family left the homestead that they had affectionately dubbed as “Browntown” and went into the “lower 48,” meaning the continental United States and not Alaska or Hawaii.
(Tonight’s special will deal further with that farewell; we have details on that below)
And it’s clear that nothing on the show, if it continues, will be the same.
Some of the siblings are, quite simply, not going back to live in the wilderness.
Noah Brown wants to become a small-town sheriff in Alaska.
That’s admittedly an odd dream, but he and his fiancee, Rhain, are welcome to live their lives however they like.
Gabe has grown increasingly camera-shy, so we don’t know how much of him we could expect to see on Season 8.
And Bam Bam? He’s rumored to be married. He might even be traveling to the tropics with that alleged wife … on a yacht.
That’s a great use of reality TV money if owning a yacht is your thing, but it might preclude him from fitting in with the vibe of the show.
Most of the family, it seems, is headed to Colorado.
(And we suspect that tonight’s special will cover a lot of that)
At the moment, though, various members of the Brown family are consistently being spotted in California.
While it would be nice if haters would be nicer to the Brown kids instead of trying to be “fashion police” about what look Gabe Brown sports when he goes to a Target, most fans like being able to keep up with the Brown family.
But if they’re all in civilization and in California instead of reveling in the wilderness of Colorado … what exactly is going on with the show?
The Facebook group, Alaskan Bush People Exposed, which is neither a fan group nor a hate group … despite having followers in both camps … has dug up plenty of information on the Brown family and the show’s production.
But even they are scratching their heads about what’s going on with the series. Here is what one of their admins posted just a couple of days ago:
“There seems to be some problems going on with this season’s filming, and we still are not sure why yet. There is no pre-production, production crew are not moving and so far, the Browns are still in CA. Everything seems to be at a standstill at the moment. We will update as soon as we get any further details.”
We really hope to learn more, soon.
We know that Ami Brown wants to continue to tell the story of her battle with cancer for the cameras.
Despite accusations that Ami or the show are exaggerating her cancer for dramatic effect, she has lung cancer and that could be very fatal.
Recently, Ami Brown finished a bout of chemotherapy.
That might not put her in great shape to be roughing it in the woods and building a new homestead in Colorado, but she’s expressed in the past that she wants to tell her story so that other people can see her fight against cancer.
It’s a frightening experience, and she hopes that watching her go through it could help prepare others for when they one day face the same uphill battle.
You can see how her various family members would want to rally around and support her as she continues her journey.
And, well … we’re sure that those reality TV dollars are a great motivator, too. Let’s be real.
Tonight, a 2-hour Alaskan Bush People special is scheduled to air.
Alaskan Bush People: Forging A New Future airs at 8pm.
The official description is this:
“As Ami prepares to undergo treatment for lung cancer, siblings Bear, Bird, and Rain work to give the family’s homestead back to the bush. The entire wolf pack must forge a new beginning using the skills they have acquired in the Alaskan wilderness.”
It might be that they’re waiting for fan reactions before they decide how to proceed.
Maybe they want to gauge ratings?
It might be that producers already know what’s coming next, but are waiting until after the episode airs to share more.
For the moment, we just don’t know.

The Bachelorette Spoilers: How Will it End Tonight?
The Bachelorette Season 13 finale airs this evening on ABC, drawing to a dramatic close in an epic three-hour installment as always.
What do The Bachelorette spoilers tell us about Rachel Lindsay and her three remaining men, Eric Bigger, Bryan Abasolo and Petter Kraus?
This season has been so controversial and polarizing on multiple levels, and the tumult is far from over as Rachel mulls over her decision.
With the first African-American Bachelor franchise lead came even more intense scrutiny for Rachel (and racist behavior by Lee Garrett).
Every decision she’s made has been viewed, to a point, along racial lines, and the topic of interracial relationships has been at the forefront.
We’ve seen a guy dating someone back home (DeMario) and tensions between the men, including some who are still in the running.
Yet in many ways it’s been a conventional season. Lots of romance and high points, plenty of self-doubt and hard choices for the star.
Before we reveal tonight’s dramatic conclusion, as revealed by Bachelorette spoilers, a brief recap of some of the big storylines in play:
Eric Bigger (left) has never been in love like he is now, he admits, because of an upbringing that muted his ability to express his emotions.
Nevertheless, his ability to self-reflect and honesty in powering through that (along with many other positive attributes) has gotten him here.
Peter Kraus (middle) has been a fan favorite and Rachel favorite from the start, but threw a wrench into Rachel’s expectations last episode.
Admitting he may not be ready to propose, and wouldn’t do so if he wasn’t feeling it, even if he won the final rose? That was honest.
Very unusual for the show, though, and not something Rachel was expecting. As for the third remaining contender Bryan Abasolo (right)?
Let’s just say his faux-smoothness continues to rub some co-stars and fans the wrong way, even as Lindsay falls further in love with him.
There can be only one winner, of course, and Rachel will be second-guessed no matter what. The question is who she picks on the finale …
While it’s sure to disappoint many of you, according to The Man, The Myth, The Bachelorette Spoilers legend known as Reality Steve …
Rachel is engaged to Bryan Abasolo.
Steve’s initial stance a few weeks into the season, and before the season had even begun, that Lindsay was engaged to Peter Kraus.
Why the change? New information.
“After looking into it deeper, this time it turns out to be right,” Steve said, noting that sometimes, his sources are simply incorrect too.
Give him credit for owning it, and he’s right. He’s not actually an Oracle, or Soothsayer. Just a guy who’s damn good at spoiler acquisition.
“Unfortunately, without compromising sources, I can’t give you specifics” of why he was off the mark, he said, but it is Bryan. Period.
Hooray?
We also can tell you that there are fewer details available than in past seasons as to how specifically it plays out with the three finalists.
Eric Bigger, Peter Kraus and Bryan Abasolo, all of whom have meet Rachel’s family, are still in this thing heading into the season finale.
Plenty of blanks still must be filled in, but we have no reason to doubt that Rachel Lindsay is engaged to Dr. Bryan Abasolo right now.
We’ll find out for sure tonight – there will always be a sliver of doubt until we see it with our own eyes, but only a sliver – around 10 p.m.
Whatever happens, whether there’s an epic twist in the works or not, plenty of Rachel-Peter fans and Rachel-Bryan fans will be on edge.
(As for who is the next Bachelor, it’s obvious that one or both of the runners-up would be a favorite, though Paradise complicates things.)
Peter, in particular, has a built in fan base and would be a worthy man for the job on merit; Eric is great, but seems like a distant third.
There’s been no suggestion that Bigger will prevail, and his romance with Rachel has seemed strong, but slightly less potent all season.
Soon, all will be revealed. For now, digest these Bachelorette spoilers and hit the comments below … did Rachel make the right choice?
If you believe the spoilers, that is?!

Demi Moore Shocks Tonight Show Audience, Reveals Missing Front Teeth
Demi Moore appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Monday to promote her upcoming movie, Rough Night.
But it was a rough photo the actress showed off to the audience that has the Internet talking today.
And what users are saying goes something like this:
WTH happened?!?
“You sent us a photo and it’s the most insane thing I’ve ever seen,” Fallon said at one point in his interview. “How did this happen?”
Fallon then held up a picture of Moore on her sofa at home.
At least we assume it was a picture of Moore.
One would be forgiven for being confused, considering the woman in the photograph was missing her front two teeth.
“I sheared off my front teeth,” the 54-year old actress said simply.
Well, yes. That much is apparent.
But HOW?
“I’d love to say it was skateboarding or something really kind of cool, but I think I think it’s something that’s important to share, because I think it’s literally, probably after heart disease, one of the biggest killers in in America, which is stress,” she explained, addingL:
“Stress sheared off my front teeth. But, in an effort to get ready for you, I wanted to make sure my teeth were in.”
Moore went on to say she really is missing “both” of her front teeth, although “the picture is only minus one.”
The actress joked that her kids “love” her toothless appearance “because they think it makes me look more vulnerable and more human.”
We guess we can understand that.
Demi Moore is one of the most beautiful actresses of all-time. That can be intimidating for anyone to encounter, even for her children.
In all seriousness, though, Moore dropped the stress-related PSA story and said she “literally knocked [the teeth] out” not very long ago.
“It was almost like it fell out and my warranty was up. I swear!” she said.
“Thank God for modern dentistry. All of you who go out and practice modern dentistry – thank God!”
Moore proceeded to shared a video of herself acting all silly on Snapchat, explaining that it was filmed at her dentist’s office.
Drugs can be a wonderful thing, you know?
“People have a hard time at the dentist,” she told the host, “And I think it can be a lot of fun.”
Incredibly, this is the second time Moore has lost a tooth.
Way back in October of 2010, during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show – filmed while she was still married to Ashton Kutcher – Moore told a similar tale of what transpired.
“Thank God for modern dentistry,” she said at that time as well, continuing:
“I had a bad bite and knocked my own front tooth out, which basically fell out into my hand, and I just thought my warranty was up. That was it.
“I called out and said, ‘Baby, my tooth has fallen out of my head."”
At the time, Moore saids he was clenching her teeth and was “a little too tense” in hindsight.
“I was sitting at my desk and I felt something drop and I caught it and looked down, and there was my tooth.”
These things happen? We guess?
And when you’re Demi Moore, apparently they happen more than once.

Trump Supreme Court Pick: Who Will it Be Tonight?!
U.S. President Donald Trump plans to name a Supreme Court justice to replace the late Antonin Scalia tonight, according to reports.
Trump has reportedly narrowed his search to two candidates …
He is considering appeals judges Thomas Hardiman of the Third Circuit in Pennsylvania and Neil Gorsuch of the 10th Circuit in Colorado.
Hardiman is 51 and Gorsuch is 49.
Naturally, both men are being brought to Washington D.C. ahead of the announcement, which will be made by Trump on live television.
Would you expect anything less from the Showman-in-Chief? Maybe fog machines and an Apprentice style “You’re Hired!” ceremony?
In all seriousness, this is a big deal.
The pick (and possible future ones by Trump) could help to shape the ideological balance of the nation’s highest court for years to come.
Currently, eight justices sit on the court, following the death of Scalia, and there’s good reason that many recent decisions have been 4-4.
Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel Alito form the more conservative wing of the eight justices at present.
Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Stephen Breyer fill out the traditionally more liberal wing of the court.
Anthony Kennedy, the most senior of the eight justices, is considered the closest thing to a moderate or swing vote among them.
The vacancy itself has sparked controversy.
President Barack Obama picked Merrick Garland, a Washington appeals court judge, to fill the seat vacated by Scalia last year.
The Republican-controlled Congress never held a vote on the nomination, saying it would be left to the next President to fill.
They’re about to get their wish.
Thomas Hardiman, a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, was nominated by President George W. Bush in 2007.
He was confirmed to his current post 95-0.
Trump’s older sister, Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, who sits on the Third Circuit with Hardiman, has spoken to her brother about him.
Hardiman has established conservative credentials, particularly when it comes to the issues of gun rights, law enforcement and crime.
On the flip side, certain rulings involving discrimination claims from marginalized groups depart from traditional conservative orthodoxy.
A native of Massachusetts, Hardiman was educated at the University of Notre Dame and later at Georgetown University’s Law Center.
Neil Gorsuch was also nominated to his judgeship in 2006 by Bush, and has a reputation of solidly conservative rulings himself.
He has expressed admiration for Scalia, saying last year that he was “not embarrassed to admit” that he cried hearing about his death.
Gorsuch has been a defender of religious exemptions for private companies and nonprofit groups related to the Affordable Care Act.
Like Scalia, he is described as an originalist, judges who give weight to the text of the Constitution as they feel it was intended at the time.
Gorusch is from Colorado and is an avid outdoorsman.
Another man believed to be a longtime favorite for the seat, William Pryor of Alabama, was reportedly among Trump’s top three candidates.
He has narrowed it to two. Who do you think it’ll be?!
Who will President Donald J. Trump pick for the Supreme Court? It’s reportedly down to these to appeals judges … and all bets are off! View Poll »

Brian Justin Crum Felt It "In the Air Tonight" on AGT
America"s Got Talent viewers will not have an easy decision to make this summer, that much is certain.
On Tuesday night, we were treated to the latest round of live quarterfinal auditions, with multiple acts leaving their impressive marks.
There was Grace VanderWaal, for example, who had Howie Mandel tell her that she"ll be bigger than Taylor Swift.
Then there was Linkin Bridge, a quartet of artists from Kentucky whose beautiful performance captured the hearts of the nation.
We"re not really exaggerating. Watch them in action here:
And now it"s Brian Justin Crum"s turn to shine.
The singer, who first drew praise on the show for his versions of “Somebody To Love.” and “Creep” took on the Phil Collins classic “In the Air Tonight” on Tuesday.
And he totally nailed it!
“You had the whole theater on their feet, Brian,” Simon Cowell told the aspiring singer afterward.
“You have that ability, that is rare, that you take a song and you can turn it into your version. You’ve done that three times in a row. You’re getting better and better
Heidi Klum strongly agreed: “Love, love, love, love! Best performance, for me, of the night, I have to say. This is your moment, right here, right now, and you just showed that to America."
So did Mel B: "You just get hotter and hotter and hotter as time goes on. You as a performer is so seasoned and professional already. You owned that stage. You owned that entire theater.”
And, finally, Mandel simply said that Crum was "epic."
Epic enough to win the entire thing?
Check out his latest audition and see if you think he has what it takes.

Quincy Jones: Terminally Ill Comic to Make HBO Debut Tonight
On August 6, 2015 comedian Quincy Jones was told he had one year to live.
After undergoing tests due to an accumulation of fluid in his belly, Jones, 32, was diagnosed with stage IV mesothelioma.
Highly respected in stand-up comedy circles for his incisive wit and tireless work ethic (He often performed several hundred shows in a single year.), Jones – no relation to the music producer Quincy Jones – was a virtual unknown to the general public until his recent appearances on Ellen.
DeGeneres says she was impressed not only by Jones’ talent but by his perseverance, courage and optimism in the face of unimaginable adversity.
So she brought him on her show twice: once to tell his story, and a second time to receive the surprise of a lifetime:
“Here’s the thing that you mentioned last time, that you want to do a comedy special,” DeGeneres says to Jones in the clip above.
“So what you don’t know, we called the head of HBO. And your people didn’t even tell you this, but HBO is going to air your special.”
Jones’ reaction is one for the ages.
“I was hoping Netflix or Comedy Central,” the comic told People magazine in a recent interview. “HBO was like the Holy Grail.”
As for his illness, Jones remains confident that it can be beaten:
“I don’t think I’m going to die in a year. I can’t see myself withering away on August 6, 2016,’ ” he says.
“So, when I got out of the hospital, I did what I needed to do to fight the cancer, which is chemotherapy. Changing my diet. Like, there was almost a desperation for me to survive. And that’s what I did.
“There is no cancer when I’m on stage,” he adds.
Jones’ special, Burning the Light, premieres tonight at 10 p.m. EST on HBO.

EST on HBO.
